Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif microfluidique (10) comprenant une chambre (12) destinée à contenir au moins un embryon (14), ladite chambre (12) délimitant un volume et comprenant une entrée (13) et une sortie (13'), dimensionnées pour permettre audit embryon (14) d'entrer et de sortir de ladite chambre (12) et ladite chambre (12) étant conçue pour contenir une solution de culture lorsque le ledit dispositif microfluidique (10) est en fonctionnement, ladite chambre (12) comprenant en outre au moins un capteur (33, 33') intégré dans ladite chambre (12) pour la mesure in situ d'au moins un paramètre choisi parmi les paramètres chimiques, physiques et biochimiques de ladite solution de culture lorsque ledit dispositif microfluidique (10) est en fonctionnement.
