Definitions
- This invention relates to a garment for medically dependent persons for cladding at least an upper part of their legs, their intimate area and their buttocks.
- the garment comprises a torso section with a back. At the Torsoabterrorism two leg sections are attached. At the transition between Torsoabterrorism and the two leg sections is a crotch area, which cloths the genital area.
- the item of clothing comprises an openable and closable seat access area, with which an opening on the rear side of the item of clothing is at least partially closable, and which in the closed state is partially arranged in the back and partially in the leg sections.
- the garment comprises a
- Closing area in which the buttocks access area with the garment for closing is connectable.
- the invention can also be used in one-piece garment pieces for body and legs in other applications, for example, in clothing for crafts, transport, industry, sports, leisure or for the home.
- the leg sections merge into the torso section at the point where the leg sections form a tube transverse to the longitudinal direction of the garment.
- the crotch area includes a location where the leg insides and the torso portion converge.
- the buttocks access area also allows access to the private parts.
- JP 11 061522 A, JP 2002 129409 A and JP 2004 263 327 A a variety of patent applications are known, for example, JP 11 061522 A, JP 2002 129409 A and JP 2004 263 327 A.
- the problem of access to the buttocks and the genital area is solved in that on the front of a one-piece suit has a zipper that allows the entire front to open from the neck area to the crotch.
- These suits can be opened even further by opening another zipper on the inside of the thighs and through the crotch.
- the disadvantage of this solution is that In the open state, the buttock area of the person still rests against the buttock area of the suit and can potentially soil it with excrement.
- Torsoabitess each have an opening in the middle. These openings are interconnected through the step. This entire opening can be closed with a cover portion, of which a narrow part, which lies between the parts for the front and back, runs over the genital area. When open, access to diapers should be created without having to take off their pants.
- the disadvantage is that for opening and closing the cover of the genital area must be touched, which can be perceived by the person in need of care as well as the caregiver as unpleasant.
- the US2012 / 0167271 AI discloses a coverall for hunting, construction and industry, in which a arranged above the buttocks area back bib is closed by two zippers, each extending to one leg.
- a comprehensive intimate care which also includes templates or an artificial bowel outlet on the front, is not or not easily possible.
- the object of the invention is to provide a clothing in which when opening the buttocks area of the crotch area is not directly affected by the opening process, but the buttock area is exposed as a result of operations elsewhere than the crotch area.
- the entire genital area should be easily accessible.
- the invention is defined by the features of claim 1.
- the subclaims define preferred embodiments of the invention.
- the crotch area of the garment as part of the buttocks access area as a whole can be removed from the crotch area of the person. Since the crotch area is released from the back-up by the opening of the closing area, the crotch area of the clothing falls forwards and down on a standing person and exposes the intimate area.
- the crotch area of each garment is quite strongly fixed in its position when the closing area is closed in the leg sections by the leg sections being wrapped around the legs, unless the legs have been closed
- leg sections are very wide cut or very elastic. However, even in the latter cases, the fixation of the crotch portion to the leg portions is reduced when the leg portions are opened respectively in their longitudinal direction or obliquely to their longitudinal direction. Opening across the longitudinal direction of the leg portions does not have this effect.
- the clothing has a holding device, which ensures that the person continues to wear the item of clothing in the opened state of the seat access area, that is to say that the part of the
- This retainer may be, for example, a shoulder portion of the torso portion that extends over at least one shoulder and prevents the garment from slipping off the person.
- the sleeves can also have the function of a holding device, for example a very large section.
- the restraining means may also be a narrow portion of the torso portion of the garment which does not lose its holding action on the torso of the person when the buttocks access area is open, as is the case, for example, with trousers which are evident at the side seams.
- the holding device may thus be, for example, a federal government, in particular above the
- Buttocks access section can be arranged.
- the garment may also have the form of a pair of pants, the back of which covers a portion of the back of the torso of the person in the closed state of the buttocks access area.
- a belt may have the function of the holding device.
- the buttock access area may in particular run below the belt.
- the buttocks access area between the belt and the person is removable.
