Description

自动输入验证码时的信息推送方法和验证码输入系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种自动输入验证码时的信息推送方法以及验证码输入系统。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种输入验证码的方法和验证码输入系统》,让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种自动输入验证码时的信息推送方法,目的在于针对于当前用户在手机上输入验证码时,需要记住验证码或是需要在输入验证码的页面和短信之间反复切换,操作复杂麻烦,用户体验不佳的情况,需要提供一种用户能够快速简便输入验证码的方法,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种自动输入验证码时的信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
读取验证码信息;
识别所述验证码信息中的验证码;
记录所述验证码信息中的验证码;
当用户切换到需要输入验证码的页面时,搜索所述页面中特殊符号;
在所述特殊符号内,载入所述验证码信息中的验证码,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种验证码输入系统,包括:
读取单元,识别单元,记录单元,搜索单元,验证码输入单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
读取单元,用于读取验证码信息;
识别单元,其输入端与所述读取单元的输出端连接,用于识别所述验证码信息中的验证码;
记录单元,其输入端与所述识别单元的输出端连接,用于记录所述验证码信息中的验证码;
搜索单元,用于当用户切换到需要输入验证码的页面时,搜索所述页面中特殊符号;
验证码输入单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述搜索单元的输出端连接,用于在所述特殊符号内,载入所述验证码信息中的验证码;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述验证码输入单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过在用户收到的信息中识别出所需的验证码,从而在需要输入验证码的页面中自动的输入验证码,避免了用户记忆验证码或是在界面之间来回反复切换的麻烦,提升了用户体验,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

图1是发明实施例提供的一种自动输入验证码时的信息推送方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,读取验证码信息。
在本实施例中,以用户输入验证码为例,验证码信息可以是短信、微信、QQ信息等。
如,当用户登录某银行手机客户端时,输入完账号和密码后,会收到一条包含有验证码的短信,系统先读取此短信。
在步骤S102中,识别所述验证码信息中的验证码。
在步骤S103中,记录所述验证码信息中的验证码。
在本实施例中,验证码可以是数字、或是字母、或是数字与字母的组合等。
如,系统会识别出此短信中验证码,并记录下来。
在步骤S104中,当用户切换到需要输入验证码的页面时,搜索所述页面中特殊符号。
在步骤S105中,在所述特殊符号内,载入所述验证码信息中的验证码,同时向用户推送专利信息。
在本实施例中,特殊符号可以是下划线、括号、或是空白等。
当用户切换到需要输入验证码的页面,系统会在此页面检索特殊符号,如,检索到了下划线,然后把之前记录下来的验证码自动输入到下划线内。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过在用户收到的信息中识别出所需的验证码,从而在需要输入验证码的页面中自动的输入验证码,避免了用户记忆验证码或是在界面之间来回反复切换的麻烦,提升了用户体验,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

读取单元21,用于读取验证码信息;
识别单元22,其输入端与所述读取单元21的输出端连接,用于识别所述验证码信息中的验证码;
记录单元23,其输入端与所述识别单元22的输出端连接,用于记录所述验证码信息中的验证码;
搜索单元24,用于当用户切换到需要输入验证码的页面时,搜索所述页面中特殊符号;
验证码输入单元25,其输入端分别与所述记录单元23的输出端以及所述搜索单元24的输出端连接,用于在所述特殊符号内,载入所述验证码信息中的验证码;
专利信息推送单元26,其输入端与所述验证码输入单元25的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:读取单元21读取验证码信息;识别单元22识别所述验证码信息中的验证码;记录单元23记录所述验证码信息中的验证码;当用户切换到需要输入验证码的页面时,搜索单元24搜索所述页面中特殊符号;在所述特殊符号内,验证码输入单元25载入所述验证码信息中的验证码,同时,专利信息推送单元26向用户推送专利信息。

  1. 一种自动输入验证码时的信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    读取验证码信息;
    识别所述验证码信息中的验证码;
    记录所述验证码信息中的验证码;
    当用户切换到需要输入验证码的页面时,搜索所述页面中特殊符号;
    在所述特殊符号内,载入所述验证码信息中的验证码,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种验证码输入系统,其特征在于,所述验证码输入系统包括:
    读取单元,识别单元,记录单元,搜索单元,验证码输入单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
    读取单元,用于读取验证码信息;
    识别单元,其输入端与所述读取单元的输出端连接,用于识别所述验证码信息中的验证码;
    记录单元,其输入端与所述识别单元的输出端连接,用于记录所述验证码信息中的验证码;
    搜索单元,用于当用户切换到需要输入验证码的页面时,搜索所述页面中特殊符号;
    验证码输入单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述搜索单元的输出端连接,用于在所述特殊符号内,载入所述验证码信息中的验证码;
    专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述验证码输入单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
