Description

电子烟充电装置及 其充电方法 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟充电装置及 其充电方法 。
背景技术
电子烟是一种瞬间消耗电流极大的电子产品,由于受电子烟所用电池容量的限制,使用者必须要对所述电池充电后才能继续使用。
目前,电子烟充电装置大多采用硅胶夹紧件对电子烟进行固定,硅胶夹紧件在使用多次后容易发生弹性失效,且硅胶夹紧件的夹紧效果不好,使得电子烟充电装置的充电效率不高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中电子烟充电装置的夹紧效果不好,影响充电效率等缺陷,提供一种可双重夹紧电子烟和稳定充电的电子烟充电装置及 其充电方法 。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供 一种电子烟充电装置,用于给电子烟充电,其包括充电插槽,及用于与所述电子烟电连接的充电组件,沿所述电子烟插入所述充电插槽的路径上设置有用于夹持所述电子烟以使所述电子烟能稳定充电的夹持组件,所述夹持组件包括柔性夹持件,及设于所述柔性夹持件上的刚性弹性件;其中,所述刚性弹性件的弹性模量大于所述柔性夹持件的弹性模量,所述刚性弹性件用于在所述电子烟插入所述充电插槽时随所述柔性夹持件的外缩行程而弹性变形以共同夹持所述电子烟。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述电子烟充电装置还包括安装座,所述充电插槽沿所述电子烟的插入路径开设在所述安装座上;所述柔性夹持件固定在所述充电插槽的侧壁上、并与所述充电插槽同轴设置,所述刚性弹性件可随所述柔性夹持件的弹性变形而同向径向收缩。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述柔性夹持件内包括至少两个间隔设置的所述刚性弹性件,每一所述刚性弹性件以轴对称的方式固定在所述柔性夹持件内。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述刚性弹性件为塑胶制件或金属制件。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述柔性夹持件为硅胶制件、海绵制件或泡沫材料制件。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述柔性夹持件呈环形或开口环结构。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述柔性夹持件沿轴向开设有供所述电子烟穿设的穿孔,穿设在所述穿孔内的所述电子烟弹性抵接至所述穿孔的侧壁,所述侧壁沿所述穿孔的径向收缩、并带动所述刚性弹性件弹性变形以共同夹持所述电子烟。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述柔性夹持件内包括两个所述刚性弹性件,每一所述刚性弹性件朝所述充电插槽的中心轴线方向相向弯曲或折弯延伸形成具有夹持力、并可沿径向弹性伸缩的折弯部,每一所述刚性弹性件环绕所述穿孔设置。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,每一所述刚性弹性件内嵌在所述柔性夹持件内,插装在所述穿孔内的所述电子烟的外侧壁弹性抵接至所述穿孔的侧壁。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,每一所述刚性弹性件固定在所述柔性夹持件内,每一所述刚性弹性件的折弯部至少部分的凸出所述穿孔的侧壁,插装在所述穿孔内的所述电子烟的外侧壁抵接至所述折弯部。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,每一所述刚性弹性件的一端固定在所述柔性夹持件内,每一所述刚性弹性件的另一端朝所述充电插槽的中心轴线方向倾斜延伸、并从所述柔性夹持件的一端伸出,从所述柔性夹持件的一端伸出的所述折弯部抵接至插装在所述穿孔内的所述电子烟的外侧壁。