实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:所述电子烟设置有三个电极,以实现电池对控制板和雾化组件的供电,所述电池与其它器件之间为可拆卸的插接或弹性抵接相连,不需要现有技术中用于连接的导线,因而组装过程中不需要人工焊线,缩短所述电子烟的组装时间,利于自动化生产,并且能够降低产品的不良率,从而提高所述电子烟的生产效率。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1 所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一 提供一种电子烟,其包括雾化组件(图上未标示)和电池组件,所述电池组件包括电池套 1 、电池 2 、控制单元、第一弹性件 6 、第一电极连接件 7 、绝缘环 8 、内螺纹套 9 以及灯头组件 10 ,所述控制单元包括连接座 3 、控制板 4 和安装所述控制板 4 的安装座 5 。所述电池套 1 大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其内壁由导电材料制成。
如图 2 所示,电池 2 (朝向所述第一电极连接件 7 )的一端面上设置有第一电极 201 ,所述第一电极 201 采用圆柱式结构,沿远离所述第一电极 201 的所述电池 2 另一端面上轴向延伸有 第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 ,第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 为间隔设置,所述第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 分别采用插针式结构。该电池 2 安装在电池套 1 内部(结合图 6 ),并沿所述电池套 1 轴向设置。其中,所述第一电极 201 可以为电池 2 的负极,亦可为电池 2 的正极,所述第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 分别为电池 2 的正极或负极。
如图 3 所示,控制板 4 包括第一插脚 401 、第二插脚 402 以及第三插脚 403 ,该控制板 4 集成有气流传感器和控制电路等结构,其安装在电池套 1 内部(结合图 6 )。控制板 4 的第一插脚 401 与第三插脚 403 作为控制板 4 的输入端,即电池 2 可通过所述第一插脚 401 与第三插脚 403 实现对控制板 4 的供电。而第二插脚 402 用于将控制板 4 的控制电压输出。
如图 4 所示,安装座 5 上设有第一安装孔 501 、第二安装孔 502 以及第三安装孔 503 。安装座 5 采用电性绝缘材料制成,控制板 4 安装在该安装座 5 上。其中,第一插脚 401 插装在第一安装孔 501 内,第二插脚 402 插装在第二安装孔 502 内,第三插脚 403 插装在第三安装孔 503 内。
连接座 3 设置在所述电池 2 和安装座 5 形成的第二容纳空间 104 内, 如图 5 所示,连接座 3 上开设有第一插接孔 301 、第二插接孔 302 、第三插接孔 303 、第四插接孔 304 和第五插接孔 305 ,所述连接座 3 为 PCB 电路板,其上布置有必要的电路。将电池 2 的第二电极 202 及第三电极 203 分别对应插接至 PCB 电路板的第一插接孔 301 和第二插接孔 302 中形成可拆卸的插拔连接。同时,将控制板 4 的第一插脚 401 、第二插脚 402 以及第三插脚 403 分别对应插接至 PCB 电路板的第三插接孔 303 、第四插接孔 304 和第五插接孔 305 中形成可拆卸的插拔连接。其中,电池 2 的第二电极 202 和控制板 4 的第一插脚 401 通过 PCB 电路板中的电路电连接,电池 2 的第三电极 203 和控制板 4 的第三插脚 403 通过 PCB 电路板中的电路电连接,从而实现电池 2 对控制板 4 的供电。
此外,所述 PCB 电路板上设有第一弹片引脚 306 ,所述第一弹片引脚 306 包括第一连接部 306a 和沿所述第一连接部 306a 延伸折弯的第一抵持部 306b ,所述第一连接部 306a 固定在所述 PCB 电路板上,所述第一抵持部 306b 抵接至外套管 1 弹性接触形成导电连接。第一弹片引脚 306 和控制板 4 的第二插脚 402 通过 PCB 中的电路电连接,即第二插脚 402 通过所述第一弹片引脚 306 将控制板 4 的控制电压输出。
如图 6 所示,电池套 1 远离控制板 4 的一端内安装有第一弹性件 6 、第一电极连接件 7 、绝缘环 8 和内螺纹套 9 ,电池 2 与第一电极连接件 7 之间形成第一容纳空间 103 ,所述第一电极连接件 7 部分地延伸至所述第一容纳空间 103 中;第一电极 201 设置于所述第一容纳空间 103 中并 与第一弹性件 6 相抵接,形成可拆卸连接结构。所述第一弹性件 6 为导电弹簧,且第一弹性件 6 同轴套在所述第一电极连接件 7 上,内螺纹套 9 和电池套 1 过盈配合,所述第一电极连接件 7 和内螺纹套 9 之间设置有绝缘环 8 ,以实现电气隔离。电池套 1 靠近控制板 4 的一端还设置有灯头组件 10 ,灯头组件和电池 2 电连接,当电子烟处于工作状态时,灯头组件 10 发光以指示电子烟的不同工作状态。
