Note that the acquisition unit 105, the outflow degree calculation unit 106, the adjustment unit 107, the reception unit 108, and the presentation unit 109 may be omitted.

In the present embodiment, the CPU 601 and the NIC 605 cooperate to function as the regularity calculation unit 101, the extraction unit 102, the competition degree calculation unit 103, the distribution unit 104, the acquisition unit 105, the reception unit 108, and the presentation unit 109. . Further, the CPU 601 functions as the outflow degree calculating unit 106 and the adjusting unit 107.

The regularity calculation unit 101 determines the regularity of a subscriber who subscribes to a newsletter issued by the shop based on the behavior of the subscriber in the electronic market where the shop and other shops that compete with the shop sell products. Calculate.

Newsletters are e-mails created and issued by shops that sell products in the electronic market. For example, assume that a shop x1 selling products in the electronic market creates the newsletter 800 of FIG. The newsletter 800 includes an article 810, and the article 810 includes a product description text and a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) 811 of a product sales page. Hereinafter, it is assumed that the article 810 is an article for advertising the product A.

A subscriber is a person who subscribes to a newsletter issued by a shop that sells products in the electronic market. For example, it is assumed that subscribers x1-1 to x1-m (m is an arbitrary natural number) subscribe to the newsletter of shop x1.

Regularity indicates the degree to which a subscriber uses a specific shop in the electronic market, such as when the subscriber visits a specific shop in the electronic market or purchases a product. For example, it is assumed that the regularity has a value of “1” to “5”, and the larger the value, the higher the regularity.

Other shops are shops that compete with the shop that issued the newsletter, and sell the same kind of products or target the same level of consumers. For example, in the electronic market, it is assumed that other shops competing with the shop x1 are shops x2 to xn (n is an arbitrary natural number).

The subscriber's behavior in the electronic market is behavior that allows the subscriber to infer the degree of use of a specific shop. For example, purchasing products at an electronic market shop and other competing shops, and subscribing to newsletters from other competing shops.

For example, the regularity calculating unit 101 purchases the regularity of the subscribers x1-1 to x1-m with respect to the shop x1 at each of the subscribers in the shop x1 and the other shops x2 to xn that compete with the shop x1. Calculate based on history.

For example, the regularity of the subscriber x1-1 is such that the value obtained by dividing the number of purchases at the shop x1 by the subscriber x1-1 by the total number of purchases at the shop x1 by the subscriber x1-1 and the other shops x2 to xn is larger. The regularity for shop x1 is set to be high.

For example, the value of “(number of purchases at shop x1) / (total number of purchases at shop x1 and other shops x2 to xn)” is “0 or more and less than 0.1”, “0.1 or more and less than 0.2. ”,“ 0.2 or more and less than 0.3 ”,“ 0.3 or more and less than 0.4 ”and“ 0.4 or more ”, respectively, the regularity is“ 1 ”,“ 2 ”,“ 3 ”, Set “4” and “5”.

Note that the purchase history used when calculating the regularity is not limited to the number of purchases, and the regularity may be calculated based on the purchase amount. For example, the larger the value of “(average purchase price at shop x1) / (average purchase price at shop x1 and other shops x2 to xn)”, the higher the regularity for shop x1 is. May be.

Alternatively, the regularity calculation unit 101 calculates the regularity of the subscriber x1-1 for the shop x1, based on the number of subscribed newsletters of other shops x2 to xn competing with the shop x1. For example, the regularity is set higher as the number of subscribed newsletters of other shops is smaller.

For example, the value of “(number of subscribed newsletters of shop x1) / (number of subscribed newsletters of shop x1 and other shops x2 to xn)” is “0 or more and less than 0.1. ”,“ 0.1 or more and less than 0.2 ”,“ 0.2 or more and less than 0.3 ”,“ 0.3 or more and less than 0.4 ”, and“ 0.4 or more ” Set to “1”, “2”, “3”, “4” and “5”.

Further, the regularity calculation unit 101 may calculate the regularity of the subscriber based on both the purchase history and the number of subscribed newsletters of other shops. For example, the average of the regularity obtained from the number of purchases and the regularity obtained from the subscribed number may be the final regularity of the subscriber.

