Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hat-shaped cross-sectional component having a hat-shaped cross section.
- a press-molded part having a hat-shaped cross section such as a front side member (also referred to as a “hat-shaped cross-sectional part” in this specification) is known.
- a hat-shaped cross-sectional component is formed by subjecting a metal plate (for example, a steel plate) as a raw material to press working (drawing) or the like (for example, Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2003-103306, Japan (See Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2004-154859 and Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2006-015404).
- the temporary molded product is listed so that the vertical wall of the press-shaped hat-shaped cross-sectional component (hereinafter referred to as the temporary molded product) is formed largely in the width direction. May be like.
- the temporary molded product with spring back hits the shoulder portion of the wrist punch or the like, and the temporary molded product cannot be placed at a normal position with respect to the punch.
- This disclosure relates to obtaining a hat-shaped cross-section component manufacturing method that can stabilize the position of a temporary molded product with respect to a die at the time of wrist-like molding in consideration of the above facts.
- a manufacturing method of a hat-shaped cross-sectional component that solves the above-described problem is that a temporary molded product having a hat-shaped cross section is disposed between a wrist-like punch and a wrist-like die that are arranged to face each other, A supporting step of supporting the top plate of the temporary molded product from the wrist side of the wrist plate by a supporting member extending from the punch to the side of the wrist die, and the wrist plate formed on the wrist die and the wrist plate punch The top plate is housed in a first concave portion constituting the top surface side of the molding concave portion opened to the side, and the top plate is sandwiched by the support member and the wrist die, and the temporary molding is performed.
- the wrist-like punch and the wrist-like die are arranged to face each other, and the hat-shaped cross-section part is arranged between the wrist-like punch and the wrist-like die.
- a temporary molded product having a cross section is arranged. The top plate of the temporary molded product is supported from the wrist-like punch side by the support member that extends from the wrist-like punch to the wrist-like die side.
- a molding recess that is open to the wrist-like punch side is formed in the wrist-like die.
- the portion constituting the top surface side of the molding recess is a first recess
- the portion constituting the opening side of the molding recess is a second recess
- the width of the second recess is set larger than that of the first recess.
- the temporary molded product is positioned in the width direction by the pair of vertical walls extending from both ends of the top plate in the width direction of the temporary molded product and the first recesses. That is, the position of the temporary molded product with respect to the restructuring die in the width direction of the temporary molded product is determined by the base end side (top plate side) portion of the pair of vertical walls that are less affected by the springback and the first recess. For this reason, the position of the temporary molded product with respect to the die can be stabilized at the time of the wrist-like molding.
- the manufacturing method of the hat-shaped cross-sectional component of the present disclosure there is an excellent effect that the position of the temporary molded product with respect to the die can be stabilized at the time of the wrist-like molding.

- the longitudinal wall 704a is bent and extended to the lower side of the apparatus on one side in the longitudinal direction and is bent back to the upper side of the apparatus on the other side in the longitudinal direction. For this reason, at the middle part in the longitudinal direction of the vertical wall 704a (704b), bending and stretching to deform the vertical wall 704a (704b) in the reverse direction and bending back are simultaneously performed. Thereby, a crack may arise in the longitudinal direction intermediate part of the vertical wall 704a (704b).
- the bending back step is performed after the bending and stretching step.
- the longitudinal direction intermediate part of the vertical wall 704a (704b) it is suppressed that bending extension and bending which deform
- produces in the longitudinal direction intermediate part of the vertical wall 704a (704b).

- a finished curved part is formed.
- the second curved line part may be omitted, and the temporary curved part molded by the first process may be subjected to rest-like molding by the third process to mold the finished curved part. That is, when the height of the finished curved part is constant in the longitudinal direction according to various specifications of the finished curved part, it is not necessary to perform the second step on the temporary curved part. In such a case, the second step Can be omitted.
- the finished curved part 800 in which the height dimension is constant in the longitudinal direction is formed by the rest-like molding of the temporary curved part 120 molded in the first process in the third process. Molded.

- the guide pins abutted on both ends in the longitudinal direction of the top plate 702 and the longitudinal ends of the vertical walls 704a and 704b are contacted.
- a guide wall in contact with the support member 828 may be provided.
- the longitudinal direction of the intermediate curved part 700 is such that the support member 828 continuously supports the top plate 702 of the intermediate curved part 700 over the longitudinal direction.
- the support member 828 may be divided so that the top plate 702 of the intermediate curved part 700 is intermittently supported by the support member 828.
