본 발명은 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 콤팩트 용기를 외용기와 상기 외용기 일측에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 외용기뚜껑과 상기 외용기에 장착되며 내부에 화장료가 수용되는 내용물접시 및 상기 외용기 일측에 힌지 결합되어 내용물접시를 개폐하는 내용물접시뚜껑으로 구성하되, 상기 내용물접시가 외용기 하측으로부터 결합되도록 함으로써, 콤팩트 용기에 화장료를 충전할 때, 내용물접시 내부에 화장료를 충전한 후, 상기 내용물접시를 외용기뚜껑과 내용물접시뚜껑이 조립된 외용기 하측으로부터 결합하여 화장료 충전 공정을 개선하고, 이에 따라 제품의 생산성이 향상된 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 화장이란 화장품을 바르거나 문질러 얼굴을 곱게 꾸미는 행위를 말하는데, 이러한 화장에 사용되는 화장품은 크게 기초화장품과 색조화장품으로 나뉜다.
상기 기초화장품은 피부에 영양 공급을 해주고, 수분이 증발 되지 않도록 하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 색조화장품은 얼굴 전체 또는 특정 부위의 피부색을 보정하거나 미려함을 추구하는 것을 목적으로 하는데, 이러한 색조 화장품은 파우더, 파운데이션 및 볼터치 등이 대표적이다.
특히, 색조 화장시에 일반적으로 사용되는 파우더 화장품은 파우더를 퍼프(Puff)에 충분히 묻힌 후 이를 얼굴에 골고루 발라 피부에 입히는 방법으로 사용되며, 고형 타입 또는 분말형 타입 또는 겔상 타입으로 콤팩트 용기에 수용되어 사용된다.
상기 콤팩트 용기는 내부에 색조화장품과 화장도구인 퍼프(Puff)가 내장되고, 뚜껑 내측에 거울이 부착되어 있어 여성들이 핸드백 또는 파우치에 넣어 휴대하고 다니면서 사용할 수 있도록 작게 제작된 화장품 용기를 말한다.
상기와 같은 종래의 콤팩트 용기로 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1499134호가 개시되어 있는데, 상기 종래기술은 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 하측몸체와, 상기 하측몸체 일측에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 개폐커버와, 상기 하측몸체의 상측에 결합되는 상측몸체와, 상기 상측몸체 내측에 장착되며 화장료가 수용되는 하부캡 및 상기 내용물용기 일측에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 상부캡으로 구성된다.
하지만, 상기 종래의 콤팩트 용기는 제조된 콤팩트 용기 내부에 화장료를 충전할 때, 하측몸체로부터 개폐커버를 개방하고, 하부캡으로부터 상부캡을 개방한 다음, 상기 하부캡 내부에 화장료를 충전한 후, 다시 상부캡을 닫고, 개폐커버를 닫아야 하므로, 화장료 충전 공정이 복잡해져 생산성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 상기 종래의 콤팩트 용기는 하측몸체와 개폐커버와 하부캡 및 상부캡 이외에 상측몸체가 더 추가되어 구조가 복잡해지고, 이에 따라 콤팩트 용기의 제조 원가가 상승되어 가격 경쟁력이 떨어지는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 콤팩트 용기를 외용기와 상기 외용기 일측에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 외용기뚜껑과 상기 외용기에 장착되며 내부에 화장료가 수용되는 내용물접시 및 상기 외용기 일측에 힌지 결합되어 내용물접시를 개폐하는 내용물접시뚜껑으로 구성하되, 상기 내용물접시가 외용기 하측으로부터 결합되도록 함으로써, 콤팩트 용기에 화장료를 충전할 때, 내용물접시 내부에 화장료를 충전한 후, 상기 내용물접시를 외용기뚜껑과 내용물접시뚜껑이 조립된 외용기 하측으로부터 결합하여 화장료 충전 공정을 개선하고, 이에 따라 제품의 생산성이 향상된 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 외용기에 외용기뚜껑과 내용물접시뚜껑을 힌지핀 없이 회동 가능하게 끼움 결합하고, 상기 외용기 하측으로 내용물접시를 끼움 결합하여 구조를 단순화하고, 조립 공정을 간소화함으로써, 제조 원가를 낮추어 가격 경쟁력이 향상되도록 한 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 내용물접시의 내용물접시벽 상단에 