When calculating the regularity, the regularity calculation unit 101 registers the regularity in the regularity table 700a of FIG. 6, for example. The regularity table 700a may be stored in the distribution device 100 or may be stored in an external device.

In the regularity table 700a, a shop ID 700a1, a subscriber ID 700a2, and a regularity 700a3 are registered in association with each other. For example, the first row of the regularity table 700a in FIG. 6 is a subscriber x1-1 (subscriber ID 700a2 is “x1-1”) that subscribes to the newsletter of shop x1 (shop ID 700a1 is “x1”). Indicates that the regularity 700a3 for the shop x1 is "5".

The extraction unit 102 extracts product information described in articles that the shop should deliver to subscribers.

For example, assume that shop x1 has created newsletter 800 in FIG. The extraction unit 102 acquires the article 810 included in the newsletter created by the shop x1, and extracts the URL 811 of the product sales page described in the acquired article.

The competition level calculation unit 103 calculates the competition level of the article based on the sales conditions under which other shops sell the products related to the extracted product information in the electronic market.

Competitiveness indicates the possibility that a subscriber who has read an article searches for better sales conditions and purchases products sold by other shops. Hereinafter, purchasing an item sold by another shop is referred to as “leaving”. The degree of competition is, for example, a value from “1” to “5”, and the larger the value, the higher the possibility of outflow.

The sales conditions sold by other shops are, for example, (a) whether or not other shops sell products related to the extracted product information, and (b) the sales price of other shops creates a newsletter. Whether or not it is cheaper than the selling price of the selected shop, (c) whether the return point rate of other shops is higher than the return point rate of the shop that created the newsletter, or (d) extracted at other shops Whether the product related to the product information is advertised as a featured product, (e) whether the shipping cost of the other shop is lower than the shipping cost of the shop that created the newsletter, (f) the shipping fee at the other shop is free Whether or not the purchase amount for becoming a postage is cheaper than the purchase amount for free shipping at the shop that created the newsletter.

Here, the redemption point rate is the rate of grant for the selling price of points that can be used for payment instead of cash. Further, the attention product is a special sale item for attracting customers, a product set at the center of sales, etc. determined by each shop.

For example, when calculating the degree of competition of the article 810 of the newsletter 800 created by the shop x1 based on the sales conditions (a), the competition degree calculation unit 103 uses the product A described on the product sales page of the shop x1 as the other item. The shopping server 400 is inquired as to whether or not the shops x2 to xn are sold, and the more the number of shops selling the product A among the other shops x2 to xn, the higher the competition degree is set.

For example, the value of “(number of other shops selling the product A) / (number of other shops x2 to xn (= n−1))” is “0 or more and less than 0.2”, “0. In the case of “2 or more and less than 0.4”, “0.4 or more and less than 0.6”, “0.6 or more and less than 0.8”, and “0.8 or more”, the degree of competition is “1”, “2”, respectively. "," 3 "," 4 "and" 5 ".

For example, when calculating the competition level of the article 810 of the newsletter 800 created by the shop x1 based on the sales condition (b), the competition level calculation unit 103 uses the shop x1 in the shop x1 and the other shops x2 to xn. The inquiry is made to the shopping server 400 about the sales price of the product A described in the product sales page, and the more the number of other shops where the sales price of the product A is lower than the sales price of the shop x1 among the other shops x2 to xn, Set the value higher.

For example, the value of “(number of other shops whose selling price is lower than the shop that created the newsletter) / (number of other shops x2 to xn)” is “0 or more and less than 0.2”, “0.2 or more In the case of “less than 0.4”, “0.4 or more and less than 0.6”, “0.6 or more and less than 0.8” and “0.8 or more”, respectively, the degree of competition is “1”, “2”, Set “3”, “4” and “5”.

For example, when calculating the competition level of the article 810 of the newsletter 800 created by the shop x1 based on the sales condition (c), the competition level calculation unit 103 uses the shop x1 in the shop x1 and the other shops x2 to xn. The shopping server 400 is inquired about the return point rate of the product A described on the product sales page of the store, and the more other shops whose return point rate of the product A is higher than the return point rate of the shop x1 among other shops x2 to xn. , Set competition high.

