本发明所要解决的第三个技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种拉伸不会干扰操作人员的工作、拉绳拉动部的位置可调以适应不同身高和体型的操作者都能舒适使用、并且拉绳带动转动刀的转动机构简单、不会被外界干扰的高枝剪。
本发明解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种高枝剪,包括伸缩杆、设置在伸缩杆顶部的刀架、转动连接在刀架上的转动刀、通过转动机构与转动刀连接的、用于拉动转动刀转动的拉绳,其特征在于;
所述伸缩杆的外壁上设置有用于容置拉绳的凹槽,所述伸缩杆外设置有拉绳固定结构从而使拉绳紧贴在所述伸缩杆外壁的凹槽内设置。
为进一步解决本发明的第二个技术问题,在解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的高枝剪结构基础上,所述伸缩杆外设置有拉绳拉动机构,该拉绳拉动机构包括:
套管,活动套设在伸缩杆外,套管的内壁设置有放设拉绳的轨道槽,套管的外部设置有向外凸起的一对凸耳,该套管即作为拉绳拉动部;
转轴,设置在前述的一对凸耳之间,并且转轴的两端分别穿设在前述的一对凸耳上;
压制摇摆件,设置在前述的一对凸耳之间,所述转轴中部穿设在压制摇摆件上、从而使压制摇摆件能绕转轴转动,压制摇摆件的底部呈弧型,并且压制摇摆件的弧型底部设置有多个压齿;
套管外壁与前述压制摇摆件的弧型底部相对应的部位设置有弧型压槽,并且套管壁上设置有通向弧型压槽的允许拉绳穿过的拉绳孔,所述拉绳的一段穿过拉绳孔后设置在前述弧型压槽内、并能由所述压制摇摆件弧型底部的压齿咬合从而使拉绳的一段与套管固定。
作为改进,所述压制摇摆件上向外设置有凸起部,操作者可以用手掰动凸起部从而使压制摇摆件绕转轴转动,继而使压制摇摆件弧型底部的压齿放松对拉绳的咬合。
再改进,所述套管末端呈膨胀圆锥型,且膨胀圆锥型的套管外壁设置有防滑纹。
在解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的高技剪结构基础上,所述伸缩杆可以包括上杆和下杆,上杆的下端套设在下杆的上端内,上杆和下杆的连接处设置有套设在上杆和下杆连接部的连接管,该连接管至少一侧的管壁设有轴向设置的条形开口,该连接管外与条形开口相对应的部位外套设有具有轴向开口的呈C型的压紧套,该压紧套的两个开口端向外设置有压紧耳,两个压紧耳之间连接有压紧杆,压紧杆的第一端转动连接有转压片,该转压片设置在一侧压紧耳的外侧,压紧杆的第二端套设有压紧螺母,压紧螺母设置在另一侧压紧耳的外侧,转动所述转压片能调整两个压紧耳之间的距离;所述拉绳穿设在所述连接管内,所述连接管即构成了所述拉绳固定结构。
为进一步解决本发明的第三个技术问题,在解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的高枝剪结构基础上,所述转动机构包括:
设置在所述伸缩杆的顶部的拉绳转盘:
套设在拉绳转盘外的转盘罩;
转动刀拉杆,转动刀拉杆的下侧设置有穿绳孔,转动刀拉杆的上侧与转动刀的一端连接;
拉簧,拉簧的一侧与转动刀拉杆连接,拉簧的另一侧与刀连接;
转动刀转轴,穿设在刀套内,转动刀的中部穿设在转动刀转轴上;
拉绳的一个固定端固定在转盘罩上后、穿过转动刀拉杆上的穿绳孔,穿过转动刀拉杆上的穿绳孔后的拉绳缠绕在拉绳转盘上,绕经拉绳转盘后的拉绳紧贴在所述伸缩杆外壁的凹槽内设置。
作为改进,所述转盘罩包括相互连接后内部具有拉绳转盘空腔的上罩和下罩,下罩的下部设有套设在伸缩杆外壁的延伸下套管,所述拉绳的一个固定端则固定在下罩上;上罩的上部设有套设转动刀拉杆的延伸上套管,延伸上套管上部连接所述刀架,或延伸上套管直接与所述刀架一体成型为一体件,所述刀架上与所述转动刀刀刃部相对应的部位设置有凹形刀槽。
