Abstract

本发明涉及园林工具领域,尤其是涉及一种背负式工作器具。
背景技术
现有的园林工具,例如,吹风机、吸叶机、割草机等,可实现不同的功能。另外,为了减轻操作人员的手臂受力,可采用背负式结构,以将工作器具背负于身上。
然而,现有的工作器具还存在很多的问题,例如,功能单一、不可拆装、通用性低等问题。
因此,需要提供一种新型的工作器具。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是提供一种新型的工作器具。
为解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供了一种背负式工作器具,包括:背负组件,包括:壳体和容纳于所述壳体内的电池包;以及至少一个工作组件,连接于所述背负组件的所述壳体上,且与所述电池包电性连接。
在一些实施例中,所述工作组件适于可拆卸地连接于所述背负组件的所述壳体上。
在一些实施例中,所述工作组件与所述背负组件通过导轨和导槽可插拔地连接;当所述导轨插入所述导槽时,所述工作组件安装于所述背负组件上;当所述导轨从所述导槽中拔出时,所述工作组件从所述背负组件上卸下。
在一些实施例中,所述工作组件的数量为两个,所述背负组件的左右两侧上均设有所述导槽或所述导轨,两个所述工作组件分别可拆 卸地连接于所述背负组件的所述左右两侧。
在一些实施例中,所述工作组件的左右两侧上均设有所述导槽或所述导轨,以适于可拆卸地安装于所述背负组件的左右两侧。
在一些实施例中,所述导槽设置于所述背负组件上,且所述导槽沿横向延伸或者沿纵向延伸;或者,所述导轨设置于所述背负组件上,且所述导轨沿横向延伸或沿纵向延伸。
在一些实施例中,所述工作器具还包括:锁止件,适于在所述导轨插入所述导槽时,固定所述工作组件与所述背负组件的相对位置。
在一些实施例中,所述锁止件包括:锁止突起和锁止槽,分别设置于所述工作组件和所述背负组件上,当所述导轨插入所述导槽时,所述锁止突起容纳于所述锁止槽内,以固定所述工作组件与所述背负组件的相对位置。

在一些实施例中,所述调距机构包括:卡槽部、可调部、驱动部以及复位件;所述卡槽部上至少形成有第一凹槽和第二凹槽;所述可调部上形成有突起,所述突起容纳于所述第一凹槽内,以将所述工作组件固定于所述第一位置;所述驱动部适于驱使所述可调部运动,以使得所述可调部上的所述突起脱离所述第一凹槽;当所述可调部上的所述突起脱离所述第一凹槽时,所述工作组件可相对所述背负组件移动,以使得所述可调部上的所述突起与所述卡槽部上的第二凹槽对齐;所述复位件适于驱使所述驱动部复位,使得所述可调部上的所述突起容纳于所述第二凹槽内,以将所述工作组件固定于所述第二位置。
在一些实施例中,所述可调部设置为可转结构;所述驱动部设置为连接于所述可调部上的驱动按钮;当按下所述驱动按钮时,所述可调部转动,以使得所述可调部上的所述突起脱离所述第一凹槽。

在本发明实施例提供的背负式工作器具上设有两个工作组件,适于同时实现不同的操作和功能,具有较强的功能性。
进一步的,当设置于所述背负组件上的两个工作组件均为吹风机时,可将其中一个吹风机设置为高风速吹风机以用于清除重物,而将另一吹风机设置为大风量吹风机以用于清除大面积的杂物,从而可以提高所述背负式工作器具的工作效率。另外,设置于所述背负组件上的两个吹风机具有各自的风机、风道和控制单元,适于独立运作。
进一步的,所述工作组件可设置成可拆装地连接于所述背负组件上,从而可以根据需求,更换不同的工作组件以实现不同的操作和功能,因此,本发明实施例提供的背负组件功能丰富且通用性强。
进一步,所述工作组件与所述背负组件之间的距离可调整,以满足不同体型的使用者的需求,提高所述背负式工作器具的舒适度。

如背景技术中所言,现有背负式工作器具具有功能单一、不可拆装、通用性低等问题。
鉴于此,本发明实施例提供了一种背负式工作器具,其包括:背负组件、第一工作组件、以及第二工作组件,其中所述背负组件包括:壳体和容纳于所述壳体内的电池包,所述第一工作组件和所述第二工作组件分别连接于所述背负组件的所述壳体上,且与所述电池包电性连接。因此,本发明实施例提供的背负式工作器具上设有两个工作组件,适于同时实现不同的操作和功能,具有较强的功能性。另外,所述工作组件可设置成可拆装地连接于所述背负组件上,从而可以根据 需求,更换不同的工作组件以实现不同的操作和功能,因此,本发明实施例提供的背负组件功能丰富且通用性强。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细的说明。
参考图1和图2所示,本发明实施例提供了一种背负式工作器具,具体地,提供了一种背负式吹风机10。所述背负式吹风机10包括:背负组件11、第一吹风机12以及第二吹风机13。
所述背负组件11包括:壳体111和电池包112。所述壳体111具有容纳腔,所述电池包112容纳于所述壳体111的所述容纳腔内,用于为所述第一吹风机12和所述第二吹风机13提供电能。另外,所述壳体111上设有背带113,以通过所述背带113将所述壳体111连同容纳于其内的电池包112背负于人体上。
在一些实施例中,所述电池包112设置成可插拔模式,即所述电池包112可通过插入口插入所述壳体111中,或通过所述插入口将所述电池包112从所述壳体111中拔出。
在一些实施例中,所述电池包112的数量为多个。多个所述电池包可并联在一起,也可串联在一起。例如,在如图1所示,所述电池包112包括第一电池包1121和第二电池包1122,所述第一电池包1121和所述第二电池包1122可通过串联的方式连接在一起,也可通过并联的方式连接在一起。
在一些实施例中,所述第一电池包1121与所述第一吹风机12电性连接,以用于为所述第一吹风机12提供动力源,所述第二电池包1122与所述第二吹风机13电性连接,以用于为所述第二吹风机13提供动力源。此时,所述第一吹风机12和所述第二吹风机13具有各自的动力源。在一些实施例中,所述第一吹风机12和所述第二吹风机13也可设置成共用一电池包。换句话说,所述第一吹风机12和所述第二吹风机13可以采用共同的电池包供电,也可采用相独立的两 个电池包供电。