For example, the value of “(number of other shops having a higher return point rate than the shop that created the newsletter) / (number of other shops x2 to xn)” is “0 or more and less than 0.2”, “0.2 More than 0.4, less than 0.4 and less than 0.6, 0.6 and less than 0.8, and 0.8 and more, the degree of competition is “1” and “2”, respectively. , “3”, “4” and “5”.

Further, for example, when calculating the competition level of the article 810 of the newsletter 800 created by the shop x1 based on the sales condition (d), the competition level calculation unit 103 sets the product A described on the product sales page of the shop x1. Is inquired of the shopping server 400 whether or not other shops x2 to xn are selling as attention products, and the more shops that sell the product A as attention products among the other shops x2 to xn, Set the degree higher.

For example, the value of “(number of other shops selling product A as a featured product) / (number of other shops x2 to xn)” is “0 or more and less than 0.2”, “0.2 or more and 0 .4 ”,“ 0.4 or more and less than 0.6 ”,“ 0.6 or more and less than 0.8 ”, and“ 0.8 or more ”, respectively, the degree of competition“ 1 ”,“ 2 ”,“ Set to “3”, “4” and “5”.

Further, for example, when calculating the competition level of the article 810 of the newsletter 800 created by the shop x1 based on the sales condition (e), the competition level calculation unit 103 uses the shop x1 in the shop x1 and the other shops x2 to xn. Inquiries to the shopping server 400 about the shipping cost of the product A listed on the product sales page, and the higher the number of other shops where the shipping cost of the product A is cheaper than the shipping cost of the shop x1 among the other shops x2 to xn, the higher the degree of competition To do. Alternatively, when the postage of the product A of the shop x1 is charged, the more the shops that make the postage of the product A free of the other shops x2 to xn, the higher the degree of competition may be set.

For example, the value of “(number of other shops whose postage is cheaper than the shop that created the newsletter) / (number of other shops x2 to xn)” is “0 or more and less than 0.2”, “0.2 or more and 0 .4 ”,“ 0.4 or more and less than 0.6 ”,“ 0.6 or more and less than 0.8 ”, and“ 0.8 or more ”, respectively, the degree of competition“ 1 ”,“ 2 ”,“ Set to “3”, “4” and “5”.

Also, for example, when calculating the competition level of the article 810 of the newsletter 800 created by the shop x1 based on the sales conditions (f), the competition level calculation unit 103 determines the shipping cost in the shop x and the other shops x2 to xn. The shopping server 400 is inquired about the purchase amount for free shipping, and the competition is set higher as the number of other shops x2 to xn for which the purchase amount for free shipping is lower than the shop x1 is larger.

For example, the value of “(the number of other shops with a lower purchase price for free shipping than the shop that created the newsletter) / (the number of other shops x2 to xn)” is “0 or more and less than 0.2. ”,“ 0.2 or more and less than 0.4 ”,“ 0.4 or more and less than 0.6 ”,“ 0.6 or more and less than 0.8 ”, and“ 0.8 or more ” Set to “1”, “2”, “3”, “4” and “5”.

Note that the competition level calculation unit 103 may calculate the competition level of articles based on a plurality of sales conditions among the sales conditions (a) to (f). For example, as described above, the degree of competition may be calculated based on each of the sales conditions (a) to (f), and the average thereof may be used as the final degree of competition of the article.

In addition, regarding the sales conditions (b) and (c), a difference is obtained by subtracting the sales price / reduction point rate of the shop x1 from the sales price / reduction point rate of the other shops x2 to xn. The degree may be set high.

In addition, regarding the sales conditions (a) to (f), the degree of competition may not be calculated based on the ratio as described above, but the degree of competition may be set higher as the number of shops is larger.

In addition to the sales conditions (a) to (f), (g) whether or not articles about products related to the extracted product information were described in newsletters distributed by other shops in the past. It is good also as conditions.

Normally, in the electronic market, it is difficult for a shop to obtain a newsletter distributed by another shop, and the electronic market cannot provide the contents of the newsletter without permission from the publisher's shop. Therefore, whether or not an article about a product related to the product information extracted in the newsletter of another shop is described is not provided to the shop and is not known to the shop. Therefore, when the sales condition (g) is used for calculation of the degree of competition, it is used for calculation in combination with other sales conditions (a) to (f).

