发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种操作方便、对置针病患肢体要求少、使用方便、不易引发输液并发症的管针并通式软管留置输液器。
本发明的目的是通过以下途径来实现的。

这样,以软管留置人体进行输液,一切因穿刺针管置针人体进行输液所产生的不足之处(例如:对置针病患肢体要求复杂、使用不方便、易引发输液并发症等)都不再存在;同时,与一般留置针不同的是,穿刺后,穿刺针管仅是后退隐藏于软管座内并不从其中撤除,同时还作为连通软管和连接管的输液通道。这样带来的直接好处是:可直接输液,无需如现有技术中的留置针需拔除穿刺针管后再插入输液针管进行输液,从而输液操作更快捷、简便;同时,合二为一现有技术中的穿刺针管及输液针管,使本发明的穿刺针管同时具有该二者的作用,从而简化结构;尤其重要的是,由于穿刺针管、软管以及后端组件无需脱离而可固接成一体,从而可一体式构造出厂、一体式使用,从而为确保本产品的一次性使用创造出结构上的可能。

该止退装置是一种位于滑动槽尾端的后退障碍,这种后退障碍可以是一种突凸在滑动槽尾端的卡点,也可以是滑动槽尾端封闭。
还包括有一种逆止装置,此逆止装置安装在滑动部件与软管座之间,后退到位的滑动部件若逆向前推将与此逆止装置阻止接触。
这样,因逆止装置的阻止,后退到位的滑动部件将不能前推。从而既保证后退的穿刺针管不会再推移出伤人,也可以促使本发明所述的这种 管针并通式软管留置输液器 一次性使用。
这种逆止装置在现有技术中的针形医疗器械中常见,大多都可以应用在本发明中。本发明在此提供两种优化的逆止装置:
一种是:
该逆止装置由凸卡点和凹坑组成,该凸卡点和凹坑对应匹配设置在滑动组件及软管座上,后退时滑动组件通过弹性变形强行爬越过该凸卡点后该凸卡点陷在凹坑中,从而阻止穿刺针管前推。
另一种是:
该逆止装置由弹性卡扣和卡肩组成,弹性卡扣位于针筒上,卡肩位于滑动部件上,后退时爬过该弹性卡扣而后退到位的滑动部件其卡肩恰与弹性卡扣卡接,从而阻止穿刺针管前推。
该逆止装置的进一步优化是:
该弹性卡扣由弹性悬舌以及悬舌顶端的卡扣组成,靠近软管座滑动槽尾端沿与滑动槽平行的间隔处掏空并让此掏空在滑动槽尾端与滑动槽'U'形连穿,此'U'形中央即形成一弹性悬舌,卡扣位于此弹性悬舌顶端并突凸在滑动槽中,卡口前侧呈一种便于爬越的斜形或弧形,卡口后侧呈一种阻止爬越的尖顶形或竖直形。
这样,滑动部件上的卡肩借助卡扣前侧的形状通过下压弹性悬舌而轻松爬越此卡扣,而卡口后侧的形状则保证与卡肩形成对顶,从而阻止穿刺针管前推。
此卡肩位于操作手柄上,其具体形状或者是一种凹坑,或者是操作手柄的前侧肩。
软管座是一种筒形构件,其前部内腔为小孔道,后部内腔为大孔道,大小两孔道之间由锥形过度,软管后端插置在该小孔道中,还包括一种楔紧件,楔紧件呈一种前后端开口且轴向贯穿剖分槽的锥瓶状,楔紧件前部直筒与该小孔道匹配并夹合在该小孔道与软管之间,楔紧件后部锥筒则与软管座内腔的锥形过度匹配,前顶该楔紧件将软管与软管座紧配合连接,楔紧件或是医用不锈钢或医用塑料制成,密封件位于楔紧件锥筒的后方。
还包括一种敷翼,其固定在软管座上。
综上所述,本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:由于软管在血管中受身体温度影响而变软,一是病患置管肢体部位仍可以灵活活动,二是软化的软管端部不会损伤血管内膜,更不会穿破血管,因而不会发生输液并发症,给病患带来安全舒适的输液治疗。输液结束撤出留置软管后,由于针尖已退入软管座前端,没有裸露在外,因而针尖不会伤及人,而且给后续医疗垃圾处理带来极大方便和安全。可直接输液,无需如现有技术中的留置针需拔除穿刺针管后再插入输液针管进行输液,从而输液操作更快捷、简便;同时,合二为一现有技术中的穿刺针管及输液针管,使本发明的穿刺针管同时具有该二者的作用,从而简化结构;尤其重要的是,由于穿刺针管、软管以及后端组件无需脱离而可固接成一体,从而可一体式构造出厂、一体式使用,从而为确保本产品的一次性使用创造出结构上的可能。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
参照图2,管针并通式软管留置输液器,包括穿刺器1、连接管2以及后端组件,后端组件由药液过滤器3、输液软管4、液体流量调节器5、滴斗6、瓶端连接管7、穿瓶器8和排气器9组成。
