Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'exercice aérobie de maintien pour favoriser le brûlage des graisses, et plus particulièrement un procédé pour calculer la fréquence cardiaque au seuil anaérobie ; le seuil anaérobie étant le point de division entre un exercice aérobie et un exercice anaérobie, et les graisses sont brûlées efficacement lorsque l'exercice est pratiqué de manière soutenue à un niveau d'intensité d'exercice en-dessous du seuil anaérobie. La présente invention concerne également un procédé d'exercice aérobie de maintien par la mesure de la fréquence cardiaque en temps réel, et l'émission d'un bruit d'alerte ou la transmission d'un message d'alerte si la fréquence cardiaque mesurée dépasse une fréquence cardiaque prédéterminée. La présente invention permet d'assurer un brûlage des graisses efficace lors de la pratique d'exercice d'une manière soutenue à un niveau d'intensité d'exercice en-dessous du seuil anaérobie, par le calcul du seuil anaérobie d'un utilisateur et le calcul de la fréquence cardiaque à ce seuil anaérobie.
