Definitions
- the present invention relates to a filling and packaging method for a liquid package and a filling and packaging machine using the method, and more particularly, a filling and packaging method and a filling and packaging machine capable of preventing biting of a liquid package into a lateral seal portion. About.
- Such an automatic filling and packaging machine for an article to be packaged is, for example, a packaging film having a laminated structure of a uniaxial or biaxially stretched base film layer and an unstretched sealant layer, as described in Patent Document 1, Or, a packaging film that has a single-layer structure in which a heat-sensitive adhesive layer is part-coated on the base film layer is folded at the center so that the sealant layer or the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is on the inside, and the side edges of the folded film are overlapped,
- the packaging film is formed into a cylindrical shape by forming the vertical seal portion extending in the longitudinal direction while being welded to each other by heating and pressurizing with a pair of vertical seal rolls.
- the cylindrically formed film is heated and pressurized sequentially by a plurality of heat seal bars positioned at equal intervals in the circumferential direction around each of the pair of horizontal seal rolls of the horizontal seal device.
- the packaging bags are made by feeding them downward while being welded to each other and forming intermittently spaced transverse portions in the longitudinal direction of the packaging film in the width direction of the cylindrical packaging film. .
- an article to be packaged is continuously supplied into the packaging film or intermittently from the formation of one horizontal seal portion to the next horizontal seal portion on the cylindrical packaging film.
- each package bag is filled with an item to be packaged, and the intermediate portion of the lateral seal portion of the continuously manufactured packaging bag is cut by a cutting mechanism, and the package is carried out in a continuous package of single or multiple packages. To do.
- the lateral seal is applied while extruding the package in the cylindrical packaging film with the heat seal bar of the horizontal seal roll, so that the bite into the horizontal seal portion of the package is applied.
- the package includes a granular material such as a dressing, the granular material cannot be extruded with a heat seal bar.
- the liquid package can be filled without bubbles or particles contained in the liquid package being bitten into the horizontal seal portion, and the productivity can be improved. It is an object of the present invention to provide a filling and packaging method for an article to be packaged and a filling and packaging machine using the method.
- the inventor wraps the packaging film fed out in the longitudinal direction at the center so that the adhesive layer or the sealant layer faces each other, and wraps the packaging film on the side edge portion.
- a longitudinal seal portion is formed in the longitudinal direction of the film for making a cylinder, the liquid packaging material is filled in the tubular packaging film, and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the packaging film by a pair of transverse seal rolls.
- a method for filling and packaging a liquid package in a packaging film by forming a transverse seal portion extending across the entire width of the packaging film, and at least a folded side of the cylindrical packaging film Of the plurality of heat seal bars positioned at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the horizontal seal roll, by pressing means provided between the heat seal bars,
- filling and packaging method of the liquid to be packaged characterized in that to form the transverse seal portion by the pair of lateral seal rolls is valid and led to the development of the present invention.
- the present invention also wraps the packaging film fed out in the longitudinal direction at the center so that the adhesive layer or the sealant layer faces each other, and a longitudinal seal portion in the longitudinal direction of the packaging film is provided at the side edge portion.
- a plurality of heat seal bars positioned at equal intervals are pressed by pressing means provided between the heat seal bars, and the front of the packaging film is moved in the running direction.
- the present invention proposes a method for filling and packaging a liquid article, wherein a horizontal seal portion is formed at a position by the pair of horizontal seal rolls.
- the presser means comprises a presser bar that presses the tubular packaging film over its entire width.
- the presser means comprises a presser plate that holds down the folded side portion of the tubular packaging film over its entire length.
- the diaphragm means comprises a pair of diaphragm plates; (4) The pair of diaphragms are displaced to positions close to or away from each other based on the type and filling conditions of the packaging film, (5) At least one of the pair of diaphragm plates has a gas outlet at the tip, and the liquid packaging is interposed in the cylindrical packaging film by the pressure of the gas blown out from the gas outlet. Squeezing things, It is.
- the present invention also wraps the packaging film fed out in the longitudinal direction at the center so that the adhesive layer or the sealant layer faces each other, and a longitudinal seal portion in the longitudinal direction of the packaging film is provided at the side edge portion.
- a vertical sealing means formed into a cylindrical shape and extending over the entire width of the packaging film in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the packaging film while filling the cylindrical packaging film with a liquid article to be packaged.
- a transverse sealing means comprising a pair of lateral seal rolls that form a package by laterally sealing the packaging film at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the packaging film.
- a plurality of heat seal bars positioned at equal intervals between the heat seal bars, and holding means for pressing at least a portion corresponding to the folded side of the packaging film.

Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
In recent years, automatic filling and packaging of liquid products such as foods and drinks, seasoning liquids, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, viscous materials or powders, granular materials, and other objects to be packaged has been widely performed.
