Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Einrichtung (100) zur Gewin- nung von Reinstoffen aus fett- und/oder proteinhaltigen wässerigen Aus- gangsstoffen (120). Zumindest ein Teil von Elementen (30, 40) der Einrich- tung (100) zur Herstellung der Reinstoffe (122) ist dabei in mindestens ei- nem transportablen Standardcontainer (1100, 1300) untergebracht. Die Ein- richtung (100) hat einen modularen Aufbau und alle Elemente sind derart bemessen, dass diese von Lastkraftwägen transportiert werden können.
