Abstract
Clothes includes a removable collar. The clothes and the collar are prepared separately and are combined via a zipper, a hook-and-loop fastener or a plurality of buttons. Since the collar is removable, one can replace only the stained collar without throwing away the entire clothes. In addition, the removable collar can achieve the variety and the diversity of clothes by simply changing the collar.
Description
- The present invention relates generally to clothes, and more particularly to clothes that has a removable collar, so as to allow substitutions.
- Clothes play an extremely important role in our daily life. Ever since the advent of human culture, wearing clothes has become the common basic needs for human beings. In this modern age, the purpose of wearing clothes has gone far beyond the basic need of keeping warm. It is rather to show personal styles and tastes, and a matter of manner.
- Let's take men's shirt, which is often accompanied with a formal and elegant suit, as an example. Once the inner side of the collar of the shirt is stained, it is difficult to be cleaned, particularly for the light colored shirts. Oftentimes, cleaning and rubbing the stained collar damages the collar. It is quite a pity to throw away the shirt with only a damaged collar.
- Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention realized the drawbacks in the conventional art, and developed the present invention that can overcome the drawbacks described above.
- The present invention is to provide clothes having a removable collar. The clothes and the collar are prepared separately and are combined via a zipper, a hook-and-loop fastener or a plurality of buttons. Since the collar is removable, one can replace only the stained collar without throwing away the entire clothes.
- The present invention is also to provide clothes having removable collar, so as to achieve the variety and the diversity of clothes by simply changing the collar.
- In order to achieve the above and other objectives, the clothes of the present invention includes a clothes body having a neck opening, and a collar including a collar portion folded outward, and a neck opening portion covered under the collar portion. The neck opening portion corresponds the neck opening of the clothes body. The neck opening of the clothes body is situated between the collar portion and the neck opening portion of the collar. In addition, a connection means is disposed between the inner side of the neck opening and the neck opening portion. The connection means can be a zipper, a hook-and-loop fastener, or a plurality of buttons.
- In order to achieve the above and other objectives, the present invention provides a collar. The collar includes a collar portion folded outward, and a neck opening portion covered under the inner side of the collar portion. One side of the neck opening portion adjacent the collar portion includes a chain of zipper, or one side of the hook-and-loop fastener disposed thereon.
- In order to achieve the above and other objectives, the present invention provides clothes that incorporates with the collar described above, which includes a neck opening. The neck opening corresponds the neck opening portion. The inner side of the neck opening includes the other chain of zipper, or the other side of the hook-and-loop fastener disposed thereon.
-
FIG. 1 illustrates a decomposition diagram, in accordance with the first embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 illustrates a combination diagram, in accordance with the first embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 illustrates a decomposition diagram, in accordance with the second embodiment of the present invention. - In order to better understanding the features and technical contents of the present invention, the present invention is hereinafter described in detail by incorporating with the accompanying drawings. However, the accompanying drawings are only for the convenience of illustration and description, no limitation is intended thereto.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 , a decomposition diagram and a combination diagram in accordance with the first embodiment of the present invention are illustrated. As shown, clothes having a removable collar of the present invention include aclothes body 1 and acollar 2. Theclothes body 1 and thecollar 2 are separately prepared. - The
clothes body 1 can be a regular man's shirt without a collar. Theclothes boy 1 includes a neck opening 10. Thecollar 2 is separately prepared. The cloth pattern of thecollar 2 can be different from that of theclothes body 1. Thecollar 2 includes acollar portion 20 folded outward, and aneck opening portion 21 covered under thecollar portion 20. The neck openingportion 21 incorporates theneck portion 10 of theclothes body 1. In this manner, the inner side of the neck opening 10 of theclothes body 1 is connected with theneck opening portion 21 of thecollar 2 via a connection means such as azipper 3 or a hook-and-loop fastener 4 (as shown inFIG. 3 ), thereby combining theclothes body 1 and thecollar 2. In addition, the neck opening 10 of theclothes body 1 is situated between thecollar portion 20 and theneck opening portion 20 of thecollar 2. Consequently, thezipper 3 or the hook-and-loop fastener 4 is prevented from exposing outside. - Referring again to
FIG. 1 , the connection means is azipper 3. Onechain 30 of thezipper 30 is sewed on theneck opening portion 21 of thecollar 2 adjacent thecollar portion 20. Theother chain 31 of thezipper 3 is sewed on the inner side of the neck opening 10 of theclothes body 1. - Referring to
FIG. 3 , the connection means is the hook-and-loop fastener 4. One side of the fastener 40 (such as the hook side) is sewed on theneck opening portion 21 of thecollar 2; while the other side of the fastener 1 (such as the loop side) is sewed on the inner side of the neck opening 10 of theclothes body 1. In addition, the connection means can also be a plurality of buttons. Thus, the clothes having a removable collar are obtained. - Therefore, the present invention provides clothes having a removable collar. The collar of the clothes can easily be removed for cleaning thereof, or be replaced when being damaged. Furthermore, the pattern or color of the collar can be different from that of the clothes. In this manner, a huge variety and diversity of clothes can be achieved by simply changing the collar thereof.
- In summary, the present invention indeed satisfies the patentability requirements of the patent law, a grant of letters patent therefor is thus respectfully requested.
- Since, any person having ordinary skill in the art may readily find various equivalent alterations or modifications in light of the features as disclosed above, it is appreciated that the scope of the present invention is defined in the following claims. Therefore, all such equivalent alterations or modifications without departing from the subject matter as set forth in the following claims is considered within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
