回転操作軸1を収容したハウジング2に前記回転操作軸1への回転操作力により作動するイグニッションスイッチ3を連結したエンジン始動装置であって、
前記イグニッションスイッチ3は、前記ハウジング2に形成された取り付け凹部4に適宜の弾発係止手段5により抜け止めされて嵌合保持されるとともに、
前記イグニッションスイッチ3と取り付け凹部4とは、嵌合始端側周壁面と、嵌合終端側周壁面とがイグニッションスイッチ3の取り付け凹部4への嵌合深さが所定深さになった際にほぼ同時に圧接して径方向のガタツキが規制されるエンジン始動装置を提供することにより達成される。
前記圧接部6がイグニッションスイッチ3の外壁の周縁方向に不連続で、かつ、嵌合始端側と嵌合終端側がイグニッションスイッチ3の嵌合方向視において重合しない位置に突設されたリブ7を取り付け凹部4の内壁に圧接させて形成されるとともに、
取り付け凹部4内壁には、前記嵌合始端側リブ7Aを前記嵌合終端側リブ7Bの圧接開始位置まで非圧接状態で通過させる逃し溝8が設けられるように構成すると、構造が簡単になる。

外周壁面の取り付け凹部4への嵌合始端縁と嵌合終端縁の取り付け凹部4への嵌合方向視において重合しない位置に、取り付け凹部4への嵌合時に該取り付け凹部4内壁に圧接するリブ7が設けられるイグニッションスイッチ3を使用することができる。

Claims (3)
- 回転操作軸を収容したハウジングに前記回転操作軸への回転操作力により作動するイグニッションスイッチを連結したエンジン始動装置であって、
前記イグニッションスイッチは、前記ハウジングに形成された取り付け凹部に適宜の弾発係止手段により抜け止めされて嵌合保持されるとともに、
前記イグニッションスイッチと取り付け凹部とは、嵌合始端側周壁面と、嵌合終端側周壁面とがイグニッションスイッチの取り付け凹部への嵌合深さが所定深さになった際にほぼ同時に圧接して径方向のガタツキが規制されるエンジン始動装置。 - 前記圧接部がイグニッションスイッチの外壁の周縁方向に不連続で、かつ、嵌合始端側と嵌合終端側がイグニッションスイッチの嵌合方向視において重合しない位置に突設されたリブを取り付け凹部の内壁に圧接させて形成されるとともに、
取り付け凹部内壁には、前記嵌合始端側リブを前記嵌合終端側リブ7の圧接開始位置まで非圧接状態で通過させる逃し溝が設けられる請求項1記載のエンジン始動装置。 - 回転操作軸を収容したハウジングに形成された取り付け凹部に嵌合されて連結され、連結状態において、前記回転操作軸への回転操作力により作動するイグニッションスイッチであって、
外周壁面の取り付け凹部への嵌合始端縁と嵌合終端縁の取り付け凹部への嵌合方向視において重合しない位置に、取り付け凹部への嵌合時に該取り付け凹部内壁に圧接するリブが設けられるイグニッションスイッチ。