再改进,所述伸缩管伸缩杆包括上杆和下杆,上杆的下端套设在下杆的上端内,上杆和下杆均为空心管,所述下的底部外套设底封管,底封管的底部设置有两个间隔设置的贯穿孔,所述上杆的下端口内固定有拉绳固定件;拉绳一段紧贴在伸缩杆外壁的凹槽内设置后,分别穿过底封管底部的两个贯穿孔后继续延伸设置在上杆和下杆的内部,途径拉绳固定件时,贯穿拉绳固定件,拉绳的一段在上杆上端弯折后继续延伸设置在上杆内部,并且拉绳的另外一个固定端在拉绳固定件上固定,伸缩杆内设置有能与伸缩杆同步伸缩的拉绳套管,从伸缩杆底部向伸缩杆内部向伸缩杆顶部之间的一段拉绳套设在拉绳套管内。
较好的,底封管底部还套设有保护套。
在解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的高枝剪结构基础上再改进,所述刀架上还连接固定有切刀,该切刀至少部分刀刃上设置有锯齿。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:通过在伸缩杆的外壁上设置有用于容置拉绳的凹槽,将拉绳紧贴在所述伸缩杆外壁的凹槽内设置,这样在操作过程中,拉绳不会干扰操作人员的工作;通过在伸缩杆外设置拉绳拉动机构,拉绳拉动机构能在伸缩杆外自由活动,还能固定在伸缩杆上的某一位置,从而使得拉绳拉动部的位置可调以适应不同身高和体型的操作者都能舒适使用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~11所示,为本发明一个优选实施例,该高枝剪包括由上杆1和下杆2连接而成的伸缩杆、设置在伸缩杆顶部的刀架、转动连接在刀架上的转动刀3、固定在刀架上的切刀4和一拉绳5;
其中,上杆1和下杆2均为空心管,上杆1的下端套设在下杆2的上端内。
所述切刀的刀刃一侧设置有锯齿。
所述拉绳5通过转动机构与转动刀3连接,并能拉动转动刀转动。
本实施例中,上杆1和下杆2的外壁上分别设置有用于容置拉绳5的上凹槽1a和下凹槽2a,所述伸缩杆外设置有拉绳固定结构,从而使拉绳5紧贴在上凹槽1a和下凹槽2a内设置。
伸缩杆具备伸缩结构,具体为:上杆1和下杆2的连接处设置有套设在上杆1和下杆2连接部的连接管6,该连接管6至少一侧的管壁设有轴向设置的条形开口6a,参见图6、7所示,该连接管6外与条形开口6a相对应的部位外套设有具有轴向开口的呈C型的压紧套7,该压紧套7的两个开口端向外设置有压紧耳7a、7b,两个压紧耳7a、7b之间连接有压紧杆8,压紧杆8的第一端转动连接有转压片9,该转压片9的连接部设置在一侧压紧耳7a的外侧,转压片9的自由端贴合连接管6外壁设置;
压紧杆8的第二端套设有压紧螺母10,压紧螺母10设置在另一侧压紧耳7b的外侧,转动所述转压片9能调整两个压紧耳7a、7b之间的距离。当需要调整伸缩杆长度时,转动转压片9,使两个压紧耳7a、7b之间的距离变大,连接管6释放对上杆和下杆连接部的固定与锁紧力,调整上杆1下部套入下杆2上部内的长度,即可改变伸缩杆的整体长度,当伸缩杆的长度达到预想长度后,转动转压片9,使个压紧耳7a、7b之间的距离 变小,进而将上杆1和下杆2的连接部进行固定与锁紧。
所述拉绳5穿设在连接管6内,连接管6内设置有伸缩轨道槽6b,连接管6即构成了所述拉绳固定结构,采用这种结构,拉绳5紧贴上凹槽1a和下凹槽2a设置,使得本发明的高枝剪在使用时,拉绳不会摇摆晃动,从而不会干扰操作人员的工作。
另外,本实施例中,伸缩杆外设置有拉绳拉动机构,如图2~5所示,该拉绳拉动机构包括;
套管11,活动套设在伸缩杆外,套管的内壁设置有放设拉绳的轨道槽11a,套管的外部设置有向外凸起的一对凸耳11b、11c,套管11末端11f呈膨胀圆锥型,且膨胀圆锥型的套管末端外壁设置有防滑纹,该套管11即作为拉绳拉动部;