在一些实施例中,所述电池包112可设置成可充电模式。
在一些实施例中,所述第一吹风机12和所述第二吹风机13分别连接于所述背负组件11的所述壳体111的右侧和左侧。值得注意的是,此处所述的“左侧”和“右侧”分别指:当所述背负式组件11被背负于使用者身体上时,所述使用者的左手侧即为“左侧”,右手侧即为“右侧”。由此,在使用时,使用者可右手握持所述第一吹风机12,左手握持所述第二吹风机13,以进行吹风操作。
在一些实施例中,所述第一吹风机12和/或所述第二吹风机13可固定连接于所述背负式组件11的所述壳体111的左右两侧。在一些实施例中,所述第一吹风机12和/或所述第二吹风机13也可设置成可拆装地连接于所述背负式组件11的所述壳体111的左右两侧。
在一些实施例中,所述第一吹风机12和所述第二吹风机13可通过焊接的方式固定连接于所述背负式组件11的所述壳体111的左右两侧。
在一些实施例中,当所述第一吹风机12和所述第二吹风机13设置成可拆装地连接于所述背负式组件11的所述壳体111上时,其具体实现方式将在下述实施例中进行详细阐述。
在一些实施例中,所述第一吹风机12和/或所述第二吹风机13与所述背负组件11的所述左右两侧之间的间距可调。如此一来,所述第一吹风机12与所述第二吹风机13之间的间距可调,以满足不同体型的使用者的需求,提高所述背负式吹风机10的舒适度,其具体实现方式将在下述实施例中进行详细阐述。
在一些实施例中,所述第一吹风机12包括:第一轴流风机121和第一吹管组件122,所述第一轴流风机121适于通过所述第一吹管组件122向外吹风。具体地,所述第一轴流风机121与所述电池包112电性连接,并适于将所述电池包112提供的电能转化为机械能并 输出气流。所述第一轴流风机121的出风口与所述第一吹管组件122的进风管1221相连,从而所述第一轴流风机121输出的气流可从所述出风口进入所述进风管1221并从所述第一吹管组件122的出风管1222流出,以向外吹风。
在一些实施例中,所述第一吹管组件122还包括:软管1223,连接所述进风管1221和所述出风管1222。由此,可通过所述软管1223调整所述出风管1222的角度,以提高所述第一吹风机12的工作覆盖范围。
在一些实施例中,所述第一轴流风机121可设置成采用直流电机。例如,所述第一轴流风机121可设置成采用无刷直流电机。
类似的,所述第二吹风机13也可设置为包括:第二轴流风机131和第二吹管组件132。所述第二轴流风机131与所述电池包112电性连接,并适于将所述电池包112提供的电能转化为机械能并输出气流。所述第二轴流风机131的出风口与所述第二吹管组件132的进风管1321相连,从而所述第二轴流风机131输出的气流可从所述出风口进入所述进风管1321并从所述第二吹管组件132的出风管1322流出,以向外吹风。
在一些实施例中,所述第二吹管组件132也可设置成还包括:软管1323,连接所述进风管1321和所述出风管1322。由此,可通过所述软管1323调整所述出风管1322的角度,以提高所述第二吹风机13的工作覆盖范围。
在一些实施例中,所述第一吹管组件122的出风管1222的口径范围设置为70-80mm。优选的,所述第一吹管组件122的出风管的口径设置为77mm。
在一些实施例中,所述第二吹管组件132的出风管1322的口径范围设置为60-70mm。优选的,所述第二吹管组件132的出风管的口径设置为65mm。
在一些实施例中,所述第一吹管组件122的出风管1222的口径与所述第二吹管组件132的出风管1322的口径相同,例如,均设置为70mm。在一些实施例中,所述第一吹管组件122的出风管1222的口径与所述第二吹管组件132的出风管1322的口径不相同。

在一些实施例中,所述第一控制手柄组件123包括:第一风速控制按钮、第一风量控制按钮以及第一控制电路,其中,所述第一控制电路配置成:根据所述第一风速控制按钮的位置,控制所述第一轴流风机121,以调整所述第一吹风机12的风速;以及根据所述第一风量控制按钮的位置,控制所述第一轴流风机121,以调整所述第一吹风机12的风量。

由此可以看出,本发明实施例所提供的背负式吹风机10设有两个吹风机(即所述第一吹风机12和所述第二吹风机13),且所述第一吹风机12和所述第二吹风机13具有各自的轴流风机和吹管组件、以及各自的控制装置,以实现不同的风速和风量。因此,本发明实施例所提供的背负式吹风机10具有工作效率高、功能强大、覆盖范围广等优点。
参考图3,本发明实施例提供了一种背负式工作器具,具体地,提供了一种吹吸组合的工作器具20。所述吹吸组合的工作器具20包括:背负组件21、吹风机22和吸叶机23。
所述背负组件21包括:壳体211和电池包212。所述壳体211具有容纳腔,所述电池包212容纳于所述壳体211的所述容纳腔内, 用于提供电能。另外,所述壳体211上设有背带213,以通过所述背带213将所述壳体211连同容纳于其内的电池包212背负于人体上。
在一些实施例中,所述电池包212设置成可插拔模式,即所述电池包212可通过插入口插入所述壳体211,或通过所述插入口从所述壳体211内拔出。
在一些实施例中,所述电池包212包括:第一电池包2121和第二电池包2122,其中,所述第一电池包2121与所述吹风机22电性连接,以用于为所述吹风机22提供动力源,所述第二电池包2122与所述吸叶机23电性连接,以用于为所述吸叶机23提供动力源。由此,所述吹风机22和所述吸叶机23具有各自的动力源。
在一些实施例中,所述电池包212的数量也可为一个,即所述吹风机22和所述吸叶机23共用一电池包。换句话说,所述吹风机22和所述吸叶机23可以采用共同的电池包供电,也可采用相独立的两个电池包供电。
在一些实施例中,所述电池包212可设置成可充电模式。
