Abstract

La présente invention concerne une préparation combinée qui comprend au moins une microparticule et une composition, de préférence une solution pharmaceutique aqueuse, qui comprend un polymère dérivé de cellulose soluble dans l'eau et de l'acide hyaluronique, de préférence de la carboxyméthylcellulose et de l'acide hyaluronique. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de ladite préparation combinée pour la préparation d'un médicament destiné au traitement de lésions des muqueuses par résection endoscopique, par exemple la résection de polypes et/ou de tumeurs de la muqueuse gastro-intestinale.The present invention relates to a combined preparation which comprises at least one microparticle and a composition, preferably an aqueous pharmaceutical solution, which comprises a water-soluble cellulose derivative polymer and hyaluronic acid, preferably carboxymethylcellulose and hyaluronic acid.
