本实施例的贷款产品推广方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质,通过预先设置好产品数据库,将获取的表征贷款产品特性的产品属性作为预设产品数据库中的元素;从而当获取到客户的基本信息时,将此客户的基本信息和预设产品数据库中各元素进行匹配,进而根据匹配结果确定适合客户贷款产品进行推荐。其中预设产品数据库中存储有多个元素,多个元素和多种贷款产品的产品属性一致,当推出一款新的贷款产品时,相应的将此贷款产品的产品属性存储至预设产品数据库中作为其元素,从而可根据获取的客户基本信息和预设产品数据库中的匹配结果,进行贷款产品的推荐。避免针对每款贷款产品开发对应系统进行推广,降低了开发成本,加快了推广的进度。

请参照图1,图1为本申请贷款产品推广方法第一实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,所述贷款产品推广方法包括:
步骤S10,获取贷款产品的产品属性,并将所述产品属性存储到预设产品数据库中作为预设产品数据库的元素;
目前,为了适应大众需求,市面上的贷款产品层出不穷,如平安普惠的易再待、车主贷、优房贷、宅e贷等。本实施例为了实现不同贷款产品的推广,预先设置有产品数据库,即预设产品数据库,此预设产品数据库中存储有多个元素,多个元素与贷款产品的产品属性对应。可理解地,一款贷款产品推出时,其适合客户的年龄、区域、产品的用途等基础信息是确定的,此外贷款产品可能还具有交叉属性,交叉属性表示不同贷款产品有互相支撑的申请条件,如客户申请住房贷款,那么其可能同时符合装修贷款的申请条件,可以做交叉的推荐;或者有寿险、车险之类的保单,则可以申请其他贷款等属性。此类基础信息及交叉属性即为产品属性。不同的贷款产品具有不同的产品属性,将此各个贷款产品的产品属性作为预设产品数据库中的元素,也可以通过人为根据实际需要设定预设产品数据库中的元素,以使预设产品数据库中的元素更全面。当推出一款新的贷款产品时,为了便于销售,产品推广人员或开发人员将此贷款产品的产品属性输入到产品系统,通过产品系统上传到服务器,从服务器获取此贷款产品的产品属性,并将获取的产品属性存储到预设产品数据库中,作为预设产品数据库的元素,不同的元素组合可对应不同的产品属性,不同的产品属性表征不同的贷款产品。如预设产品数据库中的元素包括:{a1、a2、a3、b1、b2、c1},其中元素{a1、a2、c1}表征贷款产品A的产品属性;元素{b1、b2、c1}表征贷款产品B的产品属性;元素{a1、b1、c1}表征贷款产品C的产品属性。当贷款产品的产品属性和预设产品数据库中的元素a1、b1、c1匹配时,则说明贷款产品为贷款产品C。其中将产品属性存储到预设产品数据库中作为预设产品数据库的元素的步骤包括:
步骤S11,将产品属性和预设产品数据库中的元素逐一比对,并判断预设产品数据库中是否存在与产品属性对应元素;
步骤S12,当预设产品数据库中存在与产品属性对应元素时,将所述产品属性剔除;
步骤S13,当预设产品数据库中不存在与产品属性对应元素时,将所述产品属性作为新元素更新存储到预设产品数据库中。
进一步地,在获取到贷款产品的产品属性后,将此产品属性和预设产品数据库中的元素逐一匹配判断是否存在与此产品属性对应的元素。考虑到贷款产品的产品属性有多个,从而在判断是否存在与此产品属性对应的元素时,需要判断是否存在与此多个产品属性均对应的元素。当贷款产品的所有产品属性在预设产品数据库中均存在对应元素时,则说明预设产品数据库中已经存在贷款产品的产品属性,没有必要再加入相同的元素,从而将此已经存在的产品属性删除。当贷款产品的所有产品属性在预设产品数据库中不存在对应元素或者只存在部分对应元素,则说明贷款产品中在预设产品数据库中没有对应的产品属性,或者只有部分产品属性,从而将此不存在于预设产品数据库中的产品属性增加到预设产数据库中作为其新元素,以对预设产品数据库进行更新,在预设产品数据库中形成新的贷款产品的产品属性向客户推广。
步骤S20,获取贷款申请端客户的基本信息,将所述基本信息与预设产品数据库中各元素进行匹配,并获取匹配结果;
