Abstract

Description
本申请要求了申请日为2017年03月16日,申请号为201710156781.7,发明名称为“制冷间室及具有其的冰箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明属于家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种制冷间室及具有其的冰箱。
随着冰箱技术进步及人们生活水平不断提高,冰箱越做越大,功能越来越强,特别是随着冰箱冷藏室的体积的增大,传统的冷藏室用的冰箱灯主要设计安装在冰箱内胆顶部,由于冷藏室内多个玻璃隔板的遮挡,冰箱灯对冷藏室中下部的照度减弱,尤其是体积大的冰箱,中下部基本看不清,大大影响了冰箱使用的舒适性。目前,也有一些冰箱厂家进行了设计改进,主要是在冰箱内胆背部、顶部分别设计安装冰箱灯,上述设计改进安装麻烦,尤其在产业化生产过程中,大大增加了人工工时及制造成本,生产效率低下,而且在冰箱内胆背部、顶部安装两个冰箱灯,其发光的角度、照度有偏差,整体光照效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种解决上述技术问题的冰箱制冷间室,其内部L性的面光源组件增大了照亮面积,使得冰箱制冷间室内部具有良好的照明。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种制冷间室。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种冰箱。
其中,所述制冷间室,其包括:
内胆,其内限定有储物空间;
L型面光源组件,其包括第一面光源本体和第二面光源本体,所述第一面光源本体覆盖所述内胆的后壁且与所述内胆的后壁之间形成有风道,所述第二面光源本体覆盖至少部分的所述内胆顶壁;
其中,在所述第一面光源本体沿竖直方向的至少一侧设有第一饰条,所述第一饰条与所述内胆的侧壁之间具有间隙,所述第二面光源本体远离所述第一面光源本体的一端设有装饰灯。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述风道包括风道盖板,所述间隙与所述风道盖板配合形成出风口,所述风道中的风通过所述出风口进入所述制冷空间内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述储物空间内设有抽屉组件和设于所述抽屉组件上方的搁 板组件,所述抽屉组件包括抽屉本体和抽屉盖板,所述搁板组件包括搁板本体和搁板支架。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一面光源本体的一端与所述第二面光源本体弧形连接,另一端位于所述抽屉盖板的下方。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一饰条上设有开口,所述搁板支架在所述开口定义的轨迹内运动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二面光源本体与所述内胆的顶壁之间具有闪缝,所述第二面光源本体远离所述第一面光源本体的一端设有第二饰条,所述装饰灯设于所述第二饰条上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述装饰灯包括光源和灯罩,所述灯罩将所述光源发出的光线导引至所述内胆的顶壁以遮盖所述闪缝。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一饰条上设有与所述第一面光源本体适配的第一安装槽,所述第二饰条上设有与所述第二面光源本体适配的第二安装槽,所述第一饰条通过所述第一安装槽与第一面光源本体相互卡合固定,所述第二饰条通过所述第二安装槽与第二面光源本体相互卡合固定。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述L型面光源组件还包括分别设置在所述第一面光源本体和第二面光源本体中的LED灯条。
相应地,一种冰箱,包括如上任意一项所述的制冷间室。
本发明的有益效果是:L型面光源组件安装在冰箱制冷间室内,且覆盖内胆的顶部和背部,使得冰箱内部照明不存在死角、发光角度、照度无偏差,整体光照效果好。

在制冷间室10中还设有抽屉组件20,在抽屉组件20上设有至少一个可沿竖直方向上下移动搁板组件30。其中,抽屉组件20包括抽屉本体22和抽屉盖板21,搁板组件30包括搁板本体31和搁板支架32,在本发明的其他实施方式中,搁板组件30也可以是固定的,在此不做详细赘述。
