또한, 본 고안의 함침부재(20)는 하단에 오목한 홈을 형성하여 내용물저장공간(21)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 고안의 결합링(30)은 누름환턱(31)과 결합환돌기(32)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안에 따른 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기는 내용물용기의 바닥면을 오목하게 형성하고, 상기 바닥면과 대응하는 함침부재의 아래쪽을 볼록하게 형성하여 함침부재에 함침된 내용물이 오목한 바닥면의 중앙으로 모여서 내용물을 모두 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 고안에 따른 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기 하부에 남아 있는 겔상 내용물을 사용하기 위해 소비자가 함침부재를 뒤집어 놓지 않아도 겔상 내용물을 모두 사용할 수 있기 때문에 사용이 편리한 효과가 있다.

본 고안에 따른 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기의 실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.

본 고안은 내용물용기(10), 상기 내용물용기(10)에 수용되는 함침부재(20), 상기 내용물용기(10)의 상단에 결합되는 결합링(30), 상기 내용물용기(10)의 상단 외주면에 결합되는 용기뚜껑(40)으로 구성된다.
상기 내용물용기(10)는 상단 외주면에 결합돌기(11)가 형성되며, 상단 내주면에 결합환홈(12)이 형성되고, 내측에는 바닥면(13)이 형성된다.
상기 내용물용기(10)는 내부에 함침부재(20)가 수용된다.
상기 결합돌기(11)는 내용물용기(10)의 상단 외주면에 형성되어 용기뚜껑(30)과 결합하여 내용물용기(10)를 밀폐시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 결합환홈(12)은 상단 내주면에 형성되어 결합링(30)과 결합하여 내용물용기(10)에 수용된 함침부재(20)가 이탈하는 것을 막아주는 역할을 한다.
상기 바닥면(13)은 오목하게 형성되어 내용물이 오목한 바닥면(13)의 중간에 모일 수 있게 한다.
상기 함침부재(20)는 내용물용기(10)에 수용되며 아래쪽은 상기 내용물용기(10)의 오목한 바닥면(13)과 대응하여 볼록하게 형성된다.
또한, 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 본 고안의 다른 실시예에서 보는 바와 같이 함침부재(20)의 하단에 오목한 홈을 형성하여 내용물저장공간(21)을 구비할 수도 있다.
상기 내용물저장공간(21)에는 함침부재(20)의 아래쪽이 볼록하게 형성되어 있기 때문에 본 고안의 파운데이션 용기를 사용하다 보면 일정 시간이 지나면 중력에 의하여 상기 함침부재(20)에 함침된 겔상 내용물이 내용물저장공간(21)에 모이게 된다.
이때 사용자가 퍼프로 함침부재(20)를 가압하면 내용물저장공간(21)에 모여있는 내용물이 사용자의 가압에 의해 함침부재(20)로 이동하게 되어 함침부재(20)의 중앙부에 내용물이 집중되게 된다.
상기 함침부재(20)는 BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR(Nateral Rubber), 습식우레탄, 건식 우레탄, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화 비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 라텍스, 실리콘, PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol), 실리콘제 엘라스토머, 니트릴고무, 부틸고무 및 네오프렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 재질을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 결합링(30)은 내용물용기(10)의 상단 내주면에 결합되며 누름환턱(31)과 결합환돌기(32)가 형성되어 있다.
상기 결합링(30)은 내용물용기(10)와 결합하여 내용물용기(10)에 수용된 함침부재(20)가 이탈하는 것을 막아주는 역할을 한다.
상기 누름환턱(31)은 결합링(30)의 상면에 형성되어 함침부재(20)를 눌러 상기 함침부재(20)가 내용물용기(10)로부터 움직이거나 이탈하는 것을 막아준다.
상기 결합환돌기(32)는 결합링(30)의 측면 외주면에 형성되며 내용물용기(10)의 결합환홈(12)에 결합되어 상기 결합링(30)을 고정시켜 주는 역할을 한다.
상기 용기뚜껑(40)은 내측에 결합홈(41)을 형성하며 내용물용기(10)의 결합돌기(11)에 결합하여 상기 내용물용기(10)를 밀폐시켜 주는 역할을 한다.
