经过沉淀,在实体店购物的顾客大都是属于拥有一定经济基础,具有较强购买力的客户,该类客户会根据自己的品位和喜好,选择品牌和特定款式,所选择物品的价格基本也比较固定,容易形成较为定向的品牌选择偏好和使用偏好,实体店可以据提升精准化营销。
但是现在实体店经营依然停留在过去等顾客上门的陈旧营销模式,不能根据客户的需求进行定向推送和特色化服务,在互联网购物无上限提升客户体验的方式存在较大的差异,如果不能保证与时俱进,在未来将会面临着更大范围的客户流失。
综上,为应对电子商务的竞争,实体店应当推陈出新,紧抓客户需求,迎接电子商务的挑战,亟需一种通过客户光顾频率匹配推送信息方法以及智能推介系统,将经常光顾店面的客户进入精准营销,便于客户在最短的时间获得自己喜爱品牌产品的最新资讯,以便第一时间购买,加强客户购物的便捷性,增加客户粘性,提升客户体验。

读取所有进入本店客户的相关信息;
统计用户进店次数超过一定阈值的客户信息;
判断客户是否属于经常进店购物的客户;
若否,不发出提示信息;
若是,在新品推出时,向客户发出推送新品的相关信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种智能推介系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
记录单元,读取单元、统计单元、判断单元、推送单元。其中:
记录单元,用于记录所有进入本店客户的相关信息;
读取单元,其输入端与记录单元的输出端连接,用于读取所有进入本店客户的相关信息;
统计单元,其输入端与读取单元的输出端连接,用于统计用户进店次数超过一定阈值的客户信息;
判断单元,其输入端与所述统计单元的输出端连接,用于判断客户是否属于经常进店购物的客户;
推送单元,与所述判断单元输出端连接,当判断属于经常进店光顾的客户,在新品推出时,向客户发出推送新品的相关信息。

统计客户在一段时间(可以设定为一个月、一年等,不宜太短)内光顾店面次数超过一定阈值的客户信息,作为下一步程序启动的基础性信息,以此排除偶尔进店的客户,降低营销成本,提高精准化水平。
在步骤 S104 中,判断客户是否属于经常进店购物的客户。若否,进入步骤 S105 ,不发出提示信息;若是,进入步骤 S106 ,在新品推出时,向客户发出推送新品的相关信息。

读取单元 22 ,其输入端与记录单元 21 的输出端连接,用于读取所有进入本店客户的相关信息。
统计单元 23 ,其输入端与读取单元 22 的输出端连接,用于统计用户进店次数超过一定阈值的客户信息。
判断单元 24 ,其输入端与所述统计单元 23 的输出端连接,用于判断客户是否属于经常进店购物的客户。
推送单元 25 ,与所述判断单元 24 输出端连接,当判断属于经常进店光顾的客户,在新品推出时,向客户发出推送新品的相关信息。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 记录所有进入本店客户的相关信息。读取单元 22 读取所有进入本店客户的相关信息。统计单元 23 统计用户进店次数超过一定阈值的客户信息。判断单元 24 判断客户是否属于经常进店购物的客户。当判断属于经常进店光顾的客户,推送单元 25 在新品推出时,向客户发出推送新品的相关信息。

    统计用户进店次数超过一定阈值的客户信息;
    判断客户是否属于经常进店购物的客户;
    若否,不发出提示信息;
    若是,在新品推出时,向客户发出推送新品的相关信息。
  2. 一种智能推介系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    记录单元,读取单元、统计单元、判断单元、推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录所有进入本店客户的相关信息;
    读取单元,其输入端与记录单元的输出端连接,用于读取所有进入本店客户的相关信息;