参照图3、图4,穿刺器是一种套管穿刺器,包括软管13、软管座15、密封件14、穿刺针管11、针座12和操作手柄17。
参照图5、图6,软管座15是一种前后端开口的筒形构件,其前部内腔为小孔道154,后部内腔为大孔道155,大小两孔道之间由台阶过度。软管座15侧部沿轴向延伸有一种滑动槽151,滑动槽151尾端分别前后突凸有前凸卡点152以及后凸卡点153,该前后凸卡点均与软管座一体构造。
参照图7、图8,针座12与操作手柄17连接并组成滑动组件。操作手柄17是一种板状构件,其上下两面靠近针座12处均分别设有一种前后凹坑171、172。针座12后端后伸有一种连接管凸台121。
参照图3、图4,软管13插置在小孔道154中并与软管座15固接,密封件14安置在大小孔道结合部,穿刺针管11穿过密封件14后含套在软管芯中,针尖露出软管13前端部,穿刺针管11与针座12前部连通插接,针座12后端伸出的连接管凸台121与连接管2连通连接,连接管2与输液器后端组件组配连接。针座12滑套在软管座15内腔中,操作手柄17横穿滑动槽151与针座12固接并组成滑动组件,操作手柄17对应部可沿此滑动槽151滑动,后凸卡点153与后凹坑172组成一种止退装置,向后滑动的滑动组件被此止退装置止退时,穿刺针尖尚位于密封件14之前、软管13裸露段之后的的软管座内腔中(如图4所示)。此时,前凸卡点152也陷落在前凹坑171中,前凸卡点152与前凹坑171组成 一种逆止装置,从而阻止后退到位的滑动部件逆向前推。 软管芯、穿刺针管芯以及连接管管芯组成输液通道。
使用时,首先软管13和穿刺针管11一起穿入血管中,连接管2中见回血后,然后降低穿刺器角度,将软管13继续往血管内推送,直到整根软管13进入血管中,同时后撤针管11,直至被止退装置止退,软管13留置在血管中,打开后端组件中的流量调节器,药液通过针座12后端连接管2、后撤的穿刺针管11,再通过软管13进入病患血管中,达到输液目的。输液结束后,关闭流量调节器,撤出留置软管13,由于针尖已退入软管座前端,没有裸露在外,因而针尖不会伤及人。
本实施例未述部分与现有技术相同。
实施例二:
参照图2,图9, 管针并通式软管留置输液器,包括穿刺器1、连接管2以及后端组件,后端组件由药液过滤器3、输液软管4、液体流量调节器5、滴斗6、瓶端连接管7、穿瓶器8和排气器9组成。穿刺器是一种套管穿刺器,包括软管13、软管座15、密封件14、穿刺针管11、针座12和操作手柄17。软管座15是一种筒形构件,其前部内腔为小孔道154,后部内腔为大孔道155,大小两孔道之间由锥形过度,软管13后端插置在该小孔道154中,还包括一种楔紧件16,楔紧件16呈一种前后端开口且轴向贯穿剖分槽的锥瓶状,楔紧件16前部直筒与该小孔道154匹配并夹合在该小孔道154与软管13之间,楔紧件16后部锥筒则与软管座15内腔的锥形过度匹配,前顶该楔紧件16将软管13与软管座15紧配合连接,楔紧件16或是医用不锈钢或医用塑料制成,密封件14位于楔紧件16锥筒的后方。
本实施例未述部分与实施例一相同。
最佳实施例:
参照图2、图10, 管针并通式软管留置输液器,包括穿刺器1、连接管2以及后端组件,后端组件由药液过滤器3、输液软管4、液体流量调节器5、滴斗6、瓶端连接管7、穿瓶器8和排气器9组成。穿刺器是一种套管穿刺器,包括软管13、软管座15、密封件14、穿刺针管11、针座12和操作手柄17。软管座15是一种筒形构件,其前部内腔为小孔道154,后部内腔为大孔道155,大小两孔道之间由锥形过度,软管13后端插置在该小孔道154中,还包括一种楔紧件16,楔紧件16呈一种前后端开口且轴向贯穿剖分槽的锥瓶状,楔紧件16前部直筒与该小孔道154匹配并夹合在该小孔道154与软管13之间,楔紧件16后部锥筒则与软管座15内腔的锥形过度匹配,前顶该楔紧件16将软管13与软管座15紧配合连接,楔紧件16或是医用不锈钢或医用塑料制成,密封件14位于楔紧件16锥筒的后方。 共有两个滑动槽151对称分布在软管座15两侧,并有两个操作手柄17分别对应贯穿滑动槽151均与针座15固接。操作手柄17呈一种捏耳状,共同与针座15固接的两个捏耳组成一种双捏耳操作手柄。 还包括一种敷翼18,其固定在软管座15上。
本实施例未述部分与实施例一相同。

