一种测量手机程序耗电量时的信息推送方法以及检测系统,属于手机系统领域。所述方法包括:记录手机app消耗电量阈值(S100);检测手机app占用CPU时间(S101);根据app占用CPU时间计算消耗电量(S102);判断所述手机app消耗电量大小是否超过所述电量大小阈值(S103);若否,保持原状(S104);若是,提示用户所述手机app用电情况,并向用户推送专利信息(S105)。通过记录手机app消耗电量阈值,当手机app消耗电量大小超过一定值时提示用户,从而让用户更合理的利用手机电量,提高手机电量的利用率,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,彰显了专利权人和申请人的权益。

Description

测量手机程序耗电量时的信息推送方法以及检测系统 技术领域
本发明属于手机系统领域,尤其是涉及一种测量手机程序耗电量时的信息推送方法以及检测系统。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一技术就知道该技术的信息(即技术发明人、专利申请人等专利信息)。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 根据时间接收手机消息的方法以及消息系统 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例针对当前手机无法自动检测手机app电量使用的情况 ,需要提供一种通过记录手机 app 消耗电量阈值,当手机 app 消耗电量大小超过一定值时提示用户,从而让用户更合理的利用手机电量,提高手机电量的利用率,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的: 一种测量手机程序耗电量时的信息推送方法 ,包括以下步骤:
记录手机 app 消耗电量阈值;
检测手机 app 占用 CPU 时间;
根据 app 占用 CPU 时间计算消耗电量;
判断所述手机 app 消耗电量大小是否超过所述电量大小阈值;
若否,保持原状;
若是,提示用户所述手机 app 用电情况,并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了清理系统,所述清理系统包括:
记录单元,检测单元,计算单元,判断单元,提示单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录手机 app 消耗电量阈值;
检测单元,用于检测手机 app 占用 CPU 时间;
计算单元,其输入端与所述检测单元输出端连接,用于根据 app 占用 CPU 时间计算消耗电量;
判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元输出端连接及所述计算单元输出端连接, 用于 判断所述手机 app 消耗电量大小是否超过所述电量大小阈值;
提示单元,其输入端与所述判断单元输出端连接,用于当手机 app 消耗电量大小超过所述电量大小阈值时,提示用户所述手机 app 用电情况;
信息推送单元,其输入端与所述提示单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过记录手机 app 消耗电量阈值,当手机 app 消耗电量大小超过一定值时提示用户,从而让用户更合理的利用手机电量,提高手机电量的利用率,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益。

假设运行App导致CPU运行,时间:t,CPU单位时间消耗电量:w,则App的CPU耗电量为:W = w*t,而有物理公式 W = U*I*t(U:电压值,I:电流值),在手机中,一般U恒定不变,所以,可以单独通过 Q(电容量,单位: mAh)= I * t 表示电量。
在步骤 S103 中,判断所述手机 app 消耗电量大小是否超过所述电量大小阈值;若否,进入步骤 S104 ,保持原状;若是,进入步骤 S105 提示用户所述手机 app 用电情况,并向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过记录手机 app 消耗电量阈值,当手机 app 消耗电量大小超过一定值时提示用户,从而让用户更合理的利用手机电量,提高手机电量的利用率,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益。

提示单元 25 ,其输入端与所述判断单元 24 输出端连接,用于当手机 app 消耗电量大小超过所述电量大小阈值时,提示用户所述手机 app 用电情况;
信息推送单元 26 ,其输入端与所述提示单元 25 的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:用户在记录单元 21 记录手机 app 缓存文件大小阈值,检测单元 22 检测手机 app 占用 CPU 时间,计算单元 23 根据 app 占用 CPU 时间计算消耗电量,判断单元 24 判断所述手机 app 消耗电量大小是否超过所述电量大小阈值,如果否,保持原状,如果是,提示单元 25 提示用户所述手机 app 用电情况,同时,信息推送单元 26 向用户推送专利信息。

    记录手机 app 消耗电量阈值;
    检测手机 app 占用 CPU 时间;
    根据 app 占用 CPU 时间计算消耗电量;
    判断所述手机 app 消耗电量大小是否超过所述电量大小阈值;
    若否,保持原状;
    若是,提示用户所述手机 app 用电情况,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种检测系统,其特征在于,所述检测系统包括:
    记录单元,检测单元,计算单元,判断单元,提示单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录手机 app 消耗电量阈值;
    检测单元,用于检测手机 app 占用 CPU 时间;
    计算单元,其输入端与所述检测单元输出端连接,用于根据 app 占用 CPU 时间计算消耗电量;
    判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元输出端连接及所述计算单元输出端连接, 用于 判断所述手机 app 消耗电量大小是否超过所述电量大小阈值;