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述柔性夹持件的端面上沿轴向开设有与所述穿孔同轴设置的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽的截面形状为三角形、矩形或梯形。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述折弯部与所述电子烟相互抵持的表面还固定有柔性垫,所述柔性垫通过粘结层粘接在所述折弯部上。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述充电组件包括设置在所述充电插槽底壁的第一充电电极和第二充电电极;
所述第一充电电极与插装至所述充电插槽内的电子烟的第一电极连接件电连接,所述第二充电电极与插装至所述充电插槽内的电子烟的第二电极连接件电连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述电子烟充电装置为电子烟烟盒。
本发明还构造了一种 电子烟充电装置的充电方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
S1 、插入步骤:将电子烟插入至充电插槽中,沿所述电子烟插入至所述充电插槽的路径上设置的夹持组件夹紧所述电子烟,所述夹持组件的刚性弹性件在所述电子烟插入所述充电插槽时、随所述夹持组件的柔性夹持件的外缩行程而弹性变形以共同夹持所述电子烟;
S2 、充电步骤:将所述电子烟插到位夹紧后,使所述电子烟上的电极连接件分别与充电组件弹性抵接,实现相互之间的电连接。
实施本发明的电子烟充电装置及 其充电方法 ,具有以下有益效果:本发明的夹持组件由柔性夹持件和设置在柔性夹持件内的刚性弹性件组成,其中,刚性弹性件的弹性模量大于柔性夹持件的弹性模量,且刚性弹性件能随柔性夹持件的外缩行程而弹性变形以共同夹持电子烟,通过采用这种具有双重夹紧结构的夹持组件,不仅能够增强电子烟充电装置的夹紧效果,提高充电效率,还能保护电子烟的外表面不被刮花,简化了装配过程,且制作方便,便于自动化生产。

具体实施方式
目前,电子烟充电装置大多采用硅胶夹紧件对电子烟进行固定,硅胶夹紧件在使用多次后容易发生弹性失效,且硅胶夹紧件的夹紧效果不好。针对现有技术中,电子烟充电装置的夹紧效果不好等缺陷,采用一种能对电子烟进行双重夹紧并使电子烟稳定充电的夹持组件,即在柔性夹持件内设置一刚性弹性件,其中,刚性弹性件的弹性模量大于柔性夹持件的弹性模量,且刚性弹性件能随柔性夹持件的外缩行程而弹性变形以共同夹持电子烟。采用这种结构的夹持组件,在增强电子烟充电装置夹紧效果的同时,还能保护电子烟的外表面不被刮花。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1 、图 2 和图 3 所示,本发明提供的电子烟充电装置的较佳实施例之一中,所述电子烟充电装置为能放置电子烟 1 并具有充电功能的电子烟烟盒,其可用于给电子烟 1 进行充电。具体的,电子烟充电装置包括充电插槽 3 ,及用于与电子烟 1 电连接的充电组件,沿电子烟 1 插入充电插槽 3 的路径上设置有用于夹持电子烟 1 以使电子烟 1 能稳定充电的夹持组件 4 ;夹持组件 4 包括柔性夹持件 41 ,及设于柔性夹持件 41 上的刚性弹性件 43 ,其中,刚性弹性件 43 的弹性模量大于柔性夹持件 41 的弹性模量;刚性弹性件 43 用于在电子烟 1 插入时随柔性夹持件 41 的外缩行程而弹性变形以共同夹持电子烟 1 。
结合图 3 所示,电子烟 1 包括电池杆(图上未标号)和用于产生烟雾的雾化器(图上未示出),电池杆的一端面上设置有用于与电子烟充电装置的充电电极电连接的第一电极连接件 11 和第二电极连接件 12 。本实施例中,电池杆和雾化器为可拆卸连接的结构,可以理解,在其它实施例中,雾化器和电池杆可以为一体结构。