所述吹风机22和所述吸叶机23分别连接于所述背负组件21的所述壳体211的左右两侧。
在一些实施例中,所述吹风机22和/或所述吸叶机23可固定连接于所述背负式组件21的所述壳体211的左右两侧。在一些实施例中,所述吹风机22和/或所述吸叶机23也可设置成可拆装地连接于所述背负式组件21的所述壳体211的左右两侧。
在一些实施例中,所述吹风机22和/或所述吸叶机23与所述背负组件21的所述左右两侧之间的间距可调。如此一来,所述吹风机22与所述吸叶机23之间的间距可调,以满足不同体型的使用者的需求,提高所述吹吸组合的工作器具20的舒适度。
在一些实施例中,所述吹风机22包括:轴流风机221和吹管组件222,所述轴流风机221可通过所述吹管组件222向外吹风。
在一些实施例中,所述吹风机22设置轴流式吹风机,所述吹风机22的具体结构和配置类似于所述第一吹风机12和第二吹风机13,此处不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,所述吹风机22也可设置为离心式吹风机。
参考图4所示,在一些实施例中,所述吸叶机23设置为离心式吸叶机23a。具体地,所述离心式吸叶机23a包括:电机231a、离心风叶232a和吸管组件233a,所述电机231a与所述电池包212电性连接,以将所述电池包212提供的电能转化为机械能,所述离心风叶232a与所述电机231a相连,以将所述电机231a的机械能转化为气流,从而通过所述吸管组件233a向内吸气,进而吸取外物。
在一些实施例中,所述离心式吸叶机23a还设有:刀片234a,适于切碎吸取的外物。所述刀片234a可与所述离心风叶232a同轴设置,以在电机231a的驱动下转动,从而切碎从所述吸管组件233a吸入的外物(例如,树叶),以防止吸取的外物堵塞风道。
在一些实施例中,按照气流的流动方向(如图4中的箭头所示的方向),所述刀片234a设置于所述离心风叶232a的上游。
在一些实施例中,所述离心式吸叶机23a还设有:收集袋235a,适于收集吸取的外物(例如,树叶)。
在一些实施例中,按照气流的流动方向,所述收集袋235a设置于所述刀片234a的下游。
参考图5所示,在一些实施例中,所述吸叶机23设置为轴流式吸叶机23b。具体地,所述轴流式吸叶机23b包括:电机231b、轴流风叶232b和吸管组件233b,所述电机231b与所述电池包212电性连接,以将所述电池包212提供的电能转化为机械能,所述轴流风叶232b与所述电机231b相连,以将所述电机231b的机械能转化为气流,从而通过所述吸管组件233b向内吸气,进而吸取外物。
在一些实施例中,所述轴流式吸叶机23b还设有:刀片234b, 适于切碎吸取的外物。所述刀片234b可与所述轴流风叶232b同轴设置,以在电机231b的驱动下转动,从而切碎从所述吸管组件233b吸入的外物(例如,树叶),以防止吸取的外物堵塞风道。
在一些实施例中,按照气流的流动方向(图5中箭头所示的方向),所述刀片234b设置于所述轴流风叶232b的上游。
在一些实施例中,所述轴流式吸叶机23b还设有:收集袋235b,适于收集吸取的外物(例如,树叶)。
在一些实施例中,按照气流的流动方向,所述收集袋235b设置于所述轴流风叶232b的下游。
继续参考图3所示,在一些实施例中,所述吹风机22上还进一步设置有:吹风机控制手柄组件223,用于控制所述吹风机22的启停、吹风速度等。所述吹风机23上还进一步设置有:吸叶机控制手柄组件236,用于控制所述吹风机23的启停和吸风速度等。所述吹风机控制手柄组件223和吸叶机控制手柄组件236的配置可参考上述涉及第一控制手柄组件123和第二控制手柄组件133的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
由此可以看出,本发明实施例所提供的吹吸组合的工作器具20既可以实现吹风动作,也可以实现吸风动作,且吹、吸动作的实现和控制是相互独立的。因此,本发明实施例所提供的吹吸组合的工作器具20具有工作效率高、功能强大等优点。
根据图1至图5所示的实施例,可以看出,本发明实施例提供了一种背负式工作器具(例如,所述背负式吸叶机10和所述吹吸组合的工作器具20),其组合了不同的工作组件(例如,所述第一吹风机12和所述第二吹风机13,所述吹风机22和所述吸叶机23),以同时实现不同的操作或功能。
具体地说,所述背负式工作器具包括:背负组件(例如,所述背负组件11或所述背负组件21),其中,所述背负组件包括:壳体(例 如,所述壳体111或所述壳体211)和容纳于所述壳体内的电池包(例如,所述电池包112或所述电池包212);第一工作组件(例如,所述背负式吹风机10的所述第一吹风机12,或所述吹吸组合的工作器具20的所述吹风机22);以及第二工作组件(例如,所述背负式吹风机10的所述第二吹风机13,或所述吹吸组合的工作器具20的所述吸叶机23)。所述第一工作组件和所述第二工作组件连接于所述背负组件,且与所述电池包电性连接。
在一些实施例中,所述第一工作组件可设置为:吹风机、吸叶机、打草机和链锯的其中任意之一。
在一些实施例中,所述第二工作组件也可设置为:吹风机、吸叶机、打草机和链锯的其中任意之一。
在一些实施例中,所述第一工作组件和所述第二工作组件可设置成相同结构。例如,所述第一工作组件和所述第二工作组件均可设置为吹风机,且所述第一工作组件可设置为高风速吹风机,用于清除例如石子等重物,所述第二工作组件可设置为大风量吹风机(参考图1所示的实施例),用于清除大面积的物体。
在一些实施例中,所述第一工作组件和所述第二工作组件的至少其中之一设置成可拆装地连接于所述背负组件,从而可以通过更换不同的工作组件,实现不同的操作和功能,进而可以提高所述背负组件的适用性强。例如,当需要实现吹风动作时,可通过在所述背负组件上安装吹风机来实现,而当需要吸风动作时,使用者只需要将所述吹风机从所述背负组件上卸下,并将吸叶机安装于所述背负组件上即可。
