夹持装置及移动电源
技术领域
本发明涉及一种移动电源技术领域,尤其涉及一种夹持装置、和应用该夹持装置的移动电源。
背景技术
目前移动电源的使用非常广泛,可通过充电线将手机等电子设备与移动电源连接,以对手机进行充电。如若充电线较长时,用户行走或拍照通常须一手拿移动电源,另一只手拿手机,当手机为大屏手机时,握住手机的一只手无法单独完成拍照、电话拨打或接听等操作,使用非常不便,当手机与移动电源放置于背包中时,较长的充电线则会出现缠绕等等问题;如若充电线较短时,须把手机与移动电源叠放在一起,一只手拿移动电源和手机,另一只手可对手机进行拍照、电话拨打或接听等操作,但手机与移动电源之间会出现滑动,从而存在手机握持不稳、操作不便及手机滑落等问题。
现有的能够夹持手机的移动电源一般都设有夹持部,然而,夹持部通常只为特定尺寸大小的手机设计,每一款具有夹持部的移动电源产品只能对应尺寸与其适配的手机,因此存在通用性较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种夹持装置,尤其涉及一种能够夹持手机等电子设备的夹持装置,其具有很强的通用性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的夹持装置,包括壳体、至少两个相对设置的连接机构、及分别位于所述壳体两侧的至少两个夹持机构,所述壳体的两侧均开设有至少一滑槽,每一连接机构的一端可滑动容纳于所述滑槽并伸入所述壳体,另一端伸出所述滑槽,与一夹持机构连接,每一连接机构带动一夹持机构沿一滑槽的径向移动,至少两个相对设置的连接机构还带动与其对应的夹持机构沿相向或相背离的方向移动。
优选地,每一夹持机构均包括底座,所述底座包括底座本体、基座和连接杆,所述底座本体、基座和连接杆共同形成卡合槽;所述连接机构开设有容纳孔,所述连接杆容纳于所述容纳孔,所述底座本体和基座位于所述容纳孔的两侧,所述连接机构部分容纳于所述卡合槽。
优选地,每一夹持机构还包括夹持件,所述夹持件可转动地连接于所述底座本体远离基座的一端。
优选地,所述连接机构凸设有至少一凸起,所述凸起抵持于所述底座本体靠近所述壳体的表面。
优选地,所述夹持装置还包括容纳于所述壳体的至少两个弹力机构,每一连接机构的一端可滑动设置于所述弹力机构。
优选地,所述夹持装置还包括容纳于所述壳体内的隔离板和固定件,所述隔离板将所述壳体分隔成一容置空间和一容纳腔,所述固定件容纳于所述容纳腔并将所述容纳腔分隔成两个容置室,每一滑槽分别与一容置室连通。
优选地,所述弹力机构的数量为两个,所述两个弹力机构均固设于所述固定件,每一弹力机构至少部分容纳于一容置室,每一连接机构部分容纳于一容置室,并与一弹力机构可滑动地连接。
优选地,所述弹力机构包括滑动部和设置于所述滑动部两端的两个弹性部,所述连接机构与所述滑动部可滑动地连接。
优选地,所述连接机构的一端设有连接部,所述连接部开设有连接槽,所述滑动部部分容纳于所述连接槽。
优选地,所述固定件凹设有一凹槽,所述弹性部的自由端容纳于一凹槽。
优选地,所述凹槽的两个侧壁还分别凸设有一卡持件,所述两个卡持件之间形成有一缝隙,所述弹性部的自由端穿过所述缝隙容纳于所述凹槽。
本发明还提出一种移动电源,包括上述的夹持装置,所述移动电源还包括电池,所述电池容纳于所述壳体。
优选地,所述壳体的两端分别开设有一开口,所述壳体还包括两个盖板,每一盖板盖设于一开口。
优选地,其中一盖板开设有至少一充电接口和至少一放电接口。
优选地,所述移动电源还包括容纳于所述壳体的主板和分别连接于所述主板两端的两个主板固定件,所述主板通过所述主板固定件固定于所述壳体内。
优选地,所述主板的两端分别开设有至少一个第一安装孔,所述主板固定件包括第一连接部和与所述第一连接部连接的第二连接部,所述第一连接部开设有至少一个第二安装孔,每一第二连接部靠近所述主板的一端均形成有至少一个凸缘,所述凸缘容纳于与其对应的第一安装孔。
