背景技术
在现有技术中,为了实现幕墙的安装,通常有两种方式。一种方式是采用胶粘剂粘接面板,该方式中面板所有承载力全部来自胶粘剂的粘力,不利于面板长时间干挂,并且施工复杂。另一种方式是采用膨胀型锚栓,利用膨胀件挤压锚孔孔壁形成锚固作用的锚栓。是利用椎体与膨胀片的相向移动,促使膨胀片膨胀,与孔壁面板产生膨胀压力,并通过剪切摩擦作用产生抗拔力实现对被连接件锚固的一种组件,但是该方式对面板内部造成应力集中,增加了对面板结构强度要求的负担,且对超薄面板无法安装。

步骤A:在面板背面,钻出锚栓孔;
步骤B:向所述锚栓孔内注入胶粘剂;
步骤C:将背栓的背栓套置入所述锚栓孔内;
步骤D:将背栓的限位螺杆旋入所述背栓套内,使背栓套撑开。
优选地,所述步骤A包括:
步骤A1:在面板背面钻出直孔;
步骤A2:将直孔的底部扩开为扩孔,其中,扩孔具有能够在轴向上卡锁住撑开的背栓套的承压面。
优选地,扩孔仅能够在轴向上锁卡住撑开的背栓套。

针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种旋入式背栓和面板安装方法。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、本发明结合了机械锁定与化学粘结,大为提高了面板的安装结构强度,且安装简便安全。
2、本发明适用于多种幕墙面板材料,可以应用在9毫米的板材上,薄板的更多使用节省了昂贵的面料开支,更是减少了由于建筑结构要强求,对于幕墙外挂面板的取材限制。
3、本发明在锚栓孔底部扩开的扩孔内采用完全吻合的背栓,使得能够实现足够强大的支撑力,且对面板无任何内应力,从而降低面板的破损率。

步骤C:将背栓的背栓套置入所述锚栓孔内;
步骤D:将背栓的限位螺杆旋入所述背栓套内,使背栓套撑开;
步骤E:在限位螺杆上旋入止滑螺母以锁紧安装支架(金属挂件)。
所述步骤A包括:步骤A1:在面板背面钻出直孔;步骤A2:将直孔的底部扩开为扩孔,其中,扩孔具有能够在轴向上卡锁住撑开的背栓套的承压面。
优选地,扩孔仅能够在轴向上锁卡住撑开的背栓套。
所述步骤B包括:步骤B1:向所述锚栓孔内注入胶粘剂,注入量满足:胶粘剂能够填满背栓套撑开后锚栓孔中的全部或部分孔洞。优选地,胶粘剂可以是环氧树脂AB胶(优选采用弹性较高的6101、618系列),在胶的环氧时间内,安装背栓套并将限位螺杆安装到位即可。胶粘剂的注入量可以是注入至锚栓孔深度的50%处。背栓套在安装限位螺杆时,环氧胶将锚栓孔内的所有孔洞全部填实,进而保证面板上的所有背栓都是有效且受力的,将面板掉落的风险降低为零。
所述步骤C包括:步骤C1:将背栓的背栓套推入所述锚栓孔内,直到背栓套的前端顶到锚栓孔的孔底;其中,在被撑开前,背栓套的最大直径小于锚栓孔的最小孔径。背栓套可以部分或者全部嵌入于锚栓孔内。
所述步骤D包括:步骤D1:将限位螺杆旋入到位;其中,所述限位螺杆旋入到位,是指:背栓套的前部被撑开后至能够被扩孔的承压面在轴向上卡锁住,且背栓套能够在锚栓孔内自由旋转。优选地,限位螺杆上设置有限位线,当限位线平齐于锚栓孔的孔口或者背栓套的后端面时,所述限位螺杆正好旋入到位。通过限位螺杆的持续旋转,限位螺杆层层旋入面板中的背栓套,当限位螺杆根据限位线的指示旋转到位即可安装到位。整个过程中的旋转扭力只有12牛米/秒,安装后在胶粘剂凝固前,背栓可在面板的锚栓孔内自由旋转对面板内部不产生应力集中。
根据本发明提供的一种旋入式背栓,包括背栓套、限位螺杆;背栓套的前部为能够被限位螺杆撑开的膨胀部;限位螺杆从背栓套的后部旋入;在膨胀部未被撑开时,膨胀部的外径小于背栓套后部的外径。
如图1所示,背栓套的膨胀部上设置有两个锥面,分别记为第一锥面、第二锥面。其中,所述锥面呈锥台的局部侧面形状。进一步具体地,第一锥面与扩孔的承压面相配合,即第一锥面被卡在承压面内侧,从而背栓套不能被拔出扩孔;第二锥面与胶粘剂相配合,大为提高了旋入式背栓的强度。
根据本发明提供的一种幕墙,所述幕墙采用上述的基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法进行安装。
根据本发明提供的一种幕墙,包括面板和上述的旋入式背栓;所述面板的背面钻有锚栓孔,所述旋入式背栓的背栓套位于锚栓孔内,背栓套被旋入的限位螺杆撑开;被撑开的背栓套在轴向上被锚栓孔卡锁住;在周向和径向上,背栓套通过胶粘剂与锚栓孔紧固连接。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变化或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例和实施例中的特征可以任意相互组合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法,其特征在于,包括:
    步骤A:在面板背面,钻出锚栓孔;
    步骤B:向所述锚栓孔内注入胶粘剂;
    步骤C:将背栓的背栓套置入所述锚栓孔内;
    步骤D:将背栓的限位螺杆旋入所述背栓套内,使背栓套撑开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A包括:
    步骤A1:在面板背面钻出直孔;
    步骤A2:将直孔的底部扩开为扩孔,其中,扩孔具有能够在轴向上卡锁住撑开的背栓套的承压面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法,其特征在于,扩孔仅能够在轴向上锁卡住撑开的背栓套。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤B包括:
    步骤B1:向所述锚栓孔内注入胶粘剂,注入量满足:胶粘剂能够填满背栓套撑开后锚栓孔中的全部或部分孔洞;其中,所述胶粘剂包括环氧树脂AB胶。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤C包括:
    步骤C1:将背栓的背栓套推入所述锚栓孔内,直到背栓套的前端顶到锚栓孔的孔底;
    其中,在被撑开前,背栓套的最大直径小于锚栓孔的最小孔径。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤D包括:
    步骤D1:将限位螺杆旋入到位;其中,所述限位螺杆旋入到位,是指:背栓套的前部被撑开后至能够被扩孔的承压面在轴向上卡锁住,且背栓套能够在锚栓孔内自由旋转。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法,其特征在于,包括:
    步骤E:在限位螺杆上旋入止滑螺母以锁紧金属挂件。
  8. 一种旋入式背栓,其特征在于,包括背栓套、限位螺杆;
    背栓套的前部为能够被限位螺杆撑开的膨胀部;
    限位螺杆能够从背栓套的后部旋入直至限位螺杆被锁止;
    背栓套的膨胀部上设置有一个或多个锥面。
  9. 一种幕墙,其特征在于,所述幕墙采用权利要求1所述的基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法进行安装。
  10. 一种幕墙,其特征在于,包括面板和权利要求8所述的旋入式背栓;
    所述面板的背面钻有锚栓孔,所述旋入式背栓的背栓套位于锚栓孔内,背栓套被旋入的限位螺杆撑开;
    被撑开的背栓套在轴向上被锚栓孔卡锁住;
    在周向和径向上,背栓套通过胶粘剂与锚栓孔紧固连接。