- the belt or even a waistband in the closed state of the buttocks access area of the buttocks access area to be covered.
- a belt and / or a waistband can be used to put on the garment on the back of the
- At least a portion of the seat access area may be formed as a flat portion, in particular of textile.
- One or more portions of the seat access area may be formed as a slit in the garment.
- the buttock access area extends to below the crotch and includes the crotch area and a portion of the leg portions at the leg inner sides. This correlates with the arrangement of the closing areas in the leg sections.
- the seat access area comprises at least a portion of a buttock area of the back that covers the buttocks.
- the opening in the back forming part of the buttock access area may be e.g. to the top of the back.
- the upper edge can then preferably be folded down to below the step.
- the opening in the back, which forms part of the seat access area may extend in a portion in the back which is spaced from the sides of the back.
- the buttocks access area is not too far away from the person's buttocks, or close to or just behind the buttocks.
- the clothing then preferably does not need to be moved far when opening, so that the buttocks can pass through the opening.
- the buttocks access section may extend far beyond the buttocks, for example, to an area between the shoulder blades or to an upper edge of the garment or to the shoulder or over the shoulder to the front.
- the seat access area may be a longitudinally elongate portion of the garment.
- the seat access area may be detachable from the rest of the garment.
- the seat access area may be inextricably linked to the rest of the garment at the leg portions.
- the closing areas in the leg sections may be connected to one another along the course of the closing area and / or via visible sections of the seat access section.
- At least one of the closing areas in the leg sections extends on one
- the closing region extends in sections or completely along the edge of the buttocks neck region. It is conceivable to completely remove the seat access area from the garment. For this purpose, the closing area over the leg sections to the front of the
- the buttocks access area can be completely surrounded by the closing area. It is also possible to open the buttocks access area at the bottom and front and remove them from the top to the back. For this he can at his bottom in a bottom uninterrupted Closing area to be opened. The portion of the garment that forms the buttock access area then does not hang down and can not touch the ground.
- the maximum distance between the closing portions in the leg portions at the transition between the torso portion and the leg portions generally corresponds to the width on which the
- Clothing can be opened in the crotch.
- a narrow closure section allows the realization of the inventive concept.
- the width of a closure portion can be manually expanded by widening the buttock access area by manually pulling the side edges away from each other. This is especially true when pulled in the longitudinal direction of the leg sections
- the width of the buttocks access area is approximately half or more of the width of the clothing at the transition between Torsoabêt and the
- the width of the seat access area is selected so that the required manual broadening of the seat access area by pulling the side edges away for toilet flushing is less than 125%.
- the closing region can have continuous connecting or non-connecting intermediate sections, for example, if the connection can be effected by means of Velcro strip sections and / or buttons.
- a non-connecting intermediate portion may also comprise a part of an edge of the garment, the part of the buttocks access area, in particular at the neckline and, or possibly also at an armhole.
- all sections of the closure area are preferably designed to be continuous with one another. The sections of the closing area then all adjoin one another.
- the buttock access area preferably extends over both sides of the back.
- the closing area extends outside the shoulder blades (med. Scapula) and / or the large rolling hill (med. Trochanter major, on the outside of the hip) and / or of the
- Sacral area (med. Sacrum). This has the particular advantage that the closing area, which is usually thicker, harder and more inflexible than other locations of the item of clothing, is not arranged at locations which are particularly heavily loaded when the person lies down and therefore tend to form pressure marks or pressure sores.
- At least a portion of the closing area extends in the longitudinal direction of the torso or obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the torso on the back to a Torso-Schown Schemeende or synonymous upper Schown Schemesende on the back of the garment on the back.
- the torso closure region end is preferably located above the middle torso or the back of the person, more preferably in the upper region of the back, in particular between the shoulder blades, or at the neckline, especially at the back or side of the neck portion, or in or at a collar or in or on a hood, or up to 15cm below the neckline or on the shoulder, especially at the top of the neck Shoulder or to the lateral neck muscles (medical: Trapezius), in particular to the middle or upper end, or over the shoulder to the upper end of the front of the
- Closing area of the slide is in the closed state advantageously to lie in a position at which the slider in the supine position of the person does not press on body sites on which the person rests on a pad.