本发明技术方案的夹持装置包括壳体、至少两个相对设置的连接机构、及至少两个夹持机构,壳体的两侧均开设有至少一滑槽,每一连接机构的一端可滑动容纳于滑槽并伸入壳体,另一端伸出滑槽,与一夹持机构连接,其中至少两个夹持机构分别位于壳体的两侧,以形成一用于夹持手机等电子设备的夹持空间;至少两个相对设置的连接机构带动与其对应的夹持机构沿相向或相背离的方向移动,通过将分别位于壳体两侧的至少两个夹持机构沿相向或相背离的方向移动,从而调整夹持空间的大小以适配手机等电子设备,而后将手机等电子设备牢固夹紧于夹持空间;每一连接机构带动一夹持机构沿一滑槽的径向移动,通过将夹持机构沿其对应的滑槽的径向移动,调整夹持机构的位置,以使夹持机构避开与其对应的功能按键,将手机等电子设备牢牢夹紧于夹持空间中,结构设计合理,能够适配于不同大小、不同按键排布的手机等电子设备,具有很强的通用性。

本发明技术方案的夹持装置包括壳体10、至少两个相对设置的连接机构30、及至少两个夹持机构40,壳体10的两侧均开设有至少一滑槽11,每一连接机构30的一端可滑动容纳于滑槽11并伸入壳体10,另一端伸出滑槽11,与一夹持机构40连接,其中至少两个夹持机构40分别位于壳体10的两侧,以形成一用于夹持手机等电子设备的夹持空间101;至少两个相对设置的连接机构30带动与其对应的夹持机构40沿相向或相背离的方向移动,通过将分别位于壳体10两侧的至少两个夹持机构40沿沿相向或相背离的方向移动,从而调整夹持空间101的大小以适配手机等电子设备,而后将手机等电子设备牢固夹紧于夹持空间101;每一连接机构30带动一夹持机构40沿一滑槽11的径向移动,进一步地,由于手机等电子设备的两侧通常开设有数量、尺寸大小不等的功能按键,通过将夹持机构40沿其对应的滑槽11的径向移动,调整夹持机构40的位置,以使夹持机构40避开与其对应的功能按键,将手机等电子设备牢牢夹紧于夹持空间101中,结构设计合理,能够适配于不同大小、不同按键排布的手机等电子设备,具有很强的通用性。
参见图1至图3、图13至图15,每一夹持机构40均包括底座41,底座41包括底座本体411、基座412和连接杆413,底座本体411、基座412和连接杆413共同形成卡合槽401;连接机构30开设有容纳孔32,连接杆413容纳于容纳孔32,底座本体411和基座412位于容纳孔32的两侧,连接机构30部分容纳于卡合槽401。

参见图1至图4、图7至图9,弹力机构20的数量为两个,两个弹力机构20均固设于固定件60,每一弹力机构20至少部分容纳于一容置室611,每一连接机构30部分容纳于一容置室611,并与一弹力机构20可滑动地连接。
本发明技术方案的每一连接机构30部分容纳于一容置室611,并与一弹力机构20可滑动地连接,具体的,每一连接机构30部分容纳于一容置室611,每一连接机构30的一端可滑动地连接于一弹力机构20,其另一端穿过滑槽11,并露出壳体10,与一夹持机构40连接;每一弹力机构20至少部分容纳于一容置室611,容置室611可为弹力机构20产生弹性形变提供一定的运动空间,每一弹力机构20的一端均固设于固定件60,其另一端连接于一连接机构30,连接机构30沿远离与其连接的弹力机构20的方向运动时,弹力机构20于容置室611内运动,并产生弹性形变以提供弹力。
参见图7至图12,弹力机构20包括滑动部21和设置于滑动部21两端的两个弹性部22,连接机构30与滑动部21可滑动地连接。
优选地,参见图10,本发明的一实施例的弹性部22为扁平状弹簧,滑动部21为杆状结构。通过设置弹性部22为扁平状弹簧,大大减小了弹性部22所占据的空间,从而减小了壳体10的尺寸,结构更加的紧凑。
参见图11,本发明的另一实施例的弹性部22为空间螺旋形弹簧,滑动部21为杆状结构,通过设置弹性部22为空间螺旋形弹簧,大大增强了其弹性。
参见图12,本发明的再一实施例的弹性部22为空间螺旋形弹簧,滑动部21也为空间螺旋形弹簧。
可以理解的,通过设置合理的壳体10的尺寸及弹性部22的弹性强度,为夹持机构40提供足够的夹紧力,即可实现将手机等电子设备夹持固定。