更进一步地,当进行贷款产品推广时,会通过贷款申请端获取客户的基本信息,贷款申请端为用于客户在进行信贷产品申请、保险产品购买时输入基本信息的智能终端,其可为手机或平板电脑,对此不作限制。根据此客户的基本信息判断客户是否满足贷款产品的申请条件,具体地,将客户的基本信息和预设产品数据库中的各元素进行匹配,并确定匹配结果。因预设产品数据库中的元素表征的是各个贷款产品的产品属性集合,从而其实质是将客户的基本信息和各个贷款产品的产品属性匹配,根据匹配结果即可确定客户可以申请的贷款产品。其中客户的基本信息包括出生日期、现居住城市、是否为本地户口、是否有信用记录等。可理解地,客户可能为此前有申请过贷款或信用卡的老客户,而此前的此类申请均需要客户信息,从而客户的基本信息可通过判断客户是否为老客户进行获取,当判断出客户为老客户时,提取此前的办理记录,获得客户的基本信息;当判断出客户是新客户时,可通过客户人员将客户的基本信息输入,从而得到客户的基本信息。
步骤S30,根据所述匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品。
可理解地,预设产品数据库中元素为多种贷款产品的产品属性的集合,将预设产品数据库的不同元素组合,可确定不同的贷款产品。从而将客户的基本信息与预设产品数据库中元素匹配时,匹配结果并不一定与某种贷款产品的产品属性相符合,可能会与多种贷款产品的产品属性相符合,或者是与贷款产品的部分产品属性相符合。当与多种贷款产品的产品属性相符合时,可将此多种贷款产品均推荐给客户,以供客户进行选择;当与贷款产品的部分产品属性相符合时,则将产品属性符合程度最高的贷款产品推荐给客户,以提高客户申请贷款的成功率。
本申请的贷款产品推广方法包括:获取贷款产品的产品属性,并将所述产品属性存储到预设产品数据库中作为预设产品数据库的元素;获取贷款申请端客户的基本信息,将所述基本信息与预设产品数据库中各元素进行匹配,并获取匹配结果;根据所述匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品。本方案通过预先设置好产品数据库,将获取的表征贷款产品特性的产品属性作为预设产品数据库中的元素;从而当获取到客户的基本信息时,将此客户的基本信息和预设产品数据库中各元素进行匹配,进而根据匹配结果确定适合客户贷款产品进行推荐。其中预设产品数据库中存储有多个元素,多个元素和多种贷款产品的产品属性一致,当推出一款新的贷款产品时,相应的将此贷款产品的产品属性存储至预设产品数据库中作为其元素,从而可根据获取的客户基本信息和预设产品数据库中的匹配结果,进行贷款产品的推荐。避免针对每款贷款产品开发对应系统进行推广,降低了开发成本,加快了推广的进度。
进一步地,在本申请贷款产品推广方法的另一实施例中,所述步骤S30根据所述匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品包括:
步骤S31,根据客户的基本信息,判断客户是否具有贷款记录;
步骤S32,当客户具有贷款记录时,则获取所述贷款记录所对应的历史信息;
步骤S33,根据所述历史信息和匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品。
进一步地,考虑到客户可能为此前成功办理过贷款产品的老客户,此办理的贷款产品的历史信息可体现客户的需求,从而在向客户推荐贷款产品时,可结合客户体现客户需求的历史信息,向客户进行推荐。因无论客户办理哪种类型的贷款产品,均需要客户的个人基本信息,从而可通过客户的基本信息判断客户是否具有贷款记录,当具有贷款记录,则说明客户为成功办理过贷款产品的老客户。当通过客户的基本信息判断出客户为成功办理过贷款产品的老客户时,则获取客户办理贷款产品时的贷款记录所对应的历史信息,通过此历史信息确定客户的需求。具体地,获取此客户贷款记录中诸如客户年龄、收入情况,社保信息等客户信息,根据此客户信息,确定其具有申请资质的贷款产品,再根据历史的贷款产品推断其最可能需求的贷款产品。如当历史信息显示客户办理过购房贷款,根据此购房贷款中的客户信息,确定其可申请的贷款产品有购车贷款和专修贷款,因其贷款记录为购房贷款,从而可推断出其可能需要进一步办理装修贷款。进而根据体现客户需求的历史信息和匹配结果向客户推荐更适合其需求的贷款产品。此外可理解地,不是所有的客户之前都成功办理过贷款产品,从而本实施例步骤S31所述根据客户的基本信息,判断客户是否具有贷款记录之后包括:
步骤S34,当客户没有贷款记录时,则获取预设产品数据库中与基本信息匹配的元素;
步骤S35,确定与所述匹配的元素相似度最高的贷款产品,其中贷款产品中与匹配的元素相同的产品属性数量越多,匹配的元素与贷款产品的相似度越高;
步骤S36,将所述相似度最高的贷款产品确定为目标贷款产品,并将所述目标贷款产品推荐给客户。
