Definitions
- the present invention (FIGURE 42.) of the plastic packaging industry consists of a set of inventions composed of an unprecedentedly shaped, large, concave-shaped Flagon Waist similar to an apple or pear bitten through. which can also be produced in the ordinary form (FIGURE 2.), made from polymeric material suitable for storing mineral or potable table water, which includes processes for producing the carboy (FIGURES 47. to 54.) from its mold and their respective unpublished upper and lower 2-neck preforms (FIGURES 43 through 46) having a capacity of 20L (can be produced from 5L).
- the other "Bottleneck" (FIGURE 27), unpublished, is located at the bottom of the carboy (42.3) and has an external thread (grooved by vertical grooves for air intake (FIGURE 28.) and 2 (two) rings parallel to the around the bottom of the carboy to screw in and seal there the sealed Bottom Bottom Sigh (FIGS. 27-34) that seals the water outlet when closed and sealed, and / or being opened by breaking its seal (FIGURES 33. and 34.), allows the air to enter as a continuous gasp at the bottom of the carboy (already set upside down in the Base Bracket - FIGURE 42.), thereby releasing water from the Lid.
- MATERIALS USED AND PARTS. MATERIALS It is used in the manufacture of devices and parts parts of the inventive set, polymers and their blends, fit for human food and / or table drinking or mineral water; a metal tube around 12cm long x 2cm in diameter; 2 magnets matching the tube; a natural fiber cord such as cotton or a polymer cord as nylon for the strap; two latex or silicone sealing rings, four screws and one spring, all stainless steel, for the Faucet Cap.
- FIGURE 1. In addition to providing a more pleasing appearance to the consumer of table water or drinking water, it also enables an ergonomic medium that reduces physical effort and strength less a person's spine (same objective: PHOTO 9.) when it is lifting it full of water and holding it with both hands, one on each side at its waist below the lower convex part, to be placed on the Base Support (FIGURES 40. and 41. ) upside down (FIGURE 42.) and thus can serve the water. Note that the carboy can be filled with water and can be lifted upside down when the Sigh Cap (FIGURE 31.) is closed and the Faucet Cap (FIGURE 15.) will not allow it to be flushed. water out of the carboy, perfectly sealed by said caps.
- PHOTO 9. base Support
- the upper neck of the carboy has an oval-shaped blade (1.5) (top view: FIGURE 3.) arranged around it horizontally and which surrounds it near the body of the carboy and which is traversed by two holes (1.5.), Oval (top view: FIGURE 3.) juxtaposed on each side of the neck and close to it, to allow the Handle Strap lanyard (FIGURE 35.). pass them around the neck of the carboy, to be suspended by the "Handle” through which enters the drawstring of the Transport Handle (FIGURE 39.), is removable; Through these holes you will be able to thread a thin thread of the Screw Cap Transport.
- Bottom Bottleneck can be produced threaded or unthreaded, but containing a recess near its nozzle (10.2.), to fit the Bottom Bottom Bracket (FIGURE 11.) where it will screw into it, another Bottom Bottom (Sigh) (FIG. 12). ) with a seal, which is identical in shape to that of FIGURES 29 A 34, which will be secured between the two blades which parallel surround the Bottom Bottom near its base.
- Cylindrical, threadless, pressure-carrying cap made of soft plastic; It has an inner protrusion (4.1.) located around its wall, inside it near the bottom, to snap into the recess of the Upper Bottom Bottleneck around and near its mouth (FIGURE 6.). well fixed, sealed with perfect sealing, and to remove it has a tear-marked strip in the plastic that starts in the middle of its top (FIGURE 5.) and extends down the side of the lid beyond it (4.2 .), which pulls up will destroy the lid and is easily opened; It is therefore disposable and optional for the sealed Thread Carrying Cap (FIGURE 14.).
- Cylindrical malleable plastic screw cap (FIGURE 13.) has an internal thread and sealing on its inner bottom made of a suitable polymer (13.1.) To be screwed into the screw top cap holder (FIGURES 7. , 8 .. and 9.). Its purpose is to cover the carboy during the storage and transport of water, being returnable, reusable, and still unheard of, because when screwed in, it presses its bottom (of the lid) against the extreme mouth part of the neck that contains polymeric sealing material (silicone type) thus closing (FIGURE 14) with complete sealing;
- This lid also has a small eave - shaped spherical blade at the outer lateral end of its nozzle, containing a circular hole in it, which will allow it to be through this hole and also through the hole of the Upper Bottleneck of the carboy (1.5. ) entwined Seal (14.1.) in cord form, sealed with identification tag.