제1밀폐돌륜을 형성하고, 외용기의 내벽 내측으로 일정 간격 이격하여 제2밀폐돌륜을 형성하되, 상기 제1밀폐돌륜이 외용기의 내벽과 제2밀폐돌륜 사이에 끼워지도록 함으로써, 내용물접시의 밀폐력을 증대시킨 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 외용기 상부에 제3밀폐돌륜을 상측으로 연장 형성하고, 내용물접시뚜껑 외주연에 밀폐홈을 형성하여 상기 제3밀폐돌륜이 밀폐홈에 끼워지도록 함으로써, 내용물접시의 밀폐력을 더욱 증대시킨 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 내용물접시의 하부 외주연에 플랜지를 외측으로 연장 형성하여 외용기의 외벽 내주연에 밀착되도록 함으로써, 상기 플랜지가 외용기의 내부 빈 공간이 외부로 보이지 않도록 덮어 심미감을 향상시킨 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 외용기;
상기 외용기에 결합되어 개폐되는 외용기뚜껑;
상기 외용기에 장착되며, 내부에 화장료가 수용되는 내용물접시;
상기 외용기에 결합되어 내용물접시를 개폐하는 내용물접시뚜껑을 포함하되,
상기 외용기뚜껑과 내용물접시뚜껑이 조립된 외용기 하측으로 화장료가 충전된 내용물접시가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 외용기에는 제1힌지돌기가 형성되고, 외용기뚜껑에는 제1힌지홈이 형성되어 서로 회동 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 외용기 일측에는 제2힌지홈이 형성되고, 내용물접시뚜껑 일측에는 제2힌지돌기가 형성되어 서로 회동 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용물접시의 내용물접시벽 상단에 제1밀폐돌륜이 형성되고, 외용기의 내벽 내측으로 일정 간격 이격되어 제2밀폐돌륜이 형성되되, 상기 제1밀폐돌륜이 외용기의 내벽과 제2밀폐돌륜 사이에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 외용기 상부에 제3밀폐돌륜이 형성되고, 상기 내용물접시뚜껑 외주연에 밀폐홈이 형성되어 상기 제3밀폐돌륜이 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용물접시의 하부 외주연에 플랜지가 외측으로 연장 형성되어 외용기의 외벽 내주연에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기는 외용기와 상기 외용기 일측에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 외용기뚜껑과 상기 외용기에 장착되며 내부에 화장료가 수용되는 내용물접시 및 상기 외용기 일측에 힌지 결합되어 내용물접시를 개폐하는 내용물접시뚜껑으로 구성되되, 상기 내용물접시가 외용기 하측으로부터 결합되도록 함으로써, 콤팩트 용기에 화장료를 충전할 때, 내용물접시 내부에 화장료를 충전한 후, 상기 내용물접시를 외용기뚜껑과 내용물접시뚜껑이 조립된 외용기 하측으로부터 결합하여 화장료 충전 공정을 개선하고, 이에 따라 제품의 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기는 외용기에 외용기뚜껑과 내용물접시뚜껑을 힌지핀 없이 회동 가능하게 끼움 결합하고, 상기 외용기 하측으로 내용물접시를 끼움 결합하여 구조를 단순화하고, 조립 공정을 간소화함으로써, 제조 원가를 낮추어 가격 경쟁력이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기는 내용물접시의 내용물접시벽 상단에 제1밀폐돌륜을 형성하고, 외용기의 내벽 내측으로 일정 간격 이격하여 제2밀폐돌륜을 형성하되, 상기 제1밀폐돌륜이 외용기의 내벽과 제2밀폐돌륜 사이에 끼워지도록 함으로써, 내용물접시의 밀폐력이 증대되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기는 외용기 상부에 제3밀폐돌륜을 상측으로 연장 형성하고, 내용물접시뚜껑 외주연에 밀폐홈을 형성하여 상기 제3밀폐돌륜이 밀폐홈에 끼워지도록 함으로써, 내용물접시의 밀폐력이 더욱 증대되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기는 내용물접시의 하부 외주연에 플랜지를 외측으로 연장 형성하여 외용기의 외벽 내주연에 밀착되도록 함으로써, 상기 플랜지가 외용기의 내부 빈 공간이 외부로 보이지 않도록 덮어 심미감을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.

