Abstract

System for fixing a cattle stable mat to a surface, comprising preferably concrete modules of a grate floor, a grating mat and elements for fixing the mat to the subgrade, characterised in that the grating mat (1) is fixed to an element of the grate floor (2), preferably concrete, using expansion fixing elements (3) placed in longitudinal sockets (21) of the grate floor (2), with plate washers (31) together with draw bolts (32) placed in slots (11) of the grating mat (1),wherein expansion blocks (33) protected from the bottom with plates (34) having a threaded hole (35) are placed in sockets (21) of the grate floor (2) corresponding to the slots (11).

Description

System for fixing a cattle stable mat to the surface
The invention relates to a system for fixing a cattle stable mat to the surface, preferably concrete, used in breeding rooms.
From European patent description No. EP1680955, a floor covering element for covering at least one cattle stable surface is known, preferably having a longitudinal recess, said element comprising a flooring tile made of an elastically deformed material and at least one fixing assembly constructed separately from the flooring tile, the assembly being placed for coupling in the recess in order to fix the flooring tile to the surface Wherein, this at least one fixing assembly comprises a first fixing element, being placed for coupling in the recess with its first fixing area positioned longitudinally. Moreover, the assembly comprises a second fixing element constructed separately from the first fixing element, said second fixing element is fasteningly coupled by its second fixing area with the flooring tile and it is fasteningly coupled by its third fixing area with the fourth fixing area of the first fixing element.
A flooring element for a cattle stable is known from publication DE10124797A1. In this known structure, both the flooring tile and the optional fixing elements for this flooring tile are made of an elastic material such as rubber. Every fixing element has a longitudinal fixing area, with which it is mounted in the recess provided for in the surface, so that it is held there by elastic pressing. In the further head fixing area, a fixing element or every fixing element is placed in the fixed state in the recess of the flooring tile. Such recess is formed by variable profiling at the thickness of the flooring tile, so that the fixing settlements are formed, which may be caught by the fixing area of a fixing element. Thus, a stable fixing of the flooring tile to the su rface is ensured at the fastening coupling formed at the fixing element mounted in the recess and directly between the said fixing element and the flooring tile.
From another European patent description No. EP1691086, a connector for insulation materials is known, said connector being intended for fixing insulation tiles to a firm surface, having a mandrel penetrating the insulation tile and a plate connected with the mandrel; at the same time, the connector's plate is formed by supporting elements, which are connected with the rear of the connector's mandrel in a way enabling tilting, and have cutting elements on their front surfaces for cutting the insulation tile while the connector's plate is introduced into the insulation tile. The connector's mandrel ente rs the pin's mandrel.
System for fixing a cattle stable mat to the surface, according to the invention, comprising preferably concrete modules of a grate floor, a grating mat and elements for fixing the mat to the floor, wherein the grating mat is fixed to an element of the grate floor, preferably concrete, using expansion fixing elements placed in longitudinal sockets of the grate floor. Plate washers together with drawbolts are placed in slots of the grating mat. In grate floor sockets corresponding to the slots of the grating mat, expansion blocks protected with plates having a threaded hole from the bottom are placed.
Preferably, the expansion blocks are made of an elastomer blend, particularly of rubber.
Preferably, the longitudinal sockets of the grate floor have a form of longitudinal ducts with walls narrowing upwards. Preferably, the plate washers have concave sockets for the conical head of the drawbolt, located centrally.
System for fixing a cattle stable mat to the surface, according to the invention, enables quick and easy installation. It provides stable fixing, as well as the possibility of quick disassembly without damages to the grating mat, eliminating the necessity to modify and interfere with the concrete grate floor.

The grating mat 1 is fixed to an element of the grate floor 2, preferably concrete floor, using expansion fixing elements 3 placed in longitudinal sockets 21 of the grate floor 2. The plate washers 31 together with drawbolts 32 are placed in slots 11 of the grating mat 1, corresponding to sockets 21 of the grate floor 2, having expansion blocks 33 placed inside, protected with plates 34 with a threaded hole 35 from the bottom.
The expansion blocks 33 are made of an elastomer blend, preferably of rubber.
The longitudinal sockets 21 of the grate floor 2 have a form of longitudinal ducts 22 with walls 23 narrowing upwards. The plate washers 31 have concave sockets 36 for conical head of the drawbolt 32, located centrally.
Before laying the mat 1 on the grate floor 2, the fixing elements 3 are initially screwed tight to the mat 1, next the mat 1 is laid on the grate floor 2, and then the blocks 33 of the fixing elements 3 are pushed in the floor slots. After laying, the drawbolts 32 of the fixing elements 3 are tightened up. Tightening up leads to expansion of the rubber block 33 and locks it in sockets 21 of the grate floor 2.

1. System for fixing a cattle stable mat to a surface, comprising preferably concrete modules of a grate floor, a grating mat and elements for fixing the mat to the surface, characterised in that the grating mat (1) is fixed to an element of the grate floor (2), preferably concrete, using expansion fixing elements (3) placed in longitudinal sockets (21 ) of the grate floor (2), with plate washers (31) together with drawbolts (32) placed in slots (11) of the grating mat (1), wherein expansion blocks (33) protected from the bottom with plates (34) having a threaded hole (35) are placed in sockets (21) of the grate floor (2) corresponding to the slots (11).
2. System for fixing a cattle stable mat to a surface according to claim 1, characterised in that expansion blocks (33) are made of an elastomer blend, preferably of rubber.
3. System for fixing a cattle stable mat to a surface according to claim 1, characterised in that the longitudinal sockets (21) of the grate floor (2) have a form of longitudinal ducts (22) with walls (23) narrowing upwards.
4. System for fixing a cattle stable mat to a surface according to claim 1, characterised in that the plate washers (31) have concave sockets (36) for conical head of the drawbolt (32), located centrally.