本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子烟,还包括雾化组件(图上未标示),所述雾化组件和电池组件可以是一体结构,即所述雾化组件和电池组件共用一个外套管,所述 电池套 1 为所述外套管的一部分;所述雾化组件和电池组件也可以是可拆卸的连接在一起的结构,所述雾化组件为现有技术,在此不再赘述。内螺纹套 9 、第一电极连接件 7 分别与所述雾化组件连接,用于给雾化组件提供工作时所需的电源。
由于内螺纹套 9 与电池套 1 过盈配合,电池套 1 又与连接座 3 上的第一弹片引脚 306 弹性抵接。所以,当电子烟处于工作状态时,控制板 4 能够将电压依次通过第一弹片引脚 306 、电池套 1 和内螺纹套 9 传到雾化组件中发热丝(图上未标示)的一端。另一方面,第一电极连接件 7 通过第一弹性件 6 与电池 2 的第一电极 201 电连接。所以,当电子烟处于工作状态时,电池 2 能够将电压通过第一弹性件 6 和第一电极连接件 7 传到雾化组件中发热丝的另一端。由此,实现电池给发热丝供电。
图 7 示出了本发明较佳实施例之二提供的一种电子烟,其与实施例之一的不同之处在于电池 2 的结构、 第一电极 201 与第一电极连接件 7 之间电连接的结构。
如图 7 所示,电池 2 的一端面上设有第一电极 201 ,所述第一电极 201 为沿所述第一电极连接件 7 的一端面轴向延伸的柱形插针, 沿远离所述第一电极 201 的所述电池 2 另一端面上轴向延伸有 第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 ,第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 为间隔设置,所述第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 仍采用插针式结构。其中,所述第一电极 201 可以为电池 2 的负极,亦可为电池 2 的正极,所述第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 分别为电池 2 的正极或负极。
本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟,其上的第一电极 201 与第一电极连接件 7 直接接触。所述第一电极连接件 7 靠近电池 2 的一端设置有与第一电极 201 相适配的插孔, 将电池 2 的第一电极 201 插接至所述插孔中形成插拔连接,实现两者之间的电连接。
由于内螺纹套 9 与电池套 1 过盈配合,电池套 1 又与连接座 3 上的第一弹片引脚 306 弹性抵接。所以,当电子烟处于工作状态时,控制板 4 能够将电压依次通过第一弹片引脚 306 、电池套 1 和内螺纹套 9 传到雾化组件中发热丝的一端。另一方面,第一电极连接件 7 与电池 2 的第一电极 201 直接连接。所以,当电子烟处于工作状态时,电池 2 能够将电压通过第一电极连接件 7 传到雾化组件中发热丝的另一端。由此,实现电池给发热丝供电。
图 8 示出了本发明较佳实施例之三提供的一种电子烟,其与实施例之一的不同之处在于电池 2 的结构、控制单元的结构、 第一电极 201 与第一电极连接件 7 的电连接结构、第二电极 202 与 第一插脚 401 的电连接结构以及第三电极 203 与 第三插脚 403 的电连接结构。
如图 8 所示,电池 2 的一端面上设有第一电极 201 ,所述第一电极 201 采用弹片式结构。第一电极 201 的一端固定在电池 2 上,另一端向远离电池 2 的一侧延伸,抵接至所述第一电极连接件 7 上,以实现两者之间的电连接。沿远离所述第一电极 201 的所述电池 2 另一端面上轴向延伸有 第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 , 第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 为间隔设置,所述第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 仍采用插针式结构。其中,所述第一电极 201 可以为电池 2 的负极,亦可为电池 2 的正极,所述第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 分别为电池 2 的正极或负极。