转轴12,设置在前述的一对凸耳11b、11c之间,并且转轴12的两端分别穿设在前述的一对凸耳11b、11c上;
压制摇摆件13,设置在前述的一对凸耳11b、11c之间,所述转轴12中部穿设在压制摇摆件13上、从而使压制摇摆件能绕转轴12转动,压制摇摆件13的底部呈圆弧型,并且压制摇摆件的圆弧型底部设置有多个压齿13a,压制摇摆件13上向外设置有凸起部13b,操作者可以用手掰动该凸起部13b以驱使压制摇摆件13绕转轴12转动;
套管11外壁与前述压制摇摆件13的圆弧型底部相对应的部位设置有弧型压槽11d,并且套管壁上设置有通向弧型压槽的允许拉绳穿过的拉绳孔11e,所述拉绳5的一段穿过拉绳孔11e后设置在前述弧型压槽11d内、并能由所述压制摇摆件圆弧型底部的压齿13a咬合从而使拉绳的一段与套管11固定。
上述拉绳拉动机构能在伸缩杆外任意一个想要的位置对拉绳5进行固定锁紧,当绳拉动结构在伸缩杆外某一个位置对拉绳5进行固定锁紧后,通过向下拉动套管11,即可向下拉动拉绳5,拉绳5即可拉动转动刀转动进行剪枝工作,拉绳5拉动部的位置可调,以便能适应不同身高和体型的操作者都能舒适使用。
上述拉绳拉动机构在伸缩杆外的位置是可调的,具体原理为:
当想要调整拉绳拉动机构在伸缩杆外的位置时,用手掰动压制摇摆件13的凸起部13b,将外力施加在凸起部13b上,使压制摇摆件13绕转轴12转动,由于压制摇摆件13的底部为圆弧形,当压制摇摆件13转动到一定程度后,压制摇摆件13圆弧形底部的压齿13a不再对位于套管11弧型压槽11d内的拉绳进行咬合锁紧,此时套管11能在伸缩杆外自由活动,用手握住套管11外壁,调整套管11在在伸缩杆外的位置以达到预想位置,然后松开压制摇摆件13的凸起部13b,在凸起部13b上施加相反外力,使压制摇摆件13绕转轴12作反方向转动,当压制摇摆件13转动到一定程度后,压制摇摆件13圆弧形底部的压齿13a开始对位于套管11弧型压槽11d内的拉绳5进行紧密咬合锁紧,从而将拉绳5压制在套管的弧型压槽11d内,进而使拉绳5与套管11进行锁紧固定。
拉绳5是通过转动机构与转动刀3连接,从而通过拉动拉绳5能拉动转动刀转动, 本实施例中的转动机构包括;
设置在伸缩杆顶部的拉绳转盘15,拉绳转盘15能加大拉绳对转动刀的拉扯力度;
套设在拉绳转盘外的转盘罩16,转盘罩16包括相互连接后内部具有拉绳转盘空腔的上罩16a和下罩16b,下罩16b的下部设有套设在伸缩杆外壁的延伸下套管16b-1,所述拉绳5的一个固定端则固定在下罩16b上;上罩16a的上部设有套设转动刀拉杆17的延伸上套管16a-1,延伸上套管16a-1上部连接所述刀架20,或延伸上套管16a-1直接与所述刀架20一体成型为一体件,本实施例中延伸上套管16a-1直接与所述刀架20一体成型为一体件,所述刀架20上与所述转动刀3刀刃部3c相对应的部位设置有凹形刀槽20a,参见图8所示;
转动刀拉杆17,转动刀拉杆的下侧设置有穿绳孔17a,转动刀拉杆17的上侧与转动刀3的一端3a连接;
拉簧18,拉簧的一侧与转动刀拉杆17连接,拉簧18的另一侧与刀架20连接;
转动刀转轴19,穿设在刀架内,转动刀3的中部3b穿设在转动刀转轴19上;

穿过转动刀拉杆上的穿绳孔后的拉绳缠绕在拉绳转盘15上,绕经拉绳转盘后的拉绳紧贴在所述伸缩杆外壁的凹槽内设置,参见图1、9、11。
由于拉绳5紧贴在所述伸缩杆外壁的凹槽内,并且拉绳5的一段被拉绳拉动机构紧紧咬合在套管11的弧型压槽11d内,这样,当向下拉动拉绳拉动机构的套管11,即可向下拉动拉绳5,拉绳5通过拉绳转盘15加大拉扯力度后继续作用在转动刀拉杆17上,使转动刀拉杆17也向下移动,向下移动的转动刀拉杆17拉动动刀3的一端3a向下以后,拉动动刀3的中部3b会绕转动刀转轴19转动,此时转动刀3的刀刃部3c朝刀架20的凹形刀槽20a转动,从而实现对枝条的修剪工作;当外力从套管11上消失,在拉簧18的作用下,转动刀3、转动刀拉杆17、拉绳5以及拉绳拉动机构均复位。
