Claims (10)
- 一种空气分离装置,其特征在于,包括:支撑框架,其形成一具有槽道的支撑表面和与所述槽道连通的富集气体收集腔;和空气分离膜,铺设在所述支撑框架的支撑表面上,配置成使得所述空气分离装置周围空间气流中的特定气体相对于其中的其他气体更多地透过所述空气分离膜进入所述富集气体收集腔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空气分离装置,其特征在于,所述支撑框架包括与所述富集气体收集腔连通的抽气孔,以允许所述富集气体收集腔中的特定气体被输出。
- 根据权利要求2所述的空气分离装置,其特征在于,所述支撑框架还包括:边框,其内限定一具有开口的容纳腔;和在所述容纳腔的所述开口处间隔设置的多个肋板,其中所述多个肋板的外侧表面形成所述支撑表面;两个相邻的所述肋板之间的间隙形成所述槽道;所述容纳腔处于所述多个肋板内侧的腔体形成所述富集气体收集腔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的空气分离装置,其特征在于,所述抽气孔设置在所述边框的周向一侧,且所述抽气孔的轴线处于所述支撑表面的垂直平分面上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的空气分离装置,其特征在于,所述抽气孔的轴线延伸方向与所述多个肋板的延伸方向相同。
- 根据权利要求5所述的空气分离装置,其特征在于,所述抽气孔的轴线与所述多个肋板的内侧表面处于同一平面。
- 根据权利要求6所述的空气分离装置,其特征在于,所述抽气孔向外突出所述支撑表面设置;所述抽气孔与两个所述肋板相面对;且两个所述肋板的邻近所述抽气孔的外侧表面向外抬升形成凸起,两个所述凸起形成一与所述抽气孔对准的导流通道,以扩大所述抽气孔的进气量。
- 根据权利要求3所述的空气分离装置,其特征在于,所述边框开口周缘的表面内陷与所述支撑表面平齐,以形成安装凹槽,所述空气分离膜 嵌入所述安装凹槽中;所述边框的开口周缘的表面进一步在所述安装凹槽的周边内陷形成一圈环线槽,用于填充密封胶,以将所述空气分离膜密封地安装在所述安装凹槽中。
- 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的空气分离装置,其特征在于,所述空气分离膜为富氧膜,所述特定气体为氧气。
- 一种冷藏冷冻装置,其特征在于,包括:箱体,所述箱体内限定有储物空间,所述储物空间内设置有气调保鲜空间;根据权利要求9所述的空气分离装置,其周围空间与所述气调保鲜空间连通;和抽气泵,其进口端经由管路与所述空气分离装置的所述富集气体收集腔连通,以将透入所述富集气体收集腔内的气体抽排到所述气调保鲜空间外部。