L型面光源组件12设置在内胆11上,用于对制冷间室10内部的照明。L型面光源组件12包括第一面光源本体121和第二面光源本体122,第一面光源本体121覆盖内胆的后壁111且与内胆的后壁111之间形成有风道40,第二面光源本体122覆盖至少部分的内胆顶壁112。优选地,第一面光源本体121和第二面光源本体122的连接处123弧形过渡。
在本实施方式中,第一面光源本体121的一端与第二面光源本体122弧形连接,另一端延伸至抽屉盖板21的下方,第二面光源本体122远离第一面光源本体121的一端延伸至胆口,即靠近制冷间室10的门体(图未示),这样的设置的好处在于:用户在打开冰箱门体 时,看到的L型面光源组件12是完全覆盖内胆顶壁112和后壁111的,照明面积大,视觉效果好。
进一步地,结合图3、图4及图5所示,在第一面光源本体121沿竖直方向的至少一侧设有第一饰条13,在本实施方式中,在第一面光源本体121沿竖直方向的两侧均设有第一饰条13,第一饰条13与内胆的侧壁113之间具有间隙(未标号),该间隙与风道40中的风道盖板41配合形成出风口50。风道40中的风通过出风口50进入制冷间室10内。由于风道盖板41与内胆的侧壁113配合形成一个相对密闭的通道,使得送风更加顺畅。
第一饰条13上还设有开口131,搁板支架32在开口131定义的轨迹内运动以实现搁板组件30沿竖直方向上下移动,使得制冷间室10的存储空间灵活多变。
参图6-7所示,第二面光源本体122与所述内胆的顶壁112之间具有闪缝50,在本发明中,为了遮盖闪缝16,在第二面光源本体122远离第一面光源本体121的一端设有装饰灯15,即装饰灯15靠近制冷间室10的门体(图未示)设置。具体地,在第二面光源本体122远离第一面光源本体121的一端设有第二饰条14,装饰灯15设于第二饰条14上。进一步地,装饰灯15包括光源151和灯罩152,灯罩152将光源151发出的光线导引至内胆的顶壁112以遮盖闪缝50。另外,装饰灯15还起到装饰的作用。
优选地,参图5和图7所示,在第一饰条13上设有与第一面光源本体121适配的第一安装槽132,在第二饰条14上设有与第二面光源本体122适配的第二安装槽141,第一饰条13通过第一安装槽132与第一面光源本体121相互卡合固定,第二饰条14通过第二安装槽141与第二面光源本体122相互卡合固定。
L型面光源组件12还包括分别设置在第一面光源本体121中的第一LED灯条(图未示)和设置在第二面光源本体122中的第二LED灯条(图未示)。优选地,第一LED灯条设置在第一面光源本体121远离第二面光源本体122的一端,第二LED灯条设置在第二面光源本体122远离第一面光源本体121的一端。两个LED灯条发出的光分别射入第一面光源本体121和第二面光源本体122,点亮第一面光源本体121和第二面光源本体122,增大了制冷间室10内的照亮面积,使得冰箱制冷间室10内部具有良好的照明。其中,只有一个LED灯条发出的光为可调节的彩色光,另一个LED灯条发出的光为单一颜色的白光。第一面光源本体121和第二面光源本体122均包括反射片(图未示)、导光板(图未示)、扩散片(图未示)、菲林片(图未示)等,且均具有铝合金材质的边框结构。
在本发明中,L型面光源组件12可以发出不同颜色灯光以对应制冷间室10内不同的功能指示。设置在第二面光源本体122端部的第二LED灯条发出的光为可调节的彩色光, 其包括能发出红、绿、蓝三种颜色的LED灯及控制红、绿、蓝三种颜色的LED灯的开关及亮度的驱动电路(图未示),驱动电路采用PWM信号控制红、绿、蓝三种颜色LED灯的开闭,并调节三种颜色灯的亮度并相互混合,从而形成更多的色彩效果,冰箱(图未示)还包括用于感测制冷间室10中温度的温度传感器(图未示),温度传感器电性连接驱动电路,驱动电路被配置为根据温度传感器反馈的温度信号控制红、绿、蓝三种颜色的LED灯的开关及亮度。而设置在第一面光源本体121端部的第一LED灯条只发单一颜色的白光。第一LED灯条和第二LED灯条发出的光分别从L型面光源组件12的射入并在第一面光源本体121和第二面光源本体122的弧形连接处123交汇,满足照明作用的同时,也实现了多彩光的效果。
