有鉴于前述的已有产品,在实际使用的功能上无法有兼具传统伞使用的收伞功能,以及反折伞结构的使用功能,发明人通过长期的研究与思考,经不断实验、创新,终于研发创新出结合了兼具传统伞收伞功能以及反折伞结构的直骨双向伞,利用最佳的结构,以及最适合人们于各种环境与场所操作使用的产品,藉由本发明的设计构造,可以通过使用者的操作而可以在不受环境与场所限制的状态,就可以让使用者自行选择利用本发明的直骨双向伞折收伞具的作用,进而达到结构简单化以及用户可以极为便利选择双向收伞方式的目的。
发明内容

本发明的重点目的四:而本发明的下巢具有两个按钮,更有别于传统仅有单一按钮的的样式,使操作者在使用上可以清楚各个按钮的功用,于使用上可依不同需求按压不同按钮令操作更清楚简单。以达到开、收伞动作平顺的功效,并且还可避免手部按压的疼痛感,安全性极高。
本发明的重点目的五:尤其在反折伞的使用状态时,由于结构更为优异,使本结构的中棒较一般反折伞还要短,因此比较市售的同类型反向伞更不占空间,更为使用者可以更为方便确实的依实际使用状态而进行收伞与开伞。
本发明所提供的直骨双向伞,藉由上述的结构,改善已知的伞具使用困扰与问题,使用者可同时达到因使用地点与环境的变化而选用收伞方式的功效,以提升本发明的实用性及方便性,使操作者更容易操控使用。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2A至5B,一种直骨双向伞,包含:
一中棒10,具有一轴线11、一围绕该轴线11形成的外周面12、一邻 近于该外周面12一端的上巢段13、一位于该中棒10相对上巢段13的下巢段14、一位于该上巢段13与该下巢段14之间的中巢段15、一设置于该下巢段14的下巢固定孔141、一设置于该中棒10且相邻该下巢固定孔141的反折伞固定孔142、一设置于该中巢段15的中巢定位孔151、及一于该上巢段13与该中巢定位孔151之间可伸缩凹设于该外周面12的止挡件16;
一上巢20,固定设置于该上巢段13;
一中巢30,能够滑动的设置于该中巢段15,具有一围绕该外周面12的中巢周壁31、多个枢接于该中巢30的直伞骨32、及一自该上巢20至下巢40方向延伸且受到该止挡件16抵制的止挡部33;
一下巢40,能够沿着该中棒10的轴线11产生滑动,具有一围绕该外周面12的下巢周壁41、一环绕该下巢周壁41且具有一能够与该下巢固定孔141卡合的凸点42的开收伞扣件43、一环绕该下巢周壁41且具有一能够按压该止挡件16的反折收伞扣件44、及多个枢接于该下巢40靠近该中巢30一段且与该直伞骨32滑动接设的支撑伞骨45;
一夹布环80,设于该下巢40相邻该直伞骨32,而该夹布环80与该下巢40之间夹持一内雨伞布。
藉此,该下巢40能够在一收伞位置50A、一开伞位置50B、一反折伞位置50C、及一反折收伞位置50D之间作动,使该下巢40在该中棒10沿着该轴线11滑动至该下巢段14、该中巢段15及该上巢段13;
当位于该收伞位置50A时,该下巢40位于该下巢段14,且该开收伞扣件43的凸点42卡合于该下巢固定孔141,该支撑伞骨45牵动该直伞骨32,且该支撑伞骨45与该直伞骨32贴合并使该直伞骨32贴近该中棒10;
当位于该开伞位置50B时,滑动该下巢40固定至该中巢段15,使该开收伞扣件43的凸点42卡合于该中巢定位孔151,且该支撑伞骨45牵动该直伞骨32,使该直伞骨32向外撑开;
当位于该反折伞位置50C时,该下巢40穿过该止档件16与该中巢30结合,使该支撑伞骨45与该直伞骨32贴合并朝该上巢20方向伸展;
当位于该反折收伞位置50D时,与该中巢30结合的下巢40沿着该中棒10的轴线11滑动至该下巢段14,该支撑伞骨45与该直伞骨32贴合,且该开收伞扣件43的凸点42固定于该下巢固定孔141。
利用上述组件,本发明直骨双向伞的使用方法如下:
请参阅图2A及图2B,该下巢40位于该下巢段14,而该下巢40的凸 点42扣合于该下巢固定孔141,使该下巢40固定于该下巢段14不会滑动,且该支撑伞骨45牵动该直伞骨32,使该直伞骨32与该中巢30连接的另一端贴近该下巢段14呈现该收伞位置50A的状态,而该中巢30的该止挡部33抵住该中棒10的止挡件16,使该中巢30不会沿着该轴线11在该中棒10滑动。
接续,请参阅图2B至3B,操作者欲将本发明直骨双向伞由该收伞位置50A移动至该开伞位置50B时,先按压该下巢40的开收伞扣件43,使该开收伞扣件43连接的凸点42因为按压而离开该下巢固定孔141,此时该下巢40呈现可在该中棒10滑动的状态,并将该下巢40朝向该中巢段15滑移离开该下巢段14,当该下巢40滑移至该中巢段15时,该下巢40的开收伞扣件43滑移经过该中巢定位孔151时,该开收伞扣件43的凸点42会扣合于该中巢定位孔151,使该下巢40固定于该中巢段15不会滑移,且该下巢40的支撑伞骨45推动该直伞骨32,使该直伞骨32由该中巢30为中心向外展开呈现该开伞位置50B的状态。
