Description
The present invention relates to a volatilization container, and more particularly to a volatilization container having a structure in which the cap cannot be removed after being temporarily tightened for safety, hygiene, and the like.
Volatilization containers are used to store fragrances, bactericides, insecticides, etc., and volatilize them over time, but the contents stored in the volatilization containers are often harmful to the human body. . In the case of such a volatilization container for the contents, it cannot be denied that a young person or an elderly person may accidentally remove the lid and spill chemicals or the like, causing harm to the human body.
For example, an indoor type volatilization apparatus that removes viruses and bacteria in the room using chlorine dioxide molecules, suppresses the growth of mold, and deodorizes bad odors such as garbage is commercially available. This volatilization device is marketed with a liquid medicine filled in a bottle and sealed, and when used, the sealing lid is removed and the enclosed granules are added to cause chemical reaction with the liquid medicine. The chlorine dioxide gas is volatilized indoors, and is replaced with a volatilization cap having a volatilization port included after the granules are charged.
In the case of the volatilization container used above, the replacement volatilization cap that is deposited after the chemical reaction between the granule and the liquid chemical to generate chlorine dioxide gas is not provided with a measure to prevent removal. In the case of such a volatilization container, there is a risk that the volatilization cap is removed by mistake, and chemicals or the like spill out, causing harm to the human body.
Conventionally, in consideration of such a case, various devices for making it difficult to remove the lid have been proposed (for example,
As mentioned above, in the case of conventional volatilization containers, the volatilization cap removal prevention measures are not sufficiently taken, so the volatilization cap is removed accidentally and chemicals etc. spill out, causing harm to the human body, There was a danger of consuming the contents.
Therefore, the present invention provides a volatilization container that does not pose a risk of harm to the human body because the volatilization cap is accidentally removed and the contents are leaked because once the volatilization cap is tightened during use, it can no longer be reliably removed. The task is to do.
The invention described in
The inner cap and the outer cap each have a volatilization opening that communicates with each other, and the inner cap is tightened to the lowermost portion of the bottleneck by tightening the inner cap via the outer cap. A series or discontinuous ridges are formed, overcoming the provided retaining flange and then locked by the retaining flange,
A series of or discontinuous protrusions that are slidably fitted in an annular groove formed in the lower part of the inner peripheral surface of the outer cap are formed at the lower part of the outer peripheral surface of the inner cap,
In addition, an annular stepped portion having a step is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cap, and a convex portion that slides along the inclined surface of the annular step portion is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer cap. The outer cap has a volatilization characterized in that the convex portion is locked by the step of the annular step portion so that the inner cap is rotated by acting only on the inner cap in one rotation direction. It is a container.
In one embodiment, the step is provided in the annular step portion at four positions at intervals of 90 degrees or at two positions at intervals of 180 degrees, and the convex portions are spaced at intervals of 90 degrees on the inner peripheral surface of the outer cap. It is provided at four places or at two places at intervals of 180 degrees. In one embodiment, the protrusion formed on the lower portion of the outer peripheral surface of the inner cap is fitted with play in the annular groove formed on the lower portion of the inner peripheral surface of the outer cap.
In one embodiment, the degree of opening of the volatilization port of the inner cap and the volatilization port of the outer cap can be adjusted by relative rotation of the inner cap and the outer cap.
Since the volatilization container according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, once the volatilization cap is tightened during use, the protrusion of the inner cap gets over the retaining flange of the bottle neck and is locked by the retaining flange. The cap cannot be removed reliably. Therefore, there is an effect that the volatilization cap is accidentally removed and the content flows out, and there is no risk of harm to the human body, which makes it suitable as a volatilization container.
The volatilization container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of an embodiment of a volatilization container according to the present invention. As described therein, the volatilization container includes a

The volatilization container according to the present invention is, for example, a
When screwing the volatilization cap composed of the
Thus, in a state where the
However, when the
While the
Soon, the
In this way, in the case of the volatilization container according to the present invention, when using the volatilization cap, it is impossible to remove the volatilization cap after it is replaced with the inner and outer double volatilization caps and tightened at one end. Therefore, the volatilization container can be used safely and hygienically for a long time, and its industrial applicability is great.
