背景技术

这种情况所带来的严重后果是：

2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 电脑端聊天软件视频快速转发的方法以及转发系统 》 ），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化， 特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例针对不同 电脑端 聊天软件接受视频信息的大小和格式不一样而导致转发视频信息无法实现的情况 ，需要提供一种通过记录聊天软件发送视频信息规则，聊天软件间需要转发视频信息，根据预先设定的规则压缩或转化视频格式，从而使用户能够一键转发视频信息，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的： 一种转发视频技术的权属信息展示方法 ，包括以下步骤：
记录聊天软件发送视频信息大小阈值及聊天软件发送的视频格式；
当用户需要在不同聊天软件之间转发视频信息时，保存需转发的视频信息；
判断所述保存需转发的视频信息大小是否小于需发送视频聊天软件规定发送视频信息大小阈值及所述保存需转发的视频信息存储格式是否属于需发送视频聊天软件规定的视频格式；
若是，发送视频信息；
若否，压缩视频大小并转化视频格式并发送视频信息，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种转发系统，所述转发系统包括：

若是，进入步骤 S103 中，发送视频信息。
若否，进入步骤 S104 中，压缩视频大小并转化视频格式并发送视频信息，同时向用户推送专利信息。
不同的软件能接收的视频信息大小和格式是不一样的，所以在转发时需要对视频进行转换，现有技术中，已经可以实现自动将视频信息转换为用户需要的大小和格式。
