一种基于流量的在线电子书收费方法和收费系统,属于互联网领域,所述方法包括:记录电子书文件中的预设的流量单位以及所述流量单元对应的费用(S101);记录与用户账号相关联的存款账户(S102);检测用户已经接收的流量(S103);当用户接收的流量为一个流量单元时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前流量单元对应的费用(S104);判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个流量单元对应的费用(S105),若是,继续传送电子书文件(S106),否则终止传送电子书文件(S107)。通过该方法,一方面可以让用户根据其实际使用的流量付费,提高支付费用的精确度;另一方面帮助内容提供商根据用户的存款余额,控制电子书传送的程度。
Description
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种基于流量的在线电子书收费方法和收费系统。
随着CDN(Content Delivery
Network)相关技术的发展,对视频、电子书等资源的网络传输的成本越来越低,速度也越来越快,人们势必会愈来愈依赖网络获得视频、电子书等资源。
同时,随着知识产权意识在中国的逐渐加强,以及中国国际化的进程,人们也将越来越习惯通过支付费用获得视频、电子书等资源。
现在的杂志、漫画等电子书往往很大,少则几十M,多则1G以上,其通常是按照整本来收费。
上述方式的缺陷在于:现实中往往出现这样的情况,用户观看了一半电子书后,发觉这部电子书自己根本不喜欢看,但自己已经为整部电子书付过费用,所以会产生“浪费”的感觉;或者用户根本没有耐心将一部电子书从头到尾细致看完,而仅仅是根据其关注点,选择相关章节来看。
此外,对于内容提供商而言,及时对同一部电子书也因为清晰度、是否有颜色等因素分为不同的等级,每一个等级对内容提供商的设施要求、成本要求都不同,如果不区分不同情况而采取“一刀切”的方式,显然也有失灵活。
综上,现有的收费方法欠缺灵活、以及与当前技术脱节,且容易让用户产生不愉悦的感受。
本发明实施例提供了一种基于流量的在线电子书收费方法,目的在于解决收费方式死板、不灵活之问题。
本发明是这样实现的:一种基于流量的在线电子书收费方法,包括以下步骤:
记录电子书文件中的预设的流量单位以及所述流量单元对应的费用;
记录与用户账号相关联的存款账户;
检测用户已经接收的流量;
当用户接收的流量为一个流量单元时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前流量单元对应的费用;
判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个流量单元对应的费用;
若是,继续传送电子书文件,
否则终止传送电子书文件。
本发明实施例还提供了一种收费系统,包括:
记录单元,用于记录电子书文件中的预设的流量单元以及所述流量单元对应的费用以及与用户账号相关联的存款账户;
检测单元,检测用户已经接收的流量;
费用管理单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端以及检测单元的输出端相连,用于在用户接收的流量为一个流量单元时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前流量单元对应的费用;
判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端以及检测单元的输出端相连,用于判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个流量单元对应的费用。
通过该发明,一方面可以让用户根据其实际使用的流量付费,提高支付费用的精确度;另一方面帮助内容提供商根据用户的存款余额,控制电子书传送的程度。
图1是本发明实施例提供的一种基于流量的在线电子书收费方法的流程示意图;

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种基于流量的在线电子书收费方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中记录电子书文件中的预设的流量单位以及所述流量单元对应的费用。举例而言,将电子书文件分为不同的流量单元,如20M为一个单元等分整个电子书文件、50M为一个单元等分整个电子书文件等,在每一个时间节点上设置相对应的费用,如:每20M收费1元。
在步骤S102中,记录与用户账号相关联的存款账户;在该步骤中,所述存款账户可以直接与用户的银行卡挂钩,同时也可以与网络平台的网络账号关联。
此外,上述步骤S102和S101可以一起发生,也可以任意顺序先后发生。
在步骤S103中,检测用户已经接收的流量。
在步骤S104中,当用户接收的流量为一个流量单元时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前流量单元对应的费用。在该步骤实现自动扣款,用户只需要对其已经获得的服务支付费用。
在步骤S105中,判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个流量单元对应的费用,若是则进入步骤S106继续传送电子书文件,否则进入步骤S107终止传送电子书文件。在该步骤中,由系统自动判定用户当前是否有余力继续享受内容提供商提供的服务,并根据用户当前账户的情况自动提供/终止服务。
通过该发明,一方面可以让用户根据其实际使用的流量付费,提高支付费用的精确度;另一方面帮助内容提供商根据用户的存款余额,控制电子书传送的程度。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种收费系统的结构示意图,包括:
记录单元201,用于记录电子书文件中的预设的流量单元以及所述流量单元对应的费用以及与用户账号相关联的存款账户;
检测单元202,检测用户已经接收的流量;
费用管理单元203,其输入端与所述记录单元201的输出端以及检测单元202的输出端相连,用于在用户接收的流量为一个流量单元时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前流量单元对应的费用;
判断单元204,其输入端与所述记录单元201的输出端以及检测单元202的输出端相连,用于判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个流量单元对应的费用。
其工作原理是:记录单元201记录了电子书文件中的预设的流量单元以及所述流量单元对应的费用以及与用户账号相关联的存款账户,检测单元202,检测用户已经接收的流量,费用管理单元203,根据记录单元201的信息以及检测单元202的检测结果,在用户接收的流量为一个流量单元时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前流量单元对应的费用,同时,判断单元204,根据记录单元201的信息以及检测单元202的检测结果,判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个流量单元对应的费用。当判断结果不同时,由相应的执行单元来执行继续/终止提供在线电子书服务。
通过该发明,一方面可以让用户根据其实际使用的流量付费,提高支付费用的精确度;另一方面帮助内容提供商根据用户的存款余额,控制电子书传送的程度。

- 一种基于流量的在线电子书收费方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:记录电子书文件中的预设的流量单位以及所述流量单元对应的费用;记录与用户账号相关联的存款账户;检测用户已经接收的流量;当用户接收的流量为一个流量单元时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前流量单元对应的费用;判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个流量单元对应的费用;若是,继续传送电子书文件,否则终止传送电子书文件。
- 一种收费系统,其特征在于,所述收费系统包括:记录单元,用于记录电子书文件中的预设的流量单元以及所述流量单元对应的费用以及与用户账号相关联的存款账户;检测单元,用于检测用户已经接收的流量;费用管理单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端以及检测单元的输出端相连,用于在用户接收的流量为一个流量单元时,在所述存款账户中扣取与当前流量单元对应的费用;判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端以及检测单元的输出端相连,用于判断所述存款账户余额是否大于下一个流量单元对应的费用。