参考图6所示,本发明实施例提供了一种可拆装的工作器具30。所述可拆装的工作器具30包括:背负组件31和工作组件32。
所述背负组件31包括:壳体311和容纳于所述壳体311内的电池包312。
所述工作组件32适于可拆卸地安装于所述背负组件31的所述壳体311上。所述工作组件32包括:电机(可参考图4中的电机231a和图5中的电机231b)。当所述工作组件32安装于所述背负组件31的所述壳体311上时,所述工作组件32的电机适于与所述电池包312电性连接,即所述工作组件32的动力源为容纳于所述壳体311内的所述电池包312,从而可以减小使用者手臂的受力。
在一些实施例中,所述工作组件32可以设置为:吹风机。例如,所述工作组件32可设置为图1中的所述第一吹风机12、图1中的所述第二吹风机13或者图3中的所述吹风机22。
在一些实施例中,所述工作组件32可设置为:吸叶机。例如,所述工作组件32可设置为图3中的所述吸叶机23。
在一些实施例中,所述工作组件32也可设置为:打草机或链锯。
继续参考图6所示,在一些实施例中,为了将所述工作组件32可拆卸地安装于所述壳体311上,所述工作组件32上设有:第一连接件33,所述背负组件31的所述壳体311上设有:第二连接件34,所述工作组件32可通过所述第一连接件33和所述第二连接件可拆卸地安装于所述壳体311上。
具体地,如图7至图9所示,所述第一连接件33上形成有导轨331,所述第二连接件34上形成有导槽341,所述导轨331可容纳于所述导槽341内,并可沿所述导槽341滑动。所述导槽341的第一端具有开口,以使得所述导轨331可通过所述开口插入所述导槽341,或者通过所述开口使得所述导轨331脱离所述导槽341。由此,所述工作组件32和所述背负组件31通过所述导轨331和所示导槽341可插拔地连接,其中,当所述导轨331通过所述导槽341的所述开口插入所述导槽341时,所述导槽341的内壁只允许所述导轨331沿所述导槽341的延伸方向移动,而限制所述导轨331沿其它方向的运动,从而将所述导轨331限制于所述导槽341内,进而将所述工作组件32安装于所述背负组件31的所述壳体311上;当沿所述导槽341滑 动所述导轨331,以使得所述导轨331脱离所述导槽341时,即可将所述工作组件32从所述背负组件31的所述壳体311上卸下。如此一来,通过所述导轨331和所述导槽341,所述工作组件32和所述背负组件31之间可实现可拆装的连接。
值得注意的是,虽然在图6所示的实施例中,所述导轨331设置于所述工作组件32上,而所述导槽341设置于所述背负组件31上,但在一些实施例中,也可将所述导槽341设置于所述工作组件32上,将所述导轨331设置于所述背负组件31上。
当所述导轨331插入所述导槽341时,在外力的作用下,所述导轨331仍可沿所述导槽341的延伸方向运动,因此,所述导轨331可能会以外的脱离所述导槽341,而使得所述工作组件32意外地脱离所述背负组件31,这可能会对使用者造成意外伤害。因此,为了在所述导轨331插入所述导槽341内时,防止所述导轨331沿所述导槽341运动,以固定所述工作组件32和所述背负组件31之间的相对位置,在一些实施例中,所述背负式工作器具30上还设有:锁止件35,所述锁止件35适于在所述导轨插入所述导槽时,固定所述工作组件32与所述背负组件31的相对位置。
具体地,所述锁止件35包括:锁止突起351和锁止槽(未示出),分别设置于所述背负组件31和所述工作组件32上,即如果所述锁止突起351设置于所述背负组件31上,则所述锁止槽设置于所述工作组件32上,而如果所述锁止突起351设置于所述工作组件32上时,则所述锁止槽设置于所述背负组件31上。由此,当所述导轨331插入所述导槽341内时,所述锁止突起351容纳于所述锁止槽内,以固定所述工作组件32与所述背负组件31的相对位置。
在一些实施例中,所述锁止件还包括:释放按钮352,用于驱动所述锁止突起351脱离所述锁止槽。具体地,以所述锁止突起351设置于所述背负组件31上为例,所述锁止突起351通过弹性元件353可动地设置于所述背负组件31的所述壳体311上,所述释放按钮352 与所述锁止突起351相连。由此,当按下所述释放按钮352时,所述弹性元件353被压缩,所述锁止突起351朝着脱离所示锁止槽的方向运动,直至脱离所述锁止槽;当松开所示释放按钮352时,外力消失,所述弹性元件353恢复至未被压缩前的形状,从而推动所述限位件35复位。如此一来,当所述导轨331插入所述导槽341内时,所述锁止件35的所述锁止突起351适于容纳于所述工作组件32上的锁止槽内,以阻止所述导轨331相对于所述导槽341滑动,从而固定所述工作组件32和所示背负组件31的相对位置;当需要将所述工作组件32从所述背负组件31上卸下时,通过按下所述释放按钮352,可使得所述锁止突起351脱离所示锁止槽,以使得所述导轨331可沿所述导槽341滑动,直至所述导轨331脱离所示导槽341,即将所述工作组件32从所述背负组件31上卸下。
在一些实施例中,所述导槽341设置于所述背负组件31的所述壳体311上,且所述导槽341设置成沿纵向延伸,如图10和11所示。所述“纵向”是指,当所述壳体311背负于人体上时的上下方向。此时,所述导槽341的所述开口可设置为朝上(如图10所示),也设置为朝下(如图11所示)。当所述导槽341沿所述纵向延伸,且所述开口朝上时,所述导轨331适于由上至下地(如图10中箭头所示的方向)插入所述导槽341内。当所述导槽341沿所述纵向延伸,且所述开口朝下时,所述导轨331适于由下至上地(如图11中箭头所示的方向)插入所述导槽341内。