Claims (12)

  1. 管针并通式软管留置输液器,包括穿刺器、连接管以及后端组件,其特征在于,穿刺器是一种套管穿刺器,包括软管、软管座、密封件、穿刺针管、针座和操作手柄,软管与软管座固接,密封件安置在软管座内腔中,穿刺针管穿过密封件后含套在软管芯中,针尖露出软管前端部,穿刺针管与针座前部连通插接,针座后端与连接管连通连接,连接管与输液器后端组件组配连接,软管座是一种筒形构件,针座滑套在其内腔中,软管座侧部沿轴向延伸有一种滑动槽,操作手柄横穿此滑动槽与针座固接并组成滑动组件,操作手柄对应部可沿此滑动槽滑动,滑动组件与软管座之间具有一种止退装置,向后滑动的滑动组件被此止退装置止退时,穿刺针尖尚位于密封件之前,软管芯、穿刺针管 芯以及连接管管芯组成输液通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的管针并通式软管留置输液器,其特征在于,向后滑动的滑动组件被此止退装置止退时,穿刺针尖尚位于密封件之前、软管裸露段之后的的软管座内腔中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的管针并通式软管留置输液器,其特征在于,共有两个滑动槽对称分布在软管座两侧,并有两个操作手柄分别对应贯穿滑动槽均与针座固接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的管针并通式软管留置输液器,其特征在于,操作手柄呈一种捏耳状,共同与针座固接的两个捏耳组成一种双捏耳操作手柄。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的管针并通式软管留置输液器,其特征在于,该止退装置是一种位于滑动槽尾端的后退障碍,这种后退障碍可以是一种突凸在滑动槽尾端的卡点,也可以是滑动槽尾端封闭。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的管针并通式软管留置输液器,其特征在于,还包括有一种逆止装置,此逆止装置安装在滑动部件与软管座之间,后退到位的滑动部件若逆向前推将与此逆止装置阻止接触。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的管针并通式软管留置输液器,其特征在于,该逆止装置由凸卡点和凹坑组成,该凸卡点和凹坑对应匹配设置在滑动组件及软管座上,后退时滑动组件通过弹性变形强行爬越过该凸卡点后该凸卡点陷在凹坑中,从而阻止穿刺针管前推。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的管针并通式软管留置输液器,其特征在于,该逆止装置由弹性卡扣和卡肩组成,弹性卡扣位于针筒上,卡肩位于滑动部件上,后退时爬过该弹性卡扣而后退到位的滑动部件其卡肩恰与弹性卡扣卡接,从而阻止穿刺针管前推。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的管针并通式软管留置输液器,其特征在于,该弹性卡扣由弹性悬舌以及悬舌顶端的卡扣组成,靠近软管座滑动槽尾端沿与滑动槽平行的间隔处掏空并让此掏空在滑动槽尾端与滑动槽'U'形连穿,此'U'形中央即形成一弹性悬舌,卡扣位于此弹性悬舌顶端并突凸在滑动槽中,卡口前侧呈一种便于爬越的斜形或弧形,卡口后侧呈一种阻止爬越的尖顶形或竖直形。

  12. 根据权利要求1所述的管针并通式软管留置输液器,其特征在于,还包括一种敷翼,其固定在软管座上。
