如图 2 所示,所述夹持结构 3 包括两个,将两个相同的夹持结构 3 分别描述为第一夹持结构和第二夹持结构,所述第一夹持结构和第二夹持结构间隔设置并轴向贯穿在所述雾化座 1 内。所述第一电极 4 朝向所述第一夹持结构的一端延伸有第一连接臂 41 ,所述第一连接臂 41 插接至所述第一夹持结构内,使第一电极 4 与所述第一夹持结构形成插拔连接。同样,所述第二电极 5 朝向所述第二夹持结构的一端延伸有第二连接臂 51 ,所述第二连接臂 51 插接至所述第二夹持结构内,使第二电极 5 与所述第二夹持结构形成插拔连接。
如图 3 所示,所述雾化座 1 内开设有供所述夹持结构 3 轴向贯穿的通孔 11 , 所述通孔 11 的内侧壁上抵接固定有相互抵持的第一连接件 31 和第二连接件 32 ,所述第一连接件 31 和第二连接件 32 相对于所述通孔 11 的中轴线对称设置。所述第一连接件 31 和第二连接件 32 均为呈曲折延伸状的弹性件,并且所述第一连接件 31 和第二连接件 32 共同组合形成所述夹持结构 3 。由于所述第一连接件 31 和第二连接件 32 为相对于所述通孔 11 的中轴线对称设置的呈曲折延伸状的弹性件,因而可增强所述夹持结构 3 的夹持力。
所述第一连接件 31 和第二连接件 32 远离所述雾化件 2 的一端共同形成 夹持所述第一连接臂 41 和 第二连接臂 51 的第一压掣位 300 ,所述第一连接臂 41 插接至第一夹持结构中的第一压掣位 300 内并与雾化件 2 的一端电连接,第二连接臂 51 插接至第二夹持结构的第一压掣位 300 内并与雾化件 2 的另一端电连接。所述第一连接件 31 和第二连接件 32 靠近所述雾化件 2 的一端共同形成第二压掣位 301 ,所述雾化件 2 通过所述第二压掣位 301 与插接在 第一压掣位 300 内的第一连接臂 41 和 第二连接臂 51 电连接。
如图 3 并结合图 2 所示,所述雾化件 2 的两端分别连接有第一导线 21 和第二导线 22 , 所述第一导线 21 远离所述雾化件 2 的一端插接至第一夹持结构形成导电连接,第二导线 22 远离所述雾化件 2 的一端插接至第二夹持结构形成导电连接。所述第一导线 21 插接至第一夹持结构的第二压掣位 301 ,与插接至第一夹持结构的第一压掣位 300 内的第一连接臂 41 电连接。同样,所述第二导线 22 插接至第二夹持结构的第二压掣位 301 ,与插接至第二夹持结构的第一压掣位 300 内的 第二连接臂 51 电连接。
组装过程中,首先将连接在雾化件 2 一端的第一导线 21 远离所述雾化件 2 的一端插接至所述第一夹持结构中,同时将第二导线 22 远离所述雾化件 2 的一端插接至所述第二夹持结构中;然后将第一电极 4 的第一连接臂 41 插接至所述第一夹持结构的第一压掣位 300 ;最后将绝缘体 6 套装在所述第一电极 4 外,同时将第二电极 5 套装在所述绝缘体 6 外,使得第二连接臂 51 插接至第二夹持结构的第一压掣位 300 。
通过使用所述夹持结构 3 ,所述第一电极 4 和第二电极 5 与所述雾化座 1 形成插拔连接,使得第一电极 4 通过可导电的第一夹持结构与雾化件 2 一端的第一导线 21 电连接,第二电极 5 通过可导电的第二夹持结构与雾化件 2 另一端的第二导线 22 电连接,避免了以往通过将导线穿过雾化座 1 来实现第一电极 4 和第二电极 5 与雾化件 2 之间的电连接,这样简化了装配工艺,更有利于自动化生产。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,第一电极 4 或第二电极 5 的一端 与夹持结构 3 插接相连并通过夹持结构 3 与雾化件 2 电连接。即所述第一连接件 31 和第二连接件 32 远离所述雾化件 2 的一端共同形成 夹持所述第一连接臂 41 或 第二连接臂 51 的第一压掣位 300 ,使得第一电极 4 或第二电极 5 通过插接相连与雾化件 2 导电连接。
同理,第一导线 21 或第二导线 22 远离所述雾化件 2 的一端插接至所述夹持结构 3 形成导电连接,即第一导线 21 或第二导线 22 通过与夹持结构 3 插接相连形成导电连接。
本发明较佳实施例之一提供一种雾化组件,所述电池组件(图上未标示)与雾化组件组合形成电子烟。所述雾化组件和电池组件可以是一体结构,即所述雾化组件和电池组件共用一个 套管(图上未标示),所述雾化组件和电池组件也可以是可拆卸的连接在一起的结构,由于所述套管和电池组件均为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
