Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de réseautage de cellule. Le procédé consiste à : collecter, dans une période de temps prédéfinie, des informations d'unités d'équipement utilisateur respectives dans un réseau; déterminer un paramètre de configuration de réseau en fonction des informations des unités d'équipement utilisateur respectives et sur la base d'une stratégie prédéfinie; et notifier, dans une condition spécifiée, des informations d'un paramètre de configuration spécifié à un équipement utilisateur spécifié. En utilisant la solution technique de la présente invention, différentes configurations de paramètres de réseau peuvent être automatiquement réalisées sur la base d'informations d'état d'une unité d'équipement utilisateur dans un processus de réseautage de cellules, de telle sorte qu'un ajustement en temps réel d'un paramètre de configuration de réseau peut être réalisé en fonction de conditions de service réelles, ce qui permet de réduire les coûts d'une station de base de communication mobile tout en répondant aux besoins d'une unité d'équipement utilisateur dans différents états.
