Abstract
Description
この空冷用衣料は、例えば円形の貫通孔部分に、空冷用送風機を装着した構成となっている。
具体的には、この空冷用送風機は、一端側に空気吸入口、外周部分に空気吹出口を有する筒状ファンケースと、この筒状ファンケース内に設けられたファンと、このファンを駆動するモータと、前記筒状ファンケースの外周壁の一端側部分において、外周方向に突出形成された取付フランジと、前記筒状ファンケースの外周部分において、前記取付フランジに係合する取付リングと、を備えた構成となっている(これに類似する構成としては例えば、下記特許文献1が存在する)。
具体的には、空冷用衣料に空冷用送風機を装着するときには、先ず、空冷用衣料に形成した、例えば円形の貫通孔部分に、空冷用送風機の筒状ファンケースを、この空冷用衣料の表側から裏側に向けて挿入させる。
次に、空冷用衣料の裏側において、前記空冷用送風機の筒状ファンケースの他端側から取付リングを、この筒状ファンケースの一端側に向けて移動させる。
その後、この取付フランジの係止部に、取付リングの係合部を係合させる。
この状態では、空冷用送風機の筒状ファンケースの取付フランジと、取付リングによって、空冷用衣料の貫通孔縁が挟持され、これによって、空冷用衣料に空冷用送風機が装着される。
つまり、身体の表面に外気を流すことで、汗を気化させ、発汗作用を促しやすくすることで、身体の空冷を行うようになっているのであり、極めて快適性の高いものとなっている。
すなわち、従来のものは、空冷用衣料に空冷用送風機を装着するときには、先ず、空冷用衣料に形成した、例えば円形の貫通孔部分に、空冷用送風機の筒状ファンケースを、この空冷用衣料の表側から裏側に向けて挿入させる。
次に、空冷用衣料の裏側において、前記空冷用送風機の筒状ファンケースの他端側から取付リングを、この筒状ファンケースの一端側に押し込んで移動させ、この取付フランジの係止部に、取付リングの係合部を係合させる状態となっているが、押し込み作業と、取付フランジの係止部に、取付リングの係合部を係合させる作業と、を同時に進行させる必要があり、なれぬ者にとっては、作業性が悪いものとなっている。
このため、例えば、取付リングを、取付フランジに係合させるときには、先ず、取付リングを、筒状ファンケースの外周壁部分に嵌め込み、次に、この取付リングを、取付フランジ側に摺動移動させ、その後、前記取付フランジ側の第1の係止部と、取付リングの第1の係合部を当接させ、ここで、前記第1の係止部と、取付リングの第1の係合部を係合させ、次に、この部分を軸として、前記取付リングの第2の係合部を、取付フランジ側の第2の係止部側に摺動移動させながら係合させれば、空冷用送風機を、空冷用衣料に簡単に装着することができ、作業性の良いものとなる。
そして、このような構成とすれば、筒状ファンケースの空気吹出口から吹き出した外気の大部分を、空冷用衣料の外気排出側へと効果的に流すことができるようになり、その結果として、空冷用送風機として小型化しやすくなる。
以下、本発明の一実施形態を、添付図面を用いて説明する。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態にかかる空冷用送風機1を、空冷用衣料2に装着した状態を示すものである。
空冷用衣料2は、この実施形態では、人体の上半身に着る上着を例にしており、その背中部分の下方に、2個の空冷用送風機1が装着されている。
この空冷用衣料2は、基本的には空気の透過性が悪い材料によって形成されているので、空冷用送風機1によって空冷用衣料2内に吸引された外気は、人体と空冷用衣料2の間に形成される隙間を経由し、襟元3や、袖口4から空冷用衣料2外へと吹き出される。
そして、このように外気が、人体と空冷用衣料2の間に形成される隙間を流れるときに、人体表面の汗を蒸発させ、それを空冷用衣料2外へと排出することで、発汗作用を増長し、空冷効果を発揮するものである。
すなわち、顔や、首筋や手首部分に送風するほうが、涼しいと感じる着用者が多いので、上述のごとく、空冷用送風機1によって吸引した外気は空冷用衣料2の上方へと偏った状態で流すようにしている。
空冷用送風機1は、図5~図8に示すように、一端側(空冷用衣料2の外側)に空気吸入口5a、他端側(空冷用衣料2の内側)に空気吹出口5bを有する筒状ファンケース6と、この筒状ファンケース6内の中心軸X部分に設けられたファン7と、このファン7を駆動するモータ8と、前記筒状ファンケース6の外周壁の全周部分から、外周方向に突出形成された取付フランジ9と、前記筒状ファンケース6の外周部分において、前記取付フランジ9に係合させられるリング状の取付リング10と、を備えている。
(1)図5~図14に示すように、筒状ファンケース6の一端側(空冷用衣料2の外側)に空気吸入口5a、他端側(空冷用衣料2の内側)に空気吹出口5bを設けた。
