家庭卫生是影响生活质量的一个重要因素,人们追求高质量生活的同时也就伴随着对家庭卫生的高要求。而由于工作生活的压力日益剧增,人们没有足够的时间来完成家庭的清洁工作,由此出现了各种地面清洁设备如吸尘器及洗地机来替代人工进行家庭的清洁。通常,洗地机均具有用于洗刷地面的滚刷,但现有的滚刷均不能对地面进行有效的洗刷。
技术问题
本方案的目的在于提供一种滚刷及洗地机,以解决现有技术中存在的滚刷不能对地面进行有效的洗刷的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本方案提供了一种滚刷,包括:
中部滚筒;
覆盖于所述中部滚筒外壁且与所述中部滚筒固定连接的绒毛层;
设于所述中部滚筒一端且用于与驱动结构相连的驱动端盖,所述驱动端盖的一端嵌设于所述中部滚筒的内腔,所述驱动端盖的另一端设有用于与所述驱动结构相配合的安装齿;
以及
设于所述中部滚筒另一端的支撑端盖。
进一步地,所述绒毛层的表面开设有第一导槽。
进一步地,所述第一导槽以螺旋状环绕设置于所述绒毛层上。
进一步地,所述第一导槽由若干个沿所述绒毛层圆周方向设置的圆环槽组成。
进一步地,所述支撑端盖包括嵌设于所述中部滚筒内腔的连接部、嵌设于所述连接部远离所述中部滚筒一端的金属轴、套设于所述金属轴外部的塑料轴套、套设于所述塑料轴套外部的套接盖。

有益效果
洗地机工作时,覆盖于中部滚筒外壁的紧密型绒毛层可与地面进行有效且充分的接触,且由于绒毛层自身在受力后会有一定的变形,因此加水及清洁剂后绒毛层与地面接触时能对地面施加一定的压力,进而增强滚刷对地面的清洗效果,从而实现对地面有效的洗刷。

在本方案的实施例中,覆盖于中部滚筒1外壁的紧密型绒毛层2可与地面进行有效且充分的接触,且由于绒毛层2自身在受力后会有一定的变形,因此加水及清洁剂后绒毛层2与地面接触时能对地面施加一定的压力,进而增强滚刷对地面的清洗效果,从而实现对地面有效的洗刷。具体地,洗地机上的驱动结构与驱动端盖3上的安装齿301相连进而带动中部滚筒1的转动,从而带动绒毛层2对地面进行洗刷,安装齿301与驱动结构连接时方便拆卸且传动稳定性高;支撑端盖4设置在中部滚筒1的另一端,中部滚筒1转动时,支撑端盖4一端的结构随着中部滚筒1转动,支撑端盖4的另一端的结构与洗地机相连,支撑端盖4两端的结构之间发生相互转动。
进一步地,请参阅图2,作为本方案提供的滚刷的一种具体实施方式,绒毛层2的表面开设有第一导槽201。具体地,污水、气体及清洁剂产生的泡沫可随着第一导槽201流向洗地机上设置的吸水孔后进入污水箱,避免影响洗地机的正常工作。
进一步地,请参阅图2,作为本方案提供的滚刷的一种具体实施方式,第一导槽201以螺旋状环绕设置于绒毛层2上。具体地,第一导槽201沿着绒毛层2的长度方向以螺旋状环绕设置,因此绒毛层2长度方向上各部位的污水、气体及清洁剂均能通过第一导槽201导流至洗地机上设置的吸水孔后进入污水箱。
进一步地,作为本方案提供的滚刷的一种具体实施方式,第一导槽201由若干个沿绒毛层2圆周方向设置的圆环槽组成。由若干个圆环槽组成的第一导槽201能保证绒毛层2任一位置与地面接触时均能将污水、气体及清洁剂均能通过第一导槽201导流至洗地机上设置的吸水孔后进入污水箱。优选的,圆环槽可为完全规则的圆环状,也可为倾斜设置的圆环。
进一步地,请参阅图1-4,作为本方案提供的滚刷的一种具体实施方式,支撑端盖4包括嵌设于中部滚筒1内腔的连接部401、嵌设于连接部远离中部滚筒1一端的金属轴404、套设于金属轴404外部的塑料轴套403、套设于塑料轴套403外部的套接盖402。具体地,中部滚筒1转动时,套接盖402与洗地机相连,连接部401与中部滚筒1的内壁紧固相连且随着中部滚筒1转动,金属轴404随着连接部401一起转动,套接盖402与金属轴404之间通过塑料轴套403发生相对转动。
进一步地,请参阅图1-4,作为本方案提供的滚刷的一种具体实施方式,套接盖402为软胶盖,连接部401沿中心轴线方向设有第一连接凸起4011。具体地,套接盖402为软胶盖,中部滚筒1转动时套接盖402设置在洗地机上能起到一定的缓冲作用,洗地机不会发生较大的振动。连接部401上的第一连接凸起4011插设于中部滚筒1内壁与其紧固连接。
进一步地,请参阅图1-4,作为本方案提供的滚刷的一种具体实施方式,驱动端盖3沿中心轴线方向设有第二连接凸起302。具体地,驱动端盖3上的第二连接凸起302插设于中部滚筒1内壁与其紧固连接。
