Abstract
Description
本願は、2011年8月31日に出願された特願2011-189382号、及び特願2011-189383号について優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
また、受渡走行路方向が選択された場合には、転換手段と、一対の第一案内部のうちの受渡走行路側の第一案内部とによって、車両は受渡走行路方向へ案内され、第二案内部によって車両の第二案内輪が案内可能な状態となる。ここで、第二案内部は受渡走行路の内部、即ち、受渡走行路の幅方向内側に設置されており、またこの第二案内部に対応するように第二案内輪が車両の下部において車両の両側部の間に配置されている。このため、仮に受渡走行路内で、受渡走行路の両側部に案内する手段が二つ設けられた場合に、一方の案内する手段で案内された状態から、他方の案内手段で案内された状態への移行作業が不要であり、かつ車両が受渡走行路を走行中に非拘束状態となることもない。従って、二つの案内する手段同士のオーバーラップ区間を削減することが可能となる。
さらに、転換手段によって第二案内輪が第二案内部へ案内されることのみで、車両を受渡走行路へ誘導することができるため、車両受渡装置全体の構成を簡易な構成とすることができる。
第二案内輪が本線軌道に沿う方向へ案内された場合には、他方の分岐案内部は第二案内輪と干渉しない第一の位置に移動されるため、車両を円滑に、確実に本線軌道に沿う方向へ案内することができる。また、第二案内輪が受渡走行路に沿う方向へ案内された場合には、一方の分岐案内部は第二案内輪と干渉しない第二の位置に移動されるため、車両を円滑に、確実に受渡走行路に沿う方向へ案内することができる。このような分岐案内部の構成により転換手段全体の構成が簡易になる。
また、このように分岐案内部を設けることで、車両の第二案内輪を車両下部の中央の位置に配置することができ、運行上の都合等によって車両の走行方向に対して車両の前後を入替えした場合であっても、問題なく車両の方向転換を行うことができる。
さらに、転換手段によって第二案内輪が第二案内部へ案内されることのみによって、車両を受渡走行路へ誘導することができるため、受渡装置全体の構成が簡易になる。従って、受渡走行路での複線軌道間の幅を削減し、幅方向の占有範囲の抑制を可能としながら、簡易な構成を用いて本線軌道間で車両の受け渡しができる。
図1に示すように、本実施形態の軌道系交通システム1は、案内レール(第一案内部)21が両側部に設けられた二つの本線軌道20A、20Bとこれらの間に設けられた受渡走行路23とを主に有する車両受渡装置3と、案内レール21によって案内される第一案内輪14が両側部に設けられた車両2とを備えたサイドガイド方式の新交通システムである。
さらに、車両2は、前後方向Yと直交する方向となる車両2の幅方向Xの両側部に設けられてそれぞれ対応する案内レール21によって案内される第一案内輪14と、上記走行装置11の下部において、車両2の幅方向Xの略中央に設けられた第二案内輪15とを備えている。
さらに、本線軌道20A、20Bにおいては、それぞれ前後方向Ya、Ybと直交し、走行する車両2の走行方向に向かって左右方向を幅方向Xa、Xbと称する。同様に受渡走行路23においても、走行する車両2の走行方向に向かって左右方向を幅方向Xcと称する。
図2から図4Bに示すように、車両受渡装置3は、二つの本線軌道20A、20Bと、これら本線軌道20A、20B同士の間に設置されて、二つの本線軌道20A、20Bの間で車両2の行き来を可能にする受渡走行路23とを有している。
また、この車両受渡装置3は、受渡走行路23の内部に設けられて車両2の第二案内輪15を案内する第二固定ガイドレール(第二案内部)40と、分岐部27において本線軌道20A、20Bの方向に沿って走行するか受渡走行路23の方向に沿って走行するかの切り換えを行なう転換手段24とを有している。
転換手段24は、第一固定ガイドレール30及び第二固定ガイドレール40の端部に上下に延びる軸55回りに回転可能に設けられた第一可動ガイドレール(分岐案内部、第一分岐レール)50及び第二可動ガイドレール(分岐案内部、第二分岐レール)60と、第一可動ガイドレール50及び第二可動ガイドレール60を回転させる転轍機(移動手段)26とを有している。
このため、仮に第二固定ガイドレール40が受渡走行路23の幅方向Xc両側に一対設けられ、車両2の幅方向Xの両側に一対設けられた第二案内輪15がこれら一対の第二固定ガイドレール40によって案内される場合に必要となる第二案内輪15の左右の受け渡しが不要となる。従って、車両2が常に案内された状態を保つために設けられる左右の第二固定ガイドレール40が重なり合う区間、即ち、オーバーラップ区間の削減が可能となり、二つの本線軌道20A、20Bの幅方向Xa、Xbの大きさに受渡走行路23を加えた大きさ、即ち、車両受渡装置3の複線軌道間の幅を削減し、幅方向の占有範囲を抑制することができる。
第一実施形態と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付して詳細説明を省略する。