如图 2 所示,电子烟充电装置包括安装座 2 、充电插槽 3 、夹持组件 4 和充电组件(图上未标号),充电组件包括用于与电子烟 1 的第一电极连接件 11 电连接的第一充电电极 5 ,以及用于与电子烟 1 的第二电极连接件 12 电连接的第二充电电极 6 ,所述第一充电电极 5 及第二充电电极 6 电连接至所述电子烟充电装置内的充电电路(图中未示),所述充电电路为现有技术,在此不再赘述。通过采用插设在充电插槽 3 内的柔性夹持件 41 和刚性弹性件 43 双重夹紧电子烟 1 ,使电子烟 1 插入到位后第一电极连接件 11 电连接至第一充电电极 5 ,第二电极连接件 12 电连接的第二充电电极 6 ,使相互之间的电极充分接触,不会因为晃动或夹紧功能不好而使相互之间电极存在接触不良问题,实现了稳定的充电并可有效保护电子烟 1 的目的。
具体的,安装座 2 大致为长方体结构,所述安装座 2 插置于所述电子烟烟盒的壳体 7 内。安装座 2 的一端面上沿电子烟 1 的插入路径上开设有用于供电子烟 1 插置的充电插槽 3 ,所述插入路径为从安装座 2 的端面到底壁形成的插入路径,第一充电电极 5 和第二充电电极 6 分别固定在安装座 2 上、并位于充电插槽 3 的底壁,夹持组件 4 沿电子烟 1 插入充电插槽 3 的路径上设置。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,可以无需设置所述安装座 2 ,直接将所述充电插槽 3 及所述夹持组件 4 设置在所述壳体 7 内;或者所述电子烟充电装置仅用于为电子烟充电等。
本实施例中,夹持组件 4 固定在充电插槽 3 的侧壁上,充电插槽 3 的侧壁上开设有用于纳置固定夹持组件 4 的卡槽(图上未标号),夹持组件 4 固定在所述卡槽中、并至少部分的凸出充电插槽 3 的侧壁外,夹持组件 4 部分突出的厚度为 0.1mm 至 1.5mm ,本实施例最佳方案是 1mm 以下。可以理解,在其它实施例中,夹持组件 4 还可以采用粘结、扣接等其它方式固定在充电插槽 3 的侧壁上。
具体的,如图 3 所示,夹持组件 4 包括柔性夹持件 41 和刚性弹性件 43 。其中,柔性夹持件 41 大致呈环形或开口环的结构。本实施例中,柔性夹持件 41 为中空的圆筒状结构,其固定在充电插槽 3 的侧壁上、并与充电插槽 3 同轴设置,柔性夹持件 41 沿轴向开设有用于供电子烟 1 穿设的穿孔 42 (结合图 4 所示),从穿孔 42 中穿设的电子烟 1 弹性抵接至穿孔 42 的侧壁,使得所述侧壁沿穿孔 42 的径向收缩、并具有一外缩行程,该外缩行程也就是柔性夹持件 41 可发生变形的行程。由于柔性夹持件 41 主要用于夹持固定电子烟 1 ,且在夹持电子烟 1 的同时对电子烟 1 的外侧壁起到一定的保护作用,防止电子烟 1 的外侧壁被刮花。因此,柔性夹持件 41 可以为具有一定柔韧性的硅胶制件、海绵制件或泡沫材料制件等。
进一步的,柔性夹持件 41 内包括至少两个相对间隔设置的刚性弹性件 43 ,且 每一 刚性 弹性件 43 以轴对称的方式固定在 柔性 夹持件 41 内 ,即每一刚性弹性件 43 以轴对称的方式环绕穿孔 42 固定在柔性夹持件 41 内,刚性弹性件 43 和柔性夹持件 41 可以采用一体成型或组装等方式固定连接在一起。刚性弹性件 43 主要用于增强整个夹持组件 4 的夹持力,由于发明中刚性弹性件 43 的弹性模量大于柔性夹持件 41 的弹性模量,因而,刚性弹性件 43 能够更好的夹持电子烟 1 。故本发明将刚性弹性件 43 内嵌在柔性夹持件 41 中,使得刚性弹性件 43 用于在电子烟 1 插入时随柔性夹持件 41 的外缩行程而弹性变形以共同夹持所述电子烟 1 ,这样不仅可以保证能稳定的夹持电子烟 1 ,而且可以避免电子烟 1 的外侧壁被刮花,电子烟 1 起到保护作用。