(2)また、前記取付フランジ9を、筒状ファンケース6の空気吸入口5a、空気吹出口5b間の外周壁部分において、前記筒状ファンケース6の中心軸Xに対して傾斜した状態で、筒状ファンケース6の外周壁部分から、外周方向に一体形成した。
(3)さらに、この取付フランジ9の円周部の一部、またはその近傍の筒状ファンケース6部分に、爪状の第1の係止部11、この第1の係止部11に対して、前記筒状ファンケース6の中心軸Xを介して対向する側の取付フランジ9の円周部の一部、またはその近傍の筒状ファンケース6部分に、貫通孔状の第2の係止部12を、それぞれ設けた。
つまり、第1の係止部11、第2の係止部12は、筒状ファンケース6の長手方向(空気吸入口5a、空気吹出口5bの間)において、設置位置を異ならせている。
具体的には、第1の係止部11は、図5、図6から理解されるように、第2の係止部12よりも、空気吹出口5b側に設けられている。つまり、第1の係止部11は、筒状ファンケース6の空気吹出口5b側の端部において、形成されているものであり、この状態では、第2の係止部12よりも、空気吹出口5b側に設けられていることになるのである。
また、貫通孔状の第2の係止部12は、図5、図6から理解されるように、筒状ファンケース6の外周部分に設けられているので、上記筒状ファンケース6の空気吹出口5b側の端部に形成された第1の係止部11よりも、空気吸入口5a側に設けられていることになるのである。
(4)さらにまた、図5、図6、図7、図16~図20に示すように、前記取付リング10の、前記第1の係止部11に対応する部分に、切欠き状の第1の係合部13、前記第2の係止部12に対応する前記取付リング10部分に、爪状の第2の係合部14を設けたことである。
このため、筒状ファンケース6の空気吹出口5bから吹き出した外気の大部分を、図2~図4から理解されるように、空冷用衣料2の外気排出側(上方の襟元3や、袖口4)へと効果的に流すことができるようになり、その結果として、空冷用送風機1として小型化しやすくなる。
また、この状態において、前記第1、第2の係止部11、12は、筒状ファンケース6の長手方向の位置に差を持たせた状態で配置したものである。
次に、取付リング10を、空冷用衣料2の裏側から筒状ファンケース6の外周壁部分に嵌め込み、取付フランジ9側に摺動移動させ、その後、前記取付フランジ9側の第1の係止部11と、取付リング10の第1の係合部13を当接させ、ここで、前記取付フランジ9側の第1の係止部11と、取付リング10の第1の係合部13を係合させ、次に、この部分を軸として、前記取付リング10の第2の係合部14を取付フランジ9側の第2の係止部12方向に摺動移動させながら係合させれば、空冷用送風機1を空冷用衣料2に簡単に装着することができ、作業性の良いものとなる。
その後、取付リング10を、筒状ファンケース6の空気吹出口5b側へと摺動させ、筒状ファンケース6から取り外せば、空冷用送風機1を空冷用衣料2から簡単に取り外すことができ、作業性の良いものとなる。
また、本実施形態では、前記取付フランジ9の第1の係止部11と、前記取付リング10の第1の係合部13は、それぞれ複数個設けているので、第1の係止部11および第1の係合部13の係合部分を軸として、取付リング10の第2の係合部14側を、取付フランジ9側の第2の係止部12へと回動動作させる、取付リング10の着脱動作が安定するものとなる。
つまり、この部分は、取付フランジ9から離れた部分となるので、通電部16を設定しやすく、また、プラグ17の着脱時に取付フランジ9が邪魔になることも少ない。
つまり、このように第2の係合部14を取付リング10の、前記筒状ファンケース6の空気吸込口5a側から、前記筒状ファンケース6の空気吹出口5b側へと、しかも、取付リング10よりも空気吹出口5b側にまで、延長形成することで、長いレバー状とすることができ、その結果、操作において先端側に外力が加えられる際、基側が支点となって撓みやすく、操作性の良いものとなる。
このため、筒状ファンケース6の外周部分における、筒状ファンケース6、取付フランジ9側の第1の係止部11、第2の係止部12と、前記取付リング10側の第1の係合部13、第2の係合部14との、係合間を、これらの第1、第2の凹凸部19、20で係合状態とすることができる。
また、第1、第2の凹凸部19、20は、それぞれ複数の凹凸により形成しているので、各凹凸を介することで摺動が小刻みとなり、取付フランジ9と取付リング10とを、凹凸の数に応じた任意の間隔で係合することで空冷用衣料2の厚みの違いを吸収し、取り付けを安定させることにもなり、極めて有用なものとなる。
つまり、取付リング10を、筒状ファンケース6、または取付フランジ9とは別の色とし、しかも明るい色にすることで、この取付リング10が、筒状ファンケース6、または取付フランジ9とは別物と認識し、取付リング10を、筒状ファンケース6に装着、またはその状態から取り外すことが容易に行えるものとなる。