当判断出客户没有贷款记录时,则说明客户为之前没有成功办理过贷款产品的新客户,从预设产品数据库中获取与其基本信息匹配的元素,根据此匹配的元素确定目标贷款产品,并将此目标贷款产品推荐给客户。可理解地,不同的贷款产品具有不同的产品属性,其表征为在预设产品数据库中的不同的元素个数,如预设产品数据库中包括的元素有n1、n2、n3、m1和m2,其中贷款产品N1的产品属性为n1、n2、n3、m1;贷款产品N2的产品属性为n1、n2、m1、m2;贷款产品N3的产品属性为n2、n3、m1;通过客户的基本信息判断其为新客户,而将其基本信息与预设产品数据库中的元素进行匹配时,匹配结果为与元素n1、n2和n3匹配。当贷款产品中与匹配的元素相同的产品属性的数量越多时,则说明匹配的元素与此贷款产品的相似度越高,贷款产品N1、N2、N3中与匹配的元素所相同的产品属性的数量分别为3个、2个和2个,均为部分匹配,但是与N1的产品属性所相同的数量最多,将N1确定为相似度最高的贷款产品,将其作为目标贷款产品推荐给客户。例外地,如果上述实施例中匹配结果为与元素n1、n2、n3和m2匹配,从而客户的基本信息与贷款产品N1和N2的相似度并列第一,从而根据此相似度确定目标贷款产品为N1和N2,将N1和N2推荐给客户,以供进行选择,使推荐结果更为准确。可理解地,将与客户基本信息匹配的贷款产品推荐给客户时,客户对于贷款产品的信息并不完全了解,从而将目标贷款产品推荐给客户的步骤还包括:
确定与所述目标贷款产品对应的客服人员信息,并将所述目标贷款产品以及客服人员信息推荐给贷款申请端。
进一步地,考虑到只是将目标贷款产品推荐给客户,客户在想要深入了解目标贷款产品信息时,可能需要经过复杂的流程,导致客户体验性差,客户易流失。从而为了更好的服务客户,在根据匹配的元素确定目标贷款产品后,还需要确定与目标贷款产品对应的客服人员信息,此客户人员信息包括客户人员的电话号码、姓名等信息,将此目标贷款产品以及对应客户人员信息推荐到贷款申请端显示,在客户需要时,可通过此电话号码联系客户人员进行目标贷款产品的咨询,满足客户的不同需求。
进一步地,在本申请贷款产品推广方法的另一实施例中,所述步骤S33根据历史信息和匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品的步骤包括:
步骤S331,获取与基本信息匹配的元素,并根据所述匹配的元素确定匹配贷款产品;
步骤S332,确定匹配贷款产品与历史信息的相关度,根据所述相关度向客户推荐贷款产品。
更进一步地,当判断出客户为成功办理过贷款产品的客户时,则需要结合办理贷款产品的历史信息和匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品。首先获取与客户基本信息匹配的元素,根据此匹配的元素确定匹配贷款产品,其次确定此匹配贷款产品与历史信息的相关度,根据相关度确定向客户推荐的贷款产品。具体地,当客户的基本信息与多种贷款产品的产品属性相符合,即根据客户的基本信息与预设产品数据库中元素的匹配结果可确定多种匹配贷款产品时,确定此多种匹配贷款产品与办理贷款产品的历史信息相关度,将相关度最大的匹配贷款产品作为向客户推荐的贷款产品。如历史信息中表明客户办理过的贷款产品为购房贷款,而确定的多种匹配贷款产品包括购车贷款、教育贷款、装修贷款等,从而根据购房贷款的相关性,将装修贷款作为相关度最大的匹配贷款产品作为向客户推荐的贷款产品。当客户的基本信息仅与一种贷款产品的产品属性相符合,即根据客户的基本信息与预设产品数据库中元素的匹配结果确定一种匹配贷款产品时,确定此匹配贷款产品与办理贷款产品的历史信息相关度。当匹配贷款产品与办理贷款产品的历史信息不相关时,确定与办理贷款产品的历史信息对应的贷款产品,将匹配贷款产品和此与历史信息对应的贷款产品作为向客户推荐的贷款产品,当匹配贷款产品与办理贷款产品的历史信息相关时,直接将此匹配贷款产品作为向客户推荐的贷款产品。本实施例将历史信息与匹配结果结合的推荐方式,可使推荐更为准确。
进一步地,请参照图2,基于本申请贷款产品推广方法的第一实施例,提出本申请贷款产品推广方法的第二实施例,在本实施例中,所述步骤S10获取贷款产品的产品属性的步骤之前包括:
步骤S40,建立预设产品数据库;
步骤S50,获取各个现有贷款产品的参考属性,并将所述参考属性存储至预设产品数据库,其中所述参考属性作为预设产品数据库的元素。