具体的,结合图 4 所示,本实施例中, 柔性夹持件 41 内包括两个刚性弹性件 43 , 所述刚性弹性件 43 为塑胶制件或金属制件,每一刚性弹性件 43 朝充电插槽 3 的中心轴线方向 相向弯曲或折弯延伸形成具有夹持力、并可沿 柔性夹持件 41 的 径向弹性伸缩的折弯部 44 , 且 每一 刚性弹性件 43 环绕穿孔 42 固定在柔性夹持件 41 内。可以理解的是,刚性弹性件 43 与柔性夹持件 41 的相对位置不同时,夹持组件 4 的结构也不相同。
图 4 示出了 夹持组件 4 的第一种结构,其中, 每一刚性弹性件 43 朝充电插槽 3 的中心轴线方向 相向弯曲形成具有夹持力、并可沿 柔性夹持件 41 的 径向弹性伸缩的折弯部 44 ;柔性夹持件 41 为中空的圆筒状结构,其内沿轴向开设有与刚性弹性件 43 相适配的呈弧形的第一连接孔(图上未标号),且所述第一连接孔的中间部分与穿孔 42 相连通,使得刚性弹性件 43 纳置在所述第一连接孔内、并至少部分的突出 穿孔 42 的侧壁 。由于刚性弹性件 43 部分的突出穿孔 42 的侧壁,当电子烟 1 插入后,刚性弹性件 43 径向朝柔性夹持件 41 的方向挤压,使插入的电子烟 1 可以通过穿孔 42 ,并稳定的固定在充电插槽 3 内。
图 5 示出了 夹持组件 4 的第二种结构,其与图 4 所示第一种结构的不同之处在于第一连接孔(图上未标号)的开设位置。图 5 中,呈弧形的第一连接孔沿柔性夹持件 41 的轴向开设、并与穿孔 42 的侧壁有一定距离。当电子烟 1 插入后,柔性夹持件 41 径向收缩具有一外缩行程,使得刚性弹性件 43 随着柔性夹持件 41 的外缩行程而弹性变形以共同夹持电子烟 1 。为了使刚性弹性件 43 具有更好的夹持效果,每一刚性弹性件 43 的折弯部 44 到穿孔 42 侧壁的直线距离在 0.5mm~1.5mm 范围内。优选的,折弯部 44 到穿孔 42 侧壁的距离为 1mm 。
图 6 示出了 夹持组件 4 的第三种结构,其与图 4 所示第一种结构的不同之处在于柔性夹持件 41 的结构和刚性弹性件 43 的结构。图 6 中,每一刚性弹性件 43 朝充电插槽 3 的中心轴线方向相向折弯延伸形成具有夹持力、并可沿柔性夹持件 41 的径向弹性伸缩的折弯部 44 ;柔性夹持件 41 沿轴向开设有与穿孔 42 同轴的环形凹槽 45 ,环形凹槽 45 的截面形状可以为三角形、矩形或梯形。
其中,环形凹槽 45 的内侧壁上与每一刚性弹性件 43 相对应位置处开设有两个供每一刚性弹性件 43 穿设的第二连接孔(图上未标号),每一刚性弹性件 43 的一端抵接至环形凹槽 45 的外侧壁,每一刚性弹性件 43 的另一端穿过两个第二连接孔中的一个后、折弯延伸并穿过两个第二连接孔中的另一个,使得每一刚性弹性件 43 的另一端与环形凹槽 45 的外侧壁相抵接。由于设置了环形凹槽 45 ,增大了刚性弹性件 43 和柔性夹持件 41 的外缩行程,使得电子烟 1 在刚性弹性件 43 和柔性夹持件 41 共同夹紧作用下更稳定的固定在充电插槽 3 内。
图 7 示出了 夹持组件 4 的第四种结构,其与图 6 所示第三种结构的不同之处在于柔性夹持件 41 的结构。图 7 中,柔性夹持件 41 上没有开设第二连接孔,每一刚性弹性件 43 固定在环形凹槽 45 内,使得每一刚性弹性件 43 的两端抵接至环形凹槽 45 的外侧壁,每一刚性弹性件 43 的折弯部 44 与环形凹槽 45 的内侧壁相抵接。同理,为了使刚性弹性件 43 具有更好的夹持效果,每一刚性弹性件 43 的折弯部 44 到穿孔 42 侧壁的直线距离在 0.5mm~1.5mm 范围内。优选的,折弯部 44 到穿孔 42 侧壁的距离为 1mm 。
图 8 示出了 夹持组件 4 的第五种结构,其与图 6 所示第三种结构的不同之处在于柔性夹持件 41 的结构。图 8 中,柔性夹持件 41 上开设有与刚性弹性件 43 相适配的第三连接孔(图上未示出),所述第三连接孔位于穿孔 42 和环形凹槽 45 之间。其中,每一刚性弹性件 43 的一端固定在柔性夹持件 41 内,每一刚性弹性件 43 的另一端朝充电插槽 3 的中心轴线方向倾斜延伸、并从柔性夹持件 41 的一端伸出,从柔性夹持件 41 一端伸出的刚性弹性件 43 折弯延伸形成具有夹持力的折弯部 44 。