图 4 示出了本发明的较佳实施例之二提供的雾化组件的雾化件与雾化座连接的结构示意图,所述雾化组件与电池组件(图上未示出)组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件包括雾化座 1 、雾化件 2 、夹持结构 3 、第一电极 4 、第二电极 5 和绝缘体 6 。其与实施例之一的不同之处在于 所述第一导线 21 和第二导线 22 远离所述雾化件 2 的一端与所述夹持结构 3 通过铆接形成导电连接。
如图 4 所示,所述第一连接件 31 和第二连接件 32 靠近所述雾化件 2 的一端共同形成一 间隙 302 。所述第一导线 21 铆接至第一夹持结构的所述间隙 302 内, 使得第一导线 21 通过第一夹持结构与第一电极 4 导电连接;同样,第二导线 22 铆接至第二夹持结构的所述间隙 302 内, 使得第二导线 22 通过第二夹持结构与第二电极 5 导电连接。
组装过程中,首先将所述第一导线 21 铆接至第一夹持结构的间隙 302 内,同时将第二导线 22 铆接至第二夹持结构的间隙 302 内;然后将第一电极 4 的第一连接臂 41 插接至所述第一夹持结构的第一压掣位 300 ;最后将绝缘体 6 套装在所述第一电极 4 外,同时将第二电极 5 套装在所述绝缘体 6 外,使得第二连接臂 51 插接至第二夹持结构的第一压掣位 300 。通过所述夹持结构 3 ,第一导线 21 与第一电极 4 电连接,第二导线 22 与第二电极 5 电连接。
图 5 示出了本发明的较佳实施例之三提供的雾化组件的雾化件与雾化座连接的结构示意图,所述雾化组件与电池组件(图上未示出)组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件包括雾化座 1 、雾化件 2 、夹持结构 3 、第一电极 4 、第二电极 5 和绝缘体 6 。其与实施例之一的不同之处在于 所述第一导线 21 和第二导线 22 远离所述雾化件 2 的一端与所述夹持结构 3 通过焊接形成导电连接。
如图 5 所示,所述第一连接件 31 和第二连接件 32 靠近所述雾化件 2 的一端共同形成一密闭状的端面 303 。 所述第一导线 21 焊接至第一夹持结构的所述端面 303 ,使得第一导线 21 与插接在第一夹持结构内的第一电极 4 导电连接;同样, 第二导线 22 焊接至第二夹持结构的所述端面 303 ,使得第二导线 22 与插接在第二夹持结构内的第二电极 5 导电连接。
组装过程中,首先将所述第一导线 21 焊接至第一夹持结构的所述端面 303 上,将第二导线 22 焊接至第二夹持结构的所述端面 303 上;然后将第一电极 4 的第一连接臂 41 插接至所述第一夹持结构的第一压掣位 300 ;最后将绝缘体 6 套装在所述第一电极 4 外,同时将第二电极 5 套装在所述绝缘体 6 外,使得第二连接臂 51 插接至第二夹持结构的第一压掣位 300 。通过所述夹持结构 3 ,第一导线 21 与第一电极 4 电连接,第二导线 22 与第二电极 5 电连接。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件包括雾化件( 2 )、 雾化座( 1 )以及与所述雾化件( 2 )电连接的第一电极( 4 )和第二电极( 5 ),其特征在于,所述 雾化座( 1 )轴向贯穿有至少一与所述雾化件( 2 )电连接的 夹持结构( 3 ),所述第一电极( 4 )和 / 或第二电极( 5 )的一端 与所述夹持结构( 3 )插接相连并通过所述夹持结构( 3 )与所述雾化件( 2 )电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化件( 2 )为电热丝或超声波雾化器。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于, 所述第一电极( 4 )和 / 或第二电极( 5 )具有朝向所述 夹持结构( 3 )延伸的连接臂,所述连接臂用于插接至所述夹持结构( 3 )内。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述夹持结构( 3 )包括两个,分别为第一夹持结构和第二夹持结构,所述第一夹持结构和第二夹持结构间隔设置并轴向贯穿在所述雾化座( 1 )内;