- the skin is i.d.R. significantly thinner, so that it is easily vulnerable to pressure, which can lead to skin damage (medical: ulcer).
- the garment may be tightened by inserting the head through the buttock access area in addition to arms and legs. The head then passes first through the buttocks access area and then from the inside of the neckline.
- the garment can be on the front one
- Opening mechanism for example, a front zipper or a button placket or one or more Velcro fasteners, which runs in particular in the longitudinal direction of the clothing. If this ⁇ Stammsmechanisus is open, will be put through the head is facilitated as' open the front provides a better passage.
- the neckline can be opened at the front, which facilitates the insertion of the head through the neckline.
- the garment at the front of the neckline have a button or a button placket or a front zipper or a Velcro fastener. The insertion of the head is substantially facilitated if the upper closing-range end is arranged above the middle of the torso, seen in the longitudinal direction thereof.
- the person After inserting arms and legs, the person can close the seat access area. Then the person wears the garment. The person can get up to close the seat access area. It can also be a part of the buttocks access area to be closed while sitting.
- the closing area on the back and legs is opened, there is another advantage in that the fabric can be gathered laterally adjacent to the closing area and pushed aside or placed in front of the person's body. As a result, a part of the back and the buttocks is largely free. It is thus possible, for example, to change diapers or the like, for example, from incontinent persons without being impeded by clothing. The person does not have to take off the clothing.
- a seated toilet business gear can be considerably simplified by the ability to fauxgeaffen the garment laterally.
- the person in question may open the garment on the back and on the legs which Gather clothes sideways and forwards and sit on a toilet for the toilet business. Upon completion of this process, the garment on the back can be closed again without removing the garment or removing arms or legs from the garment.
- the closing area extends to the neckline. If the neckline is also revealed by opening the closing area at the back, the person's neck will close when closing
- Closing area also enclosed. If a zipper for opening and closing the
- Closing area is used, this is preferably close from bottom to top and ends in the neckline. It is also conceivable that a zipper runs to the neckline and is open from bottom to top, whereby it is divisible at the neckline. In this way, the
- a portion of the closing area may extend laterally from a hood to the neckline.
- the garment on the front of an opening means, which extends from the neckline down.
- the opening device extends from the neck portion preferably at least 10 cm down. This greatly facilitates the passage of the head through. More preferably, the opening means extends at least to a point corresponding to the lower end of the breastbone of a person who fits the garment and who wears the garment. When the opening means reaches down so far, this allows the garment to be put on and taken off over the front of the garment.
- Exit option may be advantageous for demented or immobile persons who are unable to independently open the seat access area.
- the front is easily accessible to them.
- the garment has two closing portions, each extending from one leg portion to a respective upper torso-closing region end.
- the closing areas extend between the lower and upper shooting range ends, and thus substantially in
- the closing areas may extend in sections or entirely obliquely to the longitudinal direction, in particular in approximate waveform at least a portion of the closing areas. At least one of the closing area preferably has one
- the closing areas preferably extend laterally from one another and in particular symmetrically to a notional center line of the item of clothing which extends in its longitudinal direction. If in the closing area a zipper is inserted, is preferably in each case a band of
- the zippers end laterally adjacent to each other at the upper torso closure region end. Preferably, there is the distance of the zippers less than 5cm.
- the portions of the closing portion on the back of the torso preferably converge toward each other on both sides of the buttocks access area.
- the upper end of the buttocks access area is tapered.
- the closing area with respect to the longitudinal direction in the area of the thoracic spine at a narrow point may have the smallest width at the torso.
- the sections of the closing area on either side of the buttock access area may extend from the legs to the bottleneck.
- the portions of the closing portion on both sides of the buttocks access area may extend away from each other toward the upper end of the garment above the bottleneck.
- the constriction is preferably between the shoulder blades of a person wearing the garment.
- the neckline may be executed to the rear obviously.
- the closing range then extends to the neck portion, it being sufficient if a single section of the closing area reaches there.
- the portion of the neckline therebetween belongs to the buttock access area.