由于柔性夹持件 41 和刚性弹性件 43 同时具有较强的夹持力,因此由柔性夹持件 41 和刚性弹性件 43 共同组合形成的夹持组件 4 具有双重的夹持功能,故其夹持效果更好。可以理解的是,夹持组件 4 的结构不同时,所述夹持组件 4 与从穿孔 42 中穿设的电子烟 1 的抵接方式也不同,则其夹持能力和对电子烟 1 外侧壁的保护效果也不相同。
图 4 和图 6 示出了夹持组件 4 与电子烟 1 之间的第一种连接方式,其中,每一刚性弹性件 43 固定在柔性夹持件 41 内,每一刚性弹性件 43 的折弯部 44 至少部分的凸出穿孔 42 的侧壁,插装在穿孔 42 内的电子烟 1 的外侧壁抵接至折弯部 44 。采用这种结构的夹持组件 4 ,折弯部 44 直接与电子烟 1 相抵接,由于刚性弹性件 43 的弹性模量大于柔性夹持件 41 的弹性模量,因而,刚性弹性件 43 能够更好的夹持电子烟 1 ,使得夹持组件 4 对电子烟 1 的夹持效果较强,但突出的折弯部 44 容易刮花电子烟 1 的外侧壁,因此可以在折弯部 44 与电子烟 1 相互抵持的表面固定一柔性垫(图上未示出),所述柔性垫可以通过粘接层粘接在折弯部 44 上。此外,由于折弯部 44 突出穿孔 42 侧壁的部分不多,因此其对电子烟的外侧壁的影响较小。
图 5 和图 7 示出了夹持组件 4 与电子烟 1 之间的第二种连接方式,其中,每一刚性弹性件 43 内嵌在柔性夹持件 41 内,插装在穿孔 42 内的电子烟 1 的外侧壁弹性抵接至穿孔 42 的侧壁。采用这种结构的夹持组件 4 ,可以对电子烟 1 的外侧壁进行更好的保护,同时提高夹持组件 4 的夹持效果。
图 8 示出了夹持组件 4 与电子烟 1 之间的第三种连接方式,其中,每一刚性弹性件 43 的一端固定在柔性夹持件 41 内,每一刚性弹性件 43 的另一端朝充电插槽 3 的中心轴线方向倾斜延伸、并从柔性夹持件 41 的一端伸出,从柔性夹持件 41 的一端伸出的折弯部 44 抵接至插装在穿孔 42 内的电子烟 1 的外侧壁。同样,为了避免折弯部 44 刮花电子烟 1 的外侧壁,可以在折弯部 44 与电子烟 1 相互抵持的表面固定一柔性垫(图上未示出),所述柔性垫可以通过粘接层粘接在折弯部 44 上。
进一步的,由于柔性夹持件 41 上开设有环形凹槽 45 ,使得柔性夹持件 41 和刚性弹性件 43 的径向收缩的行程距离变大,因而这种结构的夹持组件 4 的夹持效果最好。
此外,本实施例中,夹持组件 4 固定在充电插槽 3 的侧壁上 ,由于夹持组件 4 沿电子烟 1 插入充电插槽 3 的路径上设置, 可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,夹持组件 4 也可以采用粘接、卡接或扣接等方式固定在充电插槽 3 的端口处,使得电子烟 1 先穿过柔性夹持件 41 的穿孔 42 后,再插装至充电插槽 3 内。
进一步的,本实施例中, 柔性夹持件 41 为一中空的圆筒状结构,两个刚性弹性件 43 分别沿柔性夹持件 41 的轴向固定在柔性夹持件 41 内。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,柔性夹持件 41 可以由多个块状体的夹持单元(图上未示出)组成,多个块状体的夹持单元相互间隔环绕形成一环形或开口环结构,每一块状体的夹持单元内均可固定一刚性弹性件 43 。多个块状体的夹持单元 可以选择 8 个, 6 个或 4 个等,本发明优选为 4 个。
进一步的,本发明还提供一种 电子烟充电装置的充电方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 、插入步骤:将电子烟 1 插入至充电插槽 3 中,设置在所述电子烟 1 插入至所述充电插槽 3 的路径上的夹持组件 4 夹紧所述电子烟 1 ,所述夹持组件 4 的刚性弹性件 43 在所述电子烟 1 插入所述充电插槽 3 时、随所述夹持组件 4 的柔性夹持件 41 的外缩行程而弹性变形以共同夹持所述电子烟 1 。