在一些实施例中,所述导槽341设置于所述背负组件31的所述壳体311上,且所述导槽341沿横向延伸,如图12和图13所示。所述“横向”是指,当所述壳体311背负于人体上时的前后方向。此时,所述导槽341的所述开口可设置为朝后(如图12所示),也可设置为朝前(如图13所示)。当所述导槽341沿所述横向延伸,且所述开口朝后时,所述导轨33适于由后至前地(如图12中箭头所示的方向)插入所述导槽341内。当所述导槽341沿所述横向延伸,且所述开口朝前时,所述导轨33适于由前至后地(如图13中箭头所示的方向) 插入所述导槽341内。
值得注意的是,图10至图13仅以所述导槽341设置于所述壳体311上为例,但在实践中,也可将所述导轨331设置于所述壳体上311,且所述导轨331可设置成沿横向延伸或沿纵向延伸。
继续参考图7至图9所示,在一些实施例中,所述背负组件31和所述工作组件上32上还分别设有公插头332和母插头342,当所述导轨331插入所述导槽341时,所述公插头332与所述母插头342相接触,以电性连接所述电池包312和所述工作组件32。具体地,所述公插头332可设置于所述第一连接件33上,所述母插头342可设置于所述第二连接件34。以所述第一连接件33设于所述工作组件32上,所述第二连接件34设于所述背负组件上为例,所述第一连接件33的所述公插头332与所述工作组件32中的动力部件(例如,电机)电性连接,所述第二连接件34上的所述母插头342与所述背负组件31中的所述电池包312电性连接。如此一来,当所述导轨331插入所述导槽341内时,所述公插头332与所述母插头342接触,以电性连接所述电池包312和所述工作组件32的动力部件,从而实现所述工作组件32与所述电池包312的电性连接。
在一些实施例中,如图14所示,所述工作组件32上设有所述第一连接件33,所述第一连接件33上设有所述母插头332。如此一来,所述工作组件32适于通过所述母插头332外接一电池包1。另外,所述工作组件32还可进一步设有:背带321,以将所述工作组件32背负于人体上,减轻使用者的手臂受力。由此,当所述工作组件32从所述背负组件31上卸下时,可以通过外接电池包1,以独立工作,并可通过所述背带321背负于人体上以减轻使用者手臂受力。
值得注意的是,虽然图14所示的实施例中,所述工作组件32上设有:具有所述母插头332的所述第一连接件33,以外接所示电池包1。但在一些实施例中,所述工作组件32上也可设置:具有所述公插头342的所述第二连接件34,以外接所示电池包1。
在一些实施例中,所述背负组件31的左右两侧均设置有所述第二连接件34或所述第一连接件33,以适于外接两个工作组件。例如,所述背负组件31左右两侧可分别连接有两个吹风机(如图1所示的实施例);所述背负组件31左右两侧也可分别连接有吹风机和吸叶机(如图3所示的实施例)。
在一些实施例中,所述工作组件32的左右两侧均设置有所述第一连接件33或所述第二连接件34。如此一来,使用者可根据需求,将所述工作组件安装于所述背负组件的左侧或右侧。例如,当使用者习惯右手操作时,可通过位于所述工作组件左侧的所述第一连接件33或所述第二连接件34将所述工作组件安装于所述背负组件的右侧,而当使用者习惯左手操作时,可通过位于所述工作组件右侧的所述第一连接件33或所述第二连接件34将所述工作组件安装于所述背负组件的左侧。
由此,本发明实施例提供的所述可拆装的工作器具,可通过在所述背负组件31上安装不同的工作组件,实现不同的操作和动作。例如,如图15所示,所述背负组件31的左侧可安装打草机32a,而右侧安装吹风机32b,从而同时实现打草和吹风动作。另外,使用者也可根据具体需求,将所述打草机32a安装于所述背负组件31的右侧,将所述吹风机32b安装于所述背负组件的左侧。
参考图16至图18所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种可调距的工作器具40。所述可调距的工作器具40包括:背负组件41和工作组件42。
值得注意的是,图16中仅示出了所述背负组件41和所述工作组件42相连的部分。所述背负组件41和所述工作组件42的整体配置可参考上述实施例涉及背负组件和工作组件的相应描述,此处不再赘述。
不同于上述实施例中的工作器具,本实施例提供的所述工作器具40还进一步包括:调距机构,设置于所述工作组件42和所述背负组 件41之间,所述工作组件42通过所述调距机构连接于所述背负组件41,所述调距机构用于在不同位置之间切换所述工作组件42,以调整所述工作组件42与所述背负组件41之间的距离。所述调距结构包括:卡槽部、可调部、驱动部以及复位件;所述卡槽部上至少形成有第一凹槽和第二凹槽;所述可调部上形成有突起,所述突起容纳于所述第一凹槽内,以将所述工作组件固定于所述第一位置;所述驱动部适于驱使所述可调部运动,以使得所述可调部上的所述突起脱离所述第一凹槽;当所述可调部上的所述突起脱离所述第一凹槽时,所述工作组件可相对所述背负组件移动,以使得所述可调部上的所述突起与所述卡槽部上的第二凹槽对齐;所述复位件适于驱使所述驱动部复位,使得所述可调部上的所述突起容纳于所述第二凹槽内,以将所述工作组件固定于所述第二位置。
具体地,参考图16至图18所示,在一些实施例中,所述调距机构设置为调距机构43a。所述调距机构43a包括:卡槽部431a、可调部432a、驱动部433a以及复位件434a。
所述卡槽部431a固定于所述工作组件42的一侧,且从所述工作组件42向外延伸。所述背负组件41的壳体上形成有开口411,且在所述开口411处形成有导引结构412。所述卡槽部431a可通过所述开口411插入所述背负组件的所述壳体内,且可沿所述导引结构412移动。所述卡槽部431a上形成有多个相间隔的凹槽,例如第一凹槽4311a和第二凹槽431。
所述可调部432a上形成有突起4321a。当所述卡槽部431a沿所述导引结构412移动至所述第一凹槽4311a与所述突起4321a对齐时,所述突起4321a可容纳于所述第一凹槽4311a内,从而将所述工作组件42固定在第一位置。另外,所述可调部432a设置为可转结构,即所述可调部432a通过转轴413可转动地安装于所述背负组件41的所述壳体上。如此一来,当转动所述可调部432a以使得所述突起4321a脱离所述第一凹槽4311a,并沿着所述导引结构412将所述卡槽部 431a移动至使得所述第二凹槽4312a与所述突起4321对齐时,所述突起4321a可容纳于所述第二凹槽4312a内,从而将所述工作组件42固定在第二位置。