Such an automatic filling and packaging machine for an article to be packaged is, for example, a packaging film having a laminated structure of a uniaxial or biaxially stretched base film layer and an unstretched sealant layer, as described in
Next, the cylindrically formed film is heated and pressurized sequentially by a plurality of heat seal bars positioned at equal intervals in the circumferential direction around each of the pair of horizontal seal rolls of the horizontal seal device. The packaging bags are made by feeding them downward while being welded to each other and forming intermittently spaced transverse portions in the longitudinal direction of the packaging film in the width direction of the cylindrical packaging film. . At this time, an article to be packaged is continuously supplied into the packaging film or intermittently from the formation of one horizontal seal portion to the next horizontal seal portion on the cylindrical packaging film. In this way, each package bag is filled with an item to be packaged, and the intermediate portion of the lateral seal portion of the continuously manufactured packaging bag is cut by a cutting mechanism, and the package is carried out in a continuous package of single or multiple packages. To do.
In such a conventional filling and packaging machine, when the lateral seal portion is formed by the pair of lateral seal rolls as described above, the folded side portion of the packaging film forms the one horizontal seal portion, and then the next Before the horizontal seal part is formed, it is swelled by the spring back, and the filled liquid package is sucked up along the folded side by capillary action and is bitten in the next horizontal seal part. There was a risk of poor sealing.
In addition, when forming the horizontal seal portion, the lateral seal is applied while extruding the package in the cylindrical packaging film with the heat seal bar of the horizontal seal roll, so that the bite into the horizontal seal portion of the package is applied. However, it is not sufficient, and in particular, if the package includes a granular material such as a dressing, the granular material cannot be extruded with a heat seal bar. There is a risk of being caught in the seal portion. If particulate matter or the like is caught in the lateral seal portion in this way, not only the appearance is impaired, but also foaming occurs to cause a seal failure, and the packaged article may leak out.
Therefore, in the case of filling and packaging a packaged article including a granular material in particular, from the formation of one horizontal seal part to the cylindrical packaging film as described above, from the formation of the next horizontal seal part. In the meantime, the packing material is intermittently filled to prevent the biting of the granular material into the horizontal seal portion. However, this method is more productive than the case where the packing material is continuously filled. There was a problem that would be extremely reduced.
Therefore, in the present invention, the liquid package can be filled without bubbles or particles contained in the liquid package being bitten into the horizontal seal portion, and the productivity can be improved. It is an object of the present invention to provide a filling and packaging method for an article to be packaged and a filling and packaging machine using the method.
In the research for realizing the above object, the inventor wraps the packaging film fed out in the longitudinal direction at the center so that the adhesive layer or the sealant layer faces each other, and wraps the packaging film on the side edge portion. A longitudinal seal portion is formed in the longitudinal direction of the film for making a cylinder, the liquid packaging material is filled in the tubular packaging film, and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the packaging film by a pair of transverse seal rolls A method for filling and packaging a liquid package in a packaging film by forming a transverse seal portion extending across the entire width of the packaging film, and at least a folded side of the cylindrical packaging film Of the plurality of heat seal bars positioned at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the horizontal seal roll, by pressing means provided between the heat seal bars, In, it found that filling and packaging method of the liquid to be packaged, characterized in that to form the transverse seal portion by the pair of lateral seal rolls is valid and led to the development of the present invention.

In the filling and packaging machine of the present invention, the following configuration is a more preferable solution. That is,
(1) The presser means comprises a presser bar that presses the tubular packaging film over its entire width.
(2) The presser means comprises a presser plate that holds down the folded side portion of the tubular packaging film over its entire length.
(3) The diaphragm means comprises a pair of diaphragm plates;
(4) At least one of the pair of diaphragms has a gas outlet at the tip.
(5) The presser plate is configured to be position-adjustable according to the film width of the tubular packaging film,
(6) The pressing width in the axial direction of the horizontal seal roll by the pressing plate is 1 to 50% of the film width of the cylindrical packaging film,
(7) The presser bar is provided adjacent to the heat seal bar on the front side in the rotational direction of each heat seal bar of the horizontal seal roll;
It is.
In the filling and packaging method of the liquid package according to the present invention and the filling and packaging machine using the method, at least the folding side of the packaging film is provided between the plurality of heat seal bars provided on the peripheral surface of the transverse seal roll. By providing the pressing means for pressing the portion to be pressed, the folded-back side portion of the packaging film from the one horizontal seal portion to the next horizontal seal portion is swelled by the spring back. Since it can prevent, it can prevent effectively that the filled liquid to-be-packaged object is sucked up in the next horizontal seal part along this folding | turning edge part.
In the present invention, after the packaging film is folded in two, a vertical seal portion is formed on the side edge portion to form a tubular shape, and the tubular packaging film (hereinafter referred to as “tubular film”). When filling and packaging a liquid package in the inside, the tubular film is intermittently sandwiched (squeezed out) from both sides by a squeezing means, and inside the cylindrical film of the liquid package to be supplied from the filling nozzle Temporarily prevent progress in Thereby, on the lower side of the squeezing means, a portion where the liquid package is not interposed is intermittently formed, and in this portion, a lateral seal portion is formed by a pair of lateral seal rolls, It is possible to effectively prevent the liquid packaging material, particularly the granular material contained in the liquid packaging material, from entering the horizontal seal portion. Therefore, even if the liquid package includes particulates, the granular material does not get caught in the horizontal seal portion, and the liquid package is continuously filled and packed by submerged seal filling. Therefore, productivity can be improved.
