一种延后阅读时的信息推送方法以及阅读系统,属于互联网领域,所述方法包括:记录用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值与收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签指令的匹配关系(S101);读取用户的触摸点(S102);当用户的触摸点为单点时,读取用户单点触摸时间(S103);当用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值时,收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签(S104);当用户打开所述收藏文章的应用时,显示所述标题标签(S105);当用户点击所述标题标签时,打开所述标题标签对应的文章,同时向用户推送专利信息(S106)。该方法通过点击标题方便快捷的收藏用户感兴趣的文章,从而可以使用户延后阅读此文章,提升用户的阅读体验,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
Description
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种延后阅读时的信息推送方法以及阅读系统。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2
、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种延后阅读的方法和阅读系统》,让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
本发明实施例提供了一种延后阅读时的信息推送方法,目的在于针对于当前在没有充足的时间阅读自己感兴趣的文章时,用户收藏文章的操作比较复杂耗时,用户体验不佳,需要提供一种操作快捷简单的收藏文章延后阅读的方法,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
本发明是这样实现的:一种延后阅读时的信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值与收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签指令的匹配关系;
读取用户的触摸点;
当用户的触摸点为单点时,读取用户单点触摸时间;
当用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值时,收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签;
当用户打开所述收藏文章的应用时,显示所述标题标签;
当用户点击所述标题标签时,打开所述标题标签对应的文章,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种阅读系统,包括:
记录单元,触摸点读取单元,时间读取单元,标签生成单元,标签显示单元,文章显示单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值与收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签指令的匹配关系;
触摸点读取单元,用于读取用户的触摸点;
时间读取单元,其输入端与所述触摸点读取单元的输出端连接,用于当用户的触摸点为单点时,读取用户单点触摸时间;
标签生成单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述时间读取单元的输出端连接,用于当用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值时,收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签;
标签显示单元,其输入端与所述标签生成单元的输出端连接,用于当用户打开所述收藏文章的应用时,显示所述标题标签;
文章显示单元,其输入端与所述标签显示单元的输出端连接,用于当用户点击所述标题标签时,打开所述标题标签对应的文章;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述文章显示单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
该发明通过点击标题方便快捷的收藏用户感兴趣的文章,从而可以使用户延后阅读此文章,提升用户的阅读体验,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种延后阅读时的信息推送方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,记录用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值与收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签指令的匹配关系。
在本实施例中,以用户在UC手机浏览器上阅读文章为例,预设用户在标题界面上单点触摸某一标题超过时间1s将收藏该标题对应的文章,并生成标题标签,标题标签可以是一个跟标题文字相同的图标,以提示用户。
在步骤S102中,读取用户的触摸点。
在步骤S103中,当用户的触摸点为单点时,读取用户单点触摸时间。
在步骤S104中,当用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值时,收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签。
如,用户在手机UC浏览器的标题界面上看到一个感兴趣的标题,用户在该标题上单点触摸超过1s,于是在不打开文章的情况下,该标题对应的文章将被收藏,并生成标题标签。
在步骤S105中,当用户打开所述收藏文章的应用时,显示所述标题标签。
在步骤S106中,当用户点击所述标题标签时,打开所述标题标签对应的文章,同时向用户推送专利信息。
当用户有空闲时间希望阅读此文章时,用户打开收藏此文章的UC浏览器,会显示此文章的标题标签,用户点击此标签,就会打开对应的文章。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过点击标题方便快捷的收藏用户感兴趣的文章,从而可以使用户延后阅读此文章,提升用户的阅读体验,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种阅读系统的结构示意图,该阅读系统包括:
记录单元21,触摸点读取单元22,时间读取单元23,标签生成单元24,标签显示单元25,文章显示单元26,专利信息推送单元27,其中:
记录单元21,用于记录用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值与收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签指令的匹配关系;
触摸点读取单元22,用于读取用户的触摸点;
时间读取单元23,其输入端与所述触摸点读取单元22的输出端连接,用于当用户的触摸点为单点时,读取用户单点触摸时间;
标签生成单元24,其输入端分别与所述记录单元21的输出端以及所述时间读取单元23的输出端连接,用于当用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值时,收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签;
标签显示单元25,其输入端与所述标签生成单元24的输出端连接,用于当用户打开所述收藏文章的应用时,显示所述标题标签;
文章显示单元26,其输入端与所述标签显示单元25的输出端连接,用于当用户点击所述标题标签时,打开所述标题标签对应的文章;
专利信息推送单元27,其输入端与所述文章显示单元26的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:记录单元21记录用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值与收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签指令的匹配关系;触摸点读取单元22读取用户的触摸点;当用户的触摸点为单点时,时间读取单元23读取用户单点触摸时间;当用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值时,标签生成单元24收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签;当用户打开所述收藏文章的应用时,标签显示单元25显示所述标题标签;当用户点击所述标题标签时,文章显示单元26打开所述标题标签对应的文章,同时,专利信息推送单元27向用户推送专利信息。
该发明通过点击标题方便快捷的收藏用户感兴趣的文章,从而可以使用户延后阅读此文章,提升用户的阅读体验,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

- 一种延后阅读时的信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:记录用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值与收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签指令的匹配关系;读取用户的触摸点;当用户的触摸点为单点时,读取用户单点触摸时间;当用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值时,收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签;当用户打开所述收藏文章的应用时,显示所述标题标签;当用户点击所述标题标签时,打开所述标题标签对应的文章,同时向用户推送专利信息。
- 一种阅读系统,其特征在于,所述阅读系统包括:记录单元,触摸点读取单元,时间读取单元,标签生成单元,标签显示单元,文章显示单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:记录单元,用于记录用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值与收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签指令的匹配关系;触摸点读取单元,用于读取用户的触摸点;时间读取单元,其输入端与所述触摸点读取单元的输出端连接,用于当用户的触摸点为单点时,读取用户单点触摸时间;标签生成单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述时间读取单元的输出端连接,用于当用户在标题上单点触摸超过预设时间阈值时,收藏所述标题对应的文章并生成标题标签;标签显示单元,其输入端与所述标签生成单元的输出端连接,用于当用户打开所述收藏文章的应用时,显示所述标题标签;文章显示单元,其输入端与所述标签显示单元的输出端连接,用于当用户点击所述标题标签时,打开所述标题标签对应的文章;专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述文章显示单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
