这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 自动关闭窗户的方法及 窗户 关闭装置 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例 提供一种操作简单且能够在用户忘记关闭窗户的情况下自动关窗时的信息推送方法,从而避免因用户忘记关闭窗户而造成的财产损失, 并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显专利(申请)权人的权益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种自动关窗时的信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户设置的安全水量阈值;
检测窗户上的水量,并判断窗户上的水量是否超过所述安全水量阈值;
若否,保持原状;
若是,自动关闭窗户,并向用户推送专利信息。

所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。

上述判断单元的雨量检测为现有技术,通过 LED 的发光二级管通过光线的变化来测量雨量。
关闭装置 23 ,判断单元 22 输出端与关闭装置 23 输入端连接,用于当 窗户上的水量超过所述安全水量阈值 ,自动关闭窗户;
信息推送单元 24 ,关闭装置 23 输出端与信息推送单元 24 输入端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
自动关窗为现有技术,由于目前房屋装修需要,窗户开关类型众多,可以选择比较主流的窗户类型如推拉式、平开式、上悬式窗来实现。
其工作原理是:用户在安全水量记录单元 23 记录用户设置的安全水量阈值,判断单元 22 检测窗户上的水量,并判断窗户上的水量是否超过所述安全水量阈值 ,如果否,保持原状,如果是,触发关闭装置 23 自动关闭窗户,同时,信息推送单元 24 向用户推送专利信息。

    记录用户设置的安全水量阈值;
    检测窗户上的水量,并判断窗户上的水量是否超过所述安全水量阈值;
    若否,保持原状;
    若是,自动关闭窗户,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种窗户 关闭装置 ,其特征在于,所述窗户 关闭装置 包括:
