Definitions
- the present invention relates to an electronic document management system and method for generating, managing and utilizing a translation dictionary for each user.
- an online translation service is a method in which a translator receives an electronic document from a client through online, translates the same, and provides the client with a machine translation using a machine translator.
- Such a conventional online translation service is difficult to check the translation process, it took a lot of time for quality verification and translation completion after the translation draft is completed.
- online translation services using machine translators are likely to provide inadequate translation results for specialized documents such as medical, legal and patent documents.
- the vocabulary and sentence style is different from other kinds of documents, such as patent documents, there is a disadvantage in that the translation accuracy of the corresponding field is greatly lowered.
- Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2016-0145140 receives a source language phrase input by a user and selects a current target language phrase by the source language phrase. Obtaining an S1 step; Step S2 of displaying a current target language phrase and a preset control on a current interface; And S3 of receiving a user's operation performed on the preset control, obtaining another target language phrase by the operation, and displaying the other target language phrase on the current interface. Is disclosed.
- the conventional online translation service is a method of storing the electronic document in the online and cloud environment, the client can access the electronic document regardless of the type of the terminal used.
- the client can access the electronic document regardless of the type of the terminal used.
- confidential content which can be included in electronic documents stored in online and cloud environments, is transmitted externally. Therefore, there is a problem that the sponsor does not use the online translation service due to the fear of confidentiality.
- the conventional online translation service merely provides a storage service, and there is a limit that there are not many applications of stored electronic documents.
- an online translation service technology capable of generating a client-specific translation dictionary by analyzing and utilizing previously stored electronic documents, and using the same in later translation work.
- an online translation service technology that can generate and manage individual translation dictionaries for each individual or company when using electronic documents.
- An electronic document management system and an electronic document management method for providing an online translation service using a translation dictionary that can be created, managed and utilized by a user are provided.
- a database an electronic document management program in which a translation dictionary for an electronic document and an electronic document is stored; This stored memory, and a processor for executing the electronic document management program.
- the processor groups the electronic documents registered by the user for each user and stores them in the database, and based on the electronic document and the translated document for the electronic document for each user, A translation dictionary matching at least one translation relationship among words, phrases, and sentences is generated and stored in the database.
- the electronic document management method of the electronic document management server for generating a translation dictionary for each user includes: grouping electronic documents registered by a user for each user and storing the electronic document in a database; Generating a translation dictionary matching at least one translation relationship among words, phrases, and sentences based on the electronic document and the translation document for the electronic document for each user; And storing the translation dictionary generated for each user in the database.
- the present invention can automatically generate a translation document for an electronic document requested by a user through a translation dictionary database, an external dictionary database, and a translation dictionary dependent on a user and a translator. Therefore, the present invention can generate a translation document using a term that a translator mainly uses in a field corresponding to the electronic document and a term preferred by the user. Therefore, the present invention can maintain the consistency of the vocabulary and sentences of the translated document even if the collaborative work is performed by several translators.
- the present invention since the present invention generates and manages individual translation dictionaries for each user or a company to which the user belongs, it is possible to prevent leakage of confidential contents that may be included in an electronic document.
- the present invention can provide an automatic inspection function to users and translators through electronic documents, translation documents and translation standards. Therefore, the present invention is efficient because it can reduce the effort and time spent on quality verification of the translated documents of users and translators.