更进一步地,为了将获取的客户基本信息与预设产品数据库中的元素进行匹配,需要预先建立产品数据库,产品数据库中存储有作为其元素的参考属性。其中参考属性来源于目前现有的贷款产品,用于表征目前现有贷款产品所适用的客户群体,交叉属性等,以通过将此参考属性与获取的客户基本信息匹配,确定符合客户需求的贷款产品。具体地,通过编写代码的方式建立一个用来组织、存储和管理数据的预设产品数据库,获取目前现有的各个贷款产品的参考属性,并将此获取的参考属性存储至预设产品数据库,形成预设产品数据库的元素,用不同的元素组合表征不同的贷款产品。当获取到客户的基本信息后,将其和预设产品数据库中的元素匹配,从而确定对应贷款产品进行推荐。考虑到预设产品数据库中通过元素组合表征贷款产品,可将元素设置为唯一性,对于重复元素进行删除,以节省预设产品数据库的存储空间,且避免重复比对,加快查找匹配速度。从而将所述参考属性存储至预设产品数据库的步骤之后包括:
步骤S60,判断预设产品数据库中是否存在重复的参考属性;
步骤S70,当预设产品数据库中存在重复的参考属性时,将所述重复的参考属性从预设产品数据库剔除。
进一步地,为了确保预设产品数据库中的元素唯一性,在将参考属性存储至预设产品数据库之后,判断预设产品数据库中是否存在重复的参考属性,当存在重复放入参考属性时,将此重复的参考属性从预设产品数据库中剔除。其中判断是否存在重复的参考属性的步骤也可以在将参考属性存储到预设产品数据库之前,即在存储之前判断预设产品数据库中是否已经存在此参考属性,当存在时则不将其存储至预设产品数据库,从而保证预设产品数据库中的元素的唯一性,以在将基本信息和预设产品数据库中的元素匹配时,避免重复匹配,提升匹配比对的效率。
需要说明的是,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。

本申请实施例贷款产品推广装置可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、便携计算机等终端设备。
如图3所示,该贷款产品推广装置可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现处理器1001和存储器1005之间的连接通信。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,该贷款产品推广装置还可以包括用户接口、网络接口、摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。用户接口可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。

当客户没有贷款记录时,则获取预设产品数据库中与基本信息匹配的元素;
确定与所述匹配的元素相似度最高的贷款产品,其中贷款产品中与匹配的元素相同的产品属性数量越多,匹配的元素与贷款产品的相似度越高;
将所述相似度最高的贷款产品确定为目标贷款产品,并将所述目标贷款产品推荐给客户。
进一步地,所述将所述目标贷款产品推荐给客户的步骤包括:
确定与所述目标贷款产品对应的客服人员信息,并将所述目标贷款产品以及客服人员信息推荐给贷款申请端。
进一步地,所述将所述产品属性存储到预设产品数据库中作为预设产品数据库的元素的步骤包括:
将产品属性和预设产品数据库中的元素逐一比对,并判断预设产品数据库中是否存在与产品属性对应元素;
当预设产品数据库中存在与产品属性对应元素时,将所述产品属性剔除;
当预设产品数据库中不存在与产品属性对应元素时,将所述产品属性作为新元素更新存储到预设产品数据库中。
进一步地,所述获取贷款产品的产品属性的步骤之前,所述一个或者一个以上程序还可被一个或者一个以上的处理器执行以用于:
建立预设产品数据库;
获取各个现有贷款产品的参考属性,并将所述参考属性存储至预设产品数据库,其中所述参考属性作为预设产品数据库的元素。
进一步地,所述获取各个现有贷款产品的参考属性,并将所述参考属性存储至预设产品数据库的步骤之后,所述一个或者一个以上程序还可被一个或者一个以上的处理器执行以用于:
判断预设产品数据库中是否存在重复的参考属性;
当预设产品数据库中存在重复的参考属性时,将所述重复的参考属性从预设产品数据库剔除。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种贷款产品推广方法,其特征在于,所述贷款产品推广方法包括以下步骤:
    获取贷款产品的产品属性,并将所述产品属性存储到预设产品数据库中作为预设产品数据库的元素;
    获取贷款申请端客户的基本信息,将所述基本信息与预设产品数据库中各元素进行匹配,并获取匹配结果;