具体的,从穿孔 42 中穿设的电子烟 1 弹性抵接至穿孔 42 的侧壁,使得所述侧壁沿穿孔 42 的径向收缩、并具有一外缩行程,刚性弹性件 43 随着柔性夹持件 41 的外缩行程而弹性变形。由于柔性夹持件 41 和刚性弹性件 43 同时具有较强的夹持力,因此由柔性夹持件 41 和刚性弹性件 43 共同组合形成的夹持组件 4 具有双重的夹持功能,能够将电子烟 1 稳定固定在充电插槽 3 内。
S2 、充电步骤:将所述电子烟 1 插到位夹紧后,使所述电子烟 1 上的电极连接件分别与充电组件弹性抵接,实现相互之间的电连接。
具体的,采用通过插设在充电插槽 3 内的柔性夹持件 41 和刚性弹性件 43 双重夹紧电子烟 1 ,使电子烟 1 和充电插槽 3 内相互之间的电极充分接触,不会因为晃动或夹紧功能不好而使相互之间电极存在接触不良问题,实现了稳定的充电并可有效保护电子烟 1 的目的。
综上所述,本发明采用一种能使电子烟稳定充电的夹持组件,即在柔性夹持件上设置一刚性弹性件,其中,刚性弹性件的弹性模量大于柔性夹持件的弹性模量,且刚性弹性件能随柔性夹持件的外缩行程而弹性变形以共同夹持电子烟。通过采用这种具有双重夹紧结构的夹持组件,不仅能够增强电子烟充电装置的夹紧效果,提高充电效率,还能保护电子烟的外表面不被刮花, 简化了装配过程, 且制作方便,便于自动化生产。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电子烟充电装置,用于给电子烟( 1 )充电,其包括充电插槽( 3 ),及用于与所述电子烟( 1 )电连接的充电组件,其特征在于,沿所述电子烟( 1 )插入所述充电插槽( 3 )的路径上设置有用于夹持所述电子烟( 1 )以使所述电子烟( 1 )能稳定充电的夹持组件( 4 ),所述夹持组件( 4 )包括柔性夹持件( 41 ),及设于所述柔性夹持件( 41 )上的刚性弹性件( 43 );其中,所述刚性弹性件( 43 )的弹性模量大于所述柔性夹持件( 41 )的弹性模量,所述刚性弹性件( 43 )用于在所述电子烟( 1 )插入所述充电插槽( 3 )时随所述柔性夹持件( 41 )的外缩行程而弹性变形以共同夹持所述电子烟( 1 )。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟充电装置还包括安装座( 2 ),所述充电插槽( 3 )沿所述电子烟( 1 )的插入路径开设在所述安装座( 2 )上;所述柔性夹持件( 41 )固定在所述充电插槽( 3 )的侧壁上、并与所述充电插槽( 3 )同轴设置,所述刚性弹性件( 43 )可随所述柔性夹持件( 41 )的弹性变形而同向径向收缩。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述柔性夹持件( 41 )内包括至少两个间隔设置的所述刚性弹性件( 43 ),每一所述刚性弹性件( 43 )以轴对称的方式固定在所述柔性夹持件( 41 )内。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述刚性弹性件( 43 )为塑胶制件或金属制件。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述柔性夹持件( 41 )为硅胶制件、海绵制件或泡沫材料制件。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述柔性夹持件( 41 )呈环形或开口环结构。