본 고안의 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기의 내용물용기(10)는 용기뚜껑(40)을 결합하는 구조뿐만 아니라 도 6 내지 도 9에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(50)와 상기 용기본체(50)에 힌지 결합하여 개폐되는 본체뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 파운데이션 용기에 결합하여 사용될 수도 있다.
도 6 내지 도 9에서 보는 바와 같이 본 고안의 또 다른 실시예에 대해서 설명하도록 하겠다.
본 고안의 또 다른 실시예는 용기본체(50)와 상기 용기본체(50)와 힌지 결합하는 본체뚜껑(60), 상기 용기본체(50) 내부에 장착되는 내부용기(70), 상기 내부용기(70)에 결합되는 내부용기덮개(80), 상기 내부용기(70)에 결합되는 내용물용기(10), 상기 내용물용기(10)에 수용되는 함침부재(20), 상기 내용물용기(10) 상단에 결합되는 결합링(30)으로 구성된다.
상기 용기본체(50)는 일측면에 잠금턱(52)을 구비한 누름버튼(51)과 상기 누름버튼(51)의 마주보는 쪽에 힌지가 형성되어 본체뚜껑(60)과 힌지 결합으로 이루어져 있다.
상기 용기본체(50)는 내부에 내부용기(70)가 장착되며, 상기 내부용기(70)는 용기본체(50)와 일체로 형성될 수도 있다.
상기 누름버튼(51)은 사용자의 누름 동작에 의해 누름버튼(51)의 상부에 연장 형성된 잠금턱(52)이 용이하게 후퇴되어 본체뚜껑(60)의 잠금돌기(62)로부터 이탈될 수 있도록 한다.
상기 본체뚜껑(60)은 용기본체(50)의 상부를 덮는 것으로 용기본체(50)와 힌지 결합으로 연결되며, 용기본체(50)를 개방하거나 폐쇄하는 역할을 한다.
상기 본체뚜껑(60) 일측에는 잠금돌기(62)를 형성하되 잠금턱(52)과 대응하도록 돌기 형상으로 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 본체뚜껑(60)의 내측에는 거울(61)을 구비하며, 상기 거울(61)은 내용물을 이용하여 화장을 할 때 손쉽게 화장을 할 수 있게 한다.
상기 내부용기(70)는 상단에 밀폐홈(71)이 형성되며, 내주면 상단에는 결합홈(72)이 형성된다.
또한, 내부용기(70)는 내부용기덮개(80)와 결합을 위한 힌지블라켓(73)과 힌지핀(74)이 형성되어 있다.
상기 내부용기(70)는 용기본체(50)와 일체로 형성될 수도 있고, 분리하여 형성될 수도 있다.
본 고안의 또 다른 실시예에서는 분리하여 형성된 구조를 바탕으로 설명을 한다.
상기 밀폐홈(71)은 내부용기(70)의 상단에 형성되며, 내부용기덮개(80)의 밀폐편(82)이 끼워져서 내용물용기(10)의 기밀성을 증대시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 결합홈(72)은 내용물용기(10)와 결합하여 상기 내용물용기(10)를 내부용기(70)에 고정 결합시켜준다.
상기 힌지블라켓(73)은 내부용기(70)의 측면에 형성되어 힌지핀(74)에 의해 내부용기덮개(80)와 힌지 결합한다.
상기 내부용기덮개(80)는 일측에 힌지돌기(83)를 형성하며, 내부용기(70)와 힌지 결합한다.
또한, 내부용기덮개(80)의 상면에는 화장도구인 퍼프(도면미도시)를 보관할 수 있는 퍼프내장공간(84)이 형성된다.
상기 내부용기덮개(80)의 일측에 형성된 힌지돌기(83)는 내부용기(70)의 힌지블라켓(73)에 끼워져서 힌지핀(74)에 의해 고정 설치된다.
상기 내부용기덮개(80)의 하단에는 밀폐편(82)이 형성되어 내부용기(70)의 밀폐홈(71)에 끼워져서 내용물용기(10)의 기밀성을 증대시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 내부용기덮개(80)의 일측면에는 용이한 개폐를 위해 개폐손잡이(81)가 형성된다.
상기 내용물용기(10)는 내부용기(70) 내측에 결합되며 상단 외주면에 결합돌기(11)가 형성되며, 상단 내주면에 결합환홈(12)이 형성되고, 내측에는 바닥면(13)이 형성된다.