The distribution unit 104 distributes a newsletter including articles to subscribers whose calculated regularity satisfies a non-outflow condition for the calculated degree of competition.

The non-outflow condition is a condition that, when this condition is satisfied, a subscriber who sees an article created by a shop will not flow out to other shops, and is represented by a regularity value with respect to the degree of competition. If an article created by a shop has low competitiveness, it is unlikely that a subscriber who read the article will leak it to other shops, so news that includes the article in a low-regular subscriber to the shop that created the article Even if the letter is delivered, the subscriber is unlikely to leak to another shop. On the other hand, if an article created by a shop is highly competitive, it is highly likely that a subscriber who has read that article will be leaked to another shop, so if it is not a regular subscriber, it will be leaked to another shop. There is a risk that.

For example, the non-outflow condition is that when the competition is “1”, the regularity is “1 or more”, when the competition is “2”, the regularity is “2 or more”, and when the competition is “3” When the regularity is “3 or more” and the competition is “4”, the regularity is “4 or more”, and when the competition is “5”, the regularity is “5”.

For example, assume that the degree of competition of the article 810 of the newsletter 800 created by the shop x1 is calculated as “3”. The distribution unit 104 refers to the regularity table 700a in FIG. 6 and identifies the subscribers whose regularity is “3 or more” among the subscribers x1-1 to x1-m that subscribe to the newsletter of the shop x1. Then, the newsletter 800 is distributed to the identified subscriber.

According to the present embodiment, the newsletter can be distributed to subscribers who are unlikely to flow out to other shops according to the content of the articles included in the newsletter. Can be selected. In addition, the contents of the newsletters of other shops are not disclosed to the shop, and the newsletters created by the shop can be distributed to the subscribers in consideration of the sales situation of the other shops.

The acquisition unit 105 acquires a response to a product related to product information described in an article included in the newsletter of a subscriber to whom the newsletter has been distributed.

The reaction to the product means that the subscriber who received the distribution purchases the product related to the product information described in the newsletter.

For example, the acquisition unit 105 determines whether or not a subscriber who has distributed the newsletter has purchased a product related to an article included in the newsletter from the shopping server 400 after a certain period of time has elapsed since the newsletter was distributed. Inquire about which shop you purchased from. Then, the acquiring unit 105 registers the acquired response in the response history table 700b of FIG. 7 in association with the article competition level and the subscriber regularity level.

The reaction history table 700b includes a shop ID 700b1 of a shop that issued the newsletter, an article ID 700b2 of an article included in the newsletter, an article competition 700b3, a subscriber ID 700b4 of a subscriber to whom the newsletter has been distributed, The subscriber's regularity 700b5 and the subscriber's reaction 700b6 with respect to the product related to the article are registered in association with each other. For example, the first line of the reaction history table 700b of FIG. 7 shows the competition degree 700b3 of the article 810 (article ID 700b2 is “810”) included in the newsletter issued by the shop x1 (shop ID 700b1 is “x1”). “3”, the regularity 700b5 for the shop x1 of the subscriber x1-1 (subscriber ID 700b4 is “x1-1”) who has received the newsletter is “5”, and the subscriber x1-1 is in the article 810. This indicates that such a product has been purchased from shop x1 (reaction 700b6 is “purchase from x1”).

The outflow degree calculation unit 106 calculates the outflow degree indicating the ratio of the subscribers purchasing at other shops based on the acquired reaction.

The degree of outflow is the percentage of subscribers who receive newsletters, not from the shop that issued the newsletter, but from the shop that issued the newsletter.

For example, the outflow degree calculation unit 106 refers to the reaction history table 700b of FIG. 7 and obtains the outflow degree for each combination of the article competition degree and the subscriber regularity degree. The outflow degree calculating unit 106 registers the obtained outflow degree in the outflow degree table 700c of FIG.

In the outflow degree table 700c, the competition degree 700c1 of articles included in the newsletter, the regularity 700c2 of subscribers to whom the newsletter has been distributed, and the outflow degree 700c3 are registered in association with each other. For example, the first line of the outflow degree table 700c in FIG. 8 indicates that a product related to an article with a competition degree 700c1 of “1” is a ratio of “0.6” by a subscriber with a regularity 700c2 of “1” (outflow 700c3 is “0.6”), indicating that the newsletter is purchased from another shop, not from the shop that issued the newsletter.