- the first of these, Faucet Cover Base (FIGURE 17), is similar in shape to two larger and smaller diameter tubes joined together; the larger diameter tubular part has an internal thread to be able to screw (15.2.) into said Upper Bottleneck Holder of the carboy for threaded parts (15.3.); the other part of smaller diameter exits from the bottom of the larger tubular part, advancing outward like a small neck, initially containing two small inner recesses (19.1) to house the Minor Sealing Ring (FIGURE 19.); At the bottom of the larger cylinder, space extending from its side to the beginning of the smaller tubular cylinder, there is a circular recess to fit (18.1.) the Larger Sealing Ring (FIGURE 18.).
- a circular ring-shaped stainless steel spring (15.6) will be fitted therein (FIGURES 20. and 21.) that will force the Faucet to remain closed when not engaged.
- FIGURES 29. and 30. Nonstop. Bottom Bottom Bottom Bottom Bottom Sigh (FIGURES 29. and 30.) Plastic, disposable, sealed, internal thread (FIGURE 30.), with transverse rib-cut outer thread (FIGURE 28.), to be screwed directly onto a small neck at the bottom of the carboy (FIGURE 27.) and thus close and seal it (FIGURE 31.), sealing the water outlet from the carboy; It also has the purpose of allowing air to enter as a gasp at the bottom of the carboy when it is opened by breaking its seal (FIGURES 33 and 34), which will remain attached to it; The air that will enter the lower neck as a continuous gasp will provide at the other end of the carboy the water outlet through said open Faucet (42.5.), with the carboy already in the upside down position (FIGURE 42.).
- the Tampa-Suspiro also has fundamental and unprecedented function in the production process of the carboy: it has two parallel walls, one carrying the outer seal, which has internal thread to screw into the bottom neck of the carboy, and another inner wall, one long. slightly larger, which will be inside the walls of the neck after screwing.
- This second interior wall is unheard of and has been designed to together with the outer wall protect the lower neck tubular wall from heat during the heating of the new preform in the production phase of the carboy in the heating, stretching and blowing process, with fulcrum in principle of the present invention, which relies on (TG) Transition Glass of the materials to be used.
- This same Tampa-Sigh (FIGURES 29.
- FIGURE 12. retaining its own characteristics and proportional dimensions, can also be screwed over (FIGURE 12.) with sealing material (12.2.), Directly into the Bottom Bottom Bottom Bracket. (FIGS. 7, 8, and 9.) suitable for receiving it, which in turn is affixed to the recess (10.2.) Of another optional Bottom Bottleneck (FIG. 11.) of this invention, said seal being sealed. Sigh Cap (12.1.) On said Bottleneck (FIGURE 12.). because of the ring (10.1.) in this existing one. INVENTIONS AND PARTS OF THE ASSEMBLY. INVENTION: REMOVABLE TRANSPORT HANDLE. FIGURE 36. No scaling.
- Carrying Handle (FIGURE 35.) consists of a cord (FIGURE 36.) of natural fiber or of suitable polymeric material having a diameter of about 1 cm. and appropriate length;
- the cord is preferably fabricated already knotted, and tucked folded into the Carrying Handle (FIG. 37) which is made of a metal tube about 12cm. in length by 2cm. in diameter; the folded cord will be threaded from top to bottom (1.5) through the oval hole (FIGURE 3.) of the ring surrounding the Upper Bottom Bottleneck, and after being pulled down, will be lifted open in two, over the neck.
- said Metal Carrying Handle after placing the Carboy on said Base Bracket, said Metal Carrying Handle, if not, will be affixed to the magnet inside the Carrier Base Bracket side wall (42.2) so that it can be water is poured into the outer container (42.6) by said Faucet (42.5.)
- Flask Base Holder (FIGURES 40. and 41.) Unpublished, designed to support the inverted flask, which fits into it (40.1), so that water can be served by the Flask Faucet (42.5.). It is made of reinforced plastic of cylindrical closed at its bottom base; It has an opening in the side wall (40.2.) far enough on all sides to permit the handling of the Faucet (42.5.) there (42.7.) and / or the placement and removal of containers (42.6.). It is opened at the top with at its end a balcony around it which extends outward beyond the side wall (42.4), having a diameter slightly larger than the broad outer upper band of the carboy (1.8.) To allow it is placed there inverted and perfectly fitted and supported (40.1. and 42.4.).
