- the after burning chamber 4 is placed at a distance from the combustion chamber 1 and both chambers 1 and 4 are connected by a connector 5, provided with an insulation in the form of the fire brick, which contains a pipe 6 supplying the air.
- the after burning chamber 4 has two sets of pipes 7 placed at the sides of the after burning chamber 4.
- the after burning chamber 4 has the inlet through the connector 5 and exhaust gas outlet through the flue 8 placed on the same side.
- the after burning chamber 4 has a transverse partition 9, which forces the passage of the exhaust gas twice along the after burning chamber 4.
- the sets of pipes 7 placed inside the after burning chamber 4 aslant with respect to the vertical and attached at the lower and upper metal sheet of the after burning chamber 4 conduct the air which is heated by exhaust gas passing inside the after burning chamber 4.
- the outlets from sets of the pipes 7 are placed in the space covered with the metal sheet 10 with holes which allows placing dishes with food onto it and heating them.
- heat collection from the exhaust gases takes place through the entire metal housing of the after burning chamber 4 and through the sets of pipes 7 housed inside the after burning chamber 4.
- total gas combustion takes place in the after burning chamber 4, since the additional air is supplied through a pipe 6, in particular, through the calibrated holes 11 and by extending the exhaust gas flow path in the after burning chamber 4.
