本实施例的留置针未使用时,穿刺针(7)完全贯穿软针(5),且露出针尖,穿刺针针座(8)的大部分也包覆在针筒(3)内,盖帽(1)安全套在针筒(3)上。
在具体使用时,打开盖帽(1)、穿刺针(7)和软针(5)进入需要处理的部位后,通过抽拉套座(11)使套体(10)、穿刺针(7)以及穿刺针座(8)沿着远离针筒(3)方向向外滑动,穿刺针(7)逐渐离开软针而进入针筒内腔,而软针(5)留置在血管内。穿刺针座(8)逐渐向后移动、弹片(35)在穿刺针针座(8)表面的突起部作用下发生径向向上的形变,然后逐渐抽拉套座(11),在针筒弹片(35)下的钩件(38)陷入第一扣槽(81)内、针筒后端的挡体(36)也扣入穿刺针座的第二扣槽(83)内,在穿刺针座的第一凸起部(82)的阻挡作用下,使得穿刺针座不得再发生轴向位移。通过医学胶带将蝴蝶状夹持部固定在患者皮肤表面。
本实施例的留置针结构简单、盖帽、加持部件、针筒、软针与软针针座,穿刺针与穿刺针都是一体成型的结构,使得制作各部件成本低。留置针使用后,穿刺针针管完全退入针筒内,进而形成一种安全结构的留置针。上述留置针易操作,具有很好的推广性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种安全留置针,其特征在于:其包括盖帽(1)、夹持部件(2)、针筒(3)、内塞(4)、软针(5)、软针针座(6)、穿刺针(7)、穿刺针针座(8)、软管(9)、套体(10)和套座(11);
    该盖帽(1)与针筒(3)滑动配合,该夹持部件(2)安装在针筒(3)上,该内塞固定安装在在针筒(3)内,该软针(5)与软针针座(6)一体成形,该软针(5)套装在内塞(4)内,同时该软针(5)与针筒(3)滑动配合,该穿刺针(7)与穿刺针针座(8)和软管(8)固定安装在一起,该穿刺针(7)与针筒(3)滑动配合,该穿刺针(7)与软针(5)滑动配合,该套体(10)的一端与穿刺针针座(8)卡扣连接,该套体(10)的另一端与套座(11)螺栓固定;
    所述针筒前端设有蝴蝶翼固定装置(34),该针筒沿圆周方向设置至少一个弹片(35)和至少一个表面凸起(37),该弹片(35)和表面凸起(37)间隔设置;所述每一弹片(35)的下表面设有一钩件(38);
    该穿刺针座(8)前端的外表面设有第一扣槽(81)、凸起部(82)和第二扣槽(83)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全留置针,其特征在于:所述盖帽(1)为前端直径小、后端直径大的圆椎体,该盖帽(1)外表面的前端设置数条竖状凸起,该盖帽(1)后端的内表面依次设置多个凸圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的安全留置针,其特征在于:所述夹持部件(2)设有蝴蝶状夹持体(21)和夹持凸起(22),该蝴蝶状夹持体(21)合夹持凸起(22)一体成型。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的安全留置针,其特征在于:所述针筒(3)为前端直径小、后端直径大的筒体;该针筒前端向内凹设与针筒同圆心的圆孔,该圆孔直径大于软针针管的直径。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的安全留置针,其特征在于:所述蝴蝶翼固定装置(34)设有多片弧形挂钩,该安装接头(34)的一端与针筒(3)一体成型,该安装接头(34)的另一端的弧形挂钩卡扣在夹持凸起(22)圆孔的凸台内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的安全留置针,其特征在于:所述针筒(3)后端设有挡体(36)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的安全留置针,其特征在于:所述穿刺针(7)的长度大于软针(5)的长度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的安全留置针,其特征在于:所述针筒(3)的长度大于穿刺针(7)的长度。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8所述的一种安全留置针的使用方法,其特征在于:打开盖帽(1)、穿刺针(7)和软针(3)进入需要处理的部位后,通过抽拉套座(11)使套体(10)、穿刺针(7)以及穿刺针座(8)沿着远离针筒(3)方向向外滑动,穿刺针(7)逐渐离开软针(5)而进入针筒(3)内腔,而软针(5)留置需要处理的部位后,穿刺针座(8)逐渐向后移动、针筒弹片(35)下的钩件(38)陷入第一扣槽(81)内、针筒后端的挡体(36)也扣入穿刺针座的第二扣槽(83)内,在穿刺针座的第一凸起部(82)的阻挡作用下,使得穿刺针(7)被锁在针筒(3)内。