- the Faucet Cap fixed to serve water (FIGURE 42.). It is thus designed to support the carboy and allow the user to place or remove container from the base and pour water (42.6.) Or open and close the Faucet (42.5.). They contain at the height of their Tap (42..5.) On the inner side wall a magnet to attract the Carry Handle (42.2.) Securing it so as not to disrupt the flow of water from the Tap (42.5.) directed to the outer receptacle (42.6).
- the sequence of procedures begins with the preform's external body heating by side heaters focused on it, the preform rotating around each other in the middle of the heaters and hanging between them in the production line, until the temperature of the Tg - Transition Glass of the polymer used in its manufacture is reached, being PET - Polyethylene Teraphitalate, PP - Polypropylene, and PC - Polycarbonate, the most commonly used for making flagon for mineral or table drinking water.
- Tg - Transition Glass is reached (Transition Glass or rubbery state) of the preform polymer material, it is introduced into the carboy mold and closed and the preform is attached to the outside of the mold by the blade around its shape.
- the present invention by providing a novel solution for pouring water from the carboy itself by means of a Faucet Cap (42.5.) Directly into an external container such as a glass (42.6.), was obliged to innovate not only in architecture. of the carboy, but was still necessarily required to create an unprecedented shape of the carboy preform and its molds. For this reason it has also become necessary to Stahl part of the production process of the carboy, its preform and the molds, including the creation of an unprecedented procedural principle in this process.
- state-of-the-art preforms POTOS 10., 11. and 12.
- POTO 13 desired design mold
- the "First Step of the Flask Production Process” of the present invention begins with preforming the preform mold as its original design was pre-designed with the upper neck of the carboy containing an oval blade situated horizontally around the neck near the body of the carboy, which is unheard of (FIGURE 3. Top View) as it is traversed by two also oval holes juxtaposed on either side of the carboy.
- Bottom Bottom Bottom Holder for screw caps, characterized by: Its tubular shape, plastic, with an end that will be close to the base of the neck from where they exit towards the mouth of the carboy, small narrow strip-like walls of the same material, interspersed by empty spaces with external thread and internal protrusion at its ends that allow, in compatible dimensions, to fit into another unpublished and optional Bottom Bottom Bottom (FIGURES 10 and 1) of this invention into the outer recess around and near the edge of this other Bottom Bottom (10.2.
- the production process is said to be done in two (2) steps, because in this First Stage, at this point, the preform can be saved, to later follow up the Second Stage of the Bottle Production Process.
- the cold preform when the cold preform is removed from the mold, it cannot be blown with the lower neck open, which would be impossible to fill, as the air would be lost and no expansion of the preform by the force of the blow. Therefore, at this stop, the smaller threaded neck (1.3.) At the bottom of the preform will be closed and sealed with the Bottom Bottom Bottom Sigh Cap (FIGS.
- Tg Transition Glass
- any of the previously unpublished bottlenecks optionally produced will be especially protected from heat - during the warming process on the carboy production line - by the outer plastic layer of the Bottom Bottom Sigh Cap, as well as the another its inner wall parallel to the outer one, but of greater length, forming an almost heat-protective sandwich to the neck wall.
- Tg Transition Glass
- the Transition Glass (Tg) of the preform (around 70 ° C) is much lower than the Cover-Sigh Tg (around 150 ° C), it protects the neck walls in the heating process by not allowing deformation. This is due to the fact that the temperature inside the mold during the whole process is much lower than the external heating temperature. In addition, when stretched, the lid sighs in the cooled cavity in the mold. interior and bottom of the carboy mold until the end of the blowing process, when the carboy is promptly removed from the mold (FIGURES 53 and 54). It is noteworthy and characterized that all the drawings of FIGS. 43 through 54, the molds, the preform, and the carboy are stylized, and apply to the carboy of FIG. 1 and optionally to the standard Carboy. FIGURE 2. It is further characterized that said carboys can be produced with Upper and Lower Bottlenecks aligned vertically and decentralized to any point of the bottom of the idealized carboy, and can be positioned above and below even at points close to their sidewall.