在一些实施例中,所述可调部432a设置于所述背负组件41的所述壳体内。此时,所述驱动部433a设置为与所述可调部432a相连的驱动按钮。所述驱动按钮433a露出所述背负组件41的所述壳体,使用者可通过按压所述驱动按钮433a驱使所述可调部432转动,以使得所述突起4321a脱离所述第一凹槽4311a,进而在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间切换所述工作组件42。
在一些实施例中,所述卡槽部431上形成有两个以上的凹槽。此时,所述工作组件42可两个以上的位置之间切换。在实践中,可根据具体需求,设置所述凹槽的数量,以在多个位置之间调整所述工作组件42。
参考图19所示,在一些实施例中,所述调距机构也可设置为调距机构43b。所述调距机构43b包括:卡槽部431b、可调部432b、驱动部433b以及复位件434b。
类似于所述调距机构43a,在本实施例中,所述卡槽部431b固定于所述工作组件42的一侧,且从所述工作组件42向外延伸。所述背负组件41的壳体上形成有开口,且在所述开口处形成有导引结构。所述卡槽部431b可通过所述开口插入所述背负组件41的所述壳体内,且可沿所述导引结构移动。所述卡槽部431b上形成有多个相间隔的凹槽,例如第一凹槽4311b和第二凹槽4312b。
所述可调部432b上形成有突起4321b。当所述卡槽部431b沿所述导引结构移动至所述第二凹槽4312b与所述突起4321b对齐时,所述突起4321b可容纳于所述第二凹槽4312b内,从而将所述工作组件42固定在第二位置。所述可调部432b设置为可动结构,例如,所述可调部432b可通过弹簧抵设于所述背负组件41的所述壳体上。所述驱动部433b设置为驱动杆,所述驱动杆433b的一端抵设于所述可调 部432b上,另一端设有驱动按钮4331b,当按下所述驱动按钮4331b时,所述驱动杆433移动,从而推动所述可调部432b移动,以使得所述可调部432b上的所述突起4321b脱离所述第二凹槽4312b。此时,可通过移动所述背负组件42,直至所述卡槽部431b上的第一凹槽4311b与所述突起4321b对齐,并使得所述突起4321b容纳于所述第一凹槽4311b内,从而将所述工作组件42固定在第一位置。由此,通过所述调距机构43,可在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间切换所述工作组件42。
在一些实施例中,所述驱动杆433b的运动方向不同于所述突起4321b脱离所述凹槽时的运动方向,例如,图19所示的实施例中,所述驱动杆433b设置于所述背负组件的侧面(例如,左侧或右侧),当按下所述驱动按钮4331b时,所述驱动杆433b适于左右运动,而所述可调部432b需要前后运动才能使得其上的所述突起4321b脱离所述第二凹槽4312b,此时,所述可调部432b与所述驱动杆433b相接触的面设置为斜面。如此一来,当按下所述驱动按钮4331b时,所述驱动杆433b施加于所述可调部432b的力具有沿前后方向的分力,从而可以推动所述可调部432b前后运动,以使得所述可调部432b上的所述突起4321b脱离所述第二凹槽4312b。
在一些实施例中,所述驱动杆433b的运动方向也可设置于与所述突起4321b脱离所述凹槽时的运动方向相同。例如,在图20所示的实施例中,也可将所述驱动杆433b沿前后方向设置。本发明对此不作限制,只要所述驱动杆433可推动所述可调部432b运动,以使得所述可调部432b上的所述突起4321b脱离所述第二凹槽4312b即可。
由此,在使用时,使用者可以通过按压所述驱动按钮433b,以在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间切换所述工作组件42。
参考图20和图21所示,在一些实施例中,所述调距机构设置为调距机构43c。所述调距机构43c包括:卡槽部431c、可调部432c、 驱动部433c以及复位件434c。
所述卡槽部431c形成于所述背负组件41的壳体上,所述卡槽部431c上形成有依次间隔的第一凹槽4311b、第二凹槽4312b和第三凹槽4313b。
所述可调部432c连接于所述工作组件42上。所述可调部432c上形成有突起4321c。所述可调部432c可相对于所述卡槽部431c移动,以使得所述突起4321c与不同的凹槽对齐。具体地,所述背负组件41的壳体上还设有:开口411和导引结构412。所述可调部432c可从所述开口411插入所述壳体内,并沿所述导引结构412滑动,从而使得所述可调部432c上的所述突起4321c与所述卡槽部431c上的不同凹槽对齐并相配合,从而将所述工作组件42固定在不同的位置上。
所述可调部432c设置为可动结构,具体地,所述可调部432c通过弹性元件(例如,图21中所示的弹簧434c)可活动地设置于所述工作组件42上,从而通过移动所述可调部432c,可使得所述可调部432c上的所述突起4321c脱离相对应的凹槽,进而可在不同的位置之间调整所述工作组件42。
在一些实施例中,所述驱动部433c设置为驱动按钮,所述驱动按钮433c连接于所述可调部432c。所述复位件434c设置为弹簧。所述复位件434设置于所述驱动部与弹簧底座之间,由此所述驱动按钮433c与所述可调部432c为一体结构,所述复位弹簧434c不仅适于将所述可调部432c可活动地设置于所述工作组件42上,而且还适于使得所述驱动按钮433c复位。
本实施例中,所述驱动按钮433c设置于所述工作组件42上。

Claims (45)

  1. 一种背负式工作器具,其特征在于,包括:
    背负组件,包括:壳体和容纳于所述壳体内的电池包;以及
    至少一个工作组件,连接于所述背负组件的所述壳体上,且与所述电池包电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述工作组件适于可拆卸地连接于所述背负组件的所述壳体上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述工作组件与所述背负组件通过导轨和导槽可插拔地连接;当所述导轨插入所述导槽时,所述工作组件安装于所述背负组件上;当所述导轨从所述导槽中拔出时,所述工作组件从所述背负组件上卸下。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述工作组件的数量为两个,所述背负组件的左右两侧上均设有所述导槽或所述导轨,两个所述工作组件分别可拆卸地连接于所述背负组件的所述左右两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述工作组件的左右两侧上均设有所述导槽或所述导轨,以适于可拆卸地安装于所述背负组件的左右两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述导槽设置于所述背负组件上,且所述导槽沿横向延伸或者沿纵向延伸;或者,所述导轨设置于所述背负组件上,且所述导轨沿横向延伸或沿纵向延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的工作器具,其特征在于,还包括:锁止件,适于在所述导轨插入所述导槽时,固定所述工作组件与所述背负组件的相对位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述锁止件包括:锁止突起和锁止槽,分别设置于所述工作组件和所述背负组件上,当所述导轨插入所述导槽时,所述锁止突起容纳于所述锁止槽内,以固定所述工作组件与所述背负组件的相对位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述锁止件还包括:释放按钮,用于驱动所述锁止突起脱离所述锁止槽。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述背负组件和所述工作组件上还分别设有公插头和母插头,当所述导轨插入所述导槽时,所述公插头与所述母插头相接触,以电性连接所述电池包和所述工作组件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述工作组件上设置有所述导槽或所述导轨,以及所述公插头或所述母插头,用于外接一电池包。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述工作组件设置为:吹风机、吸叶机、打草机或链锯。
  13. 一种背负式工作器具,其特征在于,包括:
    背负组件,包括:壳体和容纳于所述壳体内的电池包;
    第一工作组件;以及
    第二工作组件,
    其中,所述第一工作组件和所述第二工作组件分别连接于所述背负组件的所述壳体上,且与所述电池包电性连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一工作组件设置为:吹风机、吸叶机、打草机或链锯;所述第二工作组件设置为:吹风机、吸叶机、打草机或链锯。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一工作组 件设置为吹风机,以向外吹风;所述第二工作组件设置为吸叶机,以吸入外物。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一工作组件和所述第二工作组件均设置为吹风机,所述第一工作组件设置为高风速吹风机,所述第二工作组件设置为大风量吹风机。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一工作组件和所述第二工作组件的至少其中之一可拆装地连接于所述背负组件。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一工作组件和所述第二工作组件的至少其中之一通过导轨和导槽可插拔地连接于所述背负组件。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一工作组件和所述第二工作组件的至少其中之一通过调距机构连接于所述背负组件,所述调距机构适于调整所述第一工作组件和所述第二工作组件与所述背负组件之间的距离。
  20. 一种背负式工作器具,其特征在于,包括:
    背负组件,包括:壳体和容纳于所述壳体内的电池包;
    第一吹风机,连接于所述背负组件的所述壳体,且与所述电池包电性连接,所述第一吹风机包括:第一轴流风机和第一吹管组件,所述第一轴流风机通过所述第一吹管组件向外吹风;以及
    第二吹风机,连接于所述背负组件的所述壳体,且与所述电池包电性连接,所述第二吹风机包括:第二轴流风机和第二吹管组件,所述第二轴流风机通过所述第二吹管组件向外吹风。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一吹风机和所述第二吹风机分别设置于所述背负组件的左右两侧。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一吹风机 上设置有:第一控制手柄组件,适于控制所述第一吹风机的风速和风量;所述第二吹风机上设置有:第二控制手柄组件,适于控制所述第二吹风机的风速和风量。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一轴流风机和所述第二轴流风机的最大输出功率不同。
