Claims (12)
- 低温低圧の冷媒と熱輸送用の冷却液との間で熱交換させて冷媒を気化させる第1水冷媒熱交換器と、
高温高圧の冷媒と前記冷却液との間で熱交換させて冷媒を凝縮させる第2水冷媒熱交換器と、
コンプレッサが吐出した高温高圧の冷媒の熱を利用して車室内を暖房するヒーターコアと、
車両の発熱部品から送出された前記冷却液を複数の冷却用通路へ分配する分配手段と、
複数の冷却用通路から導入された前記冷却液を合流させ前記発熱部品へ送出する合流手段と、
を具備し、
前記第1水冷媒熱交換器は、前記分配手段で分配された第1冷却用通路から前記冷却液を導入し、前記合流手段へ導入される第2冷却用通路へ前記冷却液を送出し、且つ、前記コンプレッサへ冷媒を送出し、
前記第2水冷媒熱交換器は、前記分配手段で分配された第3冷却用通路から前記冷却液を導入し、前記ヒーターコアへ前記冷却液を送出し、且つ、前記コンプレッサから前記高温高圧の冷媒を導入し、
前記ヒーターコアは、前記第2水冷媒熱交換器が送出した前記冷却液を導入し、前記合流手段へ導入される第4冷却用通路へ前記冷却液を送出する、
車両用空調装置。 - 前記第1冷却用通路と、前記第3冷却用通路とは通路の配管径が異なる、
請求項1記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記第3冷却用通路に、前記分配手段で分配された前記冷却液を、前記第2水冷媒熱交換器の前記冷却液の導入口、および、前記第2水冷媒熱交換器が送出した前記冷却液の通路、のいずれか一方へ送出する三方弁を具備した、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記第1冷却用通路および前記第3冷却用通路の少なくとも一方に、前記冷却液の流量を調整する開閉手段を具備した、
請求項1~請求項3の何れか一項に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記第2水冷媒熱交換器から送出された冷媒が、冷媒を用いて車室内への送風を冷却するエバポレータ側へ送られる状態と、前記エバポレータ側へ送られない状態とに切り換え可能な第1切換手段と、
前記第2水冷媒熱交換器から送出された冷媒が、前記第1水冷媒熱交換器へ送られる状態と、前記第1水冷媒熱交換器へ送られない状態とに切り換え可能な第2切換手段と、
を更に具備した、
請求項1~請求項4の何れか一項に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 高温高圧の冷媒から外気へ放熱させ冷媒を凝縮させるコンデンサをさらに具備し、
前記第1切換手段および前記第2切換手段は、
前記第2水冷媒熱交換器、前記コンデンサ、前記エバポレータ、および、前記コンプレッサを含む循環経路に冷媒が流れ、且つ、前記第1水冷媒熱交換器へ冷媒が流れない冷房モードの状態と、
前記第2水冷媒熱交換器、前記第1水冷媒熱交換器、および、前記コンプレッサを含む循環経路に冷媒が流れるヒートポンプ式暖房モードの状態と、
に少なくとも切り換え可能である、
請求項5記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記エバポレータから前記コンプレッサへ冷媒を流す通路に配置された逆止弁をさらに具備する、
請求項5または請求項6に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記第2水冷媒熱交換器から送出された冷媒を膨張して前記第1水冷媒熱交換器へ送る第1膨張手段と、
前記コンデンサにより凝縮されたれた冷媒を低温低圧に膨張して前記エバポレータへ吐出する第2膨張手段と、
をさらに具備する、
請求項5~請求項7の何れか一項に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 低温低圧の冷媒と車室内へ送られる吸気との間で熱交換を行うエバポレータと、
高温高圧の冷媒から外気へ放熱させ冷媒を凝縮させるコンデンサと、
前記コンプレッサ、前記第2水冷媒熱交換器、および、前記第1水冷媒熱交換器を含む冷媒回路に冷媒が流れる状態と、前記コンプレッサ、前記コンデンサ、および、前記エバポレータを含む冷媒回路に冷媒が流れる状態とに切換え可能な第3切換手段と、
を更に具備し、
前記第2水冷媒熱交換器から前記第1水冷媒熱交換器へ至る冷媒通路と、前記コンデンサから前記エバポレータへ至る冷媒通路とは異なる冷媒通路である、
請求項1~請求項4の何れか一項に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記第3切換手段は、
ヒートポンプ式暖房モード時に、前記コンプレッサ、前記第2水冷媒熱交換器、および、前記第1水冷媒熱交換器を含む冷媒回路に冷媒が流れる状態へ切り換え、
冷房モード時に、前記コンプレッサ、前記コンデンサ、および、前記エバポレータを含む冷媒回路に冷媒が流れる状態へ切り換える、
請求項9記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記エバポレータから前記コンプレッサへ冷媒を流す通路に配置された逆止弁をさらに具備する、
請求項9または請求項10に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記第2水冷媒熱交換器から送出された冷媒を膨張して前記第1水冷媒熱交換器へ送る第3膨張手段と、
前記コンデンサにより凝縮されたれた冷媒を低温低圧に膨張して前記エバポレータへ吐出する第2膨張手段と、
をさらに具備する、