상기 내용물용기(10)는 내부에 함침부재(20)가 수용된다.
상기 결합돌기(11)는 내용물용기(10)의 상단 외주면에 형성되어 내부용기(70)의 결합홈(72)에 결합하여 내용물용기(10)가 내부용기(70)에 고정 장착될 수 있게 하는 역할을 한다.
본 고안의 실시예와 또 다른 실시예에 따른 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기의 조립방법 및 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 실시예는 오목한 바닥면(13)이 형성된 내용물용기(10)에 내용물이 함침된 아래쪽이 볼록하게 형성된 함침부재(20)를 장착한다. 이후, 내용물용기(10)의 상단 결합환홈(12)에 결합링(30)의 결합환돌기(32)를 끼움 장착하여 함침부재(20)를 내용물용기(10)로 부터 이탈되지 않게 한다. 그리고, 도 3에서 보는 바와 같이 내용물용기(10)의 상단 외주면 형성된 결합돌기(11)에 용기뚜껑(40)의 결합홈(41)을 결합하여 본 고안의 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기의 조립을 완료한다.
상기의 방법으로 조립된 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기의 내용물을 사용하기 위해서는 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 내용물용기(10)로 부터 용기뚜껑(40)을 분리한다.
이후 퍼프를 이용하여 함침부재(20)를 가압하여 상기 함침부재(20)에 함침된 내용물을 취하여 화장을 한다.
본 고안의 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기를 사용하다 보면 내용물용기(10)의 바닥면(13)이 오목한 형상이기 때문에 함침부재(20)의 아래쪽에 남은 내용물들이 중력에 의해서 바닥면(13)의 중간으로 모이게 된다.
상기 바닥면(13)의 중간으로 모인 내용물은 퍼프를 이용하여 함침부재(20)를 가압하면 내용물이 함침부재(20)로 이동하여 모두 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 고안의 또 다른 실시예는 힌지 결합으로 연결된 용기본체(50)와 본체뚜껑(60)으로 이루어진 파운데이션 용기에 있어서, 상기 용기본체(50)의 내측으로 내부용기(70)를 결합한다. 상기 내부용기(70)는 내부용기덮개(80)와 힌지 결합으로 연결된다.
이후, 내용물용기(10)에 함침부재(20)를 수용하고 결합링(30)을 결합하여 조립한 후, 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(50)의 아래쪽으로부터 내용물용기(10)를 끼움 결합하여 본 고안의 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기의 조립을 완료한다.
상기의 방법으로 조립된 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기의 내용물을 사용하기 위해서는 퍼프를 이용하여 함침부재(20)를 가압하여 상기 함침부재(20)에 함침된 내용물을 취하여 화장을 한다.
이상, 본 고안에서 설명한 것은 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기를 실시하기 위한 실시예들에 불과한 것으로, 본 고안은 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 고안의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 고안이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 고안의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

  1. 오목한 바닥면(13)이 형성된 내용물용기(10);
    상기 내용물용기(10)에 수용되며 아래쪽이 볼록하게 형성된 함침부재(20);
    상기 내용물용기(10)의 상단 외주면에 결합되는 용기뚜껑(40);으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기.
  2. 용기본체(50)와 상기 용기본체(50)에 힌지 결합하여 개폐되는 본체뚜껑(60)으로 이루어진 파운데이션 용기에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체(50)의 내부에 장착되는 내부용기(70);
    상기 내부용기(70)와 결합되는 내부용기덮개(80);
    상기 내부용기(70)의 내측에 결합되며 오목한 바닥면(13)이 형성된 내용물용기(10);
    상기 내용물용기(10)에 수용되며 아래쪽이 볼록하게 형성된 함침부재(20);로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 내용물용기(10) 상단에 결합링(30)을 더 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 내용물용기(10)는 상단 외주면에 결합돌기(11)가 형성되며, 상단 내주면에 결합환홈(12)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 함침부재(20)는 하단에 오목한 홈을 형성하여 내용물저장공간(21)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,

    상기 내부용기(70)는 내주면 상단에 결합홈(72)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기.
  10. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 내부용기덮개(80)는 아래쪽에 밀폐편(82)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔상 내용물의 잔량 방지가 용이한 파운데이션 용기.