The throttle means is preferably composed of a pair of diaphragm plates, and a gas film is provided at the tip of at least one of the pair of diaphragm plates, and the tubular film is formed by the pressure of the gas blown from the gas nozzle. Is oscillated to squeeze out liquid substances, granular substances, and the like intervening in the tubular film, and thereby the biting of the liquid package into the horizontal seal portion can be further effectively suppressed. Furthermore, by utilizing the pressure of the gas, the tubular film can be directly sandwiched by the diaphragm plate to assist the squeezing operation, and there is no possibility that the tubular film is damaged due to an increase in slipperiness.
Further, in the case where the holding means is formed of a holding plate that holds the folded side portion of the tubular packaging film over its entire length, entry of the liquid article to the folded side portion is completely prevented. In the case where there is no possibility that the liquid package is sucked up into the lateral seal portion along the folded side portion, while the holding means is composed of a holding bar that holds the tubular packaging film over its entire width, The liquid package filled over the entire width of the packaging film as well as the side portions is prevented from being sucked up along the inner wall surface of the packaging film. Can be prevented. Furthermore, when both the above-described presser plate and the presser bar are provided as the presser means, the effect of suppressing biting into the lateral seal portion can be more effectively exhibited.
In the present invention, the pair of diaphragms can be displaced to positions close to or away from each other based on the type of packaging film and filling conditions, and the presser plate is positioned according to the film width of the tubular film. By being able to adjust, regardless of the thickness of the packaging film, the type of the liquid package, the capacity of the package, etc., it can be effectively used for the production of various packages.
Further, the holding width in the axial direction of the horizontal seal roll by the press plate is set to 1 to 50% of the tubular film width, and the press bar is provided adjacent to the heat seal bar of the horizontal seal roll. Thus, the filling of the liquid packaging material into the packaging film is not obstructed, and the internal volume of the packaging bag is not excessively reduced. It is possible to reliably prevent the liquid package from biting into the seal portion.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of a vertical filling and packaging machine as an embodiment of the filling and packaging machine of the present invention.
This vertical filling and packaging machine is formed by laminating a base film layer made of, for example, a biaxially stretched ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin and a sealant layer made of, for example, an unstretched ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin. While running a long packaging film made of the laminated film in the longitudinal direction, the sheet is folded back in the width direction so that the sealant layers face each other, and both side edges are overlapped with each other. While making a large number of packaging bags from packaging film, each package bag automatically loads foods, seasonings, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and other liquid or viscous or jelly-like fluid materials. Filling. As shown in FIG. 1, the vertical filling and packaging machine mainly includes a
In the
In the vertical seal
The vertical seal
Here, each of the pair of vertical seal rolls 8 has one
In the
In the first horizontal seal
The pair of horizontal seal rolls 12 in the first and second horizontal seal
In this filling and packaging machine, as shown in FIG. 2, at least between the plurality of (four in the figure) heat seal bars 12 a of the pair of horizontal seal rolls 12, the corrugated side corresponds to at least the folded
According to the holding
The
Further, since the holding
FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the horizontal seal portion forming portion, in which the pressing means 17 includes presser bars 19a and 19b. FIG. 3 (a) is a perspective view and FIG. 3 (b) is FIG. 3 (a). It is an end elevation in AA position. The presser bars 19a and 19b are provided adjacent to the
The presser bars 19a and 19b have a surface shape that is circular as shown in FIG. 3, or a flat shape or a chevron shape. Is preferably −2 to +5 mm, more preferably 0 to +2 mm with respect to the height of the
The presser bars 19a and 19b can be formed of Teflon (registered trademark), silicon, plastic, elastic metal, or the like. However, since the presser bars 19a and 19b are provided adjacent to the
Furthermore, the width of the presser bars 19a, 19b in the traveling direction of the
In addition, as the pressing means 17, the
Further, in this filling and packaging machine, as shown in FIG. 2, in the traveling direction of the
The pair of
The squeezing means 16 also has a function of squeezing out air contained in the liquid package and a function of stabilizing the shape of the packaging bag and the filling amount of the package.
Due to the above function of the squeezing

The timing of displacement of the aperture means 16, the closing time (time in which they are close to each other), the opening time (time in which they are separated from each other) and the like are controlled by control means such as a microcomputer. A predetermined calculation based on the input values of the filling conditions such as the packaging form and film configuration of the
The production condition setting means is composed of an input means such as a numeric keypad and a touch panel integrally provided with a monitor for displaying a set value by the input means, and is a packaging form (packaging bag) of the
The production condition setting means further includes an operation monitor that displays the displacement operation of the throttle means 16 and the lateral seal speed in a graph over time, so that the displacement state of the throttle means 16 can be confirmed visually and appropriately. The displacement timing, the opening / closing time, the proximity distance of the aperture means 16 and the like can be adjusted (input).
Further, the production condition setting means has storage means such as a backup RAM or EEPROM for storing production conditions corresponding to the type and filling conditions of the