- a closing range extends to the approach of a hood or a collar, which has the same effect in essence.
- the closing portion end may terminate at a distance below the neckline, collar or hood.
- the garment substantially retains its shape when the closure portion is opened.
- the shoulder portions of the garment remain joined at the back by a connecting portion at the neckline, collar or hood.
- the zippers have in an uppermost area between them an angle of less than 40 °, preferably less than 30 °. This has the advantage that then the zippers can be better closed when the person wearing the item of clothing, pulls the slider at least one zipper on an operating device to the top, because the pulling direction then better matches the direction of the zipper. It is also possible to use an angle of 0 °. This allows, for example, the buttock access area to be a narrow strip at the top. A narrow strip at the upper end of the buttocks access area can consist in extreme cases only of the mutually facing bands of the two zippers. A narrow strip has the advantage that, for example, it fits in well between the shoulder blades and thus does not bother much.
- the buttocks access area as small as possible, since he by his weight the Closing the zippers is generally difficult.
- the larger angles have the advantage that a more open at the upper end buttock access area is created, through which the head can be better plugged when tightening.
- the upper end of the buttocks access area is attached to a slider of a slide fastener which extends to an upper torso-closing-band end and is to be opened downwardly or to a member movable with this slider.
- a slider of a slide fastener which extends to an upper torso-closing-band end and is to be opened downwardly or to a member movable with this slider.
- the rear access area then only needs to be lifted to a lesser extent at the zipper cascade.
- a lower closing end may be arranged approximately in the middle or below the middle of the thigh. Then a leg tube can be opened so far that it is possible to bring the garment so far forward in the open state of the buttocks access area, that the front
- the lower closing region end may also be located at or below the knee or in the middle of the lower leg or at the leg of the garment. Then the distance that a foot of a person puts on the garment is through the leg of the
- Garment must be plugged, shorter, which makes dressing easier.
- At least one slider or a handle of a slider is a
- the operating device comprises a flexible, elongated element, for example at least a band, a cord, a rope, a chain and / or a wire, and / or an elongated solid element.
- the operating device can be gripped to move the slider.
- the operating device is preferably expandable, wherein it is particularly langziehbar.
- the operating device is designed as a slide connection which connects at least two slides for different sections of the closing area. This has the advantage that the
- Operating device such as a loop can be used, which simplifies the operation.
- Grip control device on its back at its end and pull it out. This in turn makes it possible to pull up the operating device for closing at least one zipper behind the back.
- the hand of the person makes a movement similar to the throw out to a throw and the beginning of the throw, but considerably slower. The movement is only possible because the operating device allows the movement of a slider from a distance. Pulling directly up the back, on the other hand, is virtually impossible.
- a long operating device is disadvantageous because it can interfere with swirling around. The expandability therefore also provides for a control device that is short when not in use.
- the rigidity of a single zipper operator is preferably designed so that, with a small to medium expansion, for example at least 10% of the total expandability, it will have approximately the same forces as moving a zipper of the type sewn into the garment. transfers.
- the nominal land width is e.g. at least 3 and not more than 7 mm. The same applies to a slide connection.
- the total length of the fully expanded slide connection for two slides is preferably greater than 40 cm, and in particular between 1 m and 1.50 m.
- An operating device for a slider preferably has an expanded length of at least 20 cm, which may be sufficient for small sizes, but preferably at least 50 cm and more preferably between 50 cm and 75 cm. For medium sizes, this length allows a loose arm movement to close the garment on the back. For large sizes, an expanded total length of more than 75 cm may be optimal.
- the length of the operating device is selected so that the operating device extends from an upper Torso-Schrete Schemeende at least to the lower end of the shoulder blades, wherein the slide connection is in particular not expanded.
- At least one operating device can be fastened to the item of clothing in addition to the attachment to one or more sliders, in particular in the shoulder area, in the
- Chest, back, armpit, neckline, hood, collar, or arm This has the advantage that the operating device does not stumble around disturbing freely. Another advantage is that it is known at which point the operating device can be found, if they is attached. Seeking gripping after the operating device is thus eliminated. In particular, the operating device can be fastened to the item of clothing at its free end or near its free end. On the garment, a part of a fastening device for the
- Be attached control device for example, a Velcro connection, a push button or magnets are conceivable.