본 발명과 본 발명의 실시에 의해 달성되는 기술적 과제는 다음에서 설명하는 바람직한 실시예들에 의해 명확해 질 것이다. 이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기의 일 실시예를 상세히 살펴보면 다음과 같다.

본 발명에 따른 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기는 외용기(10); 상기 외용기(10)에 결합되어 개폐되는 외용기뚜껑(20); 상기 외용기(10)에 장착되며, 내부에 화장료가 수용되는 내용물접시(30); 상기 외용기(10)에 결합되어 내용물접시(30)를 개폐하는 내용물접시뚜껑(40)을 포함하되, 상기 외용기뚜껑(20)과 내용물접시뚜껑(40)이 조립된 외용기(10) 하측으로 화장료가 충전된 내용물접시(30)가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 외용기(10)는 상부와 하부가 개방된 링 형태이며, 내측에 내용물접시(30)가 결합된다.
상기 외용기(10) 전면에는 버튼(11)이 형성되는데, 상기 버튼(11) 상부에는 사용자의 누름 동작에 의해 후퇴되는 걸림돌기(112)가 돌출 형성된다.
상기 외용기(10)의 버튼(11) 맞은편에는 외용기뚜껑(20)이 힌지 결합되는 제1힌지돌기(13)가 형성된다.
상기 외용기(10) 상부면 일측에는 내용물접시뚜껑(40)과 힌지 결합되는 제2힌지홈(15)이 형성된다.
상기 외용기(10)는 외벽(12)과 상기 외벽(12) 상부로부터 내측으로 연장 형성된 연결편(14)과 상기 외벽(12)과 일정 간격 이격되어 연결편(14) 하측으로 연장 형성된 내벽(16) 및 상기 내벽(16) 상부로부터 내측으로 연장 형성된 수평연장편(18)으로 이루어진다.
상기 내벽(16) 내주연에는 내용물접시(30)가 결합되는 장착홈(162)이 형성된다.
상기 수평연장편(18) 상부에는 제3밀폐돌륜(19)이 상측으로 연장 형성되고, 하부에는 제2밀폐돌륜(17)이 하측으로 연장 형성되는데, 상기 제2밀폐돌륜(17)은 내벽(16) 내측으로 일정 간격 이격되어 형성된다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)은 외용기(10) 일측에 힌지 결합되어 상기 외용기(10)를 개폐한다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 전면에는 돌기 형상의 후크(21)가 형성되어 상기 외용기(10)의 걸림돌기(112)와 체결된다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 후크(21) 맞은편에는 제1힌지홈(23)이 형성되는데, 상기 제1힌지홈(23)에는 제1힌지돌기(13)가 회동 가능하게 결합된다.
즉, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 콤팩트 용기는 외용기(10)에 외용기뚜껑(20)과 내용물접시뚜껑(40)을 힌지핀 없이 회동 가능하게 끼움 결합하여 조립 공정을 간소화하고, 제조 원가를 낮추어 가격 경쟁력이 향상되도록 한 것이다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 내측에는 사용자가 용이하게 화장을 할 수 있도록 거울이 형성될 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 콤팩트 용기의 외용기 하측으로 화장료가 충전된 내용물접시를 결합하는 모습을 나타내는 단면도이고, 도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 콤팩트 용기의 외용기 하측으로 화장료가 충전된 내용물접시를 결합하는 모습을 나타내는 사시단면도이다.
상기 내용물접시(30)는 내부에는 화장료 또는 화장료가 함침된 함침부재가 수용된다.
