Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément de recouvrement coupe-fumée ou coupe-feu (10) servant à obturer une ouverture de bâtiment (18), comprenant (a) et au moins un élément coupe-feu (12), (b) au moins un élément d'entraînement (20) permettant de faire passer l'élément coupe-feu (12) dans une position de rangement (φL), dans laquelle l'ouverture de bâtiment (18) n'est pas obturée, et dans une position de fermeture, dans laquelle l'ouverture de bâtiment (18) est obturée, et un capteur de position (26) permettant de déterminer une position de l'élément coupe-feu (12), (d) l'élément d'entraînement (20) présentant d'une unité de commande (28), caractérisé en ce que (e) ledit au moins un élément d'entraînement (20) est conçu pour réguler la position de l'élément coupe-feu (12) sur la position de rangement (φL).
