  • What is pioneering in the present invention is that the assessment of semen parameters focuses in controlling the overall health of the male urogenital tract, not just the male fertilizing ability. Indeed, one can easily realize that semen analysis has ever been made in relation to fertility, since all the scientific publications, even the W.H.O., refer to the semen analysis with respect to the fertilizing ability.

  • This invention has several advantages. Each man can control his urogenital tract's health without the need of special laboratory equipment, scientific knowledge and/or special training, at the comfort and discretion of his personal space and at a low cost. On its turn, this urological consultation could contribute significantly in the prevention and early treatment of serious diseases, such as prostate cancer, taboos, such as erectile dysfunction and other pathological conditions troubling both sexes, such as recurrent urogenital tract infections.