本发明技术方案的弹力机构20包括滑动部21和设置于滑动部21两端的两个弹性部22,弹性部22用于为每二相对设置的连接机构30提供沿相向移动的方向的弹力,进而通过连接机构30拉紧夹持机构40,以使夹持机构40牢固夹紧手机等电子设备;连接机构30与滑动部21可滑动地连接,优选地,连接机构30的一端可滑动地连接于滑动部21,另一端穿过滑槽11,伸出壳体10外与夹持机构40连接,以使每一连接机构30带动一夹持机构40沿一滑槽11的径向移动,本发明的夹持装置在使用时,先将每二相对设置的连接机构30沿相背离的方向移动,从而调整夹持空间101的大小以适配手机等电子设备,而后将手机等电子设备放置于夹持空间101,进一步地,由于手机等电子设备的两侧通常开设有数量、尺寸大小不等的功能按键,通过将夹持机构40沿其对应的滑槽11的径向移动,调整夹持机构40的位置,以使夹持机构40避开与其对应的功能按键,将手机等电子设备牢牢夹紧于夹持空间101中,结构设计合理,能够适配于不同大小、不同按键排布的手机等电子设备,具有很强的通用性。
参见图7至图13,连接机构30的一端设有连接部31,连接部31开设有连接槽33,滑动部21部分容纳于连接槽33。
本发明技术方案的连接机构30的一端设有连接部31,连接部31开设有连接槽33,滑动部21部分容纳于连接槽33,本发明的夹持装置安装后,可以理解的,往远离弹力机构20的方向拉动与其对应的一连接机构30时,滑动部21抵持于连接槽33的槽壁,进一步地,滑动部21拉动弹性部22,弹性部22变形以产生弹力;同时连接部31通过连接槽33于滑动部21相对滑动。
参见图3至图5、图9、及图10至图12,固定件60凹设有一凹槽601,弹性部22的自由端23容纳于一凹槽601。
本发明技术方案的固定件60凹设有一凹槽601,弹性部22的自由端23容纳于一凹槽601,本发明的夹持装置安装时,两相对设置的弹性部22的自由端23分别进入凹槽601中,安装后,可以理解的,往远离弹力机构20的方向拉动与其对应的一连接机构30时,弹性部22的自由端23抵持于凹槽601的一侧壁,弹性部22变形以产生弹力。
继续参见图3至图5、图9、及图10至图12,凹槽601的两个侧壁还分别凸设有一卡持件62,两个卡持件62之间形成有一缝隙(未标示),弹性部22的自由端23穿过缝隙容纳于凹槽601。
进一步地,卡持件62远离凹槽601的表面抵持于隔离板50。以防止弹性部22设于凹槽601的自由端23从缝隙中脱落。
本发明技术方案的两个卡持件62之间形成有一缝隙,弹性部22的自由端23穿过缝隙容纳于凹槽601,本发明的夹持装置安装时,两相对设置的弹性部22的自由端23分别从缝隙进入凹槽601,以将弹力机构20安装于固定件60,两个卡持件62用于卡持弹性部22的自由端23,避免自由端23从凹槽601的开口处脱落。
参见图1至图21,本发明还提出一种移动电源,该移动电源包括上述的夹持装置,该夹持装置的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本移动电源采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。其中,移动电源还包括电池(未图示),电池容纳于壳体10。
具体的,电池容纳于容纳空间51。
本发明技术方案的移动电源给手机等电子设备充电时,由于本发明的移动电源将手机等电子设备夹持固定于壳体10,大大缩短了手机等电子设备与移动电源的充电线的长度,整体更加的简洁美观;当需要拍照时,可调整手机等电子设备的位置,至手机等电子设备的镜头露出于壳体10,一只手即可同时握住移动电源和手机等电子设备,以便于拍照的进行,操作更加的简便;本发明移动电源的壳体10内部结构紧凑,排布合理,相对于现有的同样尺寸大小的移动电源,本发明的移动电源用于容纳弹力机构20、连接机构30的容置室611更小,而用于容纳电池的容置空间51的容量更大,从而使得移动电源的容量得到了较大的提升,为手机等电子设备提供更加持久的电力供应。
参见图4、图16至图17、及图20至图21,壳体10的两端分别开设有一开口13,壳体10还包括两个盖板12,每一盖板12盖设于一开口13。
本发明技术方案的壳体10的两端分别开设有一开口13,具体的,两个开口13均与容置空间51和容纳腔61连通,以便于固定件60、弹力机构20和连接机构30的安装,通过设置两个盖板12,每一盖板12盖设于一开口13,以起到密封的作用。
参见图20和图21,其中一盖板12开设有至少一充电接口121和至少一放电接口122。