상기 내용물접시(30)는 도 6과 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 화장료 충전 공정 시, 외용기(10) 하측으로 결합된다.
종래의 콤팩트 용기는 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 용기 구성들을 각각 제조하여 조립한 다음, 상기 조립체를 화장료 충전 공정으로 이동시키게 되는데, 이때 콤팩트 용기 내부에 화장료를 충전하기 위해 하측몸체로부터 개폐커버를 개방하고, 하부캡으로부터 상부캡을 개방한 다음, 상기 하부캡 내부에 화장료를 충전한 후, 다시 상부캡을 닫고, 개폐커버를 닫는 단계를 거쳐야 하므로, 화장료 충전 공정이 복잡해져 생산성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
이에, 본 발명은 화장료를 충전할 때, 내용물접시(30) 내부에 화장료를 충전한 후, 상기 내용물접시(30)를 외용기뚜껑(20)과 내용물접시뚜껑(40)이 조립된 외용기(10) 하측으로 결합하도록 함으로써, 외용기뚜껑(20)과 내용물접시뚜껑(40)의 개폐 단계를 생략하여 화장료 충전 공정을 단순화한 것이다.
다시 말해, 본 발명은 콤팩트 용기의 화장료 충전 공정을 개선하기 위해, 외용기(10)에 외용기뚜껑(20)과 내용물접시뚜껑(40)을 조립한 조립체와, 내용물접시(30)를 별도로 화장료 충전 공정으로 이동시킨 후, 상기 내용물접시(30) 내부에 화장료를 충전하고 외용기(10) 하측으로 내용물접시(30)가 결합되도록 한 것이다.
상기 내용물접시(30)에는 내용물접시벽(32)이 바닥으로부터 상측으로 연장 형성된다.
상기 내용물접시벽(32) 외주연에는 외용기(10)의 내벽(16) 내주연에 형성된 장착홈(162)에 결합되는 장착돌기(324)가 형성된다.
상기 내용물접시벽(32) 상단에는 제1밀폐돌륜(322)이 형성되는데, 상기 제1밀폐돌륜(322)은 도 4의 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이, 외용기(10)의 내벽(16)과 제2밀폐돌륜(17) 사이에 끼워져 내용물접시(30)의 밀폐력을 증대시킨다.
상기 내용물접시(30)의 하부 외주연에는 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 플랜지(34)가 외측으로 연장 형성되어 내용물접시(30)가 외용기(10) 하측으로 결합될 때, 외용기(10)의 외벽(12) 내주연에 밀착된다. 상기 플랜지(34)는 외용기(10)의 내부 빈 공간이 외부로 보이지 않도록 덮어 심미감을 향상시키게 된다.
상기 내용물접시뚜껑(40)은 외용기(10) 일측에 결합되어 상기 내용물접시(30)를 개폐한다.
상기 내용물접시뚜껑(40) 상부에는 퍼프(Puff)와 같은 화장도구가 수용되는 화장도구안착홈(42)이 형성되고, 외주연 일측에는 사용자가 내용물접시뚜껑(40)을 용이하게 개폐할 수 있도록 하는 손잡이(44)가 형성된다.
상기 내용물접시뚜껑(40)의 손잡이(44) 맞은편에는 제2힌지돌기(45)가 형성되어 상기 외용기(10)의 제2힌지홈(15)에 회동 가능하게 결합된다.
상기 내용물접시뚜껑(40)의 하부 외주연에는 밀폐홈(49)이 형성되는데, 상기 밀폐홈(49)에는 외용기(10)의 제3밀폐돌륜(19)이 끼워져 내용물접시(30)의 밀폐력을 보다 증대시키게 된다.
또한, 상기 제3밀폐돌륜(19)의 상부 내주연에는 제1밀폐돌기(192)가 형성되고, 상기 밀폐홈(49)의 하부 외주연에는 제2밀폐돌기(492)가 형성되어 서로 체결된다.
도 8은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 콤팩트 용기의 단면도이다.
도 8에서 보는 바와 같이, 내용물접시뚜껑(40) 외주연에 형성된 밀폐홈(49)을 대신하여, 밀폐부(48)가 형성될 수도 있다.