    根据所述匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的贷款产品推广方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品的步骤包括:
    根据客户的基本信息,判断客户是否具有贷款记录;
    当客户具有贷款记录时,则获取所述贷款记录所对应的历史信息;
    根据所述历史信息和匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的贷款产品推广方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述历史信息和匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品的步骤包括:
    获取与基本信息匹配的元素,并根据所述匹配的元素确定匹配贷款产品;
    确定匹配贷款产品与历史信息的相关度,根据所述相关度向客户推荐贷款产品。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的贷款产品推广方法,其特征在于,所述根据客户的基本信息,判断客户是否具有贷款记录的步骤之后包括:
    当客户没有贷款记录时,则获取预设产品数据库中与基本信息匹配的元素;
    确定与所述匹配的元素相似度最高的贷款产品,其中贷款产品中与匹配的元素相同的产品属性数量越多,匹配的元素与贷款产品的相似度越高;
    将所述相似度最高的贷款产品确定为目标贷款产品,并将所述目标贷款产品推荐给客户。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的贷款产品推广方法,其特征在于,所述将所述目标贷款产品推荐给客户的步骤包括:
    确定与所述目标贷款产品对应的客服人员信息,并将所述目标贷款产品以及客服人员信息推荐给贷款申请端。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的贷款产品推广方法,其特征在于,所述将所述产品属性存储到预设产品数据库中作为预设产品数据库的元素的步骤包括:
    将产品属性和预设产品数据库中的元素逐一比对,并判断预设产品数据库中是否存在与产品属性对应元素;
    当预设产品数据库中存在与产品属性对应元素时,将所述产品属性剔除;
    当预设产品数据库中不存在与产品属性对应元素时,将所述产品属性作为新元素更新存储到预设产品数据库中。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的贷款产品推广方法,其特征在于,所述获取贷款产品的产品属性的步骤之前包括:
    建立预设产品数据库;
    获取各个现有贷款产品的参考属性,并将所述参考属性存储至预设产品数据库,其中所述参考属性作为预设产品数据库的元素。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的贷款产品推广方法,其特征在于,所述获取各个现有贷款产品的参考属性,并将所述参考属性存储至预设产品数据库的步骤之后包括:
    判断预设产品数据库中是否存在重复的参考属性;
    当预设产品数据库中存在重复的参考属性时,将所述重复的参考属性从预设产品数据库剔除。
  9. 一种贷款产品推广装置,其特征在于,所述贷款产品推广装置包括:存储器、处理器、通信总线以及存储在所述存储器上的贷款产品推广程序;
    所述通信总线用于实现处理器和存储器之间的连接通信;
    所述处理器用于执行所述贷款产品推广程序,以实现以下步骤:
    获取贷款产品的产品属性,并将所述产品属性存储到预设产品数据库中作为预设产品数据库的元素;
    获取贷款申请端客户的基本信息,将所述基本信息与预设产品数据库中各元素进行匹配,并获取匹配结果;
    根据所述匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的贷款产品推广装置,其特征在于,所述根据所述匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品的步骤包括:
    根据客户的基本信息,判断客户是否具有贷款记录;
    当客户具有贷款记录时,则获取所述贷款记录所对应的历史信息;