所述下杆2的底部外套设底封管21,底封管的底部设置有两个间隔设置的贯穿孔21a,所述上杆1的下端口内固定有拉绳固定件22;拉绳5一段紧贴在伸缩杆外壁的凹槽内设置后,分别穿过底封管底部的两个贯穿孔21a后继续延伸设置在上杆和下杆的内部,途径拉绳固定件22时,贯穿拉绳固定件,拉绳5的一段在上杆上端弯折后继续延伸设置在上杆内部,并且拉绳的另外一个固定端在拉绳固定件22上固定;
另外,伸缩杆内设置有能与伸缩杆同步伸缩的拉绳套管23,从伸缩杆底部向伸缩杆内部向伸缩杆顶部之间的一段拉绳5套设在拉绳套管23内;参见图1、9、11。
设置拉绳固定件22和拉绳套管23,是为了在调整伸缩杆长度时,拉绳5在伸缩杆外的凹槽内始终处于拉紧状态,便于拉绳5与拉绳拉动机构之间的咬合固定。
另外,为了防止外面的泥土钻到伸缩杆及底封管内部,在底封管底部外套有保护套24。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高枝剪,包括伸缩杆、设置在伸缩杆顶部的刀架(20)、转动连接在刀架(20)上的转动刀(3)、通过转动机构与转动刀(3)连接的、用于拉动转动刀(3)转动的拉绳(5),其特征在于:
    所述伸缩杆的外壁上设置有用于容置拉绳(5)的凹槽,所述伸缩杆外设置有拉绳(5)固定结构,而使拉绳(5)紧贴在所述伸缩杆外壁的凹槽内设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高枝剪,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆外设置有拉绳(5)拉动机构,该拉绳(5)拉动机构包括:
    套管(11),活动套设在伸缩杆外,套管(11)的内壁设置有放设拉绳(5)的轨道槽(11a),套管(11)的外部设置有向外凸起的一对凸耳(11b、11c);
    转轴(12),设置在前述的一对凸耳(11b、11c)之间,并且转轴(12)的两端分别穿设在前述的一对凸耳(11b、11c)上;
    压制摇摆件(13),设置在前述的一对凸耳(11b、11c)之间,所述转轴(12)中部穿设在压制摇摆件(13)上、从而使压制摇摆件(13)能绕转轴(12)转动,压制摇摆件(13)的底部呈弧型,并且压制摇摆件(13)的弧型底部设置有多个压齿(13a);
    套管(11)外壁与前述压制摇摆件(13)的弧型底部相对应的部位设置有弧型压槽(11d),并且套管(11)壁上设置有通向弧型压槽(11d)的允许拉绳(5)穿过的拉绳(5)孔,所述拉绳(5)的一段穿过拉绳(5)孔后设置在前述弧型压槽(11d)内、并能由所述压制摇摆件(13)弧型底部的压齿(13a)咬合从而使拉绳(5)的一段与套管(11)固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的高枝剪,其特征在于:所述压制摇摆件(13)上向外设置有凸起部(13b)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的高枝剪,其特征在于:所述套管(11)末端(11f)呈膨胀圆锥型,且膨胀圆锥型的套管(11)末端(11f)外壁设置有防滑纹。