  24. 根据权利要求20所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一吹管组件的出风管的口径范围设置为70-80mm。
  25. 根据权利要求20所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第二吹管组件的出风管的口径范围设置为60-70mm。
  26. 根据权利要求20所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述电池包包括:第一电池包和第二电池包,所述第一电池包与所述第一吹风机电性连接,所述第二电池包与所述第二吹风机电性连接。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一电池包与所述第二电池包串联或并联。
  28. 根据权利要求20所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一吹风机和所述第二吹风机的至少其中之一可拆装地连接于所述背负组件的所述壳体上。
  29. 根据权利要求20所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述第一吹风机和所述第二吹风机的至少其中之一通过调距机构连接于所述背负组件的所述壳体上,所述调距机构适于调整所述第一吹风机和所述第二吹风机与所述背负组件之间的距离。
  30. 一种背负式工作器具,其特征在于,包括:
    背负组件,包括:壳体和容纳于所述壳体的电池包;
    吹风机,连接于所述背负组件的所述壳体,且与所述电池包电性连接,适于向外吹风;以及
    吸叶机,连接于所述背负组件的所述壳体,且与所述电池包电性连接,适于吸取外物。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述吹风机设置为轴流式吹风机或离心式吹风机。
  32. 根据权利要求30所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述吸叶机设置为轴流式吸叶机或离心式吸叶机。
  33. 根据权利要求30所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述吸叶机还设有:刀片,适于切碎吸取的外物。
  34. 根据权利要求30所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述吸叶机还设有:收集袋,适于收集吸取的外物。
  35. 根据权利要求30所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述吸叶机包括:轴流风叶、刀片和收集袋,按照气流的流动方向,所述刀片设置于所述轴流风叶的上游,所述收集袋设置于所述轴流风叶的下游。
  36. 根据权利要求30所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述吸叶机包括:离心风叶、刀片和收集袋,按照气流的流动方向,所述刀片设置于所述离心风叶的上游,所述收集袋设置于所述刀片的下游。
  37. 一种背负式工作器具,其特征在于,包括:
    背负组件;
    工作组件;以及
    调距机构,
    其中,所述工作组件通过所述调距机构连接于所述背负组件,所述调距机构适于至少在第一位置和第二位置之间切换所述工作组件。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述调距机构包括:卡槽部、可调部、驱动部以及复位件;所述卡槽部上至少形 成有第一凹槽和第二凹槽;所述可调部上形成有突起,所述突起容纳于所述第一凹槽内,以将所述工作组件固定于所述第一位置;所述驱动部适于驱使所述可调部运动,以使得所述可调部上的所述突起脱离所述第一凹槽;当所述可调部上的所述突起脱离所述第一凹槽时,所述工作组件可相对所述背负组件移动,以使得所述可调部上的所述突起与所述卡槽部上的第二凹槽对齐;所述复位件适于驱使所述驱动部复位,使得所述可调部上的所述突起容纳于所述第二凹槽内,以将所述工作组件固定于所述第二位置。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述可调部设置为可转结构;所述驱动部设置为连接于所述可调部上的驱动按钮;当按下所述驱动按钮时,所述可调部转动,以使得所述可调部上的所述突起脱离所述第一凹槽。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述驱动按钮设置于所述背负组件上。
  41. 根据权利要求38所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述可调部设置为可动结构;所述驱动部设置为驱动杆,所述驱动杆的第一端抵设于所述可调部上,第二端上设有驱动按钮;当按下所述驱动按钮时,所述驱动杆移动,以推动所述可调部运动至使得所述可调部上的所述突起脱离所述第一凹槽。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述驱动按钮设置于所述背负组件上。
  43. 根据权利要求38所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述可调部设置为可动结构;所述驱动部设置为驱动按钮,所述驱动按钮与所述可调部相连;当按下所述驱动按钮时,所述可调部运动,以使得所述可调部上的所述突起脱离所述第一凹槽。
  44. 根据权利要求43所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述驱动按钮设置于所述工作组件上。
  45. 根据权利要求38所述的工作器具,其特征在于,所述复位件设置为:复位弹簧,抵设于所述驱动部上。
