Abstract

Provided are a method and device for cell networking. The method comprises: collecting, within a preset time period, information of respective user equipment units in a network; determining a network configuration parameter according to the information of the respective user equipment units and on the basis of a preset strategy; and notifying, under a specified condition, a specified user equipment of information of a specified configuration parameter.