상기 밀폐부(48)는 내용물접시뚜껑(40) 하부면에 돌출 형성되는데, 상기 밀폐부(48)는 외용기(10)의 수평연장편(18) 내측에 끼워져 내용물접시(30)를 밀폐하게 된다. 상기 밀폐부(48)는 내용물접시뚜껑(40) 하부면에 일체로 형성될 수도 있으며, 상기 내용물접시뚜껑(40)과는 별도로 형성되어 내용물접시뚜껑(40)의 하부면에 결합될 수도 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기의 조립 방법 및 사용 방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 따른 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기를 조립하기 위해서는 도 3 내지 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이, 외용기(10) 상부에 내용물접시뚜껑(40)과 외용기뚜껑(20)을 힌지 결합하는데, 상기 내용물접시뚜껑(40)의 제2힌지돌기(45)를 외용기(10)의 제2힌지홈(15)에 회동 가능하게 결합하고, 외용기(10)의 제1힌지돌기(13)를 외용기뚜껑(20)의 제1힌지홈(23)에 회동 가능하게 결합한다.
이때, 상기 내용물접시뚜껑(40)을 닫으면, 상기 외용기(10)의 제3밀폐돌륜(19)이 내용물접시뚜껑(40)의 밀폐홈(49)에 끼워진다.
다음으로, 도 6과 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이, 내용물접시(30) 내부에 화장료 또는 화장료가 함침된 함침부재를 충전하고, 상기 내용물접시(30)를 외용기(10) 하측으로부터 결합하되, 상기 내용물접시(30)의 장착돌기(324)가 외용기(10)의 장착홈(162)에 결합되도록 한다.
이때, 상기 내용물접시(30)의 제1밀폐돌륜(322)은 도 4의 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이, 외용기(10)의 내벽(16)과 제2밀폐돌륜(17) 사이에 끼워지게 되고, 내용물접시(30)의 플랜지(34)는 외용기(10)의 외벽(12) 내주연에 밀착되면서 외용기(10)의 하부를 덮게 된다.
상기와 같이 조립된 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기를 사용할 때에는 먼저 외용기(10)로부터 외용기뚜껑(20)을 열고, 내용물접시뚜껑(40) 상부에 안착된 퍼프(Puff)를 잡은 다음, 상기 내용물접시뚜껑(40)을 열어 내용물접시(30)를 외부로 노출시킨다.
이후, 상기 퍼프(Puff)로 내용물접시(30) 내부에 수용된 화장료 또는 화장료가 함침된 함침부재 상부를 찍어 퍼프(Puff)에 묻은 화장료를 피부에 도포한다.
화장이 완료된 후에는 다시 내용물접시뚜껑(40)을 닫고, 상기 내용물접시뚜껑(40) 상부에 퍼프(Puff)를 안착시킨 후, 외용기뚜껑(20)을 닫아 사용을 완료한다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기를 실시하기 위한 하나의 실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 외용기 일측에는 제2힌지홈이 형성되고, 내용물접시뚜껑 일측에는 제2힌지돌기가 형성되어 서로 회동 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 내용물접시의 내용물접시벽 상단에 제1밀폐돌륜이 형성되고, 외용기의 내벽 내측으로 일정 간격 이격되어 제2밀폐돌륜이 형성되되, 상기 제1밀폐돌륜이 외용기의 내벽과 제2밀폐돌륜 사이에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 외용기 상부에 제3밀폐돌륜이 형성되고, 상기 내용물접시뚜껑 외주연에 밀폐홈이 형성되어 상기 제3밀폐돌륜이 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 내용물접시의 하부 외주연에 플랜지가 외측으로 연장 형성되어 외용기의 외벽 내주연에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 내용물접시뚜껑(40) 하부면에 밀폐부(48)가 돌출 형성되어 외용기(10)의 수평연장편(18) 내측에 끼워 것을 특징으로 하는 구조가 단순하고 화장료 충전 공정이 개선된 콤팩트 용기.
