No. 1 ,193,287, entitled “BEARD-SOFTENER” discloses in a beard softener, a brush head including a cap having apertures in its rim, a brush back or block disposed within the cap and having slots adapted to coincide with the openings of the cap rim, and a brush member disposed upon the brush back or block within the cap, a handle on the head having extensions projecting through the apertures of the cap rim and into the slots of the brush back or block, and an adhesive securing the brush member to its back or block, extending into the slots of the brush back or block to secure the handle to the head.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'amollissement de duvet qui comprend un substrat pliable ; et une première couche de matériau de grain située sur un premier côté dudit substrat pliable. La couche de grain comprend des grains, dans une plage comprise entre 300 et 800 grains, permettant d'arrondir les arêtes vives des extrémités du poil coupé. Le dispositif d'amollissement du duvet comprend de préférence une seconde couche de matériau de grain située sur un second côté dudit substrat pliable. L'invention concerne donc aussi une unité jetable en forme de disque, à double face. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne également un ensemble poignée, pouvant être attaché de manière sûre au substrat pliable. Dans ce cas, le substrat pliable comprend du matériau de grain sur un côté et un matériau de fixation sur l'autre côté. Le substrat pliable s'attache au matériau de fixation complémentaire sur l'extrémité de l'ensemble poignée.
