Abstract

1. Le présent modèle d'utilité concerne un jeu d'instruments permettant de réaliser une chirurgie atraumatique dans des cas de hauteur de crête résiduelle présentant des valeurs inférieures à 5 mm, avec possibilité d'obtenir un gain de hauteur de l'ordre de 10 mm ou plus. 2. Le jeu d'instruments comprend cinq élévateurs de membrane, qui sont une variation des ostéotomes coudés de Summers, avec des hauteurs de 1, 2, 3, 4 et 5 mm, et trois dispositifs d'insertion de manière pour greffon avec des hauteurs de 1, 2 et 3 mm. 3. Le présent modèle d'utilité, intitulé "Élévateur de membrane sinusienne, dispositif d'insertion de matière pour greffon dans un sinus maxillaire", se caractérise avantageusement en ce qu'il permet de réduire la morbidité pour les patients qui, auparavant soumis à une technique traumatique, peuvent désormais être soumis à une technique atraumatique.