如图 8 、图 9 所示,控制单元包括控制板 4 、安装所述控制板 4 的安装座 5 、 第二弹性件 102 和第三弹性件 101 。控制板 4 上安装有第一插脚 401 、第三插脚 403 以及第二弹性引脚 404 。所述第一插脚 401 与电池 2 上第二电极 202 电连接,所述第三插脚 403 与电池 2 上第三电极 203 电连接,以实现电池 2 对控制板 4 的供电。所述第二弹性引脚 404 包括第二连接部 404a 和沿所述第二连接部 404a 延伸折弯的第二抵持部 404b ,所述第二连接部 404a 固定在所述控制板 4 上,第二抵持部 404b 抵接至外套管 1 弹性接触形成导电连接,将控制板 4 的控制电压输出。如图 8 所示,控制板 4 的第一插脚 401 上套装有第二弹性件 102 ,第三插脚 403 上套装有第三弹性件 101 ,所述第二弹性件 102 和第三弹性件 101 均为导电弹簧。
如图 10 、图 11 所示,安装座 5 上设有两个安装孔,分别为第一安装孔 501 和第三安装孔 503 。控制板 4 安装在该安装座 5 上,将控制板 4 上的第一插脚 401 以及套装在第一插脚 401 上的第二弹性件 102 一同插装在所述第一安装孔 501 内;将控制板 4 上的第三插脚 403 以及套装在第三插脚 403 上的第三弹性件 101 一同插装在所述第三安装孔 503 内。
如图 8 、图 11 所示,将电池 2 一端的第二电极 202 和第三电极 203 分别插接至安装座 5 上的两个安装孔内,即将第二电极 202 插接至第一安装孔 501 内,将第三电极 203 插接至第三安装孔 503 内。这样第二电极 202 与插装在第一安装孔 501 内的第一插脚 401 通过第二弹性片 102 弹性接触,实现第二电极 202 与第一插脚 401 之间的电连接。第三电极 203 与插装在第三安装孔 503 内的第三插脚 403 通过第三弹性件 101 弹性接触,实现第三电极 203 与第三插脚 403 之间的电连接。
由于内螺纹套 9 与电池套 1 过盈配合,电池套 1 又与控制板 4 上的第二弹性引脚 404 弹性抵接。所以,当电子烟处于工作状态时,控制板 4 能够将电压依次通过第二弹性引脚 404 、电池套 1 和内螺纹套 9 传到雾化组件中发热丝的一端。另一方面,第一电极连接件 7 与电池 2 的第一电极 201 直接接触。所以,当电子烟处于工作状态时,电池 2 能够将电压通过第一电极连接件 7 传到雾化组件中发热丝的另一端。由此,实现电池给发热丝供电。
虽然本 发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件及电池组件,所述电池组件包括电池套( 1 ),安装在所述电池套( 1 )内的电池( 2 )及用于控制所述雾化组件工作的控制单元;其特征在于:所述电池( 2 )的一端设置有用于与所述雾化组件电连接的 第一电极( 201 ),所述电池( 2 )的另一端设置有 第二电极( 202 )和第三电极( 203 ),所述第二电极( 202 )和第三电极( 203 )与所述控制单元电连接,所述 电池( 2 )可拆卸连接于所述雾化组件与所述 控制单元之间。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件和电池组件为可拆卸连接,所述电池组件与所述雾化组件的连接处设置有用于与所述雾化组件电连接的第一电极连接件( 7 ), 所述电池( 2 )与所述第一电极连接件( 7 )之间形成第一容纳空间( 103 ),所述第一电极( 201 )设置于所述第一容纳空间( 103 )中,所述第一电极( 201 )与所述第一电极连接件( 7 )插接或弹性抵接形成导电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述第一电极连接件( 7 )部分地延伸至所述第一容纳空间 ( 103 ) 中,所述第一电极连接件( 7 )上同轴套装有 第一弹性件( 6 ),所述第一弹性件( 6 )与 所述第一电极( 201 )形成所述弹性抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述第一弹性件( 6 )为导电弹簧,所述 第一电极( 201 )为圆柱结构 。
  5. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述第一电极连接件( 7 )部分地延伸至所述第一容纳空间 ( 103 ) 中,所述 第一电极( 201 )为沿朝向所述 第一电极连接件( 7 )一端面轴向延伸的柱形插针, 所述 第一电极连接件( 7 )朝向所述电池( 2 )的一端设置有与所述第一电极( 201 )相适配的插孔,所述 第一电极( 201 )与所述 第一电极连接件( 7 )形成所述插接连接。
  6. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述第一电极连接件( 7 )部分地延伸至所述第一容纳空间 ( 103 ) 中,所述 第一电极( 201 )为沿所述 第一电极连接件( 7 )一端面延伸的弹片,所述弹片与 所述 第一电极连接件( 7 )的端面形成所述弹性抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二电极( 202 )和所述第三电极( 203 )的极性相反,所述第二电极( 202 )和所述第三电极( 203 )插接至所述控制单元形成电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述控制单元包括连接座( 3 )、控制板( 4 )和安装所述控制板( 4 )的安装座( 5 ),所述连接座( 3 )设置在所述电池( 2 )和安装座( 5 )形成的第二容纳空间( 104 )内;