- the closing area has at least one branch, at which three sections of the closing area coincide with a different course.
- the closing area comprises at least one zipper, preferably two and most preferably three zippers.
- the zipper closes when moving the slider in the direction of the branch. In this way, when opening, e.g. freely movable sections of the garment arise between the zippers, which can be easily moved to the side.
- the branching is preferably located outside the sacral region and / or outside at least one scapula and / or outside at least one large rolling mound, and preferably between the scapulae and or in the region of concave curvature of the spine, in particular above the sacral region.
- At least one zipper for opening and closing the closing area is equipped with a free-running slider. If the zipper is opened a little way, the zipper can be further pulled by pulling on the already open part. This greatly facilitates the opening of the garment on the back.
- all slide fasteners of zippers are on the back, and moreover, all slides of zippers in the legs also prefer free-running slides.
- at least one leg portion can be separated from its lower end in the longitudinal direction or obliquely to the longitudinal direction along a leg opening region. This makes it possible to expose the lower leg and there, for example. To provide wounds that are present for example in open legs (med. Ulcus cruris). People in need of care are often affected by this.
- the leg opening area is connected to the closing area in the leg section. This makes it possible to use a common closure means in the closing area and in the leg opening area.
- exactly one zipper passes through the leg opening area and the closing area in the
- Such a Zipper is preferably a zipper that is revealed from both sides with sliders that are pulled against each other when opened, or a zipper that is separable at the lower end of the leg section.
- at least one sleeve of a long-sleeved garment is provided with a sleeve closure for opening the sleeve in the longitudinal direction thereof.
- the sleeve closure extends beyond the elbow joint. So can easily access to
- Blood vessels are created on the arm. This can e.g. be helpful in a blood collection or dialysis or infusion treatment.
- the sleeve closure is arranged on the inside of the sleeve. This has the advantage that then when you open the sleeve of the sleeves to the outside
- the garment for closing or opening at least a portion of the closing area from bottom to top at least one zipper and at least one
- the anvil can be designed, for example, as a foot strap, as a stocking or as an open front stocking. As a stocking or stocking he can be integrally formed with the rest of the garment.
- the anvil is preferred with the closing area in relation to train little flexible connection. When closing the zipper, it may happen that the
- the zipper is pulled tight when closing, which significantly reduces the tendency to fold.
- the anvil may be connected to the zipper with a counterhold connection
- Closing forces from the zipper into the anvil transfers.
- the anvil is preferably connected to the lower end of the closing area, or to the leg opening area, preferably to the lower end thereof. So the whole zipper is pulled tight.
- a zipper that is closed or opened from above can be pulled tight by a backstop that rests against the shoulder when moving.
- the garment has at least one to close the closing area
- the material reinforcement serves to reduce the tendency of the material to wrinkle when closing the zipper.
- the material reinforcement stiffens the material surface laterally of the zipper.
- a reinforcement may be fastened parallel to the zipper as a stiffening band or piping or string to the material adjacent to the zipper. It can also be used a zipper, which is less limp than a Standard zipper is. Alternatively or additionally, the zipper by means of a
- Material reinforcement with a non-zippered portion of the garment to be connected to train little yielding Low compliance means less compliance than the material in which the material reinforcement proceeds.
- the material in the surface can be stiffened. This can be helpful in particular in the case of flexible material such as a knitted or knitted fabric.
- the zipper can be connected to the crotch area by means of a material reinforcement in a tension-resistant manner, so that forces can be absorbed when closing the zipper in the crotch. It is also possible to use the zipper by means of a
- the garment for closing and / or opening of the closing portion has a closing mechanism with at least one traction means, wherein the traction means is connected to the slide at least one zipper and is particularly adapted to the fact that the person pulls on the traction means at a towing point directly or indirectly , especially by hand.
