本发明属于计算机应用领域,尤其涉及一种监控网络状况时的信息推送方法及装置。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《一种 网络状况监控方法及装置 》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。

实施例一:
如图 1 所示为本发明第一实施例提供的一种监控网络状况时的信息推送方法的流程图, 为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中, 移动终端启动监控应用程序。
在本发明实施例中,若用户发现所处的地区网络情况不好,如出现经常断线,网页刷新速度慢,看视频较卡等情况时,用户可通过移动终端,在移动终端启动对网络监控应用程序。
在步骤 S102 中,监控应用程序获取移动终端所在地的网络信息。
在本发明实施例中,当监控应用程序启动后,应用程序便可通过预先设置好的接口获得移动终端所在地的网络信息。其中,移动终端所在地的网络信息包括但不限于:移动终端所在地的坐标位置信息,距离移动终端最近的基站的网络数据等。基站的网络数据包括:基站编号、基站信号强度等。由于要获得网络信息及移动终端所在地的网络情况,最直接的方式便是从距离移动终端最近的基站去获取。因此,监控应用程序启动后,移动终端便可通过网络连接到最近的基站,获得基站的网络数据,并通过基站定位获得移动终端所在地的坐标位置信息。
在步骤 S103 中,移动终端将网络信息传输至服务器。
在本发明实施例中,移动终端获得网络信息后,通过网络将获得的网络信息传输给服务器,供服务器做下一步处理。
在步骤 S104 中, 服务器根据接收到的网络信息判定移动终端所在地的网络状况,并向用户推送专利信息。

在本发明实施例中,服务器首先根据接收到的网络信息中的基站编号获知移动终端连接的基站是哪一个,然后根据接收到的网络信息中的基站信号强度来判断移动终端所在地的网络状况是否正常。如果发现网络状况不佳,便可根据移动终端发送来的坐标位置信息及时的派出维护人员对基站进行检测。

在本发明实施例中,若用户发现所处的地区网络情况不好,可在移动终端 1 通过应用程序启动模块 11 启动对网络监控应用程序。当监控应用程序启动后,应用程序便可由网络信息获得模块 12 通过预先设置好的接口获得移动终端 1 所在地的网络信息,并由网络信息传输模块 13 通过网络将获得的网络信息传输给服务器 2 。其中,移动终端 1 所在地的网络信息包括但不限于:移动终端所在地的坐标位置信息,距离移动终端最近的基站的网络数据等。基站的网络数据包括:基站编号、基站信号强度等。网络信息获得模块 12 可通过网络连接到最近的基站,获得基站的网络数据,并通过基站定位获得移动终端 1 所在地的坐标位置信息。