    根据所述历史信息和匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的贷款产品推广装置,其特征在于,所述根据所述历史信息和匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品的步骤包括:
    获取与基本信息匹配的元素,并根据所述匹配的元素确定匹配贷款产品;
    确定匹配贷款产品与历史信息的相关度,根据所述相关度向客户推荐贷款产品。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的贷款产品推广装置,其特征在于,所述根据客户的基本信息,判断客户是否具有贷款记录的步骤之后,所述处理器用于执行所述贷款产品推广程序,以实现以下步骤:
    当客户没有贷款记录时,则获取预设产品数据库中与基本信息匹配的元素;
    确定与所述匹配的元素相似度最高的贷款产品,其中贷款产品中与匹配的元素相同的产品属性数量越多,匹配的元素与贷款产品的相似度越高;
    将所述相似度最高的贷款产品确定为目标贷款产品,并将所述目标贷款产品推荐给客户。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的贷款产品推广装置,其特征在于,所述将所述目标贷款产品推荐给客户的步骤包括:
    确定与所述目标贷款产品对应的客服人员信息,并将所述目标贷款产品以及客服人员信息推荐给贷款申请端。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的贷款产品推广装置,其特征在于,所述将所述产品属性存储到预设产品数据库中作为预设产品数据库的元素的步骤包括:
    将产品属性和预设产品数据库中的元素逐一比对,并判断预设产品数据库中是否存在与产品属性对应元素;
    当预设产品数据库中存在与产品属性对应元素时,将所述产品属性剔除;
    当预设产品数据库中不存在与产品属性对应元素时,将所述产品属性作为新元素更新存储到预设产品数据库中。
  15. 如权利要求9所述的贷款产品推广装置,其特征在于,所述获取贷款产品的产品属性的步骤之前,所述处理器用于执行所述贷款产品推广程序,以实现以下步骤:
    建立预设产品数据库;
    获取各个现有贷款产品的参考属性,并将所述参考属性存储至预设产品数据库,其中所述参考属性作为预设产品数据库的元素。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的贷款产品推广装置,其特征在于,所述获取各个现有贷款产品的参考属性,并将所述参考属性存储至预设产品数据库的步骤之后,所述处理器用于执行所述贷款产品推广程序,以实现以下步骤:
    判断预设产品数据库中是否存在重复的参考属性;
    当预设产品数据库中存在重复的参考属性时,将所述重复的参考属性从预设产品数据库剔除。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机课读存储介质上存储有贷款产品推广程序,所述贷款产品推广程序被处理器执行,以实现以下步骤:
    获取贷款产品的产品属性,并将所述产品属性存储到预设产品数据库中作为预设产品数据库的元素;
    获取贷款申请端客户的基本信息,将所述基本信息与预设产品数据库中各元素进行匹配,并获取匹配结果;
    根据所述匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品的步骤包括:
    根据客户的基本信息,判断客户是否具有贷款记录;
    当客户具有贷款记录时,则获取所述贷款记录所对应的历史信息;
    根据所述历史信息和匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述历史信息和匹配结果向客户推荐贷款产品的步骤包括:
    获取与基本信息匹配的元素,并根据所述匹配的元素确定匹配贷款产品;
    确定匹配贷款产品与历史信息的相关度,根据所述相关度向客户推荐贷款产品。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据客户的基本信息,判断客户是否具有贷款记录的步骤之后,所述贷款产品推广程序被处理器执行,以实现以下步骤:
    当客户没有贷款记录时,则获取预设产品数据库中与基本信息匹配的元素;
    确定与所述匹配的元素相似度最高的贷款产品,其中贷款产品中与匹配的元素相同的产品属性数量越多,匹配的元素与贷款产品的相似度越高;

    当预设产品数据库中存在与产品属性对应元素时,将所述产品属性剔除;