如图5-10所示,本方案还提供一种洗地机,包括洗地机本体5,洗地机本体5具有用于容纳上述滚刷的容置腔501。具体地,当上述滚刷上绒毛层2上设有第一导槽201时,容置腔501的内壁为光滑设置,污水、气体及清洁剂均能通过绒毛层2上的第一导槽201导流至容置腔501内的吸水孔然后进入污水箱。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本方案提供的洗地机的一种具体实施方式,容置腔501的内壁上开设有第二导槽5011。具体地,当绒毛层2为紧密型且未设有任何导流槽时,在容置腔501的内壁上开设有第二导槽5011,污水、气体及清洁剂均能通过容置腔501的内壁上开设的第二导槽5011导流至容置腔501内的吸水孔然后进入污水箱。当然,视具体需要,绒毛层2上设有导槽时容置腔501的内壁上也可开设第二导槽5011,此处不作唯一限定。
进一步地,作为本方案提供的洗地机的一种具体实施方式,容置腔501的内壁上设有导流凸起。具体地,当绒毛层2为紧密型且未设有任何导流槽时,在容置腔501的内壁上设有导流凸起,导流凸起能够在绒毛层2上压出或者划出导气导流槽,污水、气体及清洁剂均能通过导流凸起在绒毛层2上压出或者划出导气导流槽流至容置腔501内的吸水孔然后进入污水箱。当然,视具体需要,绒毛层2上设有导槽时容置腔501的内壁上也可设置导流凸起,此处不作唯一限定。
进一步地,请参阅图6、图7及图10,作为本方案提供的洗地机的一种具体实施方式,容置腔501的内壁上设有斜台5012,滚刷转动时绒毛层2被斜台5012压出凹槽,污水、气体及清洁剂均能通过斜台5012压出的凹槽流至容置腔501内的吸水孔然后进入污水箱。
以上所述仅为本方案的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本方案,凡在本方案的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本方案的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 滚刷,其特征在于,包括:
    中部滚筒;
    覆盖于所述中部滚筒外壁且与所述中部滚筒固定连接的绒毛层;
    设于所述中部滚筒一端且用于与驱动结构相连的驱动端盖,所述驱动端盖的一端嵌设于所述中部滚筒的内腔,所述驱动端盖的另一端设有用于与所述驱动结构相配合的安装齿;以及
    设于所述中部滚筒另一端的支撑端盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述绒毛层的表面开设有第一导槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述第一导槽以螺旋状环绕设置于所述绒毛层上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述第一导槽由若干个沿所述绒毛层圆周方向设置的圆环槽组成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述支撑端盖包括嵌设于所述中部滚筒内腔的连接部、嵌设于所述连接部远离所述中部滚筒一端的金属轴、套设于所述金属轴外部的塑料轴套、套设于所述塑料轴套外部的套接盖。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述套接盖为软胶盖,所述连接部沿中心轴线方向设有第一连接凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述驱动端盖沿中心轴线方向设有第二连接凸起。
  8. 洗地机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1所述的滚刷及洗地机本体,所述洗地机本体具有用于容纳所述滚刷的容置腔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述容置腔的内壁上开设有第二导槽。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述容置腔的内壁上设有导流凸起或斜台。