  7. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述柔性夹持件( 41 )沿轴向开设有供所述电子烟( 1 )穿设的穿孔( 42 ),穿设在所述穿孔( 42 )内的所述电子烟( 1 )弹性抵接至所述穿孔( 42 )的侧壁,所述侧壁沿所述穿孔( 42 )的径向收缩、并带动所述刚性弹性件( 43 )弹性变形以共同夹持所述电子烟( 1 )。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述柔性夹持件( 41 )内包括两个所述刚性弹性件( 43 ),每一所述刚性弹性件( 43 )朝所述充电插槽( 3 )的中心轴线方向相向弯曲或折弯延伸形成具有夹持力、并可沿径向弹性伸缩的折弯部( 44 ),每一所述刚性弹性件( 43 )环绕所述穿孔( 42 )设置。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,每一所述刚性弹性件( 43 )内嵌在所述柔性夹持件( 41 )内,插装在所述穿孔( 42 )内的所述电子烟( 1 )的外侧壁弹性抵接至所述穿孔( 42 )的侧壁。
  10. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,每一所述刚性弹性件( 43 )固定在所述柔性夹持件( 41 )内,每一所述刚性弹性件( 43 )的折弯部( 44 )至少部分的凸出所述穿孔( 42 )的侧壁,插装在所述穿孔( 42 )内的所述电子烟( 1 )的外侧壁抵接至所述折弯部( 44 )。
  11. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,每一所述刚性弹性件( 43 )的一端固定在所述柔性夹持件( 41 )内,每一所述刚性弹性件( 43 )的另一端朝所述充电插槽( 3 )的中心轴线方向倾斜延伸、并从所述柔性夹持件( 41 )的一端伸出,从所述柔性夹持件( 41 )的一端伸出的所述折弯部( 44 )抵接至插装在所述穿孔( 42 )内的所述电子烟( 1 )的外侧壁。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述柔性夹持件( 41 )的端面上沿轴向开设有与所述穿孔( 42 )同轴设置的环形凹槽( 45 ),所述环形凹槽( 45 )的截面形状为三角形、矩形或梯形。
  13. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述折弯部( 44 )与所述电子烟( 1 )相互抵持的表面还固定有柔性垫,所述柔性垫通过粘结层粘接在所述折弯部( 44 )上。
  14. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述充电组件包括设置在所述充电插槽( 3 )底壁的第一充电电极( 5 )和第二充电电极( 6 );
    所述第一充电电极( 5 )与插装至所述充电插槽( 3 )内的电子烟( 1 )的第一电极连接件( 11 )电连接,所述第二充电电极( 6 )与插装至所述充电插槽( 3 )内的电子烟( 1 )的第二电极连接件( 12 )电连接。
  15. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于,所述电子烟充电装置为电子烟烟盒。
  16. 一种电子烟充电装置的充电方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1 、插入步骤:将电子烟( 1 )插入至充电插槽( 3 )中,沿所述电子烟( 1 )插入至所述充电插槽( 3 )的路径上设置的夹持组件( 4 )夹紧所述电子烟( 1 ),所述夹持组件( 4 )的刚性弹性件( 43 )在所述电子烟( 1 )插入所述充电插槽( 3 )时、随所述夹持组件( 4 )的柔性夹持件( 41 )的外缩行程而弹性变形以共同夹持所述电子烟( 1 );
    S2 、充电步骤:将所述电子烟( 1 )插到位夹紧后,使所述电子烟( 1 )上的电极连接件分别与充电组件弹性抵接,实现相互之间的电连接。