    所述控制板( 4 )上设置有至少两个插脚,每一所述插脚穿过所述安装座( 5 )上的安装孔插接至所述连接座( 3 )的插接孔中;
    其中,所述 第二电极( 202 )和所述第三电极( 203 )分别与所述插脚的其中两个形成电连接 。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述控制板( 4 )的一端面上设置有第一插脚( 401 )、第二插脚( 402 )和第三插脚( 403 );
    所述第一插脚( 401 )、第二插脚( 402 )和第三插脚( 403 )分别插接至所述连接座( 3 )上的所述插接孔中,其中,所述第一插脚( 401 )和第三插脚( 403 )分别与所述第二电极( 202 )和第三电极( 203 )形成电连接,所述第二插脚( 402 )电连接至所述雾化组件。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述连接座( 3 )为开设有多个电性插接孔的 PCB 电路板;所述 PCB 电路板包括 第一插接孔 ( 301 ) 、第二插接孔 ( 302 ) 、第三插接孔 ( 303 ) 、第四插接孔 ( 304 )和 第五插接孔 ( 305 ),分别对应插接所述 第二电极( 202 )、第三电极( 203 )、 第一插脚( 401 )、第二插脚( 402 )和第三插脚( 403 ),形成插拔连接。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述 PCB 电路板还设置有 第一弹片引脚( 306 ) ,所述 第一弹片引脚( 306 )包括第一连接部( 306a )和沿所述第一连接部( 306a )一端延伸折弯的第一抵持部( 306b ),所述第一连接部( 306a ) 固定在所述 PCB 板上并与所述第二插脚( 402 )电连接,所述第一 抵持部( 306b ) 抵接至所述外套管( 1 )弹性接触形成导电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述 安装座( 5 )上设有第一安装孔( 501 )、第二安装孔( 502 )和第三安装孔( 503 ), 分别对应插接所述第一插脚( 401 )、第二插脚( 402 )和第三插脚( 403 )。
  13. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述控制单元包括控制板( 4 )、安装所述控制板( 4 )的安装座( 5 )、 第二弹性件( 102 )和 第三弹性件( 101 ),所述第二弹性件( 102 )和 第三弹性件( 101 )均为导电弹簧 ;
    所述控制板( 4 )上设置有至少两个插脚,其中,所述 第二电极( 202 )和所述第三电极( 203 )分别与所述插脚的其中两个形成电连接 。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述控制板( 4 )的一端面上设置有第一插脚( 401 )和第三插脚( 403 );
    所述第一插脚( 401 )通过套装在其上的所述 第二弹性件( 102 )与所述第二电极( 202 )弹性接触形成电连接; 所述 第三插脚( 403 ) 通过套装在其上的所述 第三弹性件( 101 )与所述第三电极( 203 )弹性接触形成电连接 。
  15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述控制板( 4 )上还包括 第二弹片引脚( 404 ),所述第二弹片引脚( 404 )包括第二连接部( 404a )和沿所述第二连接部( 404a )一端延伸折弯的第二抵持部( 404b ),所述第二连接部( 404a )固定在所述控制板( 4 )上,所述第二抵持部( 404b ) 抵接至所述外套管( 1 )弹性接触形成导电连接。
  16. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述 安装座( 5 )上设有第一安装孔( 501 )和第三安装孔( 503 ), 分别对应插接所述第一插脚( 401 )和第三插脚( 403 )。
  17. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括依次套设在所述第一电极连接件( 7 )外的绝缘套( 8 )和 内螺纹套( 9 ),所述内螺纹套( 9 )分别与所述雾化组件及所述控制单元电连接。
  18. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于: 所述电池套( 1 )靠近控制单元的一端设置有灯头组件( 10 )。