本実施形態では、車両受渡装置3における第一固定ガイドレール30A及び第二固定ガイドレール40Aの断面形状、第一可動ガイドレール50A及び第二可動ガイドレール60Aの断面形状と、車両2における第二案内輪15Aの構成が第一実施形態と異なっている。
この場合、幅方向Xa、Xb、Xcに第二案内輪15Aを規制することに加え、上方からも第二案内輪15Aを規制することが可能となる。
第一実施形態及び第二実施形態と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付して詳細説明を省略する。
本実施形態では、第一実施形態の軌道系交通システム1を基本構成として、転換手段24における第一可動ガイドレール50及び第二可動ガイドレール60が、第一可動ガイドレール50と第二可動ガイドレール60とが一体とされた可動ガイドレール(分岐案内部)80となっている点で、第一実施形態及び第二実施形態と異なっている。
第一実施形態から第三実施形態と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付して詳細説明を省略する。
即ち、本実施形態の軌道系交通システム1Cは、車両2が幅方向Xa、Xbの略中央に設けられた本線軌道案内レール95によって案内されて走行するセンターガイド方式となっている。
例えば、実施形態では、車両2が一両の場合について説明したが、複数の車両2が連結されてもよい。

Claims (14)
- 車両に設けられた一対の第一案内輪を、前記第一案内輪それぞれの外側で案内する一対の第一案内部を有する二つの本線軌道と、
前記二つの本線軌道の間に設けられて、車両が走行可能であるとともに、これら二つの本線軌道の間で車両を受け渡す受渡走行路と、
前記受渡走行路の内部に設けられ、前記車両の下部に配された第二案内輪を案内する第二案内部と、
前記本線軌道に設けられて前記本線軌道に沿う方向と前記受渡走行路に沿う方向とに前記車両の方向を転換可能な転換手段とを備える車両受渡装置。 - 前記二つの本線軌道は、前記一対の第一案内部を、前記車両が前記転換手段によって転換される位置のみに有する請求項1に記載の車両受渡装置。
- 前記一対の第一案内部は前記車両の両側部の外側に配された案内レールである請求項1又は2に記載の車両受渡装置。
- 前記一対の第一案内部は前記車両の両側部の内側に配された案内レールである請求項1又は2に記載の車両受渡装置。
- 前記一対の第一案内部は前記本線軌道及び前記受渡走行路に凸状に設けられて、一対のタイヤが転動する走行路の幅方向内側の面によって構成されている請求項1又は2に記載の車両受渡装置。
- 前記第二案内部は、前記受渡走行路の幅方向中央に設けられている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両受渡装置。
- 前記第二案内輪が上下方向に延在する軸線回りに回転可能なガイドローラであり、
前記第二案内部は、前記第二案内輪を前記車両の幅方向に規制するガイドレールである請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の車両受渡装置。 - 前記第二案内部には、前記第二案内部の長手方向に沿って上方に向けて開口し、前記第二案内輪が上方から挿入される凹部が形成されている請求項7に記載の車両受渡装置。
- 前記第二案内部は、対をなして前記車両に設けられた前記第二案内輪によって挟み込まれる請求項7に記載の車両受渡装置。
- 前記転換手段は、前記第二案内輪をそれぞれ案内可能な一対の分岐案内部と、
前記分岐案内部の幅方向外側に設けられ、前記一対の分岐案内部を、一方の前記分岐案内部が前記本線軌道に沿う方向に前記第二案内輪を案内可能であるとともに、他方の前記分岐案内部が前記第二案内輪と干渉しない第一の位置と、他方の前記分岐案内部が前記受渡走行路に沿う方向に前記第二案内輪を案内可能であるとともに、一方の前記分岐案内部が前記第二案内輪と干渉しない第二の位置とに移動させることが可能な移動手段とを備える請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の車両受渡装置。 - 前記分岐案内部は、前記本線軌道の幅方向中央に設けられている請求項10に記載の車両受渡装置。
- 前記一対の分岐案内部は、一方が前記第一の位置へ前記第二案内輪を案内可能とする第一分岐レールであり、他方が前記第二の位置へ前記第二案内輪を案内可能とする第二分岐レールである請求項11に記載の車両受渡装置。
- 前記第一分岐レール及び前記第二分岐レールには、これら第一分岐レール及び第二分岐レールの長手方向に沿って上方に開口し、前記第二案内輪が上方から挿入される凹部が形成されている請求項12に記載の車両受渡装置。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の車両受渡装置と、
前記第二案内輪が下部に配された車両とを備える軌道系交通システム。