さらに、前記取付リング10は、蛍光色とすれば、暗所でも、その脱着作業が行いやすいものとなる。
このため、第1の取付基準マーク23または第2の取付基準マーク35を利用して、図2~図4の送風状態を形成することができる。
つまり、傾斜状態の取付フランジ9と、取付リング10を用いて空冷用送風機1を、空冷用衣料2に取り付けているので、図2~図4に示すように、角度を調整することで、襟元3と、袖口4からの外気流出量を調整し、個人の冷却に対する好みに応えて調整することができるのである。このことは、空冷用衣料2の生地上において、第2の取付基準マーク35が互いに離れる方向に、または、互いに向き合う方向に、空冷用送風機1を回転させても同様である。
つまり、この部分は、モータ8が存在する部分で、もともと外気の流れの少ない部分であるので、この空間を利用し、駆動回路27を設け、小型化を図ったものである。
また、バッテリー28、制御回路29は図23に示す外部ケース34内に収納され、身体の例えば、腰部分に保持される。
なお、前記モータの駆動回路27は、入力電圧に比例したモータ駆動電圧を、モータ8に出力する構成としている。
図25、図26は、本発明の一実施形態にかかる空冷用送風機1を、他の空冷用衣料2に装着した状態を示すものである。
この実施形態2で用いる空冷用送風機1は、上記実施の形態1と全く同じ構成のものであるので、説明の煩雑化を避けるために説明は簡略化する。
この実施形態で特徴的なのは、空冷用衣料2の襟元3や、袖口4部分に、害虫(たとえば蚊)の駆除や、害虫への忌避を目的とする薬剤保持部36を設けたことである。
具体的は、薬剤保持部36は、たとえば液体の薬剤(ピレスロイド系薬剤)を塗布、噴霧すれば、適当量を含浸し、保持できるように非撥水状態で、多孔状態となっているので、ここに液体の薬剤(ピレスロイド系薬剤)を塗布、噴霧すれば、適当時間、その薬剤を保持できる構成となっている。
また、この薬剤保持部36は、空冷用衣料2の外面に設けられ、人体に接することが少ない状態となるようにしている。
つまり、薬剤保持部36は、空冷用衣料2の外面に別個に設けられたものであり、上記空冷用送風機1による外気は、空冷用衣料2内を通過し、空冷用衣料2の襟元3や、袖口4部分から外に吹き出される。
つまり、薬剤保持部36に含浸された薬剤が顔の周りや手の周りに吹き出されることになるので、害虫に対する駆除、害虫に対する忌避効果を発揮することになるのである。
また、害虫に対する駆除、害虫に対する忌避効果という点では、空冷用送風機1は空冷用衣料2に図6のように傾斜状態で取り付ける必要はなく、具体的には、空冷用送風機1を空冷用衣料2に水平状態で取り付けてもよい。
図27~図28は、本発明の一実施形態にかかる空冷用送風機1を、さらに、他の空冷用衣料2に装着した状態を示すものである。
すなわち、この実施形態で用いる空冷用送風機1の構成は、図5~図24の構成となっている。
この実施形態で特徴的なのは、空冷用衣料2の襟元3近傍や、袖口4近傍部分に、害虫(たとえば蚊)の駆除や、害虫への忌避を目的とする薬剤保持部38を設けたことである。
また、この薬剤保持部38は、空冷用衣料2の外面に設けられ、人体に接することが少ない状態となるようにしている。
つまり、薬剤保持部38は、空冷用衣料2の外面に別個に設けられたものであり、上記空冷用送風機1による外気は、空冷用衣料2内を通過し、空冷用衣料2の襟元3や、袖口4部分から外に吹き出される。
つまり、薬剤保持部38に含浸された薬剤が顔の周りや手の周りに吹き出されることになるので、害虫に対する駆除、害虫に対する忌避効果を発揮することになるのである。
(実施の形態4)
図30は本発明の他の実施形態を示す。
つまり、図1~図24の実施形態では、前記取付フランジ9を、筒状ファンケース6の空気吸入口5a、空気吹出口5b間の外周壁部分において、前記筒状ファンケース6の中心軸Xに対して傾斜した状態で、筒状ファンケース6の外周壁部分から、外周方向に一体形成した。
これに対して、この図30に示すものは、取付フランジ9を、筒状ファンケース6の外周壁部分における空気吸入口5a側に、この外周壁部分から、外周方向に一体形成した。
すなわち、本実施形態では、取付フランジ9は水平状態となっている。
しかし、このように取付フランジ9を水平状態にしたものにおいても、前記第1、第2の係止部11、12は、筒状ファンケース6の長手方向の位置に差を持たせた状態で配置した。
つまり、前記第1の係止部11、前記第2の係止部12よりも、空気吸入口5a側に配置されている。
本実施形態では、上述した取付フランジ9の一部、またはその近傍の筒状ファンケース6に、爪状の第1の係止部11、この第1の係止部11に対して、前記筒状ファンケース6の中心軸Xを介して対向する側の取付フランジ9の一部、またはその近傍の筒状ファンケース6に、貫通状の第2の係止部12を設けている、