接续,请参阅图3B至图4B,操作者欲将本发明直骨双向伞由该开伞位置50B移动至该反折伞位置50C时,先按下该开收伞扣件43,使卡合于该中巢定位孔151的凸点42离开该中巢定位孔151,再将该下巢40朝向该中巢30滑移,使该下巢40的反折收伞扣件44相对应于该中棒10的止挡件16,当操作者按压该下巢40的反折收伞扣件44时,该反折收伞扣件44压迫该中棒10的止挡件16,使该止挡件16内缩进入该中棒10,而该下巢40能够滑移通过该止挡件16,使该下巢40能够与该中巢30结合,且该下巢40的支撑伞骨45牵动该直伞骨32,使该直伞骨32朝向该下巢40连接至该中巢30的方向伸展呈现该反折伞位置50C的状态。
接续,请参阅图4B至图5B,操作者欲将本发明直骨双向伞由该反折伞位置50C移动至该反折收伞位置50D时,先持续按压该下巢40的反折收伞扣件44,使该中棒10的止挡件16持续内缩,并将结合的该中巢30及该下巢40自该中巢段15朝向该下巢段14滑移,使结合的该中巢30及该下巢40滑移至该中棒10的下巢固定孔141时,该开收伞扣件43的凸点42会卡合至该下巢固定孔141,呈现该反折收伞位置50D。
请参阅图5B及图6,其中更包含一雨伞布60,其中一端夹持固定于该上巢20,另一端相对黏接固定于该直伞骨32与该中巢30枢接的一端,当操作者将本发明的直骨双向伞呈现该反折收伞位置50D时,并可使于伞表 面的雨滴包覆于反折后的伞布内,使雨滴不会洒落达到阻挡雨水的功效。
请参阅图7,其中更包含一防水伸缩套70,一装设于该上巢20的固定部71,及一自该固定部71朝该下巢40延伸的伸缩部72,使操作者将本发明的直骨双向伞于该收伞位置50A时,更可将该伸缩部72自该上巢20朝向该下巢40的方向套合,达成潮湿的该雨伞布60其雨水不会随意滴落的功效。
本发明所提供的直骨双向伞,藉由上述的结构及操作方式,改善已知的雨伞不便利收纳的缺失,更方便操作者收纳,且在晴天时可当作阳伞,既轻便又抗UV,下雨天时可通过中巢的特殊设计转变成反向伞,可使雨水收集于该伞布内部,可避免收伞时的水花到处流窜,且本发明的结构不仅支撑强度佳,且操作顺畅,相当实用。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种直骨双向伞,其特征在于,包含:
    一中棒,具有一轴线、一围绕该轴线形成的外周面、一邻近于该外周面一顶段部的上巢段、一位于该中棒相对上巢段的下巢段、一位于该上巢段与该下巢段之间的中巢段、一设置于该下巢段的下巢段固定孔、一设置于该中巢段的中巢定位孔、及一于上巢固定孔与该中巢定位孔之间凹设于该外周面的止挡件;
    一上巢,固定设置于该上巢段;
    一中巢,能够滑动的设置于该中巢段,具有一围绕该外周面的中巢周壁、多个枢接于该中巢的直伞骨、及一自该上巢至下巢方向延伸且受到该止挡件抵制的止挡部;
    一下巢,能够沿着该中棒的轴线产生滑动,具有一围绕该外周面的下巢周壁、一环绕该下巢周壁且具有一能够与该下巢固定孔卡合的凸点的开收伞扣件、一环绕该下巢周壁且具有一能够按压该止挡件的反折收伞扣件、及多个枢接于该下巢靠近该中巢一段且与该直伞骨滑动接设的支撑伞骨;
    一夹布环,设于该下巢相邻该支撑伞骨,而该夹布环与该下巢之间夹持一内雨伞布;
    藉此,该下巢能够在一收伞位置、一开伞位置、一反折伞位置、及一反折收伞位置之间作动,使该下巢在该中棒沿着该轴线滑动至该下巢段、该中巢段及该上巢段;
    当位于该收伞位置时,该下巢位于该下巢段,且该开收伞扣件的凸点卡合于该下巢固定孔,该支撑伞骨牵动该直伞骨,且该支撑伞骨与该直伞骨贴合并使该直伞骨贴近该中棒;
    当位于该开伞位置时,滑动该下巢固定至该中巢段,使该开收伞扣件的凸点卡合于该中巢定位孔,且该支撑伞骨牵动该直伞骨,使该直伞骨向外撑开;
    当位于该反折伞位置时,该下巢穿过该止档件与该中巢结合,使该支撑伞骨与该直伞骨贴合并朝该上巢方向伸展;
    当位于该反折收伞位置时,与该中巢结合的下巢沿着该中棒的轴线滑动至该下巢段,该支撑伞骨与该直伞骨贴合,且该开收伞扣件的凸点固定于该下巢固定孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的直骨双向伞,其特征在于,还包含一雨伞布,其中一端夹持固定于该上巢,另一端相对黏接固定于该直伞骨与该中巢枢接的一端。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的直骨双向伞,其特征在于,还包含一防水伸缩套,包含一装设于该上巢的固定部,及一自该固定部朝该下巢延伸的伸缩部。
