Description
B E S C H R E I B U N G DESCRIPTION
Wanneneinlage bath mat
The invention relates to a retrofittable insert for a test objects or objects receiving tub or container, which can be performed in a known manner by a luggage inspection system for hand luggage by means of a transport device. Under the tray insert, the tray bottom / container bottom itself or an insert for a tray / container are summarized.
To check baggage of hand luggage and the like, items such as suitcases, coats, jackets, shoes, etc. are placed in a container or a tub, which in turn are fed to the test facility. Limitations exist according to the EU directive for carrying liquids in hand luggage when traveling by air. In the case of liquids brought in by air passengers, the rule is that they must be filled in containers of a maximum capacity of 100 milliliters (1 deciliter), which in turn must be accommodated in transparent, resealable plastic bags of a maximum capacity of 1 liter. These bags must be presented separately when checking the hand luggage.
From DE 10 2006 056 771 A1 a security container for airline luggage is known. This is permeable to ionizing electromagnetic radiation and impermeable to non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation. Combined with a tamper-proof locking and opening mechanism is no manipulation of the objects located in the closed security container possible. This is to ensure that more than the permissible amount of liquids, etc. can also be taken as hand luggage.
Here, the invention has the task of creating a way to abolish the strict guidelines in the interest of travelers.
The object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are shown in the subclaims.
The invention is based on the idea of demonstrating a possibility with which liquids in larger vessels or containers can be tested for their safety-related contents. To solve the problem it is proposed to provide the tub with a retrofittable insert that can accommodate the containers, bottles, etc., with a slipping of such containers is avoided.
The insert or the tray bottom is characterized in a preferred embodiment by at least two layers, wherein the upper (protective) layer should be a textile, which consists of an extremely durable material or material, and the lower layer (base material) a softer material, such as foam, for the soft storage of the containers on or in the tub bottom. The durable material is desirable so that the other luggage can be transported with these trays or with the retrofitted trays. If only the use for containers with liquids is intended, such a protective layer may possibly be dispensed with. It is peculiar to all the materials used that they themselves have a very low degree of absorption with regard to the X-ray radiation and thus absorb it only slightly. So that the containers can be checked exactly for liquids, in addition to a certain angular position (positioning) within the Gepäckprüfgerätes a secure position is desired. For this purpose, at least one, but preferably two to three notches or recesses in the surface of the insert or the tub bottom are involved. This ensures that the containers are as horizontal as possible in the tub. Preferably, the notches are triangular, preferably at least a right angle or a slightly larger angle should be included between the two sides of the recess. The notch (s) may be isosceles and / or unequal in shape, so that they have a longer and a shorter side. In particular, in the case of an oval cross-section of the containers (objects) to be tested, these would then rest with their flat side, for example, on the longer side of the notch in a defined position. The pages themselves can semicircular, straight or the like, for. B. ribbed, be.
As base material foams of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) are possible, here preferably PE LD 29. The foams should be closed in any case be porous, for example, to absorb water and to ensure the washability (cleaning). As the material for the uppermost protective layer also PE and PP are possible, which can be processed in yarn form to textile and applied to the base material.
So proposed is a tray insert for a test objects or objects receiving tub or container for hand luggage in particular, which is characterized to have at least one notch in the surface of the tub bottom and / or the tub insert in particular for receiving containers containing liquids. It can be part of the tub and / or retrofitted. The at least one base material of the tray insert is closed porous. An upper layer or protective layer on the base material protects this. Reference to a simple embodiment with drawing, the invention will be explained in more detail.
Es zeigt: It shows:
Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine Wanne zur Aufnahme von Gepäckstücken mit neuem Wannenboden, 1 is a plan view of a tub for receiving luggage with a new tub bottom,
Fig. 2 eine Schnittdarstellung aus Fig. 1 im Schnitt A-A, 2 is a sectional view of Fig. 1 in section A-A,
Fig. 3 eine als nachrüstbar ausgeführte Einlage. Fig. 3 is a retrofitted running insert.
Ausnehmungen 3, 4 sollte in etwa 20mm betragen. In Fig. 1, 1 with a tub for holding baggage items, not shown in detail, hand luggage, coats, etc. are embedded in the tub bottom 2 (here) two recesses (notches) 3, 4 in the surface 5 of the tub bottom 2 in particular for receiving Containers containing liquids 6. The depth of the notches or recesses 3, 4 should be about 20mm.
2 shows a sectional view of a preferred form of the recesses 3, 4. Preferably, the recesses 3, 4 are triangular introduced into the surface 5, wherein preferably at least a right angle or a slightly larger angle α between the two sides 3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 4.2 of the recess 3, 4 should be included. The sides 3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 4.2 themselves may themselves be semicircular or straight.
Shown in Fig. 3 is an insert 10, which can be retrofitted into a tub. It preferably comprises the same components as the bottom of the tub 2. The advantage is that conventional tubs can be retrofitted with this insert. The tray insert 10 is to be adjusted according to the predetermined inner dimension of a tub and can be 554mm x 354mm. The insert 10 has with the notches 3, 4 comparable notches 3 ', 4'. It is understood that the alignment of the indentations can optionally be made (longitudinal, transverse, etc. to the trough), with an orientation in the transport direction is preferred.
All embodiments are equal in that they comprise at least a base material 7 and a protective layer 8.
The trays (1) may optionally be automatically conveyed back after the test in the baggage inspection system, not shown. In order to reliably recognize that the tubs are empty and can be conveyed back, the surface structure and the surface color of the tub insert 2, 10 or the protective layer 8 are chosen as non-reflecting, so that a (not shown) camera system instead of a person this task can safely take over. A wide range of colors is available to the person skilled in the art.