また、前記取付リング10の、前記第1の係止部11に対応する部分に、切欠き状の第1の係合部13、前記第2の係止部12に対応する部分に、第2の係合部14を設けた。
以上説明したように、前記第1、第2の係止部11、12は、筒状ファンケース6の長手方向の位置に差を持たせた状態で配置している(第1の係止部11、前記第2の係止部12よりも、空気吸入口5a側に配置されている)。
このため、この実施形態でも、空冷用衣料2に空冷用送風機1を装着するときには、まず、空冷用衣料2の貫通孔15に、この空冷用衣料2の表側から、空冷用送風機1の空気吹出口5bを挿入し、その取付フランジ9の空気吹出口5b側の面を空冷用衣料2の貫通孔15の開口縁に当接させる。

この取付フランジの一部、またはその近傍の筒状ファンケース部分に、第1の係止部、
この第1の係止部に対して、前記筒状ファンケースの中心軸を介して対向する側の取付フランジ部分、またはその近傍の筒状ファンケース部分に、第2の係止部を、それぞれ設けた請求項1に記載の空冷用送風機。 - 前記取付フランジの筒状ファンケースの空気吹出口側の傾斜部、またはその近傍の筒状ファンケース部分に、第1の係止部を設けた請求項2に記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記取付フランジの第1の係止部と、前記取付リングの第1の係合部は、それぞれ複数個有する請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記取付フランジの、筒状ファンケースの空気吸込口側の傾斜部、またはその近傍の筒状ファンケースに、第2の係止部を設けた請求項2から4のいずれか一つに記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記取付フランジの、筒状ファンケースの空気吸込口側の傾斜部に対応する、この取付フランジよりも、筒状ファンケースの空気吹出口側部分に、モータへの通電部を設けた請求項5に記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記取付リングの第2の係合部は、この取付リングの、前記筒状ファンケースの空気吸込口側部分において、同取付リングに一体化され、この一体化部分から、この取付リングよりも、前記筒状ファンケースの空気吹出口側へと延長形成された請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記取付リングの第2の係合部近傍に、前記モータへの通電部に接続するプラグが貫通する貫通孔を設けた請求項2から7のいずれか一つに記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記取付フランジの第1の係止部と、第2の係止部間の、筒状ファンケース部分には、前記筒状ファンケース一端側の空気吸入口、他端側の空気吹出口間において、外周方向に向けて交互に突出する第1の凹凸部を設けた請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記筒状ファンケースの第1の凹凸部に対応する、取付リング部分には、内側に向けて交互に突出する第2の凹凸部を設けた請求項9に記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記取付リングは、筒状ファンケース、または取付フランジよりも明色とした請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記取付リングは、蛍光色とした請求項11に記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記筒状ファンケースの空気吹出口には、送風ガイドを設け、この送風ガイドの中心部には、モータを取り付けるモータ取付部を設け、このモータ取付部の筒状ファンケース外部分には、第1の取付基準マークを設けた請求項1から12のいずれか一つに記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記取付フランジの外周部分には、第2の取付基準マークを設けた請求項13に記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記モータ取付部内にモータの駆動回路を設けた請求項13、または14に記載の空冷用送風機。
- 前記モータの駆動回路は、入力電圧に比例したモータ駆動電圧を出力する構成とした請求項15に記載の空冷送風機。
- 前記請求項1から16のいずれか一つに記載の空冷用送風機の筒状ファンケース外壁部分が挿入される貫通孔を有し、この貫通孔の開口縁で、筒状ファンケースの取付フランジの外周部分には、第2の取付基準マークを設けた空冷用衣料。