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高枝剪,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆包括上杆(1)和下杆(2),上杆(1)的下端套设在下杆(2)的上端内,上杆(1)和下杆(2)的连接处设置有套设在上杆(1)和下杆(2)连接部的连接管(6),该连接管(6)至少一侧的管壁设有轴向设置的条形开口(6a),该连接管(6)外与条形开口(6a)相对应的部位外套设有具有轴向开口的呈C型的压紧套(7),该压紧套(7)的两个开口端向外设置有压紧套(7a、7b),两个压紧套(7a、7b)之间连接有压紧杆(8),压紧杆(8)的第一端转动连接有转压片(9),该转压片(9)与压紧杆(8)连接的连接部设置在一侧压紧耳(7a)的外侧,压紧杆(8)的第二端套设有压紧螺母(10),压紧螺母(10)设置在另一侧压紧耳(7b)的外侧,转动所述转压片(9)能调整两个压紧套(7a、7b)之间的距离;所述拉绳(5)穿设在所述连接管(6)内,所述连接管(6)即构成了所述拉绳(5)固定结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的高枝剪,其特征在于:所述转动机构包括:
    设置在所述伸缩杆的顶部的拉绳(5)转盘:
    套设在拉绳(5)转盘外的转盘罩(16);
    转动刀(3)拉杆,转动刀(3)拉杆的下侧设置有穿绳孔,转动刀(3)拉杆的上侧与转动刀(3)的一端连接;
    拉簧(18),拉簧(18)的一侧与转动刀(3)拉杆连接,拉簧(18)的另一侧与刀架(20)连接;
    转动刀(3)转轴,穿设在刀架(20)内,转动刀(3)的中部穿设在转动刀(3)转轴上;
    拉绳(5)的一个固定端固定在转盘罩(16)上后、穿过转动刀(3)拉杆上的穿绳孔,穿过转动刀(3)拉杆上的穿绳孔后的拉绳(5)缠绕在拉绳(5)转盘上,绕经拉绳(5)转盘后的拉绳(5)紧贴在所述伸缩杆外壁的凹槽内设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的高枝剪,其特征在于:所述转盘罩(16)包括相互连接后内部具有拉绳(5)转盘空腔的上罩(16a)和下罩(16b),下罩(16b)的下部设有套设在伸缩杆外壁的延伸下套管(16b-1),所述拉绳(5)的一个固定端则固定在下罩(16b)上;上罩(16a)的上部设有套设转动刀(3)拉杆的延伸上套管(16a-1),延伸上套管(16a-1)上部连接所述刀架(20),或延伸上套管(16a-1)直接与所述刀架(20)一体成型为一体件,所述刀架(20)上与所述转动刀(3)刀刃部(3c)相对应的部位设置有凹形刀槽(20a)。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的高枝剪,其特征在于,所连伸缩管伸缩杆包括上杆(1)和下杆(2),上杆(1)的下端套设在下杆(2)的上端内,上杆(1)和下杆(2)均为空心管,所述下杆(2)的底部外套设底封管,底封管的底部设置有两个间隔设置的贯穿孔,所述上杆(1)的下端口内固定有拉绳(5)固定件;拉绳(5)一段紧贴在伸缩杆外壁的凹槽内设置后,分别穿过底封管底部的两个贯穿孔后继续延伸设置在上杆(1)和下杆(2)的内部,途径拉绳(5)固定件时,贯穿拉绳(5)固定件,拉绳(5)的一段在上杆(1)上端弯折后继续延伸设置在上杆(1)内部,并且拉绳(5)的另外一个固定端在拉绳(5)固定件上固定;伸缩杆内设置有能与伸缩杆同步伸缩的拉绳套管(23),从伸缩杆底部向伸缩杆内部向伸缩杆顶部之间的一段拉绳(5)套设在拉绳套管(23)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的高枝剪,其特征在于:所述底封管底部还套设有保护套(24)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的高枝剪,其特征在于;所述刀架(20)上还连接固定有切刀(4),该切刀(4)至少部分刀刃上设置有锯齿。