优选地,放电接口122为USB(Universal Serial Bus,通用串行总线)接口。
进一步地,充电接口121、放电接口122均与电池电连接。
本发明技术方案的其中一盖板12开设有至少一充电接口121和至少一放电接口122,电池通过充电接口121进行充电,电池通过放电接口122向外部的手机等电子设备输电。
参见图17至图21,移动电源还包括容纳于壳体10的主板70和分别连接于主板70两端的两个主板固定件80,主板70通过主板固定件80固定于壳体10。
进一步地,主板70与电池电连接。
具体的,主板70和主板固定件80均容纳于容纳空间51。
本发明技术方案的主板70的两端通过两个主板固定件80固定于壳体10内,以防止主板70在壳体10内出现位移,影响了主板70与电池之间的连接,导致供电不稳定等等问题。
继续参见图17至图21,主板70的两端分别开设有至少一个第一安装孔701,主板固定件80包括第一连接部81和与第一连接部81连接的第二连接部82,第一连接部81开设有至少一个第二安装孔811,每一第二连接部82靠近主板70的一端均形成有至少一个凸缘812,凸缘812容纳于与其对应的第一安装孔701。
进一步地,每一凸缘812均焊接于与其对应的第一安装孔701。
进一步地,壳体10的开口13的两侧边缘分别开设有至少一第三安装孔131。
本发明技术方案的主板70的两端分别开设有至少一个第一安装孔701,主板固定件80包括第一连接部81和与第一连接部81连接的第二连接部82,第一连接部81开设有至少一个第二安装孔811,具体的,移动电源还包括多个螺栓(未图示),每一螺栓的一端连接于一盖板12,另一端依次穿过第二安装孔811和第三安装孔131后,固定于壳体10;每一第二连接部82靠近主板70的一端均形成有至少一个凸缘812,凸缘812容纳于与其对应的第一安装孔701。本发明的移动电源在组装时,将盖板12盖合固定于壳体10的开口13,同时也将主板70固定于壳体10内,以防止主板70在壳体10内发生位移而出现供电不稳定等等问题。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种夹持装置,其特征在于,包括壳体(10)、至少两个相对设置的连接机构(30)、及分别位于所述壳体(10)两侧的至少两个夹持机构(40),所述壳体(10)的两侧均开设有至少一滑槽(11),每一连接机构(30)的一端可滑动容纳于所述滑槽(11)并伸入所述壳体(10),另一端伸出所述滑槽(11),与一夹持机构(40)连接,每一连接机构(30)带动一夹持机构(40)沿一滑槽(11)的径向移动,至少两个相对设置的连接机构(30)还带动与其对应的夹持机构(40)沿相向或相背离的方向移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,每一夹持机构(40)均包括底座(41),所述底座(41)包括底座本体(411)、基座(412)和设于底座本体和基座之间的连接杆(413),所述底座本体(411)、基座(412)和连接杆(413)共同形成卡合槽(401);所述连接机构(30)开设有容纳孔(32),所述连接杆(413)容纳于所述容纳孔(32),所述底座本体(411和基座(412)位于所述容纳孔(32)的两侧,所述连接机构(30)部分容纳于所述卡合槽(401)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,每一夹持机构(40)还包括夹持件(42),所述夹持件(42)可转动地连接于所述底座本体(411)远离基座(412)的一端。