Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of maintaining aerobic exercise for promoting fat burning, and more specifically relates to a method for calculating heart rate at the anaerobic threshold point; the anaerobic threshold point being the dividing point between aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise, and fat being effectively burned when exercise is performed on a sustained basis at an exercise intensity level below the anaerobic threshold. Also, the present invention relates to a method for maintaining aerobic exercise by measuring the heart rate in real time, and emitting an alert noise or sending an alert message if the measured heart rate exceeds a set heart rate. The present invention makes it possible to ensure effective fat burning when exercising on a sustained basis at an exercise intensity level below the anaerobic threshold, by calculating the user's anaerobic threshold and calculating the heart rate at that anaerobic threshold point.