具体地,参图8所示,第二LED灯条包括LED红灯、LED绿灯、LED蓝灯及控制三种灯开关和亮度的驱动电路。LED红灯、LED绿灯、LED蓝灯的正极接LED_VDD的驱动电压,负极分别与LED_G、LED_R、LED_B控制信号连接,这三个控制信号分别通过限流电阻R404、R405、R406后分别与MOS管Q401、Q402、Q403电性连接,MOS管作为开关分别由LED_PWM_R、由LED_PWM_G、由LED_PWM_B信号控制,LED_PWM_R、LED_PWM_G、LED_PWM_B信号均与冰箱的温度传感器电性连接。设置在第二面光源本体122端部的LED灯条发光原理为:在二极管驱动电压的作用下,通过改变流过PN结电流强弱来调节发光强度,由图9可知,在LED_PWM_R输入高电平时,MOS管Q401导通,LED_VDD作用在LED红灯上且与GND形成回路,通过合适的限流电阻R404驱动LED红灯发光,当在LED_PWM_R输入低电平时,MOS管Q401截止,LED_VDD作用在LED红灯上但与GND形成断路,LED红灯无电压电流通过,LED红灯熄灭。同理,LED绿灯和LED蓝灯也是分别通过驱动LED_PWM_G和LED_PWM_B的高低电平来控制发光和熄灭的。
当LED_PWM_R输入PWM信号时,MOS管Q401在PWM信号控制下变成高频开关,把作用在LED红灯上的LED_VDD电压转变成高频方波信号,经过滤波电容D604的滤波平滑,实现变压,变压的大小可以通过调节PWM信号的占空比来调节,从而改变流过LED红灯的电流来调节发光强度。同理,LED绿灯和LED蓝灯也是分别通过到输入PWM信号LED_PWM_G和LED_PWM_B上来调节发光强度的。由此,温度传感器感测制冷间室对应位置处的温度,驱动电路根据温度传感器反馈的温度信号控制第二LED灯条的出光效果,从而实现在不同温度下控制LED红灯、LED绿灯、LED蓝灯的开关及其各自的发光强度,L型面光源组件12显示不同的颜色。
相应地,本发明还提供一种冰箱(未图示),该冰箱通过采用上述各实施方式中介绍的冰箱用制冷间室,可以取得上述各实施方式中冰箱用制冷间室具有的有益效果,并且,由于对该冰箱的其他结构或功能并未做出改进,故在此对该冰箱的其它结构也不再赘述。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (10)
- 一种制冷间室,其特征在于,包括:内胆,其内限定有储物空间;L型面光源组件,其包括第一面光源本体和第二面光源本体,所述第一面光源本体覆盖所述内胆的后壁且与所述内胆的后壁之间形成有风道,所述第二面光源本体覆盖至少部分的所述内胆顶壁;其中,在所述第一面光源本体沿竖直方向的至少一侧设有第一饰条,所述第一饰条与所述内胆的侧壁之间具有间隙,所述第二面光源本体远离所述第一面光源本体的一端设有装饰灯。
- 根据权利要求1所述的制冷间室,其特征在于,所述风道包括风道盖板,所述间隙与所述风道盖板配合形成出风口,所述风道中的风通过所述出风口进入所述制冷空间内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的制冷间室,其特征在于,所述储物空间内设有抽屉组件和设于所述抽屉组件上方的搁板组件,所述抽屉组件包括抽屉本体和抽屉盖板,所述搁板组件包括搁板本体和搁板支架。
- 根据权利要求3所述的制冷间室,其特征在于,所述第一面光源本体的一端与所述第二面光源本体弧形连接,另一端位于所述抽屉盖板的下方。
- 根据权利要求3所述的制冷间室,其特征在于,所述第一饰条上设有开口,所述搁板支架在所述开口定义的轨迹内运动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的制冷间室,其特征在于,所述第二面光源本体与所述内胆的顶壁之间具有闪缝,所述第二面光源本体远离所述第一面光源本体的一端设有第二饰条,所述装饰灯设于所述第二饰条上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的制冷间室,其特征在于,所述装饰灯包括光源和灯罩,所述灯罩将所述光源发出的光线导引至所述内胆的顶壁以遮盖所述闪缝。
- 根据权利要求6所述的制冷间室,其特征在于,所述第一饰条上设有与所述第一面光源本体适配的第一安装槽,所述第二饰条上设有与所述第二面光源本体适配的第二安装槽,所述第一饰条通过所述第一安装槽与第一面光源本体相互卡合固定,所述第二饰条通过所述第二安装槽与第二面光源本体相互卡合固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的制冷间室,其特征在于,所述L型面光源组件还包括分别设置在所述第一面光源本体和第二面光源本体中的LED灯条。
- 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括如上任意一项权利要求所述的制冷间室。