The adjustment unit 107 adjusts the non-outflow condition based on the regularity of the subscriber, the competition degree of the articles included in the newsletter, and the outflow degree.

For example, the adjustment unit 107 refers to the outflow degree table 700c in FIG. 8 and adjusts the regularity at which the outflow degree is 0.5 or less as the non-outflow condition with respect to the competition degree. For example, the non-outflow condition that was defined as “when the competition is“ 1 ”, the regularity is“ 1 or more ”” is changed to “when the competition is“ 1 ”, the regularity is“ 2 or more ”. .

Then, after the next time, the distribution unit 104 distributes a newsletter including an article whose degree of competition is calculated as “1” to a subscriber whose degree of regularity is “2 or more”.

In this way, products related to articles included in a newsletter issued by a shop are distributed to other shops by selecting a delivery destination based on the proportion of subscribers who received the delivery purchased at other shops. You can adjust the newsletter to not be delivered to the most likely subscribers.

The accepting unit 108 accepts draft articles.

For example, the reception unit 108 receives a draft of the article 810 of the newsletter 800 from the shop x1.

When the draft is accepted, the presentation unit 109 presents the degree of product competition related to the product information described in the article related to the draft or the number of subscribers that satisfy the non-outflow condition.

For example, when the draft of the article 810 is received from the shop x1, the extraction unit 102 extracts the product information of the article 810, and the competition level calculation unit 103 calculates the competition level of the article. Then, the presentation unit 109 presents the calculated degree of competition to the shop x1. Alternatively, when the draft of the article 810 is received from the shop x1, the regularity calculation unit 101 calculates the regularity of the subscribers x1-1 to x1-m of the shop x1, and the extraction unit 102 obtains the product information of the article 810. The competition degree calculation unit 103 extracts and calculates the article competition degree. And if the delivery part 104 specifies the subscriber who satisfy | fills a non-outflow condition, the presentation part 109 will show the number of specified subscribers to the shop x1.

For example, a message 900 as shown in FIG. 9 is transmitted to the shop terminal 300 of the shop x1.

The regularity of each subscriber may also be presented to the subscribed shop, but if the regularity is calculated based on whether or not you subscribe to another shop's newsletter, No information about the newsletter's subscription status.

Further, when the draft of the article includes product information regarding a plurality of products, the presentation unit 109 may present the degree of competition obtained from each product information. Moreover, you may show the number of subscribers who satisfy non-outflow conditions about each goods.

This configuration can provide useful information for the shop when creating an article to be included in the newsletter. Further, since the subscription status of other shops is not presented to the shop, it is possible to provide useful information while concealing information that is not disclosed by other shops.

The article includes product information about a plurality of products, the competition degree calculation unit 103 calculates a competition level for a product having a predetermined product attribute among the plurality of products, and the distribution unit 104 has a regularity degree. However, the newsletter may be distributed to subscribers who satisfy the non-outflow condition for the degree of competition.

The predetermined product attribute is based on the sales policy of the shop, for example, whether the product is a product of interest, whether it is a product (accompanying product) intended to be purchased together with the product of interest, etc. Attribute. The user / administrator of the distribution apparatus 100 can set the predetermined product attribute as appropriate.

For example, it is assumed that an article created by the shop x1 includes information about a plurality of products A, B, and C, the product A is a featured product, and the products B and C are accompanying products. The shop x1 specifies that the product A is the product of interest and transmits a newsletter to the distribution apparatus 100. The competition level calculation unit 103 calculates the competition level for the product A, which is the product of interest, and the distribution unit 104 determines that the regularity among the subscribers x1-1 to x1-m is a non-outflow condition for the competition level of the product A. A newsletter including articles about products A, B, and C is distributed to subscribers who satisfy the conditions.

With such a configuration, it is possible to select a delivery destination in consideration of the sales policy of the shop.

(4. Operation of distribution device of embodiment)
The operation of the distribution apparatus 100 of this embodiment will be described. For example, when the power is turned on, the distribution device 100 starts the distribution process illustrated in FIG.