    所述第一电极( 4 )朝向所述第一 夹持结构的一端延伸有所述连接臂,所述连接臂为第一连接臂( 41 ),所述第一连接臂( 41 )插接至所述第一夹持结构内;所述连接臂还包括设置在所述第二电极( 5 )朝向所述第二夹持结构一端的第二连接臂( 51 ),所述第二连接臂( 51 )插接至所述第二夹持结构内。
  5. 根据权利要求 3 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化座( 1 )内开设有供所述夹持结构( 3 )轴向贯穿的通孔( 11 ),所述通孔( 11 )的内侧壁上抵接固定有相互抵持的第一连接件( 31 )和第二连接件( 32 );
    所述夹持结构( 3 )由所述第一连接件( 31 )和第二连接件( 32 )共同组合形成,所述第一连接件( 31 )和第二连接件( 32 )远离所述雾化件( 2 )的一端共同形成 夹持所述连接臂的第一压掣位( 300 )。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 31 )和第二连接件( 32 )均为呈曲折延伸状的弹性件。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 31 )和第二连接件( 32 )相对于所述通孔( 11 )的中轴线对称设置。
  8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述夹持结构( 3 )包括两个,所述雾化件( 2 )的两端分别连接有第一导线( 21 )和第二导线( 22 ),所述第一导线( 21 )和 / 或第二导线( 22 )远离所述雾化件( 2 )的一端与所述夹持结构( 3 )形成夹持、铆接或焊接导电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述夹持结构( 3 )靠近所述雾化件( 2 ) 的一端形成有夹持所述第一导线( 21 )和 / 或第二导线( 22 ) 的第二压掣位( 301 ),使得所述第一导线( 21 )和 / 或第二导线( 22 ) 与所述夹持机构( 3 )形成所述夹持导电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求 8 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述夹持结构( 3 )靠近所述雾化件( 2 ) 的一端形成有供所述第一导线( 21 )和 / 或第二导线( 22 ) 铆接的间隙( 302 ),使得所述第一导线( 21 )和 / 或第二导线( 22 ) 与所述夹持机构( 3 )形成所述铆接导电连接。
  11. 根据权利要求 8 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述夹持结构( 3 )靠近所述雾化件( 2 ) 的一端为密闭状的端面( 303 ),所述第一导线( 21 )和 / 或第二导线( 22 )焊接在所述端面( 303 )上并与 所述夹持机构( 3 )形成所述焊接导电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一电极( 4 )和第二电极( 5 )之间还设置有绝缘体( 6 ),所述第二电极( 5 )套设在所述绝缘体( 6 )外与所述第一电极( 4 )电气隔离。
  13. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括雾化件( 2 )、 雾化座( 1 )以及与所述雾化件( 2 )电连接的第一电极( 4 )和第二电极( 5 ),其特征在于,所述 雾化座( 1 )轴向贯穿有至少一与所述雾化件( 2 )电连接的 夹持结构( 3 ),所述第一电极( 4 )和 / 或第二电极( 5 )的一端 与所述夹持结构( 3 )插接相连并通过所述夹持结构( 3 )与所述雾化件( 2 )电连接。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化件( 2 )为电热丝或超声波雾化器。
  15. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括电池组件,所述雾化组件和电池组件为一体结构或可拆卸连接的结构。