- the traction means can be provided for opening and closing each separate traction means, both of which can be attached to the same slide. It is also conceivable to reverse the pulling direction of a traction means by a Switzerlandumk worninides such as a pulley or a deflecting course.
- the guide for the traction means can extend from the back over the shoulder, so that the traction means for closing the zipper can be pulled from the shoulder up, up-front, front, front-down or down.
- a traction means can be guided to the side of the torso, so that can be pulled to the side and / or back and or forward and / or laterally and forwards around the body and or up to the traction means to the
- the traction means may run in a pulley having a bottle attached to the clothing and having a free bottle, the free bottle being adapted to be towed on the pulley to move the traction means.
- the number of strands of traction means passing between the bottles is two, three, four or more. This number determines the factor between the distance the pulley is moved and the path of the slider.
- the bottles are preferably designed with one or more rollers.
- the traction means may extend from a draw point to the slider by guides connected to the item of clothing.
- a train may also be a bottle of a pulley.
- the guides may e.g. Loops on the material of the garment and / or eyelets therein and / or channels therein or thereon.
- a traction device can run directly from a tractor to a slider.
- a traction means runs from a first slider to a second slider.
- the traction means can pass through the first slider and moves it through the sum of the forces in the traction means sections to the draw point and to the second slider. In this way, for example, with the displacement of the first or the second slide the
- a zipper extends from a leg section across the back to between the shoulder blades. On the slide of such
- a traction device can be attached and run over the shoulder to a train.
- the traction means may be guided in a guide over the shoulder.
- three zippers extend to a branching of the closing area above the sacrum, from where each a leg zipper closure in a leg portion and a back zipper closure between the
- a traction means can be guided from a lateral draw point in a guide in the vicinity of the branch and extend from there to the slider of the back zipper. From the tow location, another traction means may pass through the guide near the branch to a slider of a leg zipper. It can be arranged on both sides of the garment ever two traction means, one of which extends to the slider of the back zipper and one each to a slider of a leg zipper. It is also conceivable to use only one traction device per side to close the three zippers. For this purpose, this traction device passes through the guide in the vicinity of the branch to the slider of the back zipper and from there to the slider of a leg zipper, wherein it is not fixed to the slider of the back zipper in its direction of movement.
- the slider of the back zipper can thus be moved by the forces in the strand of the traction means to the guide and in the strand to the leg zipper.
- two slides can be moved by means of a traction means.
- the traction means extends from a guide in the vicinity of the branch on one side of the garment to the slider of the back zipper and from there to the slider of the leg zipper on the other side of the garment, in particular traction means from both sides of the garment
- a traction device from the guide near the Branch first to a slider of a leg zipper and from there to the slider of the back zipper.
- a traction means may extend from the shoulder to a slider of a leg zipper and from there to the slider of the back zipper. Also in the latter two alternatives, the three zippers can be closed in this way with two traction means.
- a traction device is pulled out of the item of clothing at the towing point. This has the consequence that in the closed state of the zippers a long piece of traction means is outside of the garment.
- the traction means is preferably arranged in a hose which can be expanded in its longitudinal direction. This hose can shorten after pulling on closing again, so that only the shortened hose with the traction means inside is located on the outside of the garment.
- a towing point can be fixed to the item of clothing.
- a lateral draw point on the front or the side of the garment is fixable.
- a traction means can be prevented from free-roaming.
- the traction means extends over the shoulder, be fixed to the shoulder or on the front of the garment.
- a pulling means for closing may be provided for opening to a slider of zippers in the closing area, preferably to each of the zippers.
- a pulling means for opening the back zipper by a guide run below the shoulder blades. From the guide, the slider of the back zipper can be pulled down.
- a pulling means for opening a leg zipper can be guided in a guide on the back or in the leg section, so that from there the slider of the
- Leg zipper can be pulled up.
- the intended path of a draw point of a pulling means for opening can be considerably shorter compared to the length of the zipper, in particular if free-running slides are used.
- the zippers can be pulled up as soon as they are open a sufficient distance.
- the garment may offer the possibility of not readily performing zippers.
- the complicated opening of a zipper is preferably optionally activatable and deactivatable.
- the difficult opening is for one