The reception unit 108 determines whether or not a draft of the newsletter has been received from the shop (step S101). When the reception unit 108 determines that the draft of the newsletter has been received (step S101; Yes), the regularity calculation unit 101 acquires the behavior of the subscriber who subscribes to the newsletter of the shop (step S102). On the other hand, if the reception unit 108 determines that the draft of the newsletter has not been received (step S101; No), it waits as it is.

For example, when the reception unit 108 receives a draft of the article 810 of the newsletter 800 from the shop x1, the regularity calculation unit 101 determines the subscribers x1-1 to x1-m that subscribe to the newsletter of the shop x1. Purchase history is acquired in the shop x1 and other shops x2 to xn competing with the shop x1. On the other hand, if the draft is not accepted from any shop that sells products in the electronic market, the process waits as it is.

The regularity calculation unit 101 calculates the regularity for the subscriber's shop based on the acquired behavior (step S103).

For example, the regularity calculation unit 101 calculates the regularity of the subscriber x1-1 by “(number of purchases at the shop x1 by the subscriber x1-1) / (shop x1 by the subscriber x1-1 and other shops x2 to xn” The larger the value of “total number of purchases” ”, the higher the regularity for the shop x1. The regularity calculation unit 101 similarly sets the regularities of the subscribers x1-2 to x1-m.

The extraction unit 102 extracts the product information described in the article that the shop should deliver to the subscriber (step S104).

For example, the extraction unit 102 extracts the URL 811 of the product sales page described in the article 810 included in the newsletter 800 created by the shop x1.

The competition degree calculation unit 103 acquires the sales conditions under which another shop sells the product related to the product information extracted in the electronic market (step S105).

For example, the competition degree calculation unit 103 acquires information regarding the sales status indicating whether or not the other shops x2 to xn sell the product A described in the URL 811 of the product sales page.

The competition level calculation unit 103 calculates the competition level of the article based on the sales conditions (step S106).

For example, the competition degree calculation unit 103 sets the competition degree higher as the value of “(number of other shops selling the product A) / (number of other shops x2 to xn)” is larger.

The distribution unit 104 determines whether or not the calculated regularity satisfies the non-outflow condition with respect to the calculated competition (Step S107).

For example, when the degree of competition of the article 810 created by the shop x1 is calculated as “3” and the non-outflow condition is the degree of competition “3”, the regularity degree “3 or more” is determined. With reference to the regularity table 700a of FIG. 6, the subscribers whose regularity is “3 or more” are identified among the subscribers x1-1 to x1-m that subscribe to the newsletter of the shop x1.

The presenting unit 109 presents the competition level of the product related to the product information described in the article relating to the draft or the number of subscribers that satisfy the non-outflow condition (step S108).

For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the presentation unit 109 transmits a message 900 in which the degree of competition of the article 810 and the number of subscribers satisfying the non-outflow condition are described to the shop terminal 300 of the shop x1.

The distribution unit 104 determines whether an instruction to distribute a newsletter has been received from the shop that created the draft (step S109). When the distribution unit 104 determines that an instruction to distribute a newsletter has been received from the shop that created the draft, the distribution unit 104 distributes the newsletter to the subscriber identified in step S107 (step S110). On the other hand, when the distribution unit 104 determines that an instruction to distribute a newsletter has not been received from the shop that created the draft (step S109; No), the distribution unit 104 returns to step S101.

For example, after presenting the degree of competition of the article 810 and the number of subscribers satisfying the non-outflow condition to the shop x1, when receiving an instruction to distribute the newsletter 800 including the article 810 from the shop x1, the distribution unit 104 displays the information about the shop x1. The newsletter 800 is distributed to subscribers who satisfy the non-outflow condition among the subscribers x1-1 to x1-m that subscribe to the newsletter. On the other hand, if the instruction to distribute the newsletter 800 is not received from the shop x1, the process returns to step S101.

The distribution process is not limited to the above. For example, in step S107, the acquisition unit 105 acquires a response to the product described in the newsletter of the subscriber to whom the newsletter has been distributed from the distribution apparatus 100 in the past. The degree calculation unit 106 calculates the outflow degree, and the adjustment unit 107 adjusts the non-outflow condition based on the regularity of the subscriber, the competition degree of the articles included in the newsletter, and the outflow degree. May be. Then, based on the adjusted non-outflow condition, the distribution unit 104 determines whether or not the non-outflow condition is satisfied.