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述连接机构(30)凸设有至少一凸起(34),所述凸起(34)抵持于所述底座本体(411)靠近所述壳体(10)的表面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述夹持装置还包括容纳于所述壳体(10)的至少两个弹力机构(20),每一连接机构(30)的一端可滑动设置于一弹力机构(20)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述夹持装置还包括容纳于所述壳体(10)内的隔离板(50)和固定件(60),所述隔离板(50)将所述壳体(10)分隔成一容置空间(51)和一容纳腔(61),所述固定件(60)容纳于所述容纳腔(61)并将所述容纳腔(61)分隔成两个容置室(611),每一滑槽(11)分别与一容置室(611)连通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述弹力机构(20)的数量为两个,所述两个弹力机构(20)均固设于所述固定件(60),每一弹力机构(20)至少部分容纳于一容置室(611),每一连接机构(30)部分容纳于一容置室(611),并与一弹力机构(20)可滑动地连接。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述弹力机构(20)包括滑动部(21)和设置于所述滑动部(21)两端的两个弹性部(22),所述连接机构(30)与所述滑动部(21)可滑动地连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述连接机构(30)的一端设有连接部(31),所述连接部(31)开设有连接槽(33),所述滑动部(21)部分容纳于所述连接槽(33)。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述固定件(60)凹设有一凹槽(601),所述弹性部(22)的自由端(23)容纳于一凹槽(601)。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽(601)的两个侧壁还分别凸设有一卡持件(62),所述两个卡持件(62)之间形成有一缝隙,所述弹性部(22)的自由端(23)穿过所述缝隙容纳于所述凹槽(601)。
  12. 一种移动电源,其特征在于,包括夹持装置,所述夹持装置包括壳体(10)、至少两个相对设置的连接机构(30)、及分别位于所述壳体(10)两侧的至少两个夹持机构(40),所述壳体(10)的两侧均开设有至少一滑槽(11),每一连接机构(30)的一端可滑动容纳于所述滑槽(11)并伸入所述壳体(10),另一端伸出所述滑槽(11),与一夹持机构(40)连接,每一连接机构(30)带动一夹持机构(40)沿一滑槽(11)的径向移动,至少两个相对设置的连接机构(30)还带动与其对应的夹持机构(40)沿相向或相背离的方向移动所述移动电源还包括电池,所述电池容纳于所述壳体(10)。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的移动电源,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)的两端分别开设有一开口(13),所述壳体(10)还包括两个盖板(12),每一盖板(12)盖设于一开口(13)。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的移动电源,其特征在于,其中一盖板(12)开设有至少一充电接口(121)和至少一放电接口(122)。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的移动电源,其特征在于,所述移动电源还包括容纳于所述壳体(10)的主板(70)和分别连接于所述主板(70)两端的两个主板固定件(80),所述主板(70)通过所述主板固定件(80)固定于所述壳体(10)。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的移动电源,其特征在于,所述主板(70)的两端分别开设有至少一个第一安装孔(701),所述主板固定件(80)包括第一连接部(81)和与所述第一连接部(81)连接的第二连接部(82),所述第一连接部(81)开设有至少一个第二安装孔(811),每一第二连接部(82)靠近所述主板(70)的一端均形成有至少一个凸缘(812),所述凸缘(812)容纳于与其对应的第一安装孔(701)